I purchased a Xiaomi Mi 9 from these guys about two months ago. The phone arrived on time. However from the initial use I realized that every time the phone was plugged in to power, the screen would turn on/off every 10 seconds or so. Initially I thought this was to do with the phone software and ignored it. Few weeks later I told a friend about this and he mentioned that it is a hardware fault, either the cable or plug. I tried a combination of cables and plugs and figured out the problem was with the UK Plug provided with the phone which was a cheap Chinese plug and not Xiaomi brand. I contacted Clove Technology support regarding this and they requested to send them back the phone. I explained to them that I knew what the issue was and I could send them video displaying the issue. I was also happy to send them the plug but not the phone since both my personal and business daily life depends on it. They ignored my email and repeated their previous response asking for the phone back. I sent them couple of email back and forth explaining that the phone and cable are indeed not faulty and all I need is a UK plug, however they refused to help and said that I must either send them the phone or contact Xiaomi for help! To me this customer service was appalling. I made every effort to resolve the issue and it seemed like they just don't want to help and just want to get rid of me. No alternatives or other ways of helping or trying to resolve the issue. Never mind, the plug is few quid so I don't mind, but I wont go back to the ever again, and my sister wanted to buy a phone and I told her do not go to these guys. The phones are not cheaper than other places and customer service stinks! stay away..

This phone disgust me, it has to be the worst phone i ever had in my whole life. This phone never let me rest every single day it gives me new problems. I advice you not to waste your hard working money and time to purchase this phone. This phone was a waste of money. It might look good but we all know we cant mix iphone and samsung together, it might be good the first month. but in the end it will drive you mad. Whoever made this phone lacks smartness because i am not the only person who thinks this, it might be a small price but go and use your money and buy something more better because this phone is absoulte rubbish take my word and go buy a better phone dont do the same mistake I did

Wasn’t the phone it was the service I had to open an app like at home on the free app on WiFi I was understanding that it would work like normal I’ll never leave my iPhone again this was gonna be my work cell as I’m a mechanic and when trying to use would lock or freeze up forget that TextNow drove me back to straight talks service as a side not you cannot talk to anyone just live chat from stupid hours of 10:30-4:00 and the kicker there messing me around about my refund I made 6 calls the cell was perfect I have to wait 30 days after they receive the cell back it’s $54.98 I can use for my bills because there’s another company besides TextNow supposed to issue my refund so with my 600 customers think of the branch of people I can communicate with about the poor workings of TextNow the freezing up and such is not so bad at home because it was free when my cell had broken wife used laptop for calls untilnew cell and so you know yes I’ve got amazing super fast broadband 200+ mbps so no problem it’s TextNow app does on friends and customers alike so that’s my experience and that’s why they’re getting poor rating!!!!

Replaced the digitizer on my iPhone X. Almost immediately the keyboard would not respond properly to keys pressed. Also phone would freeze at any given point. Reached out to customer support to see if they could be any help and I would need to send the screen back and wait for a decision to be made. That really isn’t practical for me. Just ordered a new oem digitizer. Will not purchase from site again.

I ordered for a Lycamobile number online with their Lyca Global option. the sim took 5 days to come. they sent me a pin to activate the bundle. i did as per the instructions but the activation failed due to a technical error. so i called lyca customer service (the calls are charged 9 pence per min). spoke to them for close to around 5 to 10 Mins to explain the issue, the guys asked me to do the instructions again and all sort of question which did not make sense. finally he said it is a technical error (and i thought i had already told him in my first statement after the hi and hellos) and he will take to refer it to their technical team. it will take 5 days to resolve. finally after 7 days i got a message stating that the issue has been resolved. again tried the same but the technical error still comes up. called up the customer service but my calls would not go through as there is no balance. (this is after they have my 10 Pounds). finally i had to use another phone and call. i told them the issue, the lady was not very happy to receive my call. but then again after a lot of steps and spending around 10 mins she tells me that the pin is having issues. will have to reissue the pin as it is more than 15 days old. i said it is only 12 days since i have received the pin. she said the technical error is due to the pin. it will take another 24 hrs. and the Saga continues. not sure if it will be solved. looks like i might have lost 10+1.5 (approximately)+1.5(approximately) = 13 pounds the scam of Lyca Mobile as i dont think these guys will be able to solve the issue.

My contract ends on 17/05/20. I informed them one month before I am leaving my contract.my rental is 55.22 pounds per a month. Then they said if you are leaving you have to pay 85 pounds I paid now they have sent a bill I have to pay another 56 pounds. I don't recommend any one three network. Very bad network coverage and bad customer service too.

I decided to ignore prior poor reviews as I assumed they were exceptions to the rule. What a mistake. Having ordered and paid for a phone case, a week had gone by without receiving any information regarding dispatch of the case. I emailed their customer service only to find out that the order that I had paid for and was waiting on had been out of stock the whole time. Having taken payment for a case they knew was out of stock, they offered me a completely different case instead which i didn't want. I repeatedly requested a refund and after 2 weeks of emails being ignored I have been forced to file a transaction dispute with the bank to get my money back. Despicable customer service. Avoid this company at all costs.

I used there service for two years. I was not happy with their device that I wore about my neck. It was bulky and slightly heavy. I had it replaced. But I had it on the charger more than I was wearing it. The one thing I did like was the feature of being able to speak directly into the device I wore around my neck. That was convenient.

This is app is amazing. I'm never one to print my photos as social network works well to show photographs as it was always expensive to print photographs. However Free Prints have made it easy to now print my photographs on a budget it's so cheap. I have printed 50 photographs each month so far and a free Prints photo book which was fantastic quality. Every photograph is printed at top quality I would recommend free Prints to anyone.

Worst company i've ever seen. Pathetic service, pathetic management. I've ordered a long back but still I'm waiting for that. I chase the company through email but they aren't helpful, even I've already made the payment to them in advance by paying online. Team - Please ask your superior/supervisor and specially to your CEO to shutdown the company and refunding the amount of all those customer who haven't received the photos yet!! Used this company before a few times and had no problems. This time I ordered some fridge magnets, i cropped the pictures how i wanted them, and two turned up not how I had cropped them, cutting half of the pictures out. Emailed customer service 3 times to be told it's my own fault and they print how I put it, they said "we have already explained but out of courtesy, this time only we will refund you". So I found the pictures and how I ordered them and they were NOT printed the same. Not using this company again, rude customer service!

I had a new phone & had erroneously jammed an app which effected usage. I called into Chester le Street tesco & the young lady on the phone desk spent an hour & half rectifying my error at no cost. I am not good with mobiles but she was patient & polite even though my contract is with another phone company. First class service from a lovely lady.

If you are using whats app to make phone calls DO NOT join Tesco Mobile as you cannot use Tesco Mobile data when making/receiving calls. Tesco Mobile acknowledges this issue, but unable to say it will be resolved (if it will be rectified at all) and it has been ongoing for approximately 4 weeks.They kept telling me that "whats app" is a third party app, and there is nothing else they can do to help. Interestingly when I use vodafone or EE sim cards, I have no issue with making call via whats app. I am honestly shocked with how poor the customer service is at this company! I have been with Tesco Mobile nearly 10 years now, and everytime there has been an issue their customer service has been really poor. However how they handled the whats app issue has been appalling. Due to whats app issue I have attempted to leave Tesco Mobile but they have told me I would have to pay £240 for leaving before my current contract runs out. My curent contract runs out in December 2020 (I have four contracts), I will be moving to a more reputable service provider.

Ongoing customer service problems following a wrongly sized case being sent and a sub-standard cover. Go customized have implied that the model year of my iPad Air means the dimensions may not be accurate and their products may not fit exactly. Funny how there was only one iPad Air available at the time I ordered!!! Air 2 has only just been released. Even though I ordered an Air case, they sent me one for iPad 2/3/4 - 3 and 4 are 6mm wider than 2! Rather than offer me a refund for the wrongly sent case they told me TO BUY another case in the correct size. They thought offering a 35% discount would be acceptable. THEIR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNBELIEVABLE. I've told them I will leave regular reviews until I get a FULL refund. The longer they take, the lower their star rating, so you may see a few more of my reviews. Funnily enough, last time I said that, I got a quick response.

this company got sent my iphone XR to replace the screen but it seems like they have replaced my camera with cheaper parts that have resemblance to an android . i am very annoyed about this considering i did not want cheaper parts put into my phone. my camera and speaker now all of a sudden have a blue light and my speaker is no longer fully black.

All the great reviews I had read about GetTech where spot on, I ordered my pre-owned Samsung galaxy s9+ at a very reasonable price, I was advised that there may be some signs of wear and tear as it was pre-owned, when I received my phone (by very fast post) I was amazed by the condition of the phone, it was like I just bought a new phone ( not a single buff or scratch to be seen), I would highly recommend GetTech for an absolute bargain of a phone and the best of all is it comes with a 2 year warranty for piece of mind. I absolutely LOVE all of my Screenflair products. I had ordered a set a while ago and completely fell in love! I've dropped my phone many times and it's always protected, but the design is sleek and elegant. I love all of the choices (although I wish there were more solid colors, like red)! I can adjust the screen protectors as many times as necessary to get the right fit and it ALWAYS stays on. I love the recent packaging. It's all wonderful. I couldn't be happier.

I won't buy my phone cases anywhere else. The quality and designs are top notch. I love the double layer of the cases. I really like that I can order the cases in glossy or matte. I really like the look of the matte. The only thing I could say that would improve the buying experience would be a larger selection, but I'm not complaining because its not like I can't find any I like. I have purchased my last four cases exclusively from Screen Flair!!!!

If you run low on data/mins etc, they automatically do a top up charge so your service doesnt get turned off. To turn off automatic top up, you have to pay $7 a month. I think in the past you still had to pay a one time fee to stop top ups. What type of BS is this? I get the idea to prevent a stop in service but this is not the way to do it. For people who are struggling to pay bills and needs a cheap plan, this is the worst thing. I've been a long time customer of Freedompop and this is why I never recommend it to others. Its free but you have to be very careful.

Asking their support about anything you have a risk to get a blocked account if your question is disliked One more issue with totally useless support. The case. Tried to withdraw using a contactless atm by Apple Pay connected physical Revolut card. Atm took contactless Apple Pay, took the pin, allowed to choose an amount, then refused to withdraw, asked contact Revolut for details. I understand that it was an absolutely idiotic idea to contact their useless support, but I've tried. I waited for the answer for 20 (twenty) hours, and instead of a simple answer about why I can't use contactless for withdrawing - somebody called Jam instead of a normal answer fully blocked (!) my account and cards! And sent tons of useless catchwords again. Which can be transformed into only one phrase - F--k you, that's why. I think it should be a Revolut slogan, actually. So, this time I not only got no reasonable answer to a simple question but also lost connection to my money. What will be if I'll ask a third time? They'll kill me? Or jail me?

Useless support, incorrect info in app Useless support, the app is an incorrect information provider. Three hours trying to get a concrete answer about incorrect info about withdrawal limits (it should be reset at May 1, but it doesn't) - got back nothing exact, just tons of useless catchwords. If you want to save your mood good - do not even think about Revolut. There are a lot of other options, better options. UPDATE. The received answer on the above issue is one more masterpiece of absolutely useless information from Revolut. Only part of the conversation follows, but the main idea is - the app show that the limit is fully used, despite one of the supporters told that it should be reset on May 1, second assured that will be no fee for withdrawal inside the limit despite the app showing the opposite. At the same time, he REFUSED to confirm that the app provides the incorrect information and refused to take responsibility for his assurance. Awful attitude, never seen something like that before.
