THE ONE PLUS WEBSITE IS A SCAM!! - DO NOT BUY FROM ONE PLUS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU PAID THEM FOR. I paid for my order a month ago, I did not receive my order and the tracking shows the order was not delivered. One plus refuses to help me in any way. One plus refuses to give me my money back for an order which the tracking shows I did not receive. For an entire month, every single agent I speak with tells me a different set of lies. One plus is telling me that it is not their responsibility to refund me for an order I paid them for which I did not receive. One plus is telling me I have to ask my local police department for my money back, but when I go to my local police department they say they have never heard anything so ridiculous. The consumer rights agency and the citizen's advice bureau all state that One plus is obligated to refund me as they are in breach of contract for failing to provide a service I paid them for but when I state this to them they say they do not care? I have even provided them with a police report on the issue and they refuse to acknowledge it saying they don't care what the report says. How this company is allowed to trade is a mystery to me as they refuse to follow consumer laws and seem to think they are above the law and don't have to obey it. I suffer from mental health issues and every time I get upset on the telephone the agents will laugh at me then put the phone down. After I broke down in tears on a call I was told by (Jeff the account supervisor) that he was going to refund me and that I would never have to call one plus ever again. I never received my refund and when I call and ask to speak with this specific agent (Jeff the account supervisor) I am told a different lie every time... I have been told Jeff is on holiday, I have been told Jeff is sick, I have been told Jeff is dead, I have been told Jeff doesn't work for one plus anymore... Every agent tells me a different lie. Oneplus has destroyed a whole month of my life and I fear they are going destroy my Christmas also. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM ONE PLUS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BECAUSE IF THERE IS A PROBLEM THEY WILL REFUSE TO HELP YOU IN ANY WAY BUT THEY WILL OBLIGE IN WASTING AS MUCH OF YOUR TIME AS THEY POSSIBLY CAN FOR MONTHS AND YOU WILL NEVER GET ANY HELP FROM THEM OR YOUR MONEY BACK

Große Enttäuschung nach langjähriger Mitgliedschaft! Ich war eigentlich immer recht zufrieden mit Congstar. Ich wollte ungebunden (PrePaid) sein mit monatlichem Kündigungsrecht und das so viel gelobte D-Netz nutzen. Bisher war der Anbieter auch recht günstig, bis ich auf ein Angebot zum 10-jährigen Jubiläum reingefallen bin, das man u. a. langjährigen Kunden angeboten hat. Dort versprach man mir satte 10GB Datenvolumen bei allerdings gedrosseltem Netz mit max. 3G. Ein Haken: 24 Monate Vertragslaufzeit. Gute dachte ich mir, habe ja bisher immer gute Erfahrungen gemacht und habe mich drauf eingelassen. 1 Jahr lang lief alles gut, bis ich dann feststellte, dass ich auf einmal viel mehr zu meinem bestehenden Vertrag zahlen musste ... das stand nach Rücksprache mit dem Congstar-Chat wohl in meinen Vertragsbedingungen. Ich habe daraufhin recht verärgert gekündigt, auch aus dem Hintergrund, weil ich in kein neuen besseren Tarif bei Congstar wechseln konnte!!! Bei bisherigen Anbietern die ich kannte war das kein Problem. Seit Monaten habe ich nun nur "E"-Empfang mit dem kein vernünftiges Surfen mehr möglich ist, zahle mehr Geld und kann so mein Limit schon mal gar nicht benutzen! Leider bin ich noch fast ein Jahr an diesen Vertrag gebunden, was das Schrecklichste ist! Congstar ist für mich die reinste Enttäuschung. Auf Bestandkunden pfeift man offensichtlich und ist nur auf die schnelle Mark aus. Ich rate jedem nur keinen längerfristigen Vertrag mit diesem Anbieter einzugehen!

Xiaomi ERA una marca molto interessante per geek/nerd fino a pochi anni fa. Ma appunto, ERA. Ora è diventato complicatissimo rootare un telefono Xiaomi e ad esempio con il mio redmi note 9 non è stato possibile. Anche il mio ragazzo ha provato a farlo seguendo la procedura ufficiale che è visibile su molti siti con una semplice ricerca su Google, ma il problema principale è che risulta impossibile sbloccare il bootloader. Praticamente per farlo, a differenza di altre aziende più serie, occorre scaricare un loro file .exe che dovrebbe poterlo sbloccare e registrarsi obbligatoriamente a MI cloud (l'inutile cloud di Xiaomi che non fa nemmeno caricare file dal PC) comunicando perfino il proprio numero di telefono! Alla faccia della privacy! Dopo questa bella e buona violazione della privacy - concetto in ogni caso ignoto in Cina - si dovrebbe essere giunti quantomeno al fatidico sblocco del bootloader...e invece no! Il file .exe che serve per sbloccarlo funziona solo su Windows, OS che io non possiedo (ho un chromebook), nè il mio ragazzo (ha linux), quindi ci siamo dovuti procurare in prestito un PC con Windows, ma anche a quel punto non è stato possibile far nulla in quanto tale file funzionava male, poichè apriva una finestra zoomata su di un lato, per cui risultava impossibile poterci interagire dato che buona parte della stessa era di fatto irraggiungibile. Abbiamo provato anche a cambiare risoluzione dello schermo settando una risoluzione più alta, di modo da includere più elementi nello schermo, ma il problema sussisteva, per cui non abbiamo potuto continuare. Tengo a precisare che lo sblocco del bootloader è indispensabile ai fini del root, per cui è una pratica commerciale scorretta pubblicizzare che gli Xiaomi si possono rootare quando invece ciò non è possibile. Alla luce di ciò, Almeno per me da ora in poi BASTA XIAOMI. Costano poco ma valgono anche poco.

I bought a Redmi 8 and the Mi Dual Driver Typ-C earphones. Earphones didn't work, so I wrote to support. After 5 days, they still did not answer. I sent further 3 emails, no reaction. I wrote in Chat support. After about an hour, the support agent told me, this very earpads are not compatible with redmi 8 but on their site they don't mention which earphones are compatible with what phone. Now, they refuse to get these earphone back and sent me a pair they is compatible. They say, we are not the official xiaomi site, we are just a shop, if you want to see what is compatible, you will have to visit the official xiaomi site. Here te original text fro chat "Wir sind nicht Xiaomi selbst. Wir sind ein Händler der die Lizenz/Berechtigung zum verkauf von Xioami Artikeln hat. " Now I know why xiaomi devices are so cheap. I am VERY disappointed in my recent purchase of Fugoo touch speaker. I first bought a Fugoo tough speaker almost 5 years ango and that speaker is still going strong and sounds SO much better than the new speaker, which sounds quite muffled and lmited in sonic range. Additionally the new speaker is quite a bit lighter, which I thought was due to an updated battery, but I now suspect is also due to inferior sepaker components. I would have returned the speaker for a full refund, but its too late now, so I guess I am stuck with it, Frankly, there are a number of other sub $100 speakers out there in the market that sound a lot better Sadly, Dan Chu

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY VERY POOR SERVICE Ordered a device on next day delivery as had a broken handset, took 6 days to arrive, they send the wrong phone that was scratched and in shocking condition and not the device that was ordered. Refused to send the correct device on a swap on delivery so wanted me to be without a phone again for another 6 days, refused to pick up the wrong phone wanted me to return at a cost to me. This company is a SCAMMER! First I tried unlocking an iPhone 6S+ given to my daughter by my cousin, this phone being out of contract already and fully paid. Lo and behold, after paying $29 for unlock I was asked for another $40 to expedite the unlock. Now after pating the said amount they said that my iPhone is either lost/stolen - STUPID JERKS!!! Since I was given a coupon for another unlock I tried unlocking my sister's iPhone 7 (verified thru clencheck.me as clean) and which I totally know is without contract already. Surprise, surprise - I received the generic response that this iPhone is also either lost/stolen!!! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! They are just SCAMMERS!!!

Hi, Used directunlocks for an iphone 8 unlock several weeks ago, firstly paid 20euro and then they asked for 35euro more, it came back that it couldn't be unlocked after paying, and they said they would give me a £37.99 credit, so on monday 24th feb, i went to unlock an iphone 5c, went through the credit card process as they said the credit would be applied using my email address as verification, but they took €18.99 from my credit card, and then i got an email asking for another €35 euro, have sent lots of emails asking about the credit and no replies, there's no phone number to call. Have now reported to CC company for charge back. Based on my experience i can only assume these are scammers

To make a call takes on average 15 minutes to get through to someone (I have made 4 calls). When I asked to have the device sent back this was laughed at. This company has failed to pay for the phone sent to them. Initially offered £190 but reduced to £100 which was accepted. Although the website states payment made no payment received. The company has failed to answer either the phone or e-mails and no response from the contact page. I could not recommend them at all and now seeking payment from the court service. Worth noting that I couldn't find an address on the site but a search of 8321525 (company number) at companies house gives the address as E- GIANT LTD 08321525 - Incorporated on 6 December 2012 C/O Switch Accounting Ferry House, Canute Road, Southampton, Hampshire, England, SO14 3FJ

Both in reviews and on their website, they indicated that I could use Verizon as a carrier if Sprint doesn't work in my area. But Sprint doesn't work in my area, and I only found this out by purchasing a phone and a plan and trying it out. Their staff admitted that they couldn't switch me to Verizon and would not give me a refund on the service unless I returned the phone too. I'd already purchased accessories for the phone, and hate returning things anyway, and so lost out on the refund.

I switched from T mobile on a promotion of a certificate of $300 to purchase anything in their store...long story short, I purchased 2 hand held tablets (1/2 the size of normal tablet). Priced at $99 they then added them under a 2 year contract and charged me for 2 additional lines...Biggest scam, switch and bate..They reduced the 300 by the cost yet I'm stuck paying 20 bucks a month for 2 years that's 480 for 2 things bought using their 300 for switching...They are liars...don't do it run far and fast

I thought I did enough research and there were enough websites saying Spyic was a legitimate company but when I realized their software was junk and canceled the exact same day that I signed up they have done nothing but lie and say they would refund me and it has been weeks now when they said a refund would be coming to my Paypal account in 3 to 5 days when I did a resolution with PayPal they came back and said that spicy blamed me for not giving them information to provide a refund which is an outright lie because all they needed was my email and that's all the information they had in the beginning anyways, please beware and do not use them, SPYIC IS nothing but a SCAM!

I wish I could leave 0 stars. This company was TERRIBLE to work with. The software didn't work at all like promised. The target phone was a first gen Google Pixel. Complete rubbish. I payed $130 for the product and they offered me a $30 refund when I explained that I needed a refund after trying all of the trouble shooting. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Came to Essential PIM 10 years ago, as a relief from MS Outlook. Rapidly realised its simplicity and potential, and bought the lifetime updates licence. Now I run my life with it as an essential aid - everything in one simple place, and faultlessly synchronised across phone and desktop. Just hope it never gets too bloated with non-essential features. Though inclusion of email in the Android phone version would be the icing on the cake, plus an effective spam filter on the desktop email.

Does NOT work on kodi(leia) with firestick/android 5.1. - Menu/screen is stretched horizontally because the app doesn't adjust to screen resolution. - Can select main options (downloads, updates, management) but cannot select any app below. App is completely useless for tv/firestick. Website comments? Can't sign in with google or twitter: just sits at "redirecting..."

I gotta say, I don't get these other reviews about "poor communication" or faulty parts. I've only ever had great supplies from them, and on the very rare occasion something wasn't 100% right, I got a prompt replacement. Their SWAP program is going to make me a killing, and I can always reach someone via chat. Do you own due diligence and try working with them. They have no MOQ, so the financial risk is basically nothing. If you want to talk to someone that has worked with them, feel free to reach out to me. My shop is called Rogue Repair.

Had a LCD separate from the glass and at first Mobile Sentrix says they will not warranty it because the LCD separated from the glass. Now they are claiming they will not warranty it because it is shattered. The only reason the LCD separated from the glass is from being defective.

Secondly, you get a brilliant customer service/designer team who can fill in all the other little things that personalise your site from all the other themes out there. So all the good reviews here are either faked or bought. BOOSTER IS BY FAR THE WORST THEME I KNOW! The support is really bad because it can take up to a month to get an answer and then maybe 1% of your problems are solved. I recently switched from Booster to another theme and my conversion rate immediately increased by 2-3%, because Booster is simply so bugged and these bugs are either not fixed at all or one bug is fixed, but at least 3 new ones will come added. The only thing Boosters are really good at is promoting them. The theme itself and the support is just absolute rubbish and from my point of view that is just PURE MONEY RIPPING! I CAN ONLY ADVISE EVERYONE FROM BUYING THIS THEME! I already made the mistake for you guys. Thank me later ;)

Using this shopping site was with no exaggeration one of the biggest mistakes I have and will have made and I would not reccommend this site to anyone else. First the service is ridiculous, there is no phone number so the only way to reach them was via email which also was terribly slow. They had sent me the wrong item from what I ordered and wanted a refund. I had to chase them for months to even get a reply and even though it was not my fault or mistake they were rude and would not even listen to my issue and the mistake THEY had made. It was a situation wher I had to spen more money to send back the wrong item to get a refund. And from the way they had acted I wasnt even sure if I was going to get my money back because all it seemed to me was they are scammers. I am definitly not the type to waste my time and energy with people who aren’t worthy of but I would not want anyone else going through the same issue as I did.

Brought a $1300 phone. Day 1 upon receiving it I turn it on install updates and it has a fualt. I tried to make a claim for it to be fixed, replaced or refunded. They tell me its due to an app I have installed and to do a reset. I do the reset and don't install any apps and still the same thing. After 3 weeks of back and fourth emails they have just flat out stopped replying. Will have to get lawyers involved

This is one of the worst sites I have come across in a long time and I’m writing this review so that other folks out there can save their time & money. I have lost my 999 bucks, save yours. I ordered a case for iPhone 12pro, it arrived late but it looked alright. When I tried applying the case on my phone it didn’t fit entirely and it was small. I obviously had to return it back or exchange it, but inspite of all my efforts to contact them on all media platforms, they haven’t responded back to me yet. Just wow ! Absolute cheats.

This place is just one of the best companys i have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I purchased a replacement glass kit for a galaxy s8. I messed up the process and they still issued me a full refund. Had to order a new lcd from another company that didnt even send the glue strips to attach the back cover aftef the repair. But luckily i had one lefy ovef from expresscell diy. They even surprised me with another glue strip and another front camera bcuz mine had messed up. Came in the mail out of nowhere. I have purchased fyi replacement kit for Samsung s8 from this company. It's waste of money, I have spend £34 for their product including shipping fees, then when parcel arrived I was supposed that I have to pay another £13 to collect the parcel (nothing mentioned by supplier). I thought I am going to riski it and paid the amount. Product delivered was very poor quality (worse than any Chinese products worthi couple £. I have tried to use the product same way as on their tutorial wideo but just after couple attempts the screen was punctured. So now I don't have working phone and I have spend all this money for nothing. Avoid if possible.

I really like this screen protector, I was a bit worried that the sensitivity of the touch screen was going to be reduced but I haven’t had any problems at all. I did get a crack in the screen but the warranty from Flolab has covered it and I have now got my replacement on the way. Fab product with fab customer service - thank you 🙂

Ordered Beats WIRELESS headphones and they sent me wired headphones. I contacted customer service, called and left messages for months and couldn't get them to respond. I finally received an email saying that the return period has expired, even though they didn't ship what I ordered. I sent the copies of the emails dated 1 day after receiving and did not hear back from them again. I was really disappointed because I was pleased with my prior purchase. Do not shop here!
