On October 18, I placed an order for 12 photo books. I paid an additional $10 for second day shipping because I needed them by October 27. I had spent hours making them. They printed every one of them incorrectly. I called and the lady was not helpful. They would overnight them but only after sending them back through so I would not get them when I needed them. STAY AWAY!!

I have ordered several times from Clark Color and have been VERY happy with the results. I think the quality is really good and I get my photos back very quickly. (Usually within 2 days or so of uploading them to the site) I recently ordered a bunch of photocard birth announcements and everyone who saw them think they turned out super cute. I have recommneded this place to friends and they also really have enjoyed the quality and the savings they get from this company. I wouldn't hesitate to ever place more orders with them!

This is without a doubt the WORST online retailer I've dealt with and I shop online frequently so I know what to expect from a reliable retailer. I placed the order on 12/06/06 (my credit card was charged over $400.00 the same day)...after receiving NO shipping confirmation a week later I emailed them on 12/14 to inquire as to when my order would be shipped and later that day received an email stating "I’m sorry, but the item you have ordered is sold out and on back order.It will ship as soon as it comes in. Thank you. We appreciate your business!" The following day (12/15/06) I receive the following email: An order from Markins came in late today. The M10L is included with this shipment. Your ballhead should ship tomorrow, Monday at the latest. Well I was very happy to hear this since this was a Christmas present. Long story short I did NOT receive the order in time for Christmas so I emailed on 12/26 to find out the shipping status on my order....no response....emailed again on 12/27/06 requesting they CANCEL the order and credit my credit card....NO RESPONSE. BAD experience and would warn everyone to purchase elsewhere unless you don't mind paying up front for items you may not receive for weeks. They state on their website they are fast & friendly, shipping daily....what a misleading statement. Every other online retailer I've dealt with states when an item is out-of-stock so you can make the choice BEFORE ordering if you want to wait for it and I have NEVER been charged for items UNTIL they are shipped. Nikonians did NOT state the items I ordered were out-of-stock and I don't know if I would have ever heard from them if I hadn't emailed them a week after placing the order to see if the items had shipped. Pretty shoddy way to do business...charge customers for items you don't have in stock & never inform the customer they are on backorder....lie about when items will be shipped and then ignore emails.

I have uploaded and ordered prints from these guys in the past and am looking forward to receiving my next batch of photos soon. Uploading has become a lot easier with the various software tools they provide. I can only vouch for the quality of 4X6 inch and 10X15 inch prints; top quality. The 4X6 photos are 12 cents each, and with postage only at 99 cents, I am not aware of any better deal then that. Confirmation and shipping emails followed by fast delivery (to Portland OR ), too good. Why winkflash has not gotten more reviews is beyond me but in my opinion the service they provide is great. Update 01/08/07: received my prints, could not be happier with respect to their quality and the care taken to pack them in solid containers. Shall be using winkflash again in the near future.

Before I purchased a photo from Fotolia, I explained I wanted to buy one image ($25 USD) and did not want a subscription. They said that was fine. I paid for the image and downloaded it. They took another $25 USD from my card the following month. I had to cancel my credit card to put a stop to it. This company is scamming.

EZ Prints is one of the few photo service providers that can print 6 foot wide panoramas. While I hadn't seen very great reviews for them, there prices were good enough to at least try them. My print was very acceptable and packaged well. I would have liked to see more services offered and more details about the types of paper they are using. Shipping was a bit slow, but free. I'll definitely use them again.

I was looking for a HD camcorder for a few months. Ran across the Sony HDR XR500V for $599 on their website. Thought it was too good to be true so I called and asked how they could offer such a low price. The guy said they were a wholesaler and worked directly with Sony and assured me that what I would purchase from them would be the same as if I walked into BestBuy. I was sold and placed the purchase. I was called 1.5 hrs later and was asked my shipping address for confirmation. The guy then asked me if I wanted a battery. I thought he was talking about a replacement or extra but came to realize I bought a stripped down version and had to buy the USA version or the accessories seperately. Nowhere on the website does it say that it's a stripped down version and didn't come with accessories and software. In reality, it implies that it does come with accessories and it clearly states that the software is included. I tried to cancel the order but the guy told me I'd have to pay shipping both ways and restocking fees. I bit the bullet and just bought the USA version for retail. Two weeks later, my card hadn't been charged and hadn't received my order yet so I called for a status and the guy told me it was on back order for a few weeks. So it was never shipped nor was it ever in stock. Shipping and restocking fees??? I finally canceled the order, but not without hastle. The guy kept asking me if I wanted express delivery, but I just kept saying I want to cancel the order. He finally did by snidely saying that he would cancel the order and just hung up on me. No one was willing to work with me. And it was like pulling teeth trying to work with customer service. They were extremely rude and inconsiderate. I was given the run-around from day 1 and was so fed up that I notified the NY BBB. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

i made an online purchase of a sony dslra350(they advertised the cheapest price) and requested 3 day shipping.they tried to call me 1 week later around the time of day that they close.So I couldn't return the call.I tried calling the next business day and it took hours to get a real person on the phone.then they tried to say it didn't include a battery or necessary cables.another business said all are included.I cancelled this order.DO NOT do business with them.

My 1st time every ordering from this website and I must say I'm very satisfied. I like the options they give and different background props and other choices. The only downside is tweaking the photos from different slides; other than that I love it. I received my blankets within a week and to see the quality of work was outstanding. The pics on the blanket were super crisp and quality to perfection. SUPER EXCEPTIONAL. My 4 yr old son father passed almost a year ago and I decided to create his memory from this site. Our son had all smiles and was happy camper with his blankets (I ordered 3). I will continue to order in the near future. Thank you, a Happy Customer.

Simple Booth is a great App for Events. It has a lot of features for the Classic Edition. Love that it allows texting the pictures and printing feature. It can only print through airprint but no problem for me. You can also add a logo to the pictures as well.

Ordered 14 ornament was told they had to be shipped separate because of being fragile, I received 4 separate and 10 together and was still high shipping rates which was outrageous Never have I ever paid that much in shipping Also the quality was ridiculous of the photo on the ornament. I never complain on products but this was uncalled for from shipping cost and lies of how it was to be shipped The metal ornament was the only one was of quality to give to others. Ordered one 8 x 10 Canvas Lite. Between the processing and shipping times, was told in the receipt to arrive 6-9 Business days. Ordered on 8-2-15, Sent an email on 8-18-15 asking for a tracking number because I never received my picture, and it was for a baby shower that WAS 3 days ago. They responded a day later, on Aug 19 to tell me that since it was sent by USPS, there is NO tracking number, that it WAS shipped out on 8-6-15, but it will take ANOTHER 12 business days due to being shipped out by USPS. Total wait time (assuming this to be true, and I DO get the one picture) ONE MONTH. Even the USPS for Media Mail (the slowest way for any mail to go) will take 10 days. I still don't have the picture, but maybe it will come, but buyer beware, don't go here unless you can wait over a month for your order (which is NOT what they say when you order from them).

I have been actively scanning some very old photos and slides to preserve them for my family. Unfortunately, many have been damaged by moisture and mold. At some point I thought I would search for an online service to see if they could restore some of the less damaged ones. I ran across Forever Studios and sent them a few 50 year old family slides that had a range of damage. Honestly, I thought these images were lost to time. When I got the proofs back (in two days), the results took my breath away. The images were beautiful and accurate. I sent a second set of even more damaged images and through a couple of straightforward email and phone interactions, they were able to recover the photos to my great satisfaction. I am so happy to have found them. I certainly will be sending more photos to Forever Studios in the future as I continue my project.

I want to say I have tried other canvas print sites and Simple Canvas was the only one to correctly center the lighthouse in the middle and make it a portrait canvas instead of a landscape which is exactly what I wanted. A fabulous day of photography training with David. The studio was excellently equipped, the model for the day was exceptional both in terms of her posing and how she photographed and the fact that she was fun and friendly to work with was an added bonus. David has honed his craft and his knowledge of lighting and ability to pass that information on is second to none, with follow up notes from the workshop being emailed the following day, which means I can re-read and refer back to them. We were very well looked after with refreshments available all day and with lunch provided too :) Thanks so much for a wonderful day!

It was so fun having the Fotobooth at the Champagne party last Friday night at Gooiland Hotel in Hilversum. People could take as many pictures as they wanted with their partner or groups of friends and change the "decorations" to put on.The Fotobooth gave a special touch to the event! Each guests had the chance to go home with pictures,wonderful memories of a fun night organized to support Tara Bodong.

Christian and his assistant Gro made our wedding an amazing experience! It was just my wife Julia and I, on our first visit to Copenhagen and we didn't have so much planned as far as photos go. We just knew that we wanted 'natural-looking' photos, and that was about it. I don't hesitate in saying that we were pretty tough clients, with such a vague, but specific brief! We had two skype meetings and also phone calls with Christian before the wedding, and he gave us a lot of time, and was always free for a chat or advice. On the day: Christian planned a journey through Copenhagen, organized us to be picked up with Rickshaws, and headed towards Kings Gardens and the Botanical Gardens. It all felt like a great surprise, with a lot of fun action photography on the journey! He had taken care of everything, and even had water bottles for us, so all-in-all really reduced or nervousness! Thanks so much to Christiand and Gro! I can only recommend you as highly as one can. We don't stop getting such great comments about our photos, and that is also coming from photographers/creatives. We met Luke about 2 years ago at a wedding fayre, from then we knew he was great! A year before our wedding we did a family shoot, our family is everything to us and Luke captured that in the shots. Amazing!! On our wedding day he was amazing again, he was so professional all day even with my demands. It rained on the day but Luke made sure that didn't ruin our day. When we saw our photos we were blown away, absolutely stunning photos, they made me cry. Yesterday we received our wedding album & WOW, we couldn't be happier. Last night, my husband and I were feeling nostalgic about our wedding and we were so happy to be able to have the amazing footage from John/Happy Tears to remember details of our wedding day. Everything goes by so quickly and just having this footage to remember our wedding by is absolutely amazing. John is very thorough and was always easy to work with and made the whole process smooth and was always flexible to our requests and concerns! When dealing with the stressful time of wedding planning and budgeting, many couples choose to forgo a videographer to save the cost, but it is absolutely worth every penny to have the memories of your wedding day on video. Thanks again John! We love our wedding video!! I can't even tell you how many times I have watched it :)

I recently left 5 star reviews for Happy Tears Productions, and I'm sadden that I must reduce them. This review does/will not change my great experience working with John. He has great character, professionalism and was easy to work with. His personality was a wonderful fit. As he's selective with accepting jobs from couples; our selection of a videographer was just as meticulous. UNFORTUNATELY, this review revision comes from receiving and watching our final edited video and the raw footage. I was so impressed after watching our highlight video that I was so excited to rave about Happy Tears! BUT, our entire wedding video was less than half decent. Most of the video was shot up-close/zoomed in. It wasn't very flattering. At the ceremony they failed to capture our wedding party walking down the aisle. Instead we got glimpses of them coming out and turning the bend. John said the space was tight (I agree), but he captured mine and the groom's walks down the aisle. He said he didn't like that the photographer or other guests were in the frames, but i rather had them in it then not have that footage at all. Continuing with the ceremony, there were no video of anyone but us, the couple (the top half of us-no full length footage). You could barely see our wedding party, and very little glimpse of the guests. We had 2 shooters at the ceremony, both failed to capture much. During the reception, you couldn't see any of the venue, which didn't give me the feel for the space. I wanted to admire how beautiful the ballroom was. Our dances with each other and our parents were all zoomed in, and at times TOPS OF OUR HEADS WERE CUT OFF. There WEREN'T ANY FULL-LENGTH SHOTS OF ANYTHING. The speeches were of the speaker and maybe a cut off of either the groom or I, but none of us together listening to the speaker. There wasn't much footage of my husband and I together at all. I really could nit-pick about so much that was wrong, but i feel these were the most important points i had to share. John was empathetic when I spoke to him about my concerns, but he didn't do anything to remedy the situation, in reality, he couldn't. The day has come and gone, and we have what we have. Even going through the raw footage, i keep telling at my TV to "zoom out!". It never happened. I hate having to give a bad review to a great guy, but this is a business. Future brides and grooms need to know what they're getting into. We only hired one shooter for the reception and that's why he said I got a constant close-up view, but that was never told to me prior to wedding day. John suggested to only hire one shooter, not only to save money, but also he said it wasn't necessary to have 2 shooters- he's the expert, so i took his advice. I would've much rather paid a lot less to just have a couple of people follow us around with a video camera. We, myself, my husband along with our families were incredibly disappointed with the video, raw and edited. We aren't the over-bearing type of people. I'm sure John could attest to us being pretty laid back and easy going. So this "bad review" doesn't come easy.

I got married in Dec 2016. To date I still do not have my video. To cut a long story short, lots of lies and false promises. Very similar to all the other poor reviews. I agree does make me wonder are the good reviews fake? I also know of two other people personally who are still awaiting package. I am in the process of starting court action but the address that the company has is no longer the correct address. I sent a letter via recorded delivery and it was returned. Can anyone private message me if they have further details or themselves have started court action. I beg anyone reading this who is thinking of using this company. Please please don’t. We had the perfect wedding day and I think back now with great sadness that we do not have a copy of our precious day. To share with our children and grandchildren one day. I think the people that own this company must be wicked to do this to people on what is meant to be the happiest day of their lives. How can they sleep at night knowing the heartache and stress they have caused people? Edit Jan 2020 - I have just come across sadly more poor reviews and people being let down. I have since got a County Court Judgement against Insta Wedding to try and get my money back as sadly I have come to realise I shall never get my video. I have discovered two things 1) They was trying to get there original company Insta Wedding Limited dissolved as a business. This was trading under a old address. I asked this to be stopped due to my CCJ and it has been put on hold till March 2020. They have also started a new company INSTAWEDDINGUK LTD. My CCJ asking them to pay back my payment, due to broken contract has now been sent to the address that the company is registered to. Still no response. Please look them up on company house. My next step is to instruct bailiffs but I am doubtful this address is even correct. I am not a competitor trying to ruin or steal their business. Please message me or look me up on Facebook. Kelly Williams. I would share my email address on here but trust pilot does not allow you. It shall not let me. I did just try. I have all email proof I can share of how rude they was to me, CCJ’s etc. I am just an heartbroken bride that really wants to stop other people going through what we did. Like the Jan bride above whenever our anniversary comes around you recall your day with happiness but part of you is deeply sad as you have no memories to look back on and share with loved ones. This is want probably made the Jan 2017 bride post a bad review not due to a bad start to the new year. I would say the only fake reviews are the good ones! They even took to creating a fake assistant called Emma who would respond to my emails in the end. I must say Emma was very passionate about her job emailing me at very late hours! Well it was obviously them. Very strange behaviour. Oh and two last points if I am a fake company trying to ruin your business please name and shame this company!!! And if you look at dates positive reviews posted always follow bad reviews. Please don’t take the chance with the happiest day of your life. If my loss and true words can stop even one couple going through what we did then I shall be thankful. I will keep you all updated with my quest to get my money back!!

Mason and Sarah, you helped capture the most amazing moments from the best day of my life in the most perfect way. We opted for a full day and a video and the end product was incredible. Our wedding video is so unique and everyone who has seen it raves about it, after wiping tears from their eyes. We love our photos so much, pre-shoot and the wedding day both included our Labrador puppy Lily, and they were so accommodating allowing us to share the experience with her. Everyone was so nice and helpful before and on the day. Mason and John shared a lot of laughs which created one of our favourite photos as John doesn't like photos being taken and Mason made him so relaxed, like one of his mates. I was somewhat apprehensive about having my portrait photo taken for my year a Lady Captain, as I don't feel very photogenic and knew this would be on public display in the Golf Club lounge, for all to see, for a long time! However, I needn't have worried. James made me feel very relaxed and took several shots until we found one I was happy with. He also advised me in choosing the background and frame which showed it off to best advantage but met the size and design criteria required by the club. I found James be knowledgeable, helpful and approachable. Overall, I was very happy with the experience and delighted with the results - especially as I have received many compliments about the portrait now it is on display. I would highly recommend using Jigsaw Photography, whether it is for a more formal, traditional occasion or something more informal such as a family group.

We decided to book with localgrapher last minute on our trip to Poland. We had our photo session with Sebastian in Krakow. It was spectacular! The booking process was easy and seamless, the customer service was impeccable. All our questions were answered and communication was great. I did it all on my phone. Our photographer Sebastian was not only a superb photographer but also gave us some really wonderful tips on where we should go dine and visit in Krakow. It was great to hear a local's recommendations and we tried everything. Our pictures came out so good that instead of choosing the best ones for our package we paid extra for all of them (Thank You Sebastian). I would recommend localgrapher to anyone in a heartbeat. It is worth the money for not that much time and effort and to be presented with priceless pictures at the end is truly a memorable gift. If you are having doubts on the price, just put that aside, because you will never get vacation pictures like these with your selfie stick. My husband and I have tonnes of selfies on all our vacations, but nothing can compare to the pictures we have from localgrapher. A grand total of zero regrets!

I have now received 9 different orders. Each one of my photos turned out as good, or better than I hoped. I do a bit of photo-shopping with my pics, which can degrade the quality, and the people at Canvas Factory have sent me notifications to let me know that I may not be happy with the finished product. They actually give you the option to cancel your order. I will gladly continue to use this company, and Highly Recommend.

Colin was our photographer for our wedding in August 2019 and he did a brilliant job. He met up with us to discuss our wedding and what we were looking foe then arranged a pre shoot at our wedding venue. This was really helpful in getting us used to being photographed and in thinking about the type of photos we'd want on the wedding day. On the day, he was great, rushing around covering bits of the day that we would have otherwise missed. On 3/12/21, I paid Snappr for 2 hours of photography service, to be completed on 4/17/21. However, the day before the shoot, the photographer said she was busy on 4/17/21, and provided one hour of photography service on the next day, on 4/18/21. On 4/26/21, I received the photos from the Snappr Photographer. I was not happy with the qualities of the photos and followed up with the Photographer on 4/26/21, 4/27/21, and 6/25/21 and did not receive any resolution from the Snappr Photographer. On 7/16/21, the Snappr photographer sent me some photos via email. However, upon close examination, the photos looked the same as the original photos and there was not any re-editing done to them. Due to dissatisfaction with the quality of the photos from the 4/18/21 photoshoot, for which I did not receive a resolution, and the lack of response from the Snappr photographer, I would not want to use Snappr again. Also, I paid for 2 hours of photography service that was scheduled to take place on 4/17/21, but received only one hour of service. I requested a refund for the unused hour and was denied by Snappr. I suggest you hire a photographer somewhere else unless you are looking for a really bad experience that you won’t forget for a long time.

Overall we are very pleased with the book. Putting it together was straightforward, it's a nice quality and we received it quickly. We found it to be expensive with the exchange rate to CAD and the shipping options seem very high (cheapest option was $20). Overall we paid $65 for the book. We did however recommend the site to a friend (who wants multiple books from a family reunion but declined because of overall price) and we would use it again.

So I ordered a book for my recent trip to Banff! The book just arrived and I LOVE IT! I used the online version of chatbook since I had so many images I wanted to edit first, but uploading the images was superrrr easy as well as moving them around to be in the order that I wanted! I struggled with choosing to order because all the images looked pixelated online when you could review pages, but I knew the image size/resolution was large enough! I couldn't find one review that said they had the same problem, but I'm happy to report all images were clear once printed! I chose the hardcover, 6x6 option and now it's the cutest little memory book on my coffee table! Very inexpensive even with adding on twice as many pages as what's available! 10/10 would recommend!

I've ordered several books from them and they have been great. I ordered Christmas card from them that are in postcard format. I wasn't sure I wanted to send those out without an envelope but then I saw they came with envelopes so I ordered them. I received the cards but they have no envelopes. I contacted the company and they told me that there was an error and they don't come with envelopes. False advertisement because the description clearly stated they came with "Free envelopes" The company offered no compensation for their mistake nor would they send the envelopes.

I was excited when Groupon offered a deal for photo scanning services. I had wanted to scan some of my film photos for some time, but was wary of sending it to out-of-the-USA photo scanning services recommended by friends. The fact that I could send my pictures to the same state made me feel better. After sending in two orders, the CEO sent an email (probably some form email) that posed these questions (I've included my answers): - How likely you are to use our service again? Maybe. I scanned most of the pictures that I want electronic files of, but if I happen to sift through my parents photo albums, I may use your service again. - Would you recommend our service to your friends and family members? Why or why not? I would recommend the service to people. Many of the photo scanning services used to be outside of the country, and that was scary for many of my friends. I've already recommended the service to several people. - Do you have any feedback on our pricing options? Were they straight forward and easy to understand? The pricing was confusing and isn't easily understandable from the website. I had to call and get clarification regarding some points. My only complaints are (1) the backlog and time for processing, and (2) when I received my return order, my pictures were returned in the order I sent them (as I requested), however, they were not packaged in a careful manner. Many of my pictures came back to me bent, which was disappointing. The saving grace for the bent photos is I now have them in digital form so I can reprint a new copy.

I sent in a bunch of mixed media for my Dad's retirement party and used the "Memory Box" option that cost around $300. I was able to get a bunch of film reels, videos and old slides done for a flat rate of what fit in the box, i saved a lot over the a la carte pricing options when I did the math. The order took a little over a month but that was shipping back and forth to New York, I think they had it for around 3 weeks or so. I got everything onto a hard drive I sent in and was able to edit everything together into a 10 minute movie I did for the party. Everyone loved it, the film was even 720p (I chose the higher option) and I have since copied all the family stuff for my siblings. Seems like my experience differed but most reviews on here have some sort of groupon issue which I am unfamiliar with, I thought the process was pretty straightforward and easy. I would recommend Scan Digital for ease of use and keeping my families materials safe.

This is a nice backdrop. It made me nervous buying silk for the first time but I don't regret it. It almost feels like velvet. The colors printed on the backdrop are very vibrant, it looks just like the picture. The print of the design is also very clear. The second time they accidentally sent me the wrong magnets. I wanted to use them in some Christmas gifts so I couldn't wait for them to send new ones since by the time they'd arrive it would be too late. They still sent me new ones but they gave me a refund for the error. They ship pretty quickly, the magnets are good quality and they are super cute - they're a great idea for stocking stuffers since you can make multiple pictures and give them out individually.

I ordered a set of classical magnet, which was supposed to be a part of a weddig gift for my friends. It didn't arrive, so I e-mailed the customer support and they reordered it for me (free of charge), which meant 2 more weeks to wait, so of course I couldn't give it to my friends on the wedding, but anyway. Then this second order did not arrive either, so I asked for a refund, which they completed immediately. They said it must have been lost by the post (and offered to mail it to some other address), but I doubt that the same thing can get lost twice in a row, and nothing I ordered before has been lost until now. I must admit, that customer support is very helpful and replies very quickly, but besides this I don't find them very reliable.

The app is so easy to use and the photo books look really good. The price is a little steep and there could be more offers, free postage, 20% off. However I would definately use them again and would recommend anyone trying Cewe.
