I found the sheer amount of hype and daily load of emails overwhelming and hard to understand. The headline might say, "Four Stocks To Buy Today." But you'd have to click here and open and sign up for another thing... I felt like they were always trying to sell me on how great they were and to buy up the next level of information. Perhaps for the big investor, this information is good. For someone looking for invest a smaller amount - too confusing. Honestly, I could never find the section that laid out in a clear format about what to buy and why.

I am a trader with multiple years of experience and run a nice sized chat room and have many fantastic relationships with TD, Benzinga, Zach, etc. I signed up for Motley Fools Stock Advisor and Rule Breakers service as I was referred to them by many of my own paying clients. The next day i realized they were texting alerts to an incorrect number and I was receiving no emails. I phoned them and could not have been more shocked at how rude they were on the call with me. The money for the service is very low so this is more for principal. Both agents I spoke to had had very little knowledge of my issue nor did they even give me time to explain it. They both talked over myself, the customer, the entire time. Very young inexperienced personnel in my opinion. After my experience I sent a message to them and a so called "supervisor" replied that I was being refunded and no longer a part of the service. There was no cursing or anger it was simple criticism. Boy these millenials sure would not last very long in the wall street I was trained in. So moral of the story is do not disagree with the younger stuff or you will be cut off.

Just had my experience yesterday, the person I was interacting with sounded very convincing and I invested 20k. Just a while they asked me to add another 20k as the slots for 20k is finished so I needed to make it 40k, which I did. Nutmeg wrongly allocated my £5000 ISA contribution to a general investment account. I've already complained but have very low expectations after an helpful conversation with their support team citing very long response times for complaints. It seems very likely that at the very least this will get to the Financial Ombudsman. It's extremely poor customer care and unprofessional to come up with any sort of excuse instead of correctly allocating my £5,000 ISA contribution.

I am Scammed by Coinsbit, unfair trade practices and fake trades lost 6700usd in trades and 1 bitcoin to list in their investbox/stakingpool, they not respond to tickets and ignoring any form of communication! I have opened a scam accusation treath in bitcoin talk, no reply, after i shared my experience they delisted Igos token from their exchange without notification. Users and projects stay away from those thieves, lot of information can be found on the internet and bitcointalk. My scam accusation can be found by typing in google search: Coinsbit unfair It says enough that Coinsbit is not take ownership of its complaints on trustpilot, as they try to avoid genuine negative comments as they know they are wrong and scamming around!

I had no idea there was a service that gives you a complete overview of what any analyst says.. as a former trader i used to get it through Bloomberg but that is extremly expensive and as i trade today on my own it is great to see a free service out there.. not sure where they are getting the data from, couldn't find it anywhere else on the web. I also noticed they actually give you a complete track record of any financial expert on their platform

STAY AWAY FROM 24Option.com When I just started trading with 24 Option my so called "Account manager", Elisona, called me every day and gave me advice on what trades to open and when... This is obviously not standard practice. This is known as Investment Cold calls. *Investment cold calls* A scammer claiming to be a stock broker or portfolio manager calls you and offers financial or investments advice. They will claim what they are offering is low-risk and will provide you with quick and high returns, or encourage you to invest in overseas companies. The scammer's offer will sound legitimate and they may have resources to back up their claims. They will be persistent, and may keep calling you back. The scammer may claim that they are approved by a real government regulator or affiliated with a genuine company. The investments offered in these type of cold calls are usually share, options trading or foreign currency trading.The scammer encourages you to buy shares in a company that they predict is about to increase in value. You may be contacted by email or the message will be posted in a forum. The message will seem like an inside tip and stress that you need to act quickly. The scammer is trying to boost the price of stock so they can sell shares they have already bought, and make a huge profit. The share value will then go down dramatically. If you invest you will be left with large losses or shares that are virtually worthless. This exact scenario happened twice to me. After the first complete bust my "Account manager", Elisona, called me and just let me know that it is NOT a loss... hahaha... And that she has prepared a recovery plan for me... So I made the mistake to listen to her and invest again, just to lose all of it again! After losing it all again. Guess what her first words are to me: "ARE YOU HAPPY NOW". Wow I was shocked to hear this. She is evil and has no heart. Now I am under great financial stress and where is she??? Ignoring my mails and never calling? So i started doing some research. 24Option.com registration number is HE351228. This is also the registration number for another company called TradeOptionGains. Red flag ? When requesting 24Option.com to provide me with information on how they are a regulated company or to provide me with their trading license there is no reply? This company is on multiple warning lists. This is without a doubt a scam. These people have no remorse. No grace. Conclution: Do not invest with 24Option.com

This company is not responsive and not trustworthy. Since weeks/month no feedback, I try to get back my money as the way they want cusomers to proof an identity is dubious. I transferred money to opened an account (believing it was bitcoin!), then they tried unsafe things and I rejected. I do not have access to my money, they do not transfer back, even worse - I haven't got anything or orderred any. They don't reply to emails nor answer their phone. Phone number on this webpage ends on a voicemail "this voicemail is full", the chat is nice but no serious response. They promise to call back but NOTHING happening. The money seems lost in this company. I warn you to use this webpage and services as ther is NO service behind... Lost money, haven't get back my money at all.

Korzystam z FxPro od ponad 3 lat. Zawieram transakacje gównie na rynku forex, ale również czasem na rynku akcji. Oferują sporą liczbę instrumentów tradingowych, ponad 70 par walutowych i ponad 150 typów akcji. Realizacja jest bardzo szybka i nigdy nie mam jakichkolwiek problemów z moimi transakcjami. Oferują również wiele narzędzi pomocnych przy tradingu, np. kalendarz ekonomiczny z wiadomościami, a także analizy techniczne z serwisu Trading Central. Za każdym razem, kiedy mam pytanie, zespół pomocy FxPro bardzo dobrze i szybko pomaga rozwiązać każdy problem. Często wypłacam środki i zawsze odbywa się to szybko i bez problemu. FxPro cuenta con una reputación muy buena, por lo que decidí operar con ellos. La ejecución de las operaciones es muy rápida. Puede que dispongan de menos instrumentos que otros brókeres, pero las condiciones son muy buenas. No ofrecen bonificaciones ni intentan quitarte tu dinero como otros brókeres de escasa reputación. Leo montones de historias negativas sobre otros brókeres, pero todavía no he tenido ningún problema con FxPro.

Sanlam - and as previously Merchant Wealth - failed to invest my inheritance correctly and failed to give appropriate advice on pensions. Instead seeking funds and schemes which profit the company rather than acting in the best interests of the indivdual despite the separate fee paid for this advice. This has been detected by the Regulator (FCA) and investigations undertaken - however, even with these, they still fail to recompense individuals fairly and reasonably for their known failures. I continue to battle within this faceless and (my opinion) uncaring company but quite simply - my advice if you are considering investing your life savings (or in my case - inheritance)... don't. Just don't. Think about alternative companies, review Financial Service Ombudsman complaints and Financial Conduct Authority sanctions. Of course - you may be lucky, but who wants luck when they are investing everything they have. My battle continues - yours does not need to begin!

BDSwiss ID: 1329464 I made a request of withdrawl of my profit on 10th of March 2020. Its been two months now that nothing has been given to me except fake promises. I have been asked to provide additional documents which were supplied on the same day, then I have been advised to contact my bank which I did and my bank confirmed me that they never received any instructions for them, then again I have been informed by the BDSwiss that delays may be due to Enhance Security Checks like money laundering etc. I checked it with my bank and they confirmed that such matters and checks never took too much time. I have told BDSwiss that your bank is breaching the interest of your customers and you have to launch a complain against your bank but nothing has been done so far. Even I asked for a proof from the bank in this regard but till yet nothing has been done. This is not good at all. When we invest it is done in seconds and when we asked for withdrawls it takes months and ages. To be honest it seems a scam now in my eyes and also it has stopped me to invest and do business further with BD Swiss.

I actually saw them on TV and really likes their ad and felt like they were good people to do business with.I went in there the next day to sell my Rolex Daytona that I got as a gift from my previous employer. Needing to change banks recently seemed daunting until I spoke to Narelle. She was friendly and helpful, and really understood the situation my husband and I were in. Narelle explained everything in simple terms, and worked hard on our behalf. She kept in regular contact (even outside of work hours) and helped us each step of the way. I can’t thank her enough, we definitely wouldn’t have achieved such a great result on our new home loan without her. I also want to thank the other staff I dealt with. My wife and I joined the Positive Real Estate Team 6 years ago, because we did not have the market knowledge or the time to work out where to invest next. Over the period of being a client we have increased our portfolio from being 1.2 mill to over 4 mill, learnt how to manage our growing business so that we already receive a passive income, putting us in a position that we can comfortably afford to be a single income family, allowing us to have some freedom and choices of how we want our family life to look like. Without the education and mentoring, we would have struggled with the confidence to continually move forward with our financial goals which has thus afforded us a very comfortable position that will only get better over the next few years! Love the team I work with in NSW and still regularly catch up for a wealth health check up!

This December will be my 12 month membership milestone and can not recommend the team at positive enough. My first purchase with them is due to settle in February and is looking to be a very successful investment and I am currently looking to invest again. My coach Elaine chase has been very helpful and always there for any advice or support. There regular mentoring nights have helped educate me and understand the markets and investing. I would recommend positive to any family or friend of mine.

I am so glad I have stumbled on to Future Assist, as they have put me on the right path with my finance. Bagged paradigm pharma questioned if the shares are worth it and if there product worked.Heaps of footballers had the treatment and bought shares my wife had the treatment couldn't walk 100 metres before and 18 months later walks the dog 3 times a week plays golf every weekend and is pain free.The best treatment for anything she has ever had maybe Motley Fool should do there research before advising people on dos and don'ts of products they have obviously done little or no research on.Take it from me someone who knows the product this is going to be huge pain free and no side effects just hurry up and bring it on for those suffering.

I joined Motley Fool for 12 months. The share recommendations were atrocious. Some of their recommendations as follows BKL, ISD, CGC, BWX. I'm still trying to recover from these big losses over 1 year down the track. Be careful, businesses such as this not only thrive from your subscription but they also make money on the recommendations they provide. The market will respond when they make a recommendation and they are able to sell out on this market share price rise that they/you have created. This is what happens when you follow the heard, you will be the last one to the gate. Do your own research and find your own contacts. Also, I was appalled by their carrot dangling to upsell further products that they claim were superior products. Reward your loyal subscribers with your best product from the beginning Motley Fool!

Our $430K investment on the advise of the WIT Group is now 6 years later valued at $320-330K We were advised that it would be a long term investment in all fairness but in hindsight it will be an even longer time before we recoup our money and could have made some much better choices. Their licenced "expert" sold us an apartment on his recommendation, and we all know how the apartment sector is travelling at the moment. Have spoken to a number of friends and family of their property investments and all have made a positive gain in varying amounts and that was without a financial adviser!! Investor beware as they have not provided any wealth gain for me. October 30th 2019 Update: Shameful Coming into year eight since we purchased an investment property on the advice of WIT group and still 80K short of what we paid for the property (going by what an identical apartment sold for just recently) as well as an additional 84K (approx) which we have paid out of our own pockets because the property is not cash flow positive. WIT you simply scammed us and ran with our money, you should be ashamed having taken advantage of our trust in you. The individuals that conned us (a senior WIT member and an estate agent working in cahoot with WIT) have not had the decency to call and offer any explanation or options since purchase. Will sell at a loss and move on. If anyone doubts what l'm saying l'm happy to provide proof of stated figures Thanks for ruining my financial future, you have set me back years

I had taken the Intelligent Investor subscription for a number of years. At one time 3 of the stocks they recommended and I bought kept going down, Namely Trade me, IOOF and Santos. I could accept Santos going down as I feel no one expected the oil price to fall so sharply as it did. When I wrote on the internal website about my concerns, and how as the price fell they recommended the buy at a lower price and used this as their base price. I got a very pompous letter from [Name Removed] saying I should learn how to invest. When I queried [Name Removed] on why I got such a reply. I was ignored. If these guys were so smart they would have invested their own money and not have had to make money on advise.

Estate Solicitors wrote to company seeking details of investments for probate purposes ,4 weeks later no reply Sent Fax to CEO who claimed never received letter but communications crossed and the reply received only identified Stapled Securities worth about $8000 ignored the other investments Bonds as advised in the letter worth some $850,000-00 Further letter re Capital Gains information sent 5 weeks ago still unanswered Disgraceful service with lack of any communication Looks like the Ombudsman has to be contacted to get and information

I bought GBP just before Christmas to transfer urgently to London . It took 2 days to sort through some issues and then I was told they would be in recipient's account the next day . they did not arrive and when I called on 28/12, 1 week later, I was told the funds would leave immediately i.e. up till then they had not been sent . I then phoned, twice emailed asking for an explanation I heard nothing - very poor service . Would not recommend company

I have been with SelfWealth for about a year, never get a free trades, it was great in brokerage fee, when Buying or Selling shares, the confirmations email of BUY/SELL should include the brokerage fee in there, instead of sending two emails, one is the brokerage fee, and one is confirmation of that BUY/SELL, it creates a lot of emails, also it will be good if SelfWealth can provide EOFY statement for tax purpose, same as Sharesight, I have to pay fee, and it created a lot of confusions, please examine. Kalkine is the quickest way to lose money in the stock market, ive lost mine. Subscribed to their services multiple times trusting their false promises & was let down each time, losing consistently for almost a year not only what i paid for their services but much more investing on the stocks they advised.

I was new to the market and recently joined these guys. I did alot of research and found that compared to the other institutions, such as bell potter, Shaw & partners, Morgan Stanley, UBS, they charge a fraction of their fees and there is no hidden surprises. There is obviously no guarantees with any of them and you are in full control of your money which is what i really liked. They have brought a few opportunities and they have been pretty good so far!

I have been with Commsec over 10 years and have never had a problem trading or getting my trades settled. I recently reactivated my account after a few years break and had no issues doing that either with a really pleasant phone operator helping me out. Easy to navigate and $10 trade brokerage seems like a good deal to me.

I have been trading with Think Forex (now Think Markets) for over a year. At first I deposited $250 for trial and as time went on my account manager Stoyan Aleksandrov whom we communicate via skype successfully convinced me to make additional payments over the course of a year. My account was managed up to $300k. Late last year, I needed to make a withdrawal for family planning which was when I requested my first withdrawal. The withdrawal was processing for several weeks and never was completed. I made several complaint to customer service as my account manager was no where to be found. I was in great distress for a while until early February which was when I was introduced to Eric from BTC Disc. He was professional and consistent in ensuring my investment with ThinkMarket was returned back to me. If you are planning on trading with them please do not.
