Just to warn everyone out there be careful, they make it sound amazing and 40% off etc etc and offer you all sort of deals to join as soon as you join you will get ripped off, as soon as we joined we never got any of the discounts we were told and it wasnt even a month we had joined we had to pay $130 for fee apparently which no one ever mentioned to us and the proper first bill we goy was shockinggggggg!!! We couldn't believe it when we called they have the worse customer service ever and no one cared and did anything about it so after our first bill we switched straight away so be careful whatever they offer you it's a lieeeeeee and scam!!!!

I was with them from the past 2 years, their bill was expensive(almost $350 each months for two full time working couple), they raise cost without any reasons. WE CHANGED AFTER 2 YEARS. I am saying it because I don't want anyone to fall in their trap. We are with dodo now and we use the same energy and it cost us $68per month).

Smashed my brand new Pocophone F1 and raphone were the only place i could find who could repair a brand new devive such as the Pocophone F1, as no-where else had the supplies to do sow tih it being released only a month or 2 ago. Nevertheless, send my phone away on monday morning, and by Friday i have the phone back and it looks brand new. Perfect accuracy and very well done to whoever did the repair, I couldn't be happier! Great customer service aswell when i phoned them up, and very fast and helpful replies to my (many) emails keeping me up to date on the progress of the repair!

At first I was having doubt whether I should get Flexiroam X after keep seeing the ads on Facebook and did my research out of curiosity. Until my best friend recommend it to me and got it for free (well shipping is not included) due to Tune Protect Insurance has partnered with Flexiroam to provide free 1gb roaming data for 3 days. So that's where it all started and baaam! I dont think I wanna switch to any other roaming sim provider anymore. From account registration to linking and purchasing my roaming data (bought local data for Singapore for 3 days because I need it once the free data comes to an end) everything is straightforward,fluid and fast! However,I wish in the future Flexiroam could display the price for the data in local currency so it could ease the pain to Google the currency exchange rate from usd to my local currency. And it save my pain from manual network selection since it will automatically connect to the local roaming partner. And yes...it saved my pain of purchasing local sim and eventually throw it away once I am back to my home country. And lifetime validity? YEEEES! 10/10 I would recommend Flexiroam X to anyone who need data roaming while abroad.

I'm currently in a dispute, as month after purchasing a phone, I have no phone and no refund. I'm really concerned. I've been ripped off. I'm being told someone will be in touch, but they haven't. So, I have no phone. I want a full refund. I wouldn't use this company again. AVOID UPDATE Never had a reply. Thankfully I paid via PayPal so got my money back through them. Seriously, if you value your money, avoid this con company. I've also reported to trading standards. Im reply to your message below. But too late now. PayPal opened a dispute with you. You did not reply so PayPal refunded my £169. So thanks but no thanks

They give you only TWO HOURS to change your order, and when you try to, there is no way to contact anyone except to send them a message through email, which they said will take up to 3 business days for them to respond. I had ordered a phone case from them for my Samsung Galaxy A50 on Dec 10. The confirmation said that estimated delivery would be Dec 27. Here it is Dec 31 and there is still no phone case. They haven't even shipped it out yet! When asked about the status of my order, the person who responded said that my order was in the most "agile" form. Yeah right! My Roborock S5 Max broke down after two months of use (main wheel error 107). The communication with the seller was too slow and no solution offered at first. After two months waiting for the solution, they offered to send it to warranty repair and informed me that it would last up to 15 days. Now it has been over a month in warranty repair and no information about my Roborock. No option for refund or replacement of the device. All in all, I have been without working Roborock for over four months now. Was it a time or my first review, but I got my Roborock repaired and returned. Minus two stars due to lack of information, I lost lots of time because slow communication and no solution at first. Warranty repair took almost two months (I was informed it will take up to 15 days). All in all, after four months I got my Roborock repaired and working again!

I have moved my number from Telia to Hallon exactly 7 days ago. I sent them a message at the same time as I placed the order, as I saw when I placed the order that my address was wrong (not matches with Skatteverket's) and there was no way to update it on their web page. They updated the address, said that the sim card was coming to the new address, and this was 4 days ago. The number move finished 3 days ago, and I still do not have a sim card! I sent them another message, and have been waiting for 3 days without a response, even if they state on their page that the waiting time is 1-2 days. Now I'm stuck waiting with no mobile service, already on the fourth day, without an easy way to reach them. Thanks Hallon, great service!

sent them my daughters water damaged 5s, they came back with 3 extra items that were broken, which i half expected, but the price to repair them was very fair,i thought. before going ahead with the repair i phoned them and asked about warranty for the repair and long term success rate of the repair and received an honest answer. went ahead with the repair and got the phone back the next day. all working well. they kept me in the loop with emails and sorted out a world pay issue too. highly recommend phone came back just in time as my other daughter dropped her phone its going to free fusion

For 90 euro and 1 hour they install in my iPhone 6s chenese peace of crap, not even retina display, which make my phone hot, ans working wrong : sometimes the buttons on the screen do not work at all, then films, music and cursor switch by his own mind, music turns on and off independently, and so on. And all this crap was not exist in those 3 days when I used the phone with a original broken screen, so, i blame his work and low-quality details. I don’t know, maybe they even have extracted some other details and chandget them in Chinese, but you can sure, I’ll write reviews about you in all possible places. You are scammers. I can see the grid on the screen at a certain angle, like on the screens of old calculators! I know where such screens come from: aliexpress for $ 5. But no one warned me that for such money I would get such crap, no one gave me a choice, I would never agree. I demand refund and apologies! I do not recommend this awful cervice to anyone.

I give it 3 because the quality of the glass is really good for the price compared to what i had before.But the bubbles are too big yet i followed instructions ,otherwise it's a 5 star. Maybe it's supposed to come with the liquid adhesive?I saw a video where using adhesive doesn't leave any bubbles.

Emailed on Sunday and received automated response from a Mike James Tuesday heard nothing, called there office early afternoon, young lady could not help and told me everyone was at lunch or just returning and there would be a response to my email today, heard nothing still, waste of time emailing and calling them, obviously to much money in there game and don't need the business, why waste time building websites telling us about your fantastic service when its quite obvious that the guys on there fantastic salaries are to busy eating lunch to deal with prospective client, don't waste your time contacting this company, Let's see if they respond now

Would not use them again.Been to Slough farnham road branch with my iPad mini 2 the guy promised to fix it same day but when i came back to pick it back found that he broke the internal lcd as well and whole iPad is very badly messed and they didn't even feel sorry end up with broken iPad please avoid them at any cost .

I ordered a S8+ transparent cover and it arrived with one day delay; it is not what they showed in photos. it is a fake cover with very low quality. you cannot use it as a stand similar to what they showed in photos. there is no magnet as showed. in brief it is a piece of crap and even for free it is expensive. Totally wast of money. DON'T TRUST THIS SHOP. What you'll get won't be what they show and claim.

I've just received a check for $150 for the Iphone 13 ProMax from GadgetGone. I want to say that my Iphone was totally 100% broken (we lost it and found it after 10 hours on the road with a big traffic). My husband was laughing at me ))) when I told him that I'm going to sell it. He wanted just threw it away. And we were happily surprised to receive the approve for the $150.00 for that phone. Beware Gadget Gone!! They offered me over $100 for three old iPhones based on models and descriptions. I work in IT and these phone were family members devices. They lived in cases and were old but in excellent condition. When arrived with Gadget Gone, they said they were damaged and offered $0, $0 and $9 for them. They are a bait and switch operation!! AVOID!

Peter has not really used his KISA as we would have hoped as his hearing is poor and he doesn't hear a call. Now with dementia he doesn't remember to have it handy. The concept is great but our user is lacking. I keep having the KISA on hand just in case ! His wife, Mavis

I ordered qmust battery on sunday night and by tuesday it was delivered to me by tuesday. Thogh it is a pretty short period to write a review on battery performance, i am quite happy with its performance. The back case is also pretty good. Though the back looks bulgy the phone feels much more solid in hand than it felt before. I am happy to recommend it.

Purchased a Lebara renewal voucher end of April 2017 When tried to activate my subscription online, I received an error message saying that the voucher had been already activated. Sent several email to the support but in vain. Evevry time they turn around with the same questions. Turned to the shop Skyrose at Paris ( Gard du Nord ) The owner seems to be absent every time and I have to wait till his return. It seems a combined scam between the lebara team and the local vendors

I had my SIM stolen yesterday and they already have a new one sent to me today with my old number and the packages I paid for. The response was quick and very helpful, and as soon as they found out I don't speak French they changed to English - this has never happened to me in France!

I shattered the screen and broke the OLED on my huawei p30 pro, and even though it was more expensive than somewhere on the highstreet I wanted the job done properly, the 12 month warranty and the promise of using a like for like part swayed me and I was not disappointed!! I Posted my phone to them on Wednesday and got it back on Monday morning. Communication was excellent and clear. Service was perfect and my phone looks brand new!

I ordered a Nokia BH-217 Bluetooth headset, which arrived after about a month. A couple of vital components were missing, and when questioned, they said these were currently unavailable. They told me that they should be getting more stock in "next week" and after two months of waiting, I still do not have the missing bits. I have regularly sent emails to them requesting updates, and all but the first couple have gone unanswered. Their communication is absolutely appalling. They are crooks, to be avoided like the plague.
