After 18 years, a ground hog chewed our in ground wire. DW came out, replaced the wire, checked and made some minor repairs to the collars and we were back on line. Respectful to the urgency to have our DW system up and running as soon as possible. Great customer services! Have been so please with the system over the years, we recommended it to friends out of state. Now when we visit our dogs can have the run of their property and visa versa. The collars work on both systems. As long as we have dogs, we will have Dog Watch.

I will definitely be buying again- for 2 years my dog has had treatment after treatment from our vet for allergies and nothing worked long term but using this shampoo weekly and all the sore skin and hair loss is so hugely improved and he is finally comfortable I can’t recommend this enough

My dog has suffered from pancreatitis and has recently been on vet recommended food. I ordered this from another website as Happy Dog didn't stock it. Two weeks down the line it hadn't arrived so I ordered my usual low fat Happy Dog which I was pleased to discover had only 7% fat. A week later I received my Happy Dog a few hours before the one I had ordered from another site THREE weeks earlier. Happy Dog normally deliver the next day so to deliver within a week considering the current circumstances was very good. Well done to Happy Dog.

I have been a customer of K9 for many years and was introduced to Henrik and Emily when they took over from Colin. Over the last few years they have continued the K9 family ethos, always available for advice, producing a newsletter and growing their family as well. I have had the privilege to be part of welcoming both their children and have watched them take the business forward and upwards - changing the name to Healthy K9. Their customer service is absolutely fantastic, providing sample bags and sound advice, genuine and caring about not only furry friends but owners as well. I have recommended them to various friends who have also joined the 'family' now and I hope by reading this review you will try the product (which is second to none in my opinion) and see what amazing customer service looks like. In a society where we have to shout and be angry it is so refreshing to have fantastic conversations either online or in person, knowing that they have your fur babies best interests in mind. I took my sister to the Solana Beach store to stock up before her new puppy comes home. Devon was amazing and so helpful and got us set up with all the essentials and the fun stuff too! The store was fully stocked and easy to shop. They provided masks and gloves if you need them and I was impressed with the safety precautions they are taking due to COVID.

They had advertised by 3 grippy dog toys get one free, when I did my check out I was given a 10% discount on all four toys but did not receive one free. I contacted the company through their phone number and left a message and have not heard anything back.

Naturediet is about the only food one of my dogs can tolerate without suffering from colitis so it gets a big thumbs up from me anyway. It is made with simple good quality ingredients which cause no digestive problems for her. Normally I order through a well known online company who seem to have fallen over during the coronavirus crisis with my last order taking nearly 2 weeks to arrive. On this occasion I decided to order direct from Naturediet. I was both surprised and delighted when my order arrived less than 48 hours after I placed it. Highly recommended for both quality and service.

Mrs. Katona lives in the state of Ohio and we live in the state of Missouri, we purchased a light apricot toy poodle puppy. In her false ads in www.puppyfind.com and in her website www.grandriverpoodles.com she is selling her puppy for $1,300.00 without AKC papers. We paid her $1,500.00 because we were promised to have the puppy with her AKC limited papers. We paid $200.00 for the AKC papers. She claims to be a top breeder, who has won multiple shows, and is in very high standing with AKC. After paying $1,500.00 plus $375.00 for shipping, plus all PayPal charges, I paid close to $2,000.00. Her website states when you receive your puppy you will receive a complete vet exam, health certificate, airline approved crate, a soft bed with food and water. The ad in www.puppyfind.com states I will also receive a copy of her pedigree. After I paid her completely, and complied with all of her requests, and paid the $375.00 for shipping, it is my understanding that the shipper is responsible in obtaining the airline that will transport the puppy from point A to B. In fact, I am the one that had to find all the information on the two different air carriers, because she was to busy to do this herself. Remember, I already paid her the fees, she was the one responsible for doing all of this. When I received the puppy, the crate was used, the feeding bowls were bent, and the so called soft called bed was a used kitchen rag with holes in it. ( I have pictures to prove it). There was no food or water in any of her bowls. When I took the puppy out of the cage she was not given a bath or groomed and had dried feces stuck by her anal area. The only paper work I received was the health certificate allowing her to travel. I never received copy of the vet exam, the soft bed, her AKC papers and her pedigree papers I was promised. When I contacted Mrs. Katona inquiring about the papers for the puppy including AKC papers, shot and vet records, she said there are not vet records. I asked her how am I supposed to know what shots she had because she is supposed to be current, she said she is the vet. But in her ads and website says that her puppies are thoroughly checked by a local vet. Besides that she told me that in order for me to get her AKC papers I have to pay her a fee of $500.00. So I asked her if the puppy is $1,300.00 without AKC papers, and $1,500.00 with limited AKC papers, which I paid, now I have no papers, and I asked her what was the extra $200.00 I paid you for, she could never respond to me. So now I paid for a mutt. So I have a puppy with no pedigree, no AKC papers, no shot records, nothing. Up to now I want to know what I paid $1,500.00 for. When I told her I want all of my money back, because I felt and still feel defrauded and what I was promised I never got, her response to me was this: She will out of all the money, she will deduct $300.00 for a non-refundable fee plus she will not be refunding the PayPal charges, and all of the sudden after she gets the dog back she needs to take the dog to a local vet for a checkup, after she told me she was the vet, and she said that the vet bill will be deducted from my money. So in return the only money I will get back, from the almost $2,000.00 I paid, might be $300.00-400.00. I even gave her a chance and called her back, I told her I would let everything go if she sends me the shot records and AKC papers, and her response was “there are no papers for you”. I have all my paperwork my PayPal receipts, copies of the www.puppyfind.com ads, and the copy of the website advertisement for the puppy she sold us.

I just want to say the the toy poodle I purchased from Mrs. Katona very recently was everything she had promised it would be. I am so happy with my purchase of my new puppy. She means everything to me. She is my new best friend. On top of this, she is a beautiful red girl, full of love and is very healthy. Mrs. Katona kept me updated and informed on my new chosen puppy until the day I received her by responding frequently to any questions that I might have had by texting, phoning me, and sending videos of the puppy, so I could see how she was progressing. All I wanted was a happy and healthy puppy. This is exactly what I got. Mrs. Katona seems to be a very honest breeder. I would definitely consider buying another dog from her in the near future. I would highly recommend buying a puppy from Mrs.Katona to my relatives and friends. Thank You for everything Mrs. Katona!

I bought an English Bulldog from Route 66 English Bulldogs. After receiving my money, Alcia Dyke informed me that the dog had enlarged testicles. The dog was being purchased as a stud. I demanded my money back 8 times and she refused. I posted a bad review on Puppyfind and it was removed. I contacted Puppyfind and they told me to send them all my emails about the sale. Within 3 hours of getting all the emails showing that I was not informed after the dog having cancer till after the money was sent, Puppyfind refused to re-post my bad review and told me to sue her. It's true , they only care about their clients who pay them their monthly fee.

We have been using the Vitahound supplement for 7 years to treat our family dog's allergies. We met the staff during a pet expo in California, now we recently relocated to AZ and happen to run into their booth at the Arabian Horse Show. I was so impressed the same people and they remembered our SALLY, now a 12 year old Boxer. The staff recognized my lack of taking care of her teeth and recommended their HONEY oral care. It took a while but this stuff actually cleaned up her teeth and I know it's not that important but her breath allows us to love her licks. THANKS AGAIN guys, hope see you often now we are in your town.

After our family suffered the loss of our 14 yr old lab last August, we welcomed a new lab into our family in October 2021. We came across this company and loved their products. Our family looked forward to supporting a Canadian company so we decided to invest in a collar/leash/bow-tie combo for our new boy. We received a lot of compliments! When Jax our lab, grew out of the puppy collar, we again reinvested in this company and purchased another collar/bow-tie. We kept the initial leash as it matched the set we purchased. Fast forward 9 months and the leash is falling apart and is fraying. We are very careful with our things and this leash (as well as the collar/bow-tie) was kept very well. I reached out to the company to express my concern and to ask for a replacement. This wasn’t too much to ask as again, we had only used the leash for 9 months. Under regular use, the leash should not be falling apart…AND it should be lasting A LOT longer than 9 months! (Especially for $40 + taxes/shipping) My complaint was met with an apology BUT that they do not warranty their products and do not give replacements! The only way they would replace a product was if it arrived damaged. As a ‘gesture’ they offered a $20 coupon for my next purchase. So… they won’t stand behind their products AND want me to AGAIN re-invest my hard earned dollars in their company..purchase a product that they don’t stand behind. I don’t think so! In a world with MANY choices in supporting businesses, I was really hoping this company would have stood behind their products and their image and provided a replacement for us. During an economic time where we are all trying to make our dollars stretch, this is completely unacceptable. So- I’ve gone and supported a bigger chain business and purchased a new leash that they stand behind 100%. I believe with Sniff and Bark you are not valued as customers.. you are just another $$ in their pocket. I would not recommend investing your hard earned money in this company.

My senior dog can experience anxiety when I am away and has been having seizures close to 2 years now. I have tried other products aimed at relaxing him but it’s been touch and go. I was searching for something to help him in his golden years and found Cannimal. I thought there was no harm trying it. My dog has been on Cannimal Relax for about 2.5 weeks now. While I do not know yet if it will help his seizures, it has certainly made him more calm and relaxed. I would recommend Cannimal Relax for anyone who has a dog with anxiety issues. I will be able to provide more information later on how it does for my dog’s seizures.
