Within a few minutes after we submitted our information to Lorem, it matched us with Erin V who did a terrific job making the changes we needed in landing pages, emails and pop-ups generated by a referral app we're using at our Shopify store. Erin started working on our project immediately and completed it in less than 90 minutes, allowing us to remain on chat with her as she worked so we could give her immediate feedback on each change she made. We had gotten a much higher quote from another developer, also on the app's list of approved developers, who estimated the work would take at least 8 hours. We were so happy with Erin that we used her for another project and will continue to have her help us with any changes we need on Shopify. She's talented, knowledgeable, responsive and a great communicator.

A defective and faulty phone was sent to me for $289. When I informed them quickly they refused to send me a return label and said they said it was my responsibility to pay for the return shipment costs as well as stocking fees. What cheap petty crooks is this company and the so-called customer support team of Esteban and Alexis, both of whom are born congenital liars and swindlers. They are highly unprofessional and don’t give a damn to customer satisfaction. Now I am stuck with a nearly $300 phone with no battery, and no functionality. Cheap company run by robbers and cheaters. Shame on you Uptradeit.

Sent them my iPhone 7plus. Quoted me 167 payout. Phone was like new. Had a screen protector in it. They came back saying it had a broke screen and offered me 0.00. Still trying to get me phone back from them. Won’t answer the phone or email. Very bad company. Avoid like the plague!!!

I purchased a watch from 3G Watches as a gift to a friend in LA. Their ad specifically states that an adult would have to sign for receipt of watch (gift). My friend did not received gift and I contacted 3G. 3G emailed the UPS tracking #. The UPS delivery states that it was delivered to the address given but, was left at the door. No adult signature!!! 3G will not reimburse the loss. I feel that 3G has an issue with the shipping company. In the interim, I have not received any replies or emails from 3G. I would caution anybody doing business with 3G.

I bought a Smartwatch from 3G. I lost the charger connect. Have been trying to get in touch for a replacement of the connector and no response since July 2014. Bad bad service. I am stuck with a watch, without a charger connector. I cannot even find spare on the entire internet.

GenMobile is the best - and I have been with NUMEROUS cell phone service providers. I have turned COUNTLESS people on to your service (at least SEVEN) and yes, I need to start grabbing me rewards :). I also reviewed you on Sitejabber a while back and gave you 5-Stars. I have meant to also review you on Trustpilot, but I have no yet gotten around to it. Needless to say, however, that I am very happy with GenMobile right now. The other evening I had a hard sell from a Comcast agent (I have XFinity/Comcast Internet service) and they were telling me how I can have FREE cell phone service and would only need to pay for data - and I told them that for the time being, I was happy with GenMobile.

I have been using Genmobile for 1 year now, there was no problem until last month, I stopped receiving data. It took 3 days to trouble shoot. One month later, same thing happened again. I still have no data. Super frustrated.

I ordered a laptop battery from WowParts and did not realize they would be shipping via USPS. The address I used is only deliverable via UPS, Fedex, DHL, etc. The post office returned the battery to them since it was undeliverable. I contacted WowParts about the situation and they fixed the problem and even covered the costs of re-shipping the item. I very pleased with their customer service

This Three Store staff members are lies don’t go there to get any contract they told me and my wife we would get good 4G coverage in my area but I don’t get good coverage at all I only get 3G and the told me I would get excellent 4G courage with the new Our new 4G Super-Voice signal is available in this area, kicking Indoor Blackspots' ass I was told with is I will get excellent 4G coverage lies only 3G when I called up customer service they told me they need to upgrade the mass and this should happen with in the next 6 months so it means for me I will have only 3G coverage for 1 year that’s a joke in a big way they did not let me take the phone back or willing to give me discount till this is fixed I can’t wait till the 2 years are up to move away from them

Your card’s chip will not work randomly so make sure you have another card on hand when you’re at a register. If you want to dispute a transaction or something’s wrong with a transaction (even if it’s just ONE) they have to cancel your card and send you a new one EVERY TIME. What kind of banking system is this where you have to cancel a card every time there’s something wrong? You’re not going to get far if you’re trying to compete with big banks where you can dispute / deal with a single a transaction effortlessly. They canceled and stated they were resending me a card when I had not agreed to it (if they would have stated the policy first I would have said no as the disputed transaction amount was not work waiting a WEEK during a Pandemic to be able to access MY MONEY. Oh yeah while your card is being sent to you, you will not have any access to your money until you get your new card and activate it. BTW since they like to automatically do things without confirming with the customer first they sent my card to the WRONG ADDRESS (I relocated from New York to another state because of the pandemic) When you transfer money over from one “square”/savings to your main account it lags, so don’t need to be able used immediately after. This bank isn’t supported in so many aspects, there’s multiple online retailers where my card is declined because it’s not supported. The card is pretty and it’s a mobile app. Those are your only benefits. Update: As of 6/26/2020 Before the above problem occurred I had already signed up for direct deposit to get my unemployment and didn’t want to disrupt the process and have my payment be delayed 14 to 21 days by changing the bank account. Now after getting me unemployment to this account for the past 2 MONTHS, N26 marked it as fraud and returned the transaction. THEN told me they can’t do anything about it and to call the originator (they want me to call an OVERWHELMED NEW YORK CITY DEPARTMENT OF LABOR IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC BE CAUSE OF A MISTAKE THEY MADE). I should’ve taken the blow and closed this account when I could have. Now I have returns and other things being deposited into this account (that they ALSO HAVE NOT GIVEN ME) I order to close it. Ridiculous.

These ppl refuse to refund my money. I was never able to use the app and they kept telling me to hang in there and that they would fix the issue in a month. Never did. I have sent several emails with my customer id. They will not respond. Total scam. I will prevent everyone I know including on social media never to buy this product.

I have been using t-mobile for 2 years. I had no problem until today. I went to t-mobile store tried to pay my prepaid account and then one of employees offered me new plan which is $50 per month ( Unlimited call, text, and data). He told me that i should get new number and then he will transfer my old number to this new sim card and i did. After that he told me it will activate in 2 hours, then after 2 hours my number got out of service. And then i tried to contact to t-mobile customer support, lady picked up the phone told me that i need to contact with prepaid support then i have been trying to contact with prepaid support since last 2 days. It's so annoyed me. Because of these reasons i decided to switch my number to AT & T.

When I search for customer service, I found no number and sent an email that I was told could take up to 48 hours to respond to. Terrible customer service.

Shame on you Vodafone.... My Father passed away recently and i called Vodafone to cancel his plan but explained that i wanted to keep the number for my elderly mum and go on to a pre paid. I was told to go to the nearest store and they could do it on the spot. Went into the store explained what had happened they said i needed to produce a copy of the Death Certificate along with other ID which i did. All paperwork was uploaded to my dads file & then i was told that i would have to ring up and cancel it over the phone. Rang Vodafone explained again that i wanted to cancel the contract that my father was on and keep the same number on a Vodafone pre paid. Thay said the hand set still had money owing and we would have to pay it out or send it back. ???? Surely if the peraon who the plan was under was deceased all monies owing become null & void so i asked if they could make an exception as they would only throwing the handset out so they told me. Vodafone told me no and said that they would cancel the plan and block the phone which they did within 4 minutes leavimg my elderly mum with no phone or contact.No compassion in hard times. Absolutely disgusted with your so called customer service Vodafone will never deal with you again.

I have owned 2 Cubot smartphones, the Cubot H1 and currently the Cubot Max. The Max has been one of the best smartphones I've owned, and being a registered blind smartphone user, the 6 inch screen is great, among with the 16 megapixel camera. I'm looking forward to owning the Max 2 when it arrives in April, and my girlfriend is getting one to as she's giving up her contract and going on the same network as I'm on, which will save us more! She likes my Max smartphone. Cubot are getting better with each upgrade they bring out, especially with the way the devices handle with the power consumption. If you're considering getting a new mid range phone, give this company a try, you'll be surprised!

So disappointed. Ordered a case, it arrived quickly but I had ordered the wrong size case - totally my fault. Emailed to check about returns totally prepared to pay for return and then order a new one. I received a speedy reply telling me that they would send the right case. I was surprised how easy it was! Except it never arrived, I chased twice and was told I needed to be patient. It was my mistake and I was happy to pay to correct it but their email was a bare face lie. Totally unnecessary. Don’t order from them. The case I did get (the wrong size!) was also pretty poor quality for the price.

Case was extremely poor quality. Definitely not worth the price I paid. I had ordered a personalised case with my initials, - case arrived with only one initial. I complained - demanding a refund as the case was such bad quality that regardless whether they got the initials right or not would do NOTHING to protect my phone. I was told that I would need to send the cover back. Looked into the price of postage as I live in Sydney Australia - not worth the hassle. GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE. DO NOT BUY FROM DYEFOR. ITS NO WONDER THATS THERE NAME!!!!!!!

I had the Black Friday credit check issue with Carphone Warehouse/Vodafone. I have already written a review about Carphone Warehouse but Vodafone were equally as bad! There systems must be rubbish if they can’t link customer details to be able to link a customer to an existing credit line. After spending hours on calls to resolve, both companies blame the other. They were both equally as bad as each other but neither party willing to help me. I am still without a new contract and incredibly annoyed by the amount of time and money I have wasted trying to help them to resolve it!! Absolutely disgusted

This is the go-to place if you have iphone repair issues. Need a new battery for your iPod, (we all know how long those last!) Dropped your iPad and now the screen is broke? These are the guys who can fix it. Not only do they do Apple repairs at a reasonable rate, but when something goes wrong, they stand behind their product. My husband had an issue with the LCD on his touch, and we sent it to them for a repair. When we got it back, the wifi wouldn't work. Being a bit of a geek, I assumed that the antenna got knocked off when they opened the case, so I sent it back (and they sent me a prepaid UPS label via email). But it turned out to be the logic board, which they promptly replaced and sent back at no charge. Most companies do well when things go right, but it's how they handle when things go wrong that really count. They took what could potentially be a bad situation, and turned it into a positive one. I highly recommend them!

I lost a lot of time communicating with the shop only to realize they wouldn't send me the exact product I ordered. I just now received notice that my order #90741 of 48 hours ago was cancelled because "we can only ship to addresses that are verified by the issuing bank. This has to be either the actual Billing Address with the issuing bank or an "Alternate Shipping Address" that is on file with the issuing bank for that card. There are no exceptions to this rule". There are also no notices of this when you order. I have never heard of a bank "acknowledged" alternate address and use my home address for work purchases all the time as my office does not have a convenient way to drop off a package. Also, why does it take the day before I expect it to arrive to be notified of this? I just reordered it #90826 but now have to pay even more shipping to have it here by my project's deadline. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I received my order, it was the correct phone and in good condition. I ordered right as NY was going into lockdown with the pandemic and emailed to confirm my phone was coming. I received a timely response and was able to call and get a tracking number. It took a little longer than normal to receive but it is completely understandable given the circumstances. I would order from them again.

First of all their phone number that says to call us on go straight to a camel jockey scam number who tries to steal your identity. Yet their packaging still has that number in bold print on the back of it. It's also the same number that's available on their website or on any Google site that gives you their phone number. When selecting a battery to purchase it says to be sure and follow the instructions so that your battery will be able to charge fully. That will extend its life and the talk time. Well they don't give you any instructions. And when I search the web site and YouTube It Only provides it for the extended life battery. I would never get the extended life battery because I don't believe there new phone case backing would be of any quality. I asked the woman where the batteries are manufactured she told me by Gorilla Gadgets in Santa Ana California. Not true it's Chinese battery and from what I can tell anybody can order from the manufacturer and put their own name on it. But mostly I would never order from this company again because they don't warn people about their phone number going to a camel jockey scam company somewhere in the Middle East who steals people's identity. Or maybe they do know that goes there and that's why they haven't warned anybody. The company is definitely run by sub third world nation people as they have no sense of quality or customer service

I bought two quantum wireless pro power banks from these folks. One of the power banks wireless charge stopped working. I sent them an email explaining what happened & got an immediate response. They sent a return label for the broken charge and immediately replaced it with a new one. I am a very satisfied customer. I have never had trouble with them. Some of the products didn't last but I also didn't pay much for them.

Purchased refurbished Note2 from CellularStream to replace my previous one that lasted 4 years until I broke it. I should have paid closer attention to the 30 day (from purchase) warranty because the phone lasted 66 days from activation, started spontaneously restarting, factory reset itself twice, then died. I've spent hours trying to reload the ROM but it appears to have internal electronic problems. I contacted CellularStream to get an exception to their warranty and I was denied. $125 gone forever.

I received an email saying I need to call your processing team to clarify some details before they complete my order , i read a few reviews yesterday and when this happens the call can cost a small fortune not only that why can't you ring me on the number I submitted on my account like any other company does. Terrible experience regarding cashback. Took phone out in November - I was initially shocked and disappointed as the amount I thought I was going to pay , turned out was double, and the amount you pay is after cashback which you have to claim. The first cashback claim is 6 months after purchase (so I was expecting to get 6 months worth of money (50% of what I had paid). I had another shock the amount was to be divided into 5 equal installments and btw didn't equate at all to 50%. So felt completely ripped off already. Let it go because I thought maybe I had mistaken it all. I claimed cashback 26th April and received an email saying congratulations cashback will be received within 14 working days. I emailed about 12 days in and was assured there were not delays and money would be paid on time. We are now 20 working days later still waiting for it, had numerous emails advising please don't worry there was a delay but it is being processed keep a look out for it, but cannot give a timeframe. "It is easy just refund my card" "it should take less than a minute" . Apparently delays are due to the covid situation (despite their website proudly displaying a banner announcing that despite the covid issues they are working as normal) bunch of liars and totally regret getting this phone now. Sick of getting the runaround.

My contact on email was the epitome of unhelpful and is now playing games with me. Advertised as 2-4 days free shipping turned into 4 weeks and a underpaid postage cost. After a promised refund of purchase and postage, Jessica @ protectionfilms24 decided to refund a Quarter of total cost. On reply she said she deemed it fair. After at least 15 emails back and forth, I now only have managed to regain purchase price and no postage. The whole process has been outrageous, tiring and unprofessional. Don't waste your time or support such charlatans with your currency. The company should be investigated.

While Tech21 products are superior in quality, the customer service provided when ordering from the company directly is, well, crappy. I was charged for merchandise that did not ship. When I emailed the Tech21 helpdesk, I received an email from someone who is either incompetent, or unequipped to handle a customer service issue and refund. I still have not received a refund, for the merchandise that Tech21 informed me, did not ship. I will likely have to go through the hassle of disputing this charge with my bank. I do not recommend ordering from this company directly.

Thanks to this terrible case. My phone is now damaged. Listening to the advice of the person at the phone company store I bought this case. It says protects from drops up to 10ft I never had a problem with cases before so I didn’t think I needed to research it. How in less than 10 months the backside of my phone has cracks the part that should be the most protected in the case. I have never been more disappointed in a case. It’s one thing if the case gets messed up, but when it’s your phone which is less than a year old because the case you bought can’t do its job than that’s a problem. I have never thrown my phone you dropped out a window I’m less than 10 ft tall( -(about 5) so any height I dropped from shouldn’t have been significant. I occasionally drop it out of my pocket or knock it off a table. Nothing that should have caused so much damage. Very disappointed with this product.

I placed 3 different orders to this company. Two of them on 01/22/2018 and another one on 2/2/2018. I was told to be patient that they were back logged but they would let me know when my items ship. Well, it is now 2/20/2018 and I have yet to see my orders. When I check my account, it says the orders are "pending shipment". I have read reviews dated back to 2015 and before where customers gave them a great customer rating. However, any reviews after 2015 are all one star. What has happened to this company since 2015? Does it not bother them that most of the reviews are saying to not order from them? I wish I had seen the reviews prior to my ordering. If I hear from them after this latest email I sent, I will update my review. However, at this time, I would not recommend them to an enemy or friend. I would say they are doing false advertising.

I’ll try and make my comments independently unbiased and as honest as can, I have no loyalty to any network or supplier other than that of value for money and (for me) security, reliability of connectivity, good business acumen and after sales service.. So.. let’s be honest, depends what you want... plenty of high street shops about and on line “bargains” Some (most) of which have been in trouble one way or another before now...for various mis-selling reasons or hiking the price once you are “in contract” however: if you are prepared to swap (usually your network and phone number) around all the time (monthly, annually or let’s face it if you want a nice phone, every 2 years!!) that could be a “convenient” option for you. I originally researched these guys for business reasons .. (I needed a company that understood my needs... security being a major interest and customisations a high second) I spoke directly to Vanessa and Sam and indirectly to Stephen... (I’m guessing the top trio?) between the three they have everything a business needs (no offence to the rest of the business colleagues that I also dealt with which are equally as capable and helpful whenever I called or emailed), but In my case I found that whoever I dealt with I had a pretty much instant follow up from one of the top 3 even if it was just to check that “I’d been satisfied”. Interestingly I happened to mention my personal needs.. not just business (yes, the “Damn I broke my iPhone screen” type stuff) and also my international requirements... (friends and colleagues visiting the UK). Surprisingly, to me, they came up with matching or better offers and contracts than I (or my friends) were already getting... My recommendation? I’m still independent.. my needs change (and yes I still look around) but I haven’t found any company that matches these guys for enthusiasm, technical know how, or let’s face it general “it’s broke can you sort it” moments ... they have my vote.... and my current loyalty for the foreseeable...

Update.....finally received payment check yesterday, 7/16. As compensation for the delay, they sent a note stating they will send a bonus to me also. Constructive criticism...this transaction began at the end of June.....find a faster way to send out shipping cartons, a faster way to inspect electronics to determine condition, a saster way if issuing and sending checks. Sent them 3 digital cameras that they inspected and gave me a price. The prices were real low ball prices given the cameras I sent were the next models up from what they listed them as. But, I agreed to the price. They said they'd send me a check. Haven't heard diddly from them since. No check and they have my cameras. Ripoff!

The rates are low because they will not reimburse you for anything, and even if you do get in touch with someone related to a claim they will ignore you immediately after. I reached out to them on at least 7 different occasions regarding reimbursement for a simple screen fix, and every single message except for the first one went ignored. I have still not been reimbursed and had to pay out of pocket. You'll have better luck just risking it, as I have serious doubts about their ability to follow through on any of the claims sent their way.

As a teacher, I love seeing all of the 1-star reviews by so-called parents, when it's abundantly clear that adolescents are taking a turn a review writing. I'm writing this review not only to offset the kids' reviews, but because this app has been possibly the most important one we've ever downloaded. Screentime has been invaluable for our family, especially on our Android devices. We set the amount of hours/day based on our son successfully addressing his responsibilities (school, chores), and give him the freedom to do what he wants with his time. But when his time is up, it's up. There are no negotiations, no arguments. Occasionally, he'll ask for something to do that might earn him extra time, and that's always considered. It should be noted that on Apple devices, however, this app (or any other) is not nearly as efficient as on Android, which is entirely driven by Apple refusing to allow one app to control another (individually). Apple knows that your kids want iPhones because it is very hard/impossible to monitor them or control the amount of time that they are on their iPhones. Apple does not have a business interest in allowing Screentime to perform well on Apple devices. But on Android, this app shines. If you're a parent hoarse from the last shouting match you had with your child about the unfairness of having only 8 hours a day on gaming sites, then do yourself a favor and try Screentime for Android.

I ordered a replacement screen for the iPhone 5SE, choosing the most expensive OEM option offered, complete with the appropriate tools. Within the 3 month warranty period, the replacement screen became faulty appearing foggy or cloudy, and losing contrast intermittently. When I attempted to claim the warranty within the warranty period, after a month of communications back and forth, ETrade Supply offered 70% of the product cost without any explanation why the full 100% cost wasn't offered. As such, I have paid $60USD to be sent a faulty screen. Others have obviously received working screens, and the product cost was reasonable and shipping was very fast, but buyer beware - if you need to claim warranty, be very strong with your demands.

I have ordered from Etrade Supply for over 3 years. They have great consistent quality, compared to other China or HK sites. Order and shipping time usually 2-4 days. Now that they ship some parts from the USA (Dallas I think), I can get some parts in 1-2 days. Their packaging is phenomenal--if you get larger orders it comes in these tough "Tupperware" tubs. Cool! DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this scam company. They quote a price for unlocking your phone, then the next day tell you the phone is in contract so you must pay a premium upgrade fee to continue the unlock.I paid it, then waited 2 weeks but never got my unlock. When I checked on the status they send canned emails directing you to a fake order tracker that shows the same % complete no matter when you check. I then found out from my carrier that my phone was never in contract, so the premium upgrade fee was not needed. Asked them for a refund and they refused. In fact they threatened me with "digital fraud charges" if I report them to my bank, after they took my money, lied about my phone's contract status to get more fees, then never provided the service I paid for. I am now out over $200 and never got the service I paid for.

I got my iPhone unlock in 24 hours. When I followed instructions it didn't unlock. I had to restore the phone to get the unlock. I don't have a "foreeign" SIM card so I can't really know if it's unlocked. iTunes says it's unlocked. When I sell the phone I'll know if it's unlocked when the buyer puts his SIM card in.

I have a Samsung galaxy core that I purchased from MPCS (I traveled abroad and I am no longer client of MPCS) I paid them to unlock it but after weeks of stupid emails, it didn't work. According to them I have to be in the USA and with a MPCS sim card in order to unlock my device, but I am abroad. The have ignored my requests for a refund and keep sending to me the same stupid troubleshooting that they have sent to me before. They claim on their website that they can unlock this particular device, anywhere, but they don't. If you are a MPCS customer, don't pay them any money, just wait 3 months and MPCS customer support will do it for you.

I was a big advocate of the screen covers produced by Evolutive labs up until 3 days ago. My girlfriend has the protective cover on the screen of her phone as well as a case around the back and after one drop from less than three feet the screen is a complete spider web of glass. I'm not sure I understood completely how this happened as I have dropped my phone many times without any issues. None the less, this incident has taken away some of the confidence that I had in this product.
