As typical either they do not have enough money to send me, or they just don't want to let me make withdrawals. They will not let me withdraw a penny, and they tell me to pay their commission fees again to convert the bitcoin I "sold" back into bitcoins. I wish these people had a shred of moral decency. I wish they would let me withdraw my money, I have spent 5 days emailing back and forth, no solutions, just more problems. i wish I never used this exchange.

First, I rarely give any company 5 stars, but felt compelled to here because of the customer service, I have corresponded with them on several occasions, none real serious. Twice because the news AI that supplies their News Alerts. Both times I've had correspondence with them the reply was always prompt, professional, and solved the situation. The big thing that gets high marks from me is the customer service, so far at least 3 of their team have personally responded with emails well beyond business hours, once as late as 10PM Eastern time. The information they supply is vast and good stuff, almost to the point of being overwhelming. If there is anything negative it would be that I have been around trading for 20 plus years and am familiar with a lot of the "partners". I guess you could call it personal experience, but there are several I do not trust their products, nor their opinions. In total, I feel MarketBeat does a good job and a good value.

I read a couple of Cryptology reviews. Many of authors write about they lack some tools for technical analysis here. I can't agree. For me, there are enough tools in the app for trading cryptocurrency. The tools in the Futures Tab and the Exchange Tab are a little different. Personally, I get a lot of information from the Market Depth tool. It is better than any indicator, I think. It shows the real balance of power in the market. You can see what prices buyers and sellers prefer to open positions. I think, the most important thing is to understand how the market works and make profit. This is only possible when there are good trading conditions in the company. And all of technical tools are secondary, in my opinion.

Awful!! Visited and was told staff was on a break, waited thinking other members of staff would serve me but was rudely told a second time '' I told you we were on a break" no apology and information on when they were going to be serving again just rude customer service. If you do insist on closing for a "CIG" as one staff member said they needed! Then at least lock your store and put a sign up instead of talking to customers like something you've stood on. New store in Wakefield won't last long if your staff have anything to do with it! Went to One World Travel and ended up with a better rate anyway.

Withdrawal is stuck. Still on pending after 4 working days. Website shown 1-3 days but it doesn't seem like that is the case. Contacted support but nothing fruitful yet. Will update the review again once they get back to me. Deposited via Skrill and withdraw via Skrill thus I don't see any issue and had never experienced such delay and issue from any other brokerage. I will think twice before depositing my fund again in Darwinex.

Hold & read this before you open any account with Qtrade, or you will be robbed blind when you move, transfer or close your account. The fee published on its website is misleading to say the least. The real cost is much higher as we just found out in late 2020. The total fee to transfer my RRSP account was more than $500! It included $150 for CAD RRSP, plus CA$350 for USD RRSP account, even though I asked Qtrade and was told specifically “It will be $150 and it will only be charged once and not per account.” in their own online message! The USD RRSP fee includes US$150 for transferring, US$100 for closing the account, which is obviously a greedy double dip (or actually triple dip considering they said they would only charge once for all accounts), and all plus GST. This is highway robbery. Unless you want to be robbed like this, stay as far away from Qtrade.ca as possible!

Qtrade's "Real Time Quotes" and "Level 2" displays are grossly inaccurate for up to 15 minutes at morning market open, showing the previous day time trades well into the current day, with no trade volumes and/or share prices. Refreshing over and over may show the correct volume/share price but then goes back to the day previous "3:59 time stamp and last share price" trade for several minutes. (screen shot evidence with PC time stamp) There (3) to four (4)times a week for the last 6 months the inaccuracies are a great financial concern and buy orders take forever. Definitely not a day trader's financial platform. Arrogant argumentative support personal make for a horrible financial experience. Make sure to record your calls for integrity and transparencies. Also, several reviews outlining Qtrade's poor services and support seems to have been deleted. "This place is the worst. Don't get fooled by their misleading "Voted #1 Best..." Customer service is horrible." 100% agreed ! ! ! As a Qtrade client for about 10 years I agree with all the negative issues, and more, described by disgruntled Qtrade victims. Hours spent on phone waiting, incompetent misinformed/fabricated information provided by customer support, client requests not fulfilled for months, penalty restrictions on Qtrade clients for outright Qtrade issues, brutal English speaking customer support workers where clear accuracies of finances is paramount, weekly technical trading platforms where stock quotes/Lvl2 are dysfunctional literally for hours before fix, and many multiple issues. Qtrade works hard at pissing off their customers. I'd give Qtrade a minus 10 for a review score. (The few 5 stars reviews here suggests Qtrade employees failing attempts to posture a positive experience. Very transparent.)"

That was back in September! NOTHING! Quite certain I'm another victim of their fraud scheme. They are clever to put you off and promising your order will come, but ...... Its all a smooth lie. I don't understand why authorities haven't shut them down(?) I gave them one star, but they are No Stars! One star is the only way you can comment! I didin't received any answer from OBR on my complaints. I know 6 ways how to fight for your money: 1. report the case to the Polish Public Prosecutor's Office. Certainly they can do more than the victim man independently. CySEC will react faster to the Prosecutor's Office inquiry than single man. Moreover. The Prosecutor's Office also cooperates with the international police 2. by a class action to CySEC, but it requires the involvement of own money to cover costs of preparing the process by lawyer. You need to choose a good lawyer with experience and licence. Be careful as often lawyers send only individual notices to CySEC (ask exactly what action plan does the lawyer have) 3. report the case to the CySEC. You can do it yourself without cost. CySEC doesn't consider individual complaints. Only with a larger amount does he start checking the suspicious unit. The more of us report the problem, the better 4. report the matter to the Cypriot Financial Ombudsman. However, you should first submit a complaint to OBR Invest. They have up to 30 days to consider the complaint. If they answer her at all. You have to pay fee in amount of EUR 20 and send your complaint to the Cypriot Financial Ombudsman. The Ombudsman's decision has no legal force 5. claim refund through chargeback if you paid by card. In case of bank transfers or Przelewy24 (Pay Pro) it is very difficult to recover money 6. I recommend reporting incorrect actions of OBR Invest also to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF). The more of us raise a case, the better. Below you can find some evidence that OBR isn't an honest broker: 1. on official website of the KNF you can find information that OBR isn't allowed to give investing advices in Poland 2. OBR may record the calls. Better if you independently record calls with the OBR's consultants, if you have any suspicions 3. there is a problem with payments via credit card and Przelewy24. They don't want to make the payment because recognize OBR Invest as suspicious business. They probably got warnings from other OBR clients. OBR will convince you that they are an honest company and will provide you with the general bank account number 4. OBR will convince you that it's an honest licensed broker. The broker says you that you shouldn't read negative reviews. According broker they were written by customers who lost money through their own fault 5. there are 2 platforms: obr-invest.com and obrinvest.com. The logo is the same. Both platforms say about the same licence: 217/13 6. an honest broker: - doesn't persuade you to pay higher amounts as you have in plan. Your all capital is at risk if you play leverage, even with a small amount - doesn't rush you with the payments - doesn't tell you about how much you can earn - doesn't intentionally wrongly advise to waste your money - doesn't tell you that you don't need use "stop loss" - doesn't tell you that you don't need oversee your investing account and he will you inform when something wrong will be happend - advices against investing of big amounts in risikly commodities - doesn't reprimand you to do more deals - doesn't encourage the next payments after suffering a loss - doesn't ask how much savings you still have on your bank account - doesn't urge you to play on forex - does't offer any better account conditions if you do the next payments quicly to make up for losses

I currently have a pro account with IBKR and Trading 212. I applied with Tradestation on a recommendation due to the user interface on their trading app Aries. They refused my application with no reason why, I have a high credit score, pro accounts, I also trade forex with IC Markets. I would not recommend Tradestation to any of my 74,000 followers. I was debating on sharing a post on Twitter but I thought I’d be civil and only leave a bad review. I have of course told my discord followers to remove Aries (Tradestation) and use IBKR. Since posting in my discord general chat, a lot have complaints about Tradestation, bad customer service, withdrawal problems, glitches. I wouldn’t touch these guys, best of luck trading everyone. Stay away from these type, especially with 1 star reviews, should looked before I done my application ha.

DO NOT use this exchange. They never answer emails, they have no chat function and no phone number to reach them. If you have an issue with your money for whatever reason (transfer not executed...), you are in deep trouble... Verification takes months, they can suspend any function (trading of coins, fiat withdrawal...) anytime they want without disclosing the reason or even how long the suspension will last. You could very easily end up getting your money stuck on the exchange for months on end or even longer. Overall, their service is riddled with appalling bureaucracy, very typical of Japanese culture.

Bitky. Io are very pleasant and helpful at the start while you are depositing money and you can see you are making good dividends. They will even help you make a small withdrawal at the start to build confidence that you can access your funds. Communication is at least twice weekly and support is provided whenever you need, until you mention that you want to withdrawal funds. Then all Communication ceases, emails to your account manager bounce back to you, the support phone number does not connect, support emails only give generic replies of your email has been passed on to the relevant department and expect to be contacted soon! I have a phone recording of (Austin) stating that funds cannot be transferred unless there is bitcoin in my coinspot wallet first and that he will be checking. Processing time for withdrawal request is supposed to be 3 to 5 days well today is up to day 33. Our account managers that we have had and can no longer hear any thing from are Oliver Carter, Elias Hopstein and James. Do yourself a huge favour and stay well away from bitky. Io

This company is a scam & the fund brokers are extremely deceitful. My “broker” Adam Peterson Is the shameful sociopathic I dealt with. This company takes your money.. & will go to any length to get more He will ring you on many different numbers & when returning the call.. The numbers have been disconnected. I have requested withdrawal requests since May 21 & they aren't ever processed. I have stage 4 liver disease, which in my last call with Adam. I was in tears & pleaded he let me withdraw my funds for my future funeral..Adam advised he would take 1500 US & 20% of any earnings.I never did one trade with Bitky io or with Adam...& to this day I have not received the funds. This company has no empathy or ethics. Don't believe a word they say. They are a disgraceful company run by narcissistic a/holes with no sole!

Personally know a bunch of facebook/other tech company employee investors, and now can't get my money back. The founder here left to go start TechVestor which seems like just another ponzi scheme, and likely will pull the same thing. Stay far far away. Obviously the reviews will be good before he rugpulls everyone, but now that scoutpads imploded, you'll start seeing the bad news trickle in. Founder is trying to do everything he can to erase all mention of scoutpads. Hopefully he won't succeed in doing so.
