Dharma bums products are excellent quality and made ethically which is fantastic. Although the price tag can seem a bit heavy, it's worth the investment as the fit of the clothes is fantastic, they wash really well, last ages and aren't seethrough. It's also worth keeping your eye out for regular sales on the site and giveaways on instagram as they happen often.

Love them! Love the cut and colours. I'm a size 8/10 aus. I have bought at least 6 pairs of Dharmas in size small. I think I may get away with xs but my waist is my bigger area so I get small for comfort. I wear them everywhere! And most definitely to the gym... squatting with no issues.

I have called the customer service 5 times, the first time I selected the option for them to call me back and they never did. The second time I left a message and I never heard back. The third time I wanted to leave a message but their mailbox was full. All the other times I have tried to wait on the phone but no answer i went on their help site and this time i research about their working number and i found this number which iss NINE ONE NINE₉₃₉₂₅₄₄I called the customer servicE and this time i was able to get in touch with customer service they help me out to cancel the ENTIRE ORDER AND I GOT MY 98% OF THE ORDER MONEY BACK such disappointing service for someone who was excited to use this product for the first time...

AMAZING!!!! I've received my running shoes less than 48h after I've ordered them, you bet I am over-satisfied. And this is during lock-down, in the midst of a pandemic. Great customer service! Thank you DW Sports. So, here how it happened. I've ordered the Nike Vomero 14 on Monday 18th May 2020 around 9.30pm on Dw Sports website. The following day afternoon, Tuesday 19th, I've received an email saying my order was dispatched. In the evening on that same day, I've received another email telling me dpd would deliver my parcel on Wednesday. I could barely believe it. Comes Wednesday 20th May 2020 morning, I get an email telling me I will receive my parcel between 15h35 and 16h35. At 15h45, someone rings the bell, my running shoes are in my hand :-) WOW!!!!! Also, you have to know that I had to find this new supplier for my running shoes after a big disappointment ordering with Nike, which instead of the 4-5 days delivery had a 3 weeks prevision delivery due to the pandemic (very understandable) and after 10 days sent me an email saying the product I've ordered was not available anymore. Going to Nike to buy another pair I've initially hesitated with, and several products I was interested in 2 weeks before were not there anymore. I emailed Nike my disappointment, still haven't got an answer today. That's when I've spotted the Nike Vomero 14 on sale 40% cheaper than the original price on DW Sports. I HUGELY recommend them.

Worst experience ever ! Worst experience ever !! They ruined my son's birthday. This is in regards to DW Sport online shop, not the GYM, but I bought a Real Madrid kit for my 8 son's birthday, I bought it almost 6 days ago and today I've received confirmation they don't know where are the item and they will be unable to delivery by tomorrow which I need it. Thanks for nothing .. and obviously one customer less forever

Nirvana Tech were so efficient when it came to letting me know about my order being ready, loading the different pieces of my gym equipment on my truck and responding to my queries about a damaged part a few months after my purchase (they promptly sent me a replacement part the day after I sent off my email - could have easily been same day if I answered their question quick enough!) I purchased 3 cable attachments from Nirvana Tech for my home gym. I bought the revolving curl bar with rubber handles, the v-bar with rubber handles and the tricip rope. All solidly made, feel great to use and represent great value for money. I was given the option of picking who shipped my goods as well. The product came promptly. All round I highly recommend these products.

What I was sent is nothing like what the product was described as. The lining came pre stretched out and lopsided (sticks out 3 inches lower on the right side) and looks like it was made by someone who had never used a sewing machine: the fabric was poor quality and had pulls in it by the time I even got the damn things on. Was pictured with an apex logo on the shorts which it did not come with. Advertised as apex fitness co, if they even are a real company I definitely got a cheap knock off either way. Caveat emptor

Overall I’m very pleased with the my purchase and I believe I paid a fair price for a good quality item. Despite receiving my watch within the expected delivery period I do wish the company would provide better updates and communication for customers who are expecting their products. I received a confirmation that my item had been ordered but absolutely no updates on where it was which made me quite apprehensive.

I had used another pre-workout drink to re-energize for at least the past 10 years ( ABB Speed Stack ) but suddenly I could no longer find it online or at fitness stores. I looked for comparable pre-workout drinks but nothing worked like Speed Stack. Then a friend at the gym recommended GAT NITRAFLEX Pre-workout powered mix in Grape flavored. I started with Gulis during the pandemic, and it was one of the great achievements I achieved during this time. Gulis has equipped me with lifelong knowledge of food and exercise, which has ultimately allowed me to lose the kgs all in a healthy and controlled manner. At no point was I hungry or craving something else. All the food was so so delicious and the meals were consistent during the day. And despite only being given 4-5 recipes for each meal for the month, in fact there many options she mentions that allows you to swap out items and change up the meals to give yourself more variety. With regards to the exercise, she catered to the equipment I had a home. The weekly updates also helped me stay on track as it would encourage me to keep going. I really recommend the gulislifts programme!

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. We've been having problems during the pandemic with Royal Mail parcel deliveries. With 4 people working from home, we managed to not miss a delivery from Amazon, DPD, even Hermes(!) or any company other than Royal Mail. We believe the local postman is just incredibly overworked and pre-writes the 'you weren't in' slips. I bought some elastic bands from gunsmith, but Royal Mail kept saying we weren't in without actually ringing. The bands were returned to sender. I tried complaining complaining Royal Mail who apologised, but because I was not their customer (Gunsmith were) could not lodge a complaint. They said to get in touch with gunsmith who would be able to complain and recover the delivery charges. I spoke to Gunsmith about all this, and asked for them to use a different service to deliver the bands, DPD. They then said I would need to pay a second delivery charge, or I could just not buy the item and have a full refund. I said I didn't want to pay a second delivery charge with no guarantee of actually getting the item, so couldn't they just contact Royal Mail about the messed up delivery and recover the charge, as RM customer. The customer service staff refused and just gave me a refund. I ordered the bands again. Nothing. Gunsmith just stole my money and have refused to send the item, presumably out of spite. Avoid.

Terrible customer service and not prepared to replace a faulty product sold to us. Communication with them is very difficult and they are denying any liability selling us a faulty product, everything is our fault and nothing is their fault in their opinion. At first we were told that the air mat should not lose any pressure at all and it is our fault that the air mat keeps losing pressure. The owner of the business called us to let Us know that there is nothing wrong with the mattress and that we should expect a 2 to 3% a loss air pressure loss daily which is normal for that product. If we were aware that their product kept losing air we would not purchase the air mat. Maybe they should reword their description of the products online saying to expect a 3% air loss daily and I can guarantee you people will stop buying the products. This is customer manipulation and a dodgy practice if you sell something and expect it to be faulty within a certain percentage . We will be commencing the complaint process with consumer protection first thing Monday morning!

I am so happy that I recently joined ILKB Queensbury! All of the instructors are very encouraging, friendly, supportive, and upbeat. The exercise and locker area are clean and well kept. They do multiple 60 minute classes Monday-Saturday to fit all schedules, and they keep your body AND mind working! You really can feel the sincerity that you belong to a family there. I have encouraged my friends around me to join as well!

I did the 9 in 6 challenge in Southbank which is now shut. The genius of this scam is the great environment they create during the process hence the great reviews for those in the midst of it. The scam is that they guarantee you to lose the 9kilos if you follow the program exactly and they’ll give you your money back. But they keep your money if their guarantee fails? I don’t see the part where they guarantee anything. But wait, it gets better. If you fail they keep your money, if you succeed they also keep your money as they pressure you to put the money back into a gym they’re going to shut down or just not give it back with either excuses or just plain avoidance by the end. The worst is watching my friend get cancer at the beginning of the challenge & them refusing to refund the money when she couldn’t participate. Instead they offered the money to be transferred into a gym membership! Need I say more? Keep your hard earned money. These people don’t deserve it.

I had been suffering from a few injuries which made me stack on a lot of weight... I was really concerned with my arm because i had already ruptured my bicep tendon... The team at UY Tulla were amazing and very supportive huge shout out to Bec, Sarah and Alan who where there to help me drop a massive 11kgs in 6 weeks.... After this Georgia and Trent convinced me to take on the challenge of Muscle Camp which took my fitness and strength to what it used to be when i was in my early 20’s... 2 years later I’m still in shape and still training at Tella... Tessa and all the friends i have made make this place a second home... I highly recommend coming down and having a chat with the UY Team....

I have been so impressed to date with the trainer's at Personal Best. The knowledge of the trainer's and their passion to make me succeed has been wonderful. I have loved following their weekly plans they have designed for me and the results to date. My full body strength has improved out of sight and made my day to day activities so much easier. The best part of the service is the constant follow up I receive outside of my sessions. It keeps me honest and on track and allows me to feel I have a trainer by my side each day and not just the sessions I attend.

I have been to so many gyms and this is by far the best everything is always kept very clean, the staff are always so nice and willing to help out, the classes are amazing and so motivational and most important the ladies at the creche are so good with the kids my 4 yr old son loves it and being a mum I was scared he might pick up alot of germs but he has never been sick and the creche is always so clean along with the toys and all surfaces thanks guys!!!

It is anytime fitness centre in Woodley, Reading. Location is good. Problem is that it is not kept cool enough. I think this is to save money. All other areas are not bad and cool enough. However, the tread mill area does not get enough air condition's air. It because this area is on the far end, and a wall blocks the air reaching there. It gets very uncomfortable while exercising. I have pointed this matter several times to the owner and to the manager, but they ignore it. I have suggested an easy solution to install a fan on the wall in that particular area. I have also contacted the central office twice, telephone number 03303322361. It was promised that over all area manager would contact me. How ever it did not happen. Recently the manager of the club itself had been rude. He told me that if it was not cool enough then I must leave the club. I consider that the manager's response was unaccetable and ill mannered.

I have completed the Level 3 in December with EducateFitness. My first time attending a fitness course, done for passione and wider my own skills. The kindness , professionalism and knowledge go beyond your expectations. Nick, our Tutor, is absolutely amazing, capable and knowledgeable in explaining subjects clearly and directly, with good examples. He made the time spent together enjoyable with jokes and friendly chats. He was always there for us, making sure we were all okay and updated. He is well passionate about passing the right information. An absolutely rewarding experience, positive and intense. Even Damian who took part of some of our classes is fantastic, professional and keen to make your own best. I have to say it is a tough course where you have to study, commit yourself and dedicate time for being continuously up-to-date but it is worthy and you learn a lot. I will definitely attending more courses with this company and highly recommended to whoever looks for a high quality course carried out with professionalism and reliability.

I bought the lifetime access on sale at the beginning of December 2018. I'm now just starting phase 2 and am liking it. Eero's focus on rigid-bodied, isolated motions (high reps, low weights) is a great way to get back to basics. After a decade of going to the gym, and trying different routines focused on bulking, I admittedly don't have the best form with every exercise (I typically have focused on compound exercises, and isolation exercises are an afterthought). And to go back to lifting very little weight, but focusing on form helps me identify where I needed to improve my smaller stabilizing muscles. Although I'm only midway through, Im pretty sure this won't be a life-changing routine, since i was already pretty active and wasn't looking to change how my body looked. However, i am happy with the purchase, as it's given me some atypical exercises that help work out shoulder stability (my main issue), hip articulations, and overall stability. I wouldn't recommend the program for bulking. But i would recommend it if you already are a motivated gym-goer, interested in strengthening your overall stability in ways that aren't typically hit by bulking routines. It really focuses on making sure you check your form.

Love this Pilates mat so much I have started doing two daily exercise routines instead of the usual one :-) Sumptuously thick which means you "sink" into it...really great for aching muscles... length very good for stretching out -I'm 6ft... This is a specific product review only, I have been using the resistance tubes which in them selves are great, but the carabina clips that have been attached to them are cheap and the edges are rough. I think you should look at this as I have pinched my skin a few times on them and would certainly have to mention to my patients if they were thinking of purchasing which is a shame because the bands and the kit is good.
