This site is a complete scam. They have found a hack and try to sell this to us. You cannot get any help if you contact them, their response takes 2 days. I cannot install this hack on my device, I have not received any game nor my money back. Since they respond to my messages in other platforms. I am a customer, or better spoken a victim. This is my own experience with this company. I am not a person who writes reviews often, in this case a I make an exception since this company is controlled by narcissistic thief's.

Unfortunately waited to open the first box until we already had 3 of them on the table and now have 4. The remaining 3 may never be opened. I don't get the high reviews. You get a letter, a few (cool and high quality!) trinkets, and some card that you supposedly can use to access a website. I don't get how they can even call this a game. There was no game or mystery or story to the box. Just a letter about someone who went missing with no real clues or instructions on what you are even supposed to do. I'm glad others liked it but I will never buy one of these kind of boxes again. Was really looking forward to something interesting to do with my wife.

I know it's only $2, but the thing that I found really annoying is that nowhere on the website does it state that it is considered an international transaction, or that there will be an additional cost. What an absolute disgusting company. After playing one of their games and having issues I raised a case outlining the trouble I was having with the game it’s been over a week now and no response or acknowledgment of my case. I find it very frustrating and just demonstrates the lack of customer service this company has. If I could I would stop every one from using their games.

Please don't give them money. Their games seem to pick a preferred winner before the game starts. Sometimes that's you but if you don't give them money over time...you are done. I even noticed a cue ball moving slightly on change of players.

Not really much to say, they don't scam and i believe thats the most important part, the rules are truly an easy read, I even learned a few new things here and there, usualy i don't spend time reading rules and policies but this is an exception. Woul'd reccomend this to anyone, very honest and nothing hidden from users.

Electronic Arts is an electronic game company. www.MASSEFFECT.com is a site they use to sell and distribute the game MassEffect. The permit you to obtain a demo copy of a game. As you play the demo game, they offer you many chances to purchase the full version. That seems fairly business-like, doesn't it? The trick is, they do not deliver the game once you give them your credit card number. I think that they are not intentionally criminal. They are just so pathetically inept at business and arrogant in their size and importance as a game company that they permit themselves to commit theft and fraud. It goes like this. They give you a demo. Tell you can upgrade for to a really cool complete game for $16. You then have to fight your way through about 20 screens of payment processing companies that you have to join in order to give them money. You also have to join various "networks" that they own and you must set up accounts with them. In this process you are switched from page to page and repeatedly asked for the same information - credit card numbers etc. and made to push many "accept" or "checkout" buttons. This results in your paying them two or three times for the same transaction. This is very true. I have checked with my bank I have been charged twice, so far. So they get your money several times, and god knows how many partner sites get your credit card data. And then, they don't even deliver the game. That is correct. They email you a bogus code that can only be used one time - and when used, you get nothing. Their server dumps a few useless downloads to you that cannot be installed without the game you PAID for. But they do not give you the game itself. They have a customer service robot that does not respond to complaints and they provide no means to reconcile this type of rip off. SO… DO NOT EVER EVER EVER try to buy anything online from EA - Electronic Arts or any company affiliated with them. Get in the car, go to the mall, and buy a USED version of their games. They do have good games, but sadly they have a company that is fraudulent, whether by intention or simple incompetence.

I opened a dispute on PayPal and the admin didn't even bother to stake his claim on the money I paid, he agreed to do a partial refund to which I did not agree and I suggest to everyone whom got hurt by their service, to open a dispute and not bother with the support chat, they will only delay and tell you lies until you won't be able to ask for a refund (30 days). Trying to use The Sims Resource is at the very least a hassle, and at most like trying to rip your own eyeballs out of their sockets. Its painful dedication to throwing ads at you is disgustingly ugly and annoying. Trying to use TSR without an adblock is almost impossible, it's worst than any other website I've been to. There are ads literally on every part of the screen that you don't need to click on to download the goddamn custom content. Trying to use TSR with an adblock is buggy and difficult, as the website tries to actively fight against it. They might has well lock you out from using the entire website as their current solution to adblocks is have you wait upwards of 2 minutes for each download. That leads me to the one semi-recent change that they made to this website which does make it ENTIRELY unusable for me. Before, you had the option to load up as many downloads as you want, and go to each tab clicking download on them, which you often do with Sims 4 cc. However, now you are unable to download even *ONE* thing if there is another cc counting down the 10 seconds (or 2 minutes) it takes to show you its download link. This is utterly ridiculous. This website is scum, and they basically take amazing cc hostage to lure you into their gross greed. I refuse to use this awful website.

I've downloaded many Custom Contents (CC) from hairs to clothes to decorations from the site and they all work great with my game!! There are many and I mean MANY great designs (for all categories) on the site. They're FREE to download with a little "catch" - you do have to wait 10 seconds to view some ads. But its worth the wait! The community is also great at giving advises and help newbies learn to make their own custom contents (CC) by providing tools and tutorials. You can also post question in the forum to ask for help and you'll get some respond with great tips and suggestions.

I can confirm this, i ordered a Power-leveling package, and after 1 month of waiting for the initial contact from their part, still nothing. I am demanding my money back and making legal threats against them (Theft/Fraud), I know nothing will come of it, but maybe they will man up and apologize. The only positive factor about this website is their support. I placed a single division boost, it's been 2 weeks since the boost started and I decided to just quit the boost with a 45% winrate with 23 games and failed promos...... I could have accomplished this by myself all while saving myself 80 euro. They won't let you swap boosters unless they agree to it, which is essentially holding your boost hostage. No fun, had to legitimately use another site to achieve my boost goal.

Today I noticed that a gamer has been asking for months how to print the D:OS2 lore book. I never noticed it but the PDF was actually distributed badly. The pages are not single but in pairs, therefore it's not easy to obtain a booklet. None of the Larian Studios deigned to help him. I mean: any other developer, after months of requests, would send him a physical collectors edition as a prize! Because if he wants to print the booklet he has invested money in sheets of good weight and cartridges, plus he invests time looking for help. That person truly loves the game. I'm nobody, I'm a player like him, but what I saw touched me deeply. They did not even deign to send a well formatted PDF. I had a lot of faith in this team and now I'm truly disappointed.

Fun for a while but it's increasingly time consuming if you want to compete. Unfortunately it becomes too time consuming and if you want any hope of not being attacked all the time you need to spend your money quick and use a stupid ciicking device. Essentially you earn money by raiding others or getting upkeep which is based on how many soldiers you have, so they introduced a software where you click to get units (can get up to 2000 a day or so) and this gets utterly repetitive and ruins the game unfortunately. It's got a good concept but alliances and clickers can make anyone playing on there own have no fun eventually.

Company does NOT return calls or emails! We ordered a controller for my son at the beginning of Nov. and it took weeks for me to get in touch to find the status of my order. I had to leave numerous messages and several rude emails over a month and a half. After having the controller for 2 1/2 months there are issues with the buttons and ONCE again unable to get a response! Dont waste your time or money!

It took 2 weeks before they even updated it to shipping and then claimed they waited 5-10 days to ship it because they were waiting to ship a newer product. I am a Canadian citizen and should be tax exempt because they are shipping it to me from the usa. when i saw my bill i was charged tax even though i should not have been because its being shipped to me in Canada, and the customer service rep did not even know that. -CHEAPLY MADE / DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS; The following was my experience with Astro Gaming headset A40 (with Mix Amp Pro): Broke when simply shifting head size - plastic came away from frame & obviously wiring was effected because that side of headset was no longer functional (no sound). -NO CUSTOMER SERVICE (false advertisement on web site): After sending in for repair/ replacement (cost me $20 shipping) They did not specify if it was being returned after repair or being replaced with a new headset. Returned an incomplete headset (without side panels/ tags) FInally after emailing AGAIN- they shipped the side panels for us to 'click on' They NEVER even apologized for the inconvenience of having to ship back their defective product (at my expense). Never responded to my emails...I emailed who I thought was the owner and he emailed me back right away-turns out he sold the company to someone else but said he would forward the email to the customer service manager.... Never any response still. Even though I was without a headset for a month, they never felt it necessary to apologize for the inconvenience. Lame
