I have been a customer of Beco since we had our cocker spaniel puppy at 10 weeks old hes nearly one now. He had the puppy food now on to adult. The product is great, no rubbish or meat meal in it only the best ingredients. The staff at Beco are always so nice, friendly and helpful and respond very quickly to calls etc. Delivery is always good. He loves the food. Thank you Beco.

My dog, George, is healthy, happy, never gets bad breath, and people are always commenting on his shiny his coat is. He started on the turkey puppy food and is now on wild boar. The new website has made it so much easier to order, plus I now have a subscription so there won’t be any last minute dashes to Waitrose if we start getting low on food. It would be great if the packaging of the 9kg bags was recyclable but I know that is something Beco are looking in to.

This is the 3rd Monogram Dog Christmas stocking (all Labrador Retrievers) I've ordered from this company over the years. The 1st 2 Labs have since passed away. They are excellent quality stockings and they are worth every penny. I've bought these for our "Grand Dogs" and this year, the new puppy is 8 weeks old and my granddaughter will love it for her puppy. I have recently adopted my own 8 week old Lab puppy from the same litter and will not hesitate to order hers from this Company. They are prompt and the embroidered name is exquisite. I highly recommend them.

I have been in contact with Demie from Dogwatch for several weeks now. I’ve experienced the most loving, amazing, incredible support due to my situation. Dogwatch has been an exceptional experience. Even though there was a tragedy, I came to terms with the fact that accidents happen and no one is to blame. I’ve changed my rating to five stars. The customer service was absolutely outstanding. I genuinely appreciate the kindness from each and every person that is helped me through this very hard situation. Thank you so much, Demie and Mage for your kindness and support. This was my original review: I’ve had dogwatch installed since 2013. I made sure that the system works properly. I trained her exactly the way I was shown. Exactly as long as I was told to. I had someone come out and check it multiple times. I set the height where it was supposed to go for my 70 pound pitbull lab door mix. She figured out how to get past it. I had her collar on tight enough. I had to turn all the way up to the maximum. The battery was brand new. I trained her Properly. She was eight months old when I got the fence installed. She passed away two days ago at 5. She was hit by a car. She was an incredibly smart dog, but she couldn’t keep away from chasing the deer that ran through our yard. I had followed the systems directions and the instructors directions correctly. But it wasn’t enough to keep her from running straight over it. The first time she crossed over the line, she was a year and a half old. No matter how high I put the fence, and no matter how strong I had the shock turned up, she got past it. Now she’s dead. This might work for smaller dogs and cats, but large animals I don’t think I would recommend spending $1200 on this product. The reason I got it is because she could dig a hole that was as big as she was and a fence wouldn’t work. A fence would’ve been five times more expensive and she wouldn’t have been able to come into the front yard. I thought I had found the miracle answer to my problem. But she still lost her life. Big dogs and really smart dogs will figure out away. My mom works with someone who has a small dog who figured out how to scoot underneath the fence somehow. Has the exact same company. The exact same installation. And got out all the time. She lives in a residential neighborhood so she got lucky. We live near a highway where people just don’t slow down. Someone hit her and did not even stop to see if she was still alive. My neighbor found her and ran to me but she had frozen almost to death and was in shock when I found her. She died 30 minutes after we got to the vet clinic. From hypothermia. She was my baby. She was my fuzzy four legged daughter. The collar became useless after a while. She slipped out the door and my mom did not see her that morning. We had already started taking her out on the leash because it was obvious that dogwatch wasn’t working anymore. My mom did not see her run out the door that morning. It was 40° outside and when she was hit, she laid on the side of the road dazed within sightof her house and froze slowly and painfully to death. She stayed alive long enough to tell mommy goodbye.

We have recently purchased out little fur baby “Bear” from Douglas Hall. Bear is a chocolate Labrador and we collected him at 10 weeks old. The staff were very helpful and informative regarding all aspects of taking Bear home and after care. Bear has been a welcome distraction to an already busy house but a beautifully natured dog, he has been so easy to train and he has a fantastic temperament. The vet was very impressed with his health and coat and they said that every puppy they have seen from Douglas hall has been in perfect condition.

We got our puppy radley who is a Scottish terrier from Douglas hall kennels and we couldn’t be happier, he is such a little bundle of joy as we were picking radley up we got to see al different types of breeds and they were all healthy and happy it was a lovely place the pups are handled brilliantly and played with- since we have had radley home he has settled in fantastically I would highly recommended Douglas hall kennels for a fur baby as they absolutely amazing!

From contacting the gentleman and speaking on the telephone, he advised on the size and the differences between each stye whilst I scrolled through their website, he was extremely helpful and put my mind at rest, the beautiful product came and I had a phone call to say that it was being despatched and would arrive on said day which was perfect and was correct. I phoned a Skinners nutritionist, using information from their website, and had a really helpful conversation about my dog's diet. This means I've been able to make a much better informed choice of the food to give him. My dog has severe allergies to food and she is constantly on prescription food from the vet and I have been unable to get a great for her that doesn't make her sick. I bought the trial pack for £20 which I think is great value for money. I started past on the Apple and kale chews which so far so good. I am able to give her a quarter of a chew without her being sick. If she has a half, then she seems to be sick, but at least I am able to give her something now as a wee treat.

Lisa, via chat, was able to quickly identify which would be the best product for my dogs, the Ballistic Kennel Pad. They arrived when expected, well packaged and with clear directions. We opted to use the kennel pads with the trays and it was a bit of a pain to tie them down. I think when I need to take them out for cleaning, I'll take the company's recommendation and install them without the kennel tray. Both of my dogs really seem to like having beds again and I am cautiously optimistic that the beds will live up to my expectations and survive my separation anxiety chewers.

My husband and I purchased the cash cow through Benscarts.com. The gentleman we spoke to was not as attentive to us as customers and a tad rude. The cash cow is quite basic and lacks storage space and also has no insulation from the heat. The top gets so hot you can't set anything down without it burning/melting. The quality of the cart was also lacking good craftsmanship. The interior shelves were over greased, the sink dividers were not glued down, the front wheel was so small the tread tore off within the first 3 weeks and bent and had to be replaced, and due to under greasing, we have had to replace the left wheel kit on the cart because it broke. I'm quite appalled we gave our business to a company that does not care enough to ensure that we received a good product. Thank you, but no thank you, never again.

I got in touch with the people there and they helped me in every aspect of setting up my own hot dog stand! My mom asked me to buy a few costumes from this store for Christmas. We have a tradition of taking a family holiday photo with our dogs every Christmas and we thought this year, we will change things up a bit and dress the dogs up. We ordered different costumes for our 3 dogs(Santa, Christmas Tree, and Reindeer) and it arrived a little over 2 weeks later but there were only 2 in the package. Of course we were very worried and we dont want one of the dogs to not have any costume so I emailed them right away about my concern. To our relief, they replied a few hours later and they say that the last costume was sent in a different package, and they helped me track this last package. It only took a few days for the last costume to get here and now the Christmas trio is complete! Thanks to their very helpful customer support

I have been involved in dachshund rescue for many years. My latest rescue girl was a bundle of terrified anxiety when I got her, and I was skeptical that the Thundershirt would help. While it does not work for every dog, with her it was a miracle. My other rescue is well adjusted except when he hears loud noises (thunder, fireworks, construction). During one especially loud thunderstorm, I put my girl's Thundershirt on him - and he immediately calmed. I ordered his Thundershirt that evening, along with the anti-anxiety spray. I spritz that lightly on their Thundershirts if I'm anticipating an especially stressful situation for them. I am totally pleased with thundershirt.com, their products, and their support staff. I am a very satisfied repeat customer.

We adopted 2 Shih Tzu puppies from Sherry at ShihtzusForever in February, 2017. What a wonderful experience! Her love for the puppies is clearly evident in how she handles them and cares for them. These sweet little brothers are loving and comfortable with being handled and groomed because she clearly interacts with and loves each and every puppy! The entire purchase process was very professional and a very pleasant experience. I researched for months to find a breeder rather than a puppy mill. We wanted puppies that had been loved and nourished. Sherry works closely with her veterinarian and monitors their health and needs. All inoculations and treatments were current and well documented. We found the breeder we wanted and highly recommend Sherry!

This is my second baby from Sherry. She is the most loving breeder I have ever seen. We just got White e from her and we can tell how much he was loved by her. He is so loving and sweet. She personally loves every baby while she has them and keeps loving them when they are in our home. She feeds them the best food and has them on supplements to insure their well being. She will answer any questions we have about our babies before we purchase and after. If you are looking for a tiny healthy imperial shih tzu, then you have found the right breeder. Thank you Sherry for the advice you give me for the ones I have purchased from you and the older ones that I had before I came across you.

Natalie's puppies have AAI in their lineage, which is hereditary. It causes them to have malformed spines and necks that have major problems which lead to thousands of dollars of medical bills or having to be put down. I speak from experience and can list a dozen others who had problems with their poor pets that were purchased from her.

I have bought many pups from Natalie, The are top of the line in quality, health and are so sweet. They love to play and brings such joy to my home. Natalie knows all her dogs and what type of dog it will grow into, tell her what you are looking for and she will do her best to get it for you, it is important to be patient you will be so happy in the end. I LOVE LOVE my dogs and anyone that see's them fall in love with them

That the last 4 reviews were posted on the same day? With basically the same topic? If not, you absolutely should be. My prior review is 100% acurrate and I would not hesitate to confirm that under oath. This is not a personal vendetta, I do not know Cherie. I am not a competitor. I do not broker dogs from puppy mills. From my experience, she is about the furthest thing from being an actual breeder. I have one neutered male frenchie at home . My concern with Cherie is the treatment of these dogs. When I visited there were no adult French bulldogs at her home. So she must be sourcing these puppies from somewhere. And she always has a ton available. You do the math...

I do not support this breeder. I recently purchased a French Bulldog puppy from Cherie's Bulldogs. When I picked the puppy up it was outside in the back yard in poor conditions, including but not limited to a complete lack of human supervision and interaction, cramped quarters shared with two older and bigger dogs, and cold temperatures as low as 27 degrees. The puppy was filthy and covered in fleas, so I immediately took the dog to the nearest veterinary clinic where I learned that the puppy was anemic and likely infested with an intestinal parasite. I authorized a fecal exam which turned up negative for tape worms. I took the puppy to our regular veterinarian the following day who also strongly suspected an intestinal parasite. I authorized another fecal exam which turned up positive for an intestinal parasite called coccidia. The coccidia treatment was administered at my own cost. The breeder is inclined to rely, without merit, on the Health Guarantee posted on her website to avoid paying restitution. I believe the breeder improperly induces purchases by making the following misrepresentations and omissions on her website: She claims that she is a very small breeder in the Atlanta, GA area, implying that the puppies she sells are bred and raised in her home. However, there was no breeding activity taking place on the premises when I visited. It seemed to me that she was exclusively engaged in brokerage type activity. She claims that her dogs are "spoiled rotten, but a reasonable person would not make the same assertion based on the living conditions I observed. She claims that [b]ecause of the high demand for French Bulldog puppies, I network with other trusted breeders to place their wonderful puppies in good homes. So, If I don't have the dog you are looking for, I am more than happy to help you find the dog you want. This only seems to imply that brokering the sale of a puppy is the exception not the norm, and it is inadequate disclosure that, at least in my case, the puppy was sourced from a commercial puppy breeder. The most damaging omission was that the puppy was sourced from a commercial breeder. I do not support commercial breeding activity and I would have purchased from a different breeder had this been disclosed up front.

Horrible!!! This site is crawling with scams. I was very interested in a puppy that ended up being a scam. I researched the email the supposed owner was contacting me from and it popped up in multiple places. I looked up how to not be scammed and was very surprised to find every question the advisors said I should ask when asked caused the person to not respond to me. So I went and found there were the same pictures of the same dogs in supposed different locations. And boy do the scammers keep their mask up well with a good story. I sent a message to Dogs Now saying it was high on the list of priority and it's reporting multiple scams and 2 days later they still have not responded. Do not use this site unless you want to pay money for a dog you'll never get!!!! Don't be fooled. Especially when the site takes their sweet time about getting back to you on something so urgent!!!!! I would proudly give them zero stars for ratings.

Texted and spoke to this scammer cell#1(202)670-3041. Sent pics and a video that can be Googled that was posted/dated in 2013. The video can be found on YouTube under Cute Blue French Bulldog Puppy. Scammer telling stories about his mum dying and wanting the puppy to go to a Christian home! He says he works in Washington DC, staying in Maryland, the Dogsnow post list Franklin Lakes, No. This guy is pure evil!!!! Don't send him your hard earned money! DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

You don't want to buy a puppy from these crooks. They are buying inbred pups from the Amish communities. You will NEVER see the parents, or know what bred they really are., or health issues. DON'T let the cute puppy photos fool you. They will not stand by their guarentee when the pup dies or gets sick. You will be ignored. You will not know what the pup will be as it gets older. I, as with others I know personally have purchased pups that were sick or died right after purchasing the pup. You will be screwed out of a lot of money, to NEVER hear from these crooks again. They are in the business to make money only. They don't screen the buyers, they don't care, as long as they get your money. This business needs investigated. I will personally make sure this happens...

This site made me believe I was paying an application fee for a puppy to a breeder. Yet the breeder does not participate in next days pets application fee. It's a total scam. They stole $25 from me and when I try to contact them, they are completely unprofessional. Do not work through this site! The application fee goes to absolutely nothing, other then their pretty little pockets. Will report to bbb.

We were looking at Mini Aussies and found one on Pet Finder. We drove 3 hours from Phila to Richmond. The grounds were immaculate and the puppies were healthy, beautiful with great dispositions. We could not be happier and will return for another! Buyers, do your due diligence!!!

I initially wrote a very unfavorable review of this breeder. The health issues with this puppy are still being worked through with our veterinarian. After providing Robert and Galen with the documentation and invoices, they have made good on their guarantee. I cannot expect more from them in light of the circumstances. I would advise any buyer from any breeder to have a trusted veterinarian assess the animal very soon after purchase.

My first order from Barkbox was a joke! They sent me Christmas ornaments after Christmas, three bags of treats and 1 lamb stick. Granted, I have a Yorkie and she is small; what do the big dogs get a milk bone??? The box was valued at $50. I can go to a local shop and get more for my money and immediate customer service. I'm not impressed at all!!!

We thought the neighbors were stealing the BarkBox, but it turns out that FedEx failed to deliver them. Instead they were all returned to the shipper!! So does BarkBox bring this to my attention....NO!! They just keep it to themselves and say nothing. When I asked them what was going on....no response!!!

I ordered a collar and leash on April 24th. When I checked my email to see what the status was a week later there was this strange email from Guy telling me that I could add more to my order at a discount by replying to the email. I replied telling him that I did not want to add more at this time and asking for a tracking number. He replied with a tracking number and for the next 3+ weeks I would check on that tracking number and it would always say the same thing - that the label had been created but the item had not yet been shipped. I tried calling but would always get some automated system that would simply say "press 3 to connect the call" and I would do that and it would hang up on me. I'd call back and each time the same type of recording but with a different number i should press, so I wasn't able to speak to anyone. I would get prompt replies to my emails, but the replies were always excuses. "It had been shipped to their distribution center", "Covid was causing shippers to have delays". I told them last week that if the tracking did not indicate that the order had been shipped by the time one month had passed since my order then I would demand a refund. Today it has been one month and 3 days so I went to the website for a chat session with customer support. Guess what they told me? First they told me it had been shipped UPS. I told them to check that tracking number, which of course showed it had not. Then they gave me the line about the distribution center again. When I said I wanted a refund today they said their "finance department" was closed for the day. This was at 1:30 in the afternoon east coast time. I demanded that they call me as it is impossible to get in touch with them. A lady who clearly speaks english as a second landuage called me and made more excuses as to why I could not get my refund today. She hung up on me and another lady called me back and assured me that the finance department would refund my money tomorrow. I'll let you know if they do - but I'm not holding my breath.

good products. so if you know exactly what you want you are ok but if you need customer support its not going to happen. Tried countless ,(at least 10 times), to contact to return an item that was misrepresented on the website. I called during the designated hours as stated by their answering machine but nobody ever picked up the phone. I always recommend their products to friends BUT always remind them what happened to me that their customer service doesn't exist as it is nonexistent.

My Golden Retriever is eight years old and I saw an aid about improving his health in an affordable way. I ordered this supplement and at this time I am giving him half the dose suggested to save money. The main thing I've noticed is that his fur is softer now and he's shedding so much less. As for his health he is basically healthy I just want him to have the best chance at a long life as possible.

My 8 yr old female pom/shelti mix has been my best friend for many years now. She seems to have some extra pep in her step and has slimmed down a bit! She seems in great shape. I did take her to the vet a few months back due to me noticing a lump around her underarm and it has been determined that it is a fatty lipoma. I am still keeping an eye on it and it does not seem to have changed over the last 3 weeks (give or take a few days) but I am hopeful that will shrink away some!

I paid for next day delivery and my order came a week later with the wrong product. I contacted them and they said they’d personally send what I ordered right away but it never came. It’s been over a month now and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. I complained again and asked for a refund but instead they said they would resend the product completely ignoring my request. I complained AGAIN and they said they would deal with the refund in 24h and now it’s been another week and I still haven’t heard from them. Would never order from again.
