He normally struggles with switching foods when it comes to the digestion portion, but no issues with Kabo. Would highly recommend trying the topper and transitioning to full portions after!

Good quality, convenient, always on time and right to the door. My dog likes both the beef and chicken however the beef is her favorite. My dog has had alot of stomach issues since she was born, now that she is on Kobo she is doing much better. Thank you Kobo! PS....always emails in advance to see if you want to add or change order. Plus an email when it's on it's way! Always keeping the customer up to date!

while on line deciding to place order the chat came up. I was heading out of town and asked about how long it would take. I was informed "we are in Huntington Beach" as I am in Cal as well I estimated the delivery. I placed the order, got the email- it was coming from Florida! of course it arrived after I left town. When I got back I also found that it was the wrong size. I returned it. I was credited the return so that was good. I would give more like 2 1/2 stars as the experience wasn't horrible just was not quite as I was told. I would not have ordered had I been told it came from Fl as I would have known it wouldn't arrive before I had to leave.

I was very happy with the entire order process but not happy with the product. I ordered a large for my 75 pound dog and the leggings are useless. The actual legging part is far to short and only covers half my dogs legs. The part that goes over the shoulders is way to to big and doesn't fit.

I bought 2 of the perfumes and they smell delicious. The melon and cucumber and rubarb and plum. I could eat them every time i spray them. The only problem i have with them is that the spray button on both of them is very difficult to use as doesnt press down very easily. I will be buying more of milly's products though.

I have been using this company for three years now and I am completely satisfied. I'm saving 40% than ordering from other websites or pharmacies. From the very beginning I knew that this company is in the UK. Both of my dogs use revolution and the packaging does look slightly different then the one in the US. However it did say Pfizer and after googling to compare the two, all is the same. Their shipping is also $3.99 per order which is awesome, even if it were shipping within the U.S. But coming from overseas doesn't get any cheaper than that.

This is my 2nd order w/ this company in the last 12 months. I am very Happy with them. The first time I ordered meds for my dog and forgot my cat's meds, I emailed them and asked for a free shipping code b/c I remember on the same day. They were so Nice! They told me to place the order and they would remove the shipping fee on the back end. They did and I was very impressed. My order came in less than 2 weeks, from outside the country that really fast!

I honestly wish I had read reviews on Terrificpets.com prior to ordering three (3) dog tags because I would not have had the dilemma that I did. The inexpensive price is what catches your eye. However, you certainly GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. In this case, that is UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE and CHEAP metal dog tags. I ordered the three tags in February and in one week's time of my puppy wearing it, the dog tag begin to fade away on all four corners of this metal plate. So, not only is the purple tag fading away and looks very worn and silver, the owner of this company is not professional and unwilling to refund my money or exchange my dog tags. The other two that I purchased were gifts for loved ones' dogs. So, I am at a lost and would recommend that you shop elsewhere because this was a very horrible and unpleasant experience after buying three dog tags from this company.

We found us a puppy at terrificpet.com and after running around to get the special card they wanted the pin number to verify funds and they took our 500.00 dollars off of it there is no money back guarantee and got no puppy nothing just a bunch of text messages and phone calls with lousy non english speaking persons who you cant understand and promises of them contacting you back soon with no reply do yourself a big favor if your looking for a pet dont do it here rip off con artist's

I like the wool filled crate pad I purchased recently. I would recommend this product to any dog owner. My 5 month old pup is picky about her beds and pad and she seems to like the Molly mutt so far. I haven't had a chance to wash it and not sure how that will hold long term.

Shortly after we found enough old bedding to stuff one of our molly mutt beds with, our little dog Yoshi initiated a full-on snuggle with our bigger dog Muzzy - like never before! He is usually so aware of when they get that close so we are delighted when anything like a snuggle happens...this was certainly the biggest! They are bonded friends but I think this bed just made them more so!! Thank you!! I highly recommend this product. Well made, sturdy, and great eco friendly idea!

As soon as I open the package with the Snoozer car seat in it, Darla’ climbed into it and snuggled up. She had claimed it as hers. I already had two other Snoozer car seats which I have had for years , and love, for my other two miniature schnauzers. Now I am a three miniature schnauzers and three Snoozer care seat family. Both are great!

Ordered what I thought was a one off box for £5.00 via a Facebook ad. 2 days after the box arrived £19.99 was taken from my bank account. I emailed to say I didn't want to subscribe, but was told I had a 6 month subscription! Lots of emails back and forth, and I've ended up paying almost £25.00 for a box of tat. I honestly couldve bought better from the pound shop. They ask what size dog you have, i ticked the "big and burly" option, yet they sent tiny wee training treats, and 2 toys which were destroyed within seconds. I really wish id read reviews before dealing with this company. £25.00 mightnt seem a fortune in the grand scheme of things, but its left me with nothing till pay day.

5 shades of green! How many greens do you need in life? I received the 4th BusterBox today and I have to say that the company failed to manage my expectation and the consumers’ experience level keeps dropping every month. I am normally easy to pleased but I feel disappointed with the service quality BB claimed. I received a green toy in my 2nd box, 2 green toys in my 3rd box and 2 more green toys in my 4th box. They don’t pay attention to what you get. Just throw whatever they have in the box. Imagine that you go to shop for your own dog, would you buy the same colour toy every time? Box 1 and 4 toys are almost identical. Not to mention that tedious £6.99 extra pupgrade does not worth paying for at all. I received a toy which they claimed to cost £6.99. I found an exact same one (rosewood brand) on Amazon at £3.99! (free delivery) They keep sending emails inviting you to invest with them. Judging from their business strategy and attitude towards customers, this business model is not sustainable. People will come to realise they have been fooled. I can’t wait til my subscription ends. Hope my review is helpful for those still making decision.

We sent in a picture of the dog we wanted on a Dogsy pillow. The dog is gray and white. The pillow came very quickly, but when we received it the pillow had so much yellow, brown and orange in it that it didn't even look like the same dog. I contacted them and sent the picture and a picture of the pillow, and was told there was nothing they could do, that's what happens when they transfer the picture to fabric. Very disappointed. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Placed an order some time ago which went without problem. Item received and very good quality. Since placed an order 28/11 and despatch was confirmed on 29/11 ... I’m yet to receive my items (14/12) and have contacted them via email, Instagram and called numerous times (no answer). Royal Mail tracking number invalid and no response. Disgraceful!

My only concern is that there needs to be a bigger distinction for service animal tags and company tags. For a visually impaired person it is very cumbersome to get to the service animal tags. I understand your company makes more money on company and corporation identification tags however it would just seem that for people with disabilities there could be an easier way to get to the service animal tags! Otherwise I had an excellent experience with your organization… Oh yes one more issue not everyone has a PayPal account nor do they want one. Please make it easier to use a credit card! I love you guys! And so does Darcy doodle poodle And snicker doodle poodle!

i just received my order S0150473, The box, which was not a premade box, but a box fabricated by best bullies - it was an open square with cardboard folded in to make a top and bottom and poorly taped in place, the box was torn open in multiply locations I received 3 packages of bully sticks, not 4. All 3 bags were torn open to varying extents. There were loose sticks strewn through out the box. Between the three torn open bags I am missing 13 sticks, so all together I am missing 63 sticks. I have pictures to document the state of arrival of the box and contents I have notified Best Bullies and waiting their response

I placed an order for a few products on 25th May 2022. I was really happy with the prices, so I took a chance and ordered from them for the first time. I received no notice of dispatch after a week, so I contacted the company to find out what was happening with my order. I received a reply stating that they send orders out in batches and because of customised items OTHER people had purchased, I would have to wait 2-4 weeks for delivery. I did not order any custom products, surely I should not be asked to wait while they serve other customers who did. After going back and forth via email, I was then told they hoped my order would be sent the following week. I replied saying that 2 to 3 weeks wait time for dispatch of a standard order of a few items was not really good enough. They then changed their story and told me that due to COVID related staff shortages, there had been a delay in sending out my order. If that was true, I would be OK with that, but if it had been true, they would have said that first; so honestly I did not believe that to be the case. Another 10 days went by and still I had heard nothing, so on the Monday morning I emailed again to find out where my order was. They told me my order was due to be dispatched that coming Friday - another 4 days away! I finally received confirmation that my order had been dispatched and received a tracking number on 16th June 2022 - so it took them 22 days just to send out my order! The products are OK, not great quality but good for the prices, but honestly I am not sure I would ever order from them again given the less than average customer service, the lies & misdirection, and the ludicrously slow dispatch times. (I can recount all of this because I still have all the email correspondence. Everything in this review is true.)

I ordered the turbo cat scratcher toy. Delivery was much linger than stated. When I enquired, they admitted they order the item from another supplier only when they have other bulk orders made. The mouse toy on the item I bought was made of real animal fur which is disgraceful. This was not stated on their website. Won't shop here again.

I read so many great reviews on their dog collars I decided they were just what we needed for our 2 spaniels who are very strong and like to pull us off our feet! They do the collars and leads in lots of lovely colours and I bought them in red/silver and a blue/silver. The ordering process was very easy. Although the collars are quite pricy I was pleased to see that I only had to pay the p&p for one. So I saved £6 by buying both my collars together.

I purchased a Humane Contain pet containment system on line in early August, just before moving to a house without a suitable fence for containing my dog. I bought their top-of-the-line system, with their mid-range collar. It took me a little over a month to install the system with moving and all. Just before installing it, I put the collar on my dog so he could start "getting used to it." He broke it the first day. I shipped it back to the company for replacement, which did arrive in a reasonably timely fashion. I did have an extra collar, and proceeded to install the system, hand-burying approximately 1000 feet of wire. Once this was done, I again tested the system. It failed to produce a consistent signal, and would not, no matter what I did, deliver a shock on the collar as you approached the boundary wire. I called the company, and it was suggested that I use their batteries rather than the Duracell ones I had purchased. I ordered their batteries, and after about two weeks received them and tried them in the collars. There was no improvement. I again contacted the company. Every time I say "I contacted the company" I mean I made numerous telephone calls sometimes over several weeks, which for the most part either went voicemail and got no response or call back, or was routed to a person whose voicemail was full. Even calling back and asking to leave written messages did not get a call back. Only after repeated tries over many days were we able to reach someone. Anyway, when I finally reached customer service, I was told to send back the transmitter and the collar (which had again broken after only one day of test use). After more than 2 weeks, I received replacements. These worked no better. I have now purchased a different system, which works fine, but High Tech Pet Products now refuses to allow me to return the product for a refund. In fact, they hung up the phone on my wife when she tried to discuss the subject, and on my inquiry sent an email denting the refund on the ground that more than 90 days have passed since purchase. (Ironically, this response came within a day of my email, by far the fastest response yet.) In light of the multiple returns and replacements and delays in getting customer service, I believe this return policy is unfair. I also believe the product is defective and of very poor quality. I strongly warn everyone not to purchase this product or deal with this company. There are many better products on the market. Though Humane Contain may be cheap, it is no better than throwing your money in the garbage. I have since tried the Dogtra product, which is of much higher quality, but returned that as well, as it was not as effective as I would have liked using it with the Humane Contain wire I already buried. Today we went ahead and had the Invisible Fence company install their system, which, though much more expensive than the others, does seem to be considerably better, and actually works like it is supposed to. I have filed a BBB complaint against High Tech Pet in an attempt to get a refund.

I ordered the x-10 inground fence system and installation was fairly easy but it took a few hours more than I planed and i charged the collar overnight, this is great no batteries to buy. The system seems to work great and only took a few times for my 65lb boxer to relize her boundry area the flags are what she looks for so put out those flags people. next dont put the collar on the dog until u test the systems range u want, by walking the perimiter of the wire with the collar in your hand but be careful ok . set your range and start training your animal , thats it . the system really works great and does Not really hurt my dog and she loves her new freedom to run and play without a chain or leash im very well pleased with this product , thanks to the folks at high tech pet for a great product and the folks in customer service are very helpfull to the questions I did have, so Good luck to all who try this system its great . your loyal customer in south carolina

I'm sorry to say but I have been absolutely disgusted by how my dog Lucky and I have been treated by Barking Mad Dog Care, Cobham. Upon reading the information on the BM website, what they had to offer and all of the positive reviews, I was most attracted to the fact they offered individual care and that I was able to meet the host and see where my dog would be staying prior to booking - BM have massively FAILED these statements on this occasion and I therefore want to make others aware. Whilst I was away on holiday, the BM host based in Leatherhead, decided to put Lucky into a car and drive her to a local park, despite being told that Lucky does not handle car journeys well. Once at the local park in Cobham not leatherhead as advertised in the host profile poor Lucky in a panic, ran all the way to her home NOT once but TWICE in 2 days and obviously nobody was home to help her. Fortunately my neighbour was concerned for the safety and wellbeing of Lucky whilst I was away and fully informed me upon my return. When Lucky arrived back home all of her belongings were wet and when asked why, it was confirmed that they were unsure because Lucky had been transported from Leatherhead to another host in Hounslow without any of her belongings (toys, chews, brush etc) for the duration of her stay, but most importantly she was without her eye drops to help her infection which BD was fully aware of. So, for some unknown reason Lucky was moved without my knowledge, to someone I hadn't met and a environment that I did not know, without her medication! Since being home, my wife and I have had to tend to Lucky crying through-out the night and taking it in turns to sleep on the sofa to ensure Lucky feels calm, safe and not alone. Unfortunately Lucky still has the eye infection obviously due to neglect/lack of care in my absence. Louis from BMDC Cobham kindly came to my house to hear my complaint but refused to let me explain and quickly became defensive and aggressive - in return Lucky nipped him to protect me. Louis decided to phone the police with false allegations and as a result I was arrested for ABH and later released when the police realised that the claims were not true and the case was then closed. My holiday has been tarnished and I have never been in trouble with the police. It has been an awful experience causing my family and dog stress and anxiety, caused by a company I thought was reputable.

Money money money. These rip off merchants are horrendous. Cancelled on me less than 2 weeks prior to my hols with no alternative. Every cloud eh, that was a few years ago and I’m with a company now that blows them out of the water. Stay at someone’ house just the same only you get to go to the home to see where you’re dogs staying. Also you get to take your own dog so not charged £30 for these middle men to do it. Winner winner. Surprised this company still going. Petstay.net?

Was real bad aftersales we had a problem with weed growing through which they came out and just cut the piece out and replaced with another piece a bit botched really if I had been there instead of my 90 year old dad I would not of allowed it. After a while the weeds came back and was very hard to contact left many a message but still no reply. When I did get through they said they will get back to me and to this day they hav'nt. My mother in law used a far cheaper company and has had no problems. Seems a case of we got your couple of grand now sod off. Really disappointed with lawn world especially as my dad is now 92. I bought these signs to keep the pet owners walking their dogs off our front grass.They were pooping everyday, until I put these two signs that were made to perfection up! They were made so strong ,and the stake was also metal which really stays in place in the ground.I will def. be ordering more for our house.Now everyone that passes with a dog has their eyes pinned on our signs and just keeps walking until they get to our surrounding neighbors to poop on their lawns :) Tee hee !

I started using Royal Pet Club products 2 years ago when we purchased our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Dolce. The way it made her coat look, feel and smell was so noticeably amazing that every single person that has held her has commented on how fantastic she smells and feels. I must have recommended 50 people to Royal Pet Club. The only one problem that we had/have with the products is that she smells SO amazing that we were inclined to snuggle with her in our bed while falling asleep, developing a bad habit of letting the puppy sleep in our bed. Now, two years later, we still fight over who gets to hold her while falling asleep. I wonder if we will ever realize she isn't actually a stuffed animal......but a live little creature! I have been using Royal Treatment Grapefruit Shampoo for several years. I bought the first bottle on QVC. This shampoo makes my schnoodle so soft, clean, and best of all, smell so good. Rex is such a good boy when it comes to bathing. This shampoo is gentle on his eyes, paws, and coat. I will continue to be a loyal customer. I wish I could purchase it in the liter size as I did that first time on QVC. Love this Shampoo!

My husband and I ordered one tag from here and after not receiving it for two weeks sent an email to customer service. They replied that they were sorry for the inconvenience and that the system was down and they processed the order. We waited two more weeks and still hadn’t received the tags so we emailed them again stating we had not received the tags yet. Customer service takes a week to reply and simply asks us if we’ve received the tags without addressing any other concern. We stated that we never received the tag and would like a refund. They simply never replied. This whole thing has gone on for over two months now and we never received a response or a refund whatsoever even after emailing them four times. Terrible customer service and thieves.

I can't fault Benefit natural as a company, but the courier they use must have thrown all 3 of my boxes around. Not only were the inner storage boxes split, a third of the actual plastic food pots were all broken. Benefit natural couldn't have been more helpful, I sent them pictures and they replaced the broken pots.

I called Heartgard HQ located in Deluth, GA and they informed me that the Australian made product is not approved to be sold in the USA. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I adopted a pedigree German Shepherd 5 months ago, who had been fed cheap supermarket filler food for most of his life. I immediately sought to change his diet and did what most people do - choose a premium price mass market 'breed specific' product. He was doing great on the new kibble, and I had no reason to change...until I began researching online. Having poured over articles and forums I realised I had inadvertently fallen victim to clever advertising techniques and was not, in fact, feeding him the highest quality food. Fortunately, there exists a site which provides comparative analysis of dog nutrition and I proceeded to spend hour upon hour searching for a dry food which was rated 5.0 out of 5.0, within a respectable price range, where all it's variants were made from fresh ingredients (of which a tiny proportion is dried) and has no by-products. Essentials is the only brand that meets these standards out of 100+ options. Over the past 3 weeks I have slowly transferred him to the Superior Living variant and the positive change in him is astonishing...and his coat feels like pure silk. I am going to try the Nautical variant and Estate variants in due course, and will have complete peace of mind knowing that he is being fed the best kibble available in Europe. My Chocolate lab (10 months) was on Royal Canin when we collected her at 8 weeks. I hated the greasy residue on my hands when I fed her and her poops were always soft and often very runny - if it rained before we picked up it was impossible. When she was 5 months old I started looking at an alternative and went onto allaboutfood. I was happy with what I was paying so looked at that sort of price. Essentials The beginning Large came up trumps every time so I thought we would give it a go. Sadly she got that nasty bug at christmas so was on a diet of chicken and rice for a week but I just decided to put her straight onto essentials when she recovered - well I haven't looked back! Her coat is glossy and shiny, she is alert, sated and he muscle tone is incredible! I am delighted and to top it all off, all the time she was on RC she woke up every morning with really gungy eyes - and now they are clear. Highly recommend this food and it smells so good and we receive it within a day or two of ordering.

Excellent company (although their courier DHL leaves a lot to be desired). Had to wait nearly 3 weeks to get my dog food as the courier, after 4 attempts to deliver, would not leave the packages in my 'safe place' and as I was working every day they ended up sending the food back to AATU, however after calling AATU the food was sent back again via DHL with a note from the supplier to leave the package in my safe place, but is seems that DHL cannot read. After 3 further attempts the food was eventually left in my safe place. My dog loves the food, an the staff at AATU are great.

I took my 8month old Labrador, Gus to Danny in Chesterfield. Gus was a real handful and difficult for me to walk. I’m pleased to say that he has been a delight since coming home. His walk to heel is amazing and his socialisation with other dogs is lovely. We have some work to do on his recall and general manners but Gus does listen now and he knows what’s expected of him. I’m pleased with his progress and would recommend ADK9.

We brought home our little puppy on 21st March just at the start of the lockdown. Initially we were considering to train him by watching YouTube videos but then we realised that we needed more than that. We now feel that signing up for the puppy clinic was the best thing we have done. It was great 4 weeks training not just for the puppy but for us all! It was really good that the videos were not too long, straight to the point and at the same time giving enough information; explaining not just how but also why we do something. We also loved the lectures and we were impressed how quickly the questions were answered by Jenny and Mike at all times. We are now going to do the Ultimate recall and Lead pulling clinic. Can't wait to start!

Several years ago I ordered a vest and ID cards from Free My Paws. Within the last year I ordered a different vest and up dated ID cards. One of the cards that I carry in my pocket had rubbed some of the letters off. I sent an e mail with a photo of it. The card was cheerfully replaced with a new one. Great customer service.

Bought two years ago & very pleased until I came to change my car two months ago> I took the liner out & the seams were no longer held together. The stitching/glue had given up. It literally fell apart. I got in touch & this is what they replied 'I have discussed this with our designer and she assured me this is not the result of a design flaw on our part, but the liner may have been damp for an extended period or exposed to sea water and not cleaned afterwards.' It has not been either of those two things as I have dog beds on top of the liner which are regularly cleaned. They have not offered me anything. Yes, it is out of warranty but do we expect goods to only last for the term of the warranty? Very disappointed.

I was recommended this company by a friend who is a dog owner of many years, and also with a dog related business. I have never come across a company with such a personal touch; the staff are incredibly helpful, the nutritionists are fantastic with their advice. The offers available for first time buyers are incredibly generous, with some wonderful ethical treats included for free. My dog loved the handmade biscuits - no preservatives or nasties at all. The quality of the meat is excellent, not the mush I have bought from other suppliers; the choice is very good and the advice I have received with my fussy terrier has been amazing. Lastly, the delivery is perfect - usually within a day or two, packed really well in ice, in a sturdy box with insulated packing. I dislike paying for p&p however make an exception for this company as the goods, service and delivery is second to none. Highly recommend

Bought my Lola (aka Nessie... renamed her) through Keystone and was very skeptical with not knowing anything about this kind of purchase. Saw her picture on website and fell in love with her. Breeder called (David) and we talked and I asked questions. I was very comfortable and made an appointment to see her. David and his sons were very kind and I could tell I was in the right place and they were only 30 minutes from me. Lola is almost 4 months old and healthy! She's a Maltipoo and a little firecracker. She makes me smile all the time and very glad that I pushed through the unknown. Very good experience and I would certainly do it again the same way.

The puppy had parasites/bacteria in her stool which cleared with treatment; however she also had an urinary tract infection which required multiple doses of antibiotics to clear. She also has an umbilical hernia that was not disclosed, we discovered this upon her frst vet visit, otherwise she is healthy. We have not received any paperwork for her AKC registration, this was not available at the time when we picked up the puppy.

My 10 month old GSD chewed every bed/blanket I tried to use in his crate. I was skeptical but decided to chance it after reading the good reviews and I'm happy to report he is NOT able to chew this bed. It fits so snug against his crate it makes it impossible for him to get his mouth around it. He seems to really like it and I don't feel guilty making him sleep on a cold hard tray in his crate. It is built very sturdy too. I definitly recomend this bed! ????????

We had to cancel plans a week before our trip due to travel restrictions in the state we were going to. We had used the sitter a couple times before and we planned on using them in the future as well. Because the Rover sitters are “independent contractors” ( as I was told 500 times) they are allowed to decide their own cancellation policy. So for a 4day/ $150 dog sitter fee, I received a $75 refund because I didn’t know we couldn’t go out of town 14 days in advance to cancel in the policy time frame. I waited as long as could to book in the first place & thought we were in the clear to travel so went ahead and scheduled but found out the next day we had to cancel so I was already out of the 14 day window to begin with ( which I never saw when I was booking). I was told that basically Rover has no control over what their sitters charge & refund, so I wasn’t getting my money back. After having to cancel 2 flights, a rental car & 2 hotels and receiving a refund from all of those with no problem.....the last thing I thought I would have issue with was getting my money back from a dog sitter. Maybe under “normal” circumstances, I could understand having a small cancellation window, but With everything going on right now, plans are subject to changed daily and I think it’s a bit absurd to say that Rover has no control over their employees & that they are not willing to assist whatsoever in the matter. I hate being a complainer, but this whole situation really bothered me. I went back and forth with emails and then “escalating” my complaint only to be told the same thing over & over again. We won’t be using the sitter or Rover services again.
