Customer service won't reply to you for weeks. Website guaranteed delivery by the 14th, placed my order on the 4th. Didn't receive the item until the 28th. when I finally did get a reply back it was just a copy of the tracking number saying it was delivered. Can't contact them, and the product itself isn't even as advertised.

I ordered this for my 80 yr. Old grandfather. He lives in Nebraska. I live in TX. When he recieved the pop box it had the wrong pics. The pics were of a couple flipping him off. This was his Christmas gift. When I contacted the place they said they could only replace if a sent pictures of the wrong pictures. I not being in the same state didn't have a way to take pictures so they refuse to replace the pop box. Very disappointed. Extremely sad to know a 80 yr olds Christmas was ruined and then the company not fix the issue and resend the correct pictures of his family.

I ordered the Vibrant Sorbet bunch for my wife’s birthday. When she opened the box we were both very disappointed. We basically received a £7.99 bunch of petrol station quality flowers which cost us £24.99. I contacted customer services to be given a link to their Terms & Conditions.. So avoid this company and use a local florist or simply go to the petrol station and buy them yourself!! I saw there are loads of reviews on here from people that had the same experience as us..

Don't bother ordering from these charlatans. They may have been good previously, but they've clearly taken the corona virus situation as an excuse to call it in. A week early I ordered some flowers for my mother to commemorate what would have been her 40th wedding anniversary to my recently passed father. Trying to bring a glimmer of joy on a very difficult day. SerenataFlowers messed this up. After a week, my order is still 'being prepared'. You'd think that if there had been a problem in all that time, they could have let me know so I could attempt to organise something else, but due to their immoral incompetence, a very difficult day was made much worse.

I ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday and what she received was totally different from what I had ordered. They outsource their florist. What was delivered arrived a day late, the flowers were wilted, the vase was cheap and it looked like something that you can purchase from the supermarket. After contacting customer service, their solution was $15 credit to use on future purchases and a refund of $20 which was a joke. I have attached the photos of what I ordered and what was received. Stay away from this company if you’d like to avoid the disappointment and headache. Their motto “At FloraQueen your satisfaction is our priority” should be discarded because their customer service quality is just like their flowers; junk.

I usually use Flowers by George. This time my wife used Floraqueen. The order was made 5 days ago and they said it would be there by yesterday. There was a confirmation that it was "should have arrived", but it has not. That is bad enough for 24 hour service claims but it never arrived yesterday or today. The closest to customer service was the number where you get a person telling you, with loud music blaring in the background, to fill in the on line feedback form. We did this of course and it just gives you an auto reply. Terrible company. Clearly they have nearly non existent customer service, take your money and run. Next call is Visa.

**** August 6, 2009 Update **** I'm updating this review 4 1/2 years after my original purchase because it seems my dispute with this company is finally resolved. Out of the blue, I received a phone call from Charlie in customer service informing me that Jewelry Central had been bought by another company. They were going through their records and came upon my file and this review; or perhaps vice versa, I'm not sure. At any rate, they offered to complete my refund and promptly sent me a check in the mail. I was completely pleased and surprised by this, and was grateful that someone there was trying to make up for a past mistake. I trust the new owners to put more attention to customer service and believe they deserve a second chance. Thanks go out to Charlie and the rest of the customer service team for making things right after all these years. My ranking will be revised to a neutral 3/5. ======= Original review: Summary: 1) They promised same-day shipping via FedEx. Based upon the date they charged my credit card and the delivery date, I believe they shipped on the 10th day via USPS. 2) I requested a cancel if they couldn’t ship by the 5th day. They shipped late anyway. 3) They shipped to the wrong address. 4) They kept $20 of my money because of items 1-3. The details of my experience: (Removed. It's been over four years. They made things right. No need for the gory details any longer.)

I had ordered from flora2000 on multiple times before; they were honest, timely, and customer oriented. Since Mid-2010, i have had continous incidents, that questions their credibility and business ethics: Incident 1 in November 2010: A surcharge of around 10% was deducted from my account, that was not announced and not mentioned on their receipt. Then my order was put on hold, since i was not answering their phone call intended to verify my identity; i had given them a cell phone number and it never rang! After chatting with them online, and explaining that they never called, they insisted that they were calling me at the same minute, and i am not answering! i gave them an alternative number, a land line, and asked them to try, they replied that i am not answering as well; at that point, i asked them to give me their phone number for me to call them, they refused, stating that their policy mentions that they are the ones who are supposed to call !!! They never suggested alternatives and they were just passing time with my order on hold and the birthday due date was imminent, which prompted me to request the cancelation and refund of my order. Incident 2 in April 2011: an exact repeat of incident 1, except that this time i was predicting their answers on every step, and did request as of day 1, to cancel and refund my order. Incident 3 In April 2011: My Fiance, who rejected my advices and insisted on using Flora2000 as she had very good experience with them earlier, ended up with a big mess and missed the "mother's day". Her case was different than mine, as they never attempted to verify her identity by phone call, but just went ahead with the order. At first they sent a very polite email saying that the ordered flowers are not available, and they will switch the flowers with another type; she accepted. Then they sent another email, saying that their might be a delay of 24 hours since they are overloaded. When the deadline passed, she tried to call them and talk to them online, they were out of reach for a complete 5 days. After successfully reaching them 5 days after the delivery date, they had no info nor updates, and suggested to cancel the order and refund the money (their answer to everything), and grant a 10 USD coupon on future orders. In short, they have serious managerial problems, resulting in an inability of serving us properly. The above incidents, though seemed fun to read, they were a very stressfull experience, and can easily loose a half day trying to correct a situation in order not to miss an important due date, while on the other side, Flora2000 are not that eager to make things work for you.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife on Valentine's Day. I wrote back two days later (2/16/12) to ask what the status of the order was. I figured because of Valentine's Day they would be backed up. The customor service reps initially responded that they would look into the matter and get back to me in a timely manner. There was no reply from them for several days, so I wrote back to them on 2/21/12. The next day, I get an e-mail from them stating that my order was delivered and they were charging my credit card. I checked with my wife and she still had not received the flowers. I email them again on 2/22/12 stating to give me a refund because the flowers were not delivered. I gave them about 10 days to give me a refund and they still did not. I contacted them via live chat on 3/2/12 and they told me to give them one more day to look into the matter. On 3/3/12, I did not hear from them at all. On 3/4/12 they told me that their local delivery outlet claims that they saw my wife come into their store and pick up the flowers. I promptly reply that no such event occurred and that my wife still does not have the flowers. They also stated that my wife did not communicate with me that she picked up the flowers; I found that a little rude and insulting even though I told them all along that I had been communicating with her throughout all this. On 3/4/12, they send me another e-mail stating that the local delivery outlet saw my wife come in "with another person" and pick up the flowers herself and that they are going to treat my order as delivered. So my wife doesn't have the flowers and some other random person seems to have picked up the flowers meant for her from their local delivery outlet. I also got charged for someone else to get the flowers! This company is very slow to respond to e-mails and deal with customer issues. I will never use this company again to send flowers or gifts. I suggest that if you are thinking about using this company in the future, especially to send flowers or gifts internationally, please look somewhere else.

Ordered balloons before 12 on Thursday for next day delivery and got them on Monday 2 days after the birthday, they've now changed the website to say it takes up to 5 days for delivery, it didn't say that when I ordered them! £27 down the drain and no refund because they say they are perishable goods! Useless!

I bought a dress from IfitDress in a size 4, and it came fitting horribly, far off what any normal size 4 would fit. I tried to return, but the rude stagg at IfitDress told me I needed to take pictures of my daughter (who is underage) in the dress before they would accept a return. I would never send such pictures in a poorly fitting dress that shows a lot of skin to a bunch of potential perverts in China. NEVER BUY FROM IFITDRESS.COM !!!

As you do, I read reviews and they were very good for JeenJewels. I first contacted JeenJewels on Dec 24th when I ordered a beautiful diamond engagement ring for the very special lady in my life. I fully expected that because of the time of year (Christmas Eve) that I would not hear anything about the order until at least after Christmas and really wouldn't have been surprised if it was after New Years. I was so surprised and impressed when JeenJewels contacted me on "Christmas Day" to thank me for the order and explain the production cycle and when I could expect the ring to be shipped. Jeenjewels followed up through every step, when it went into production, when it went to the jeweller to have the diamonds set, and when it was shipped. It was an amazing experience and by far the best service that I have ever received from an online store or a brick and mortar store. The ring arrives two days after it was shipped (it is absolutely beautiful) and came in a beautiful ring box, and she loves it. The quality of the product you will get will impress you, the Service you will get will astonish you, Jeenjewels simply does not have an equal. Thank you all team at JeenJewels.

We purchased my .75ct emerald cut morganite ring from Jeen Jewels in September 2016. We paid a modest $399 and were very excited for the ring to come. We ordered 9/15 and the "ship date" was 9/29. We received the ring on 9/21 via shipping from Canada. Here are some PROs and CONs of using Jeen Jewels: PROS: 1. We actually did receive a ring, before schedule... 2. Independent jeweler did confirm the size, and said the prongs, etc. were well made. We did not get screwed.... 3. My ring truly is beautiful, my center stone is bright, clear, and well cut.... 4. Budget friendly, You are going to get a killer deal... 5. They did answer my e-mail to customer service in a timely manner CONS: 1. The side diamonds are not SI1 grade, they are cloudy to the naked eye.. But for $399, I could not complain 2. This is not "hand made", nor does it ship from Florida... These come from some factory in Canada. Be aware of that. We live in Michigan, so this did not bother us... 3. I never received any certificate of authenticity. However, independent jeweler did confirm that this ring is real. You may want to do the same... 4. This ring DOESNT look like the photo. Photo had me believing that it was MUCH larger. We both were shocked at the small size. However, the description DID say it was .75ct, and jeweler confirmed it was .75ct.. Just READ the print people! Do not rely on the photo or expect the photo..... Overall, you are getting a nice ring at a discounted price. Expect some hiccups for a ring under $1000... You cannot go into this expecting amazing customer service and a flawless ring when you are paying so little. You get what you pay for! But truly, this is the best bang for your buck if you are on a tight budget. Overall, we are happy and my ring is very pretty.

I ordered flowers for my fiance from SendFlowerstoPhilippines.net on February 10, 2017 for delivery before 10:00 a.m. on Valentine's day February 14, 2017 for the Metro Manila area. I wanted to surprise my fiance for Valentines day, but because she had an appointment, I told her that she would be getting flowers on Valentine's day. She was so excited and happy. She stayed in her apartment all day long waiting for the flowers. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! They finally showed up on February 15, 2017 at 7:00 p.m., well over a day and a half later. But that was not the worst of it! The flowers were dead, ugly and nothing like what was shown on the website. The flowers were so bad, that my fiance could not even take a photo for facebook. Therefore, everyone thinks I did not buy her anything for Valentine's day. It was so embarrassing for me. I told my fiance that for now on, I would send her money to buy the flowers herself, because I do not trust any Philippine website. I called SendFlowerstoPhillippines.net many times-no answer. I composed an e-mail, but they did not respond. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!

Even the phone calls as it was a surprise party, they called saying “Hi Angela, it’s Maureen, can you speak just now?” The delivery drivers phoned before hand “Hi Angela, we’re round the corner, is it ok to come round?” Marquee was put up & taken down within 30 mins, no fuss. Great standard. Can not recommend them enough.

This is the second year we have used Baillies Marquees for our running event in Holyrood. They are very easy to work with professional, the marquee was erected in no time at all with no fuss or bother and the de-rig was equally as straight forward which is exactly what you want as a site manager. With a short notice wedding reception booking, due to venue issues Mike and all at BusyBee went over and above duty to ensure all was set up for our Asian Wedding Reception - even his daughter helped out by laying out out home-made decorations! I purchased a Lalique bud vase from David Shuttle for my wife, as it is our 30th Wedding Anniversary, the service I received was excellent, even during the current pandemic! next day delivery, absolutely outstanding. I had an issue with the way the courier handled my order whereby they crushed the box, I raised this with David Shuttle and they responded immediately and have raised it with their couriers, however the item was undamaged, this was due to the way that David Shuttle really well packed the item, I would definitely recommend David Shuttle for any purchase, an overall excellent service.

I had an issue with my flowers and when i contacted Floreli I received quite a confrontational phone call about why i has contacted her. Further to another email which was requested i was complete ignored and no action was taken to try and compensate. I was very disapointed with the customer service and would have at least expected an email in respone. Very unprofessional.

Incredibly inefficient company - Avoid, avoid avoid! I can't believe how a company, who's main business is to deliver goods, appears to be unable to do just that. I was led to believe that my order would be delivered the very same day, as displayed on the giftsdirect.com website and seeing as my order was processed on Thursday, 25th Nov at 10:15am, it was well before the required 12pm cut off for same day delivery. When I still hadn't received any details around the delivery of my item the next day and the gift receiver hadn't reached out to thank me, I emailed their customer care email and was informed that they had supposedly "turned this delivery option off", as the Christmas period has now started for them. Right, then why was their website still showing misleading information at the time when I placed my order? The customer care person then said that I supposedly paid for “next day” delivery, so in theory it should have been delivered on Friday, 26th Nov, but it's now Monday, 29th Nov and my item still hasn't been delivered. I decided to use this website because of the advertised delivery timeframe and this was supposed to be a lovely surprise birthday present but thanks to this company’s inefficiency it will now merely be considered an afterthought. I will not be recommending giftdirect.com to others - in fact I will be asking them to boycott this website altogether.

The gift arrived to the recipient within 48 hours, but the gift was boxed with what the gift was, which was not much of a surprise. Contacted Gifts Direct via email to ask why the description was on the outside of the box. They said they do this to all gifts, although, it doesn’t state on the their website. We won’t be purchasing again, as gifts are meant to be a surprise before opening.

I bought a necklace 6 months ago and it broke, when I politely asked them for a replacement or refund they flat out refused me as they said it’s without of the 30 day return policy. I then sent them an email threatening action from the ACCC and they quickly contacted the seller who said I could send them the necklace and they would “assess the damage” even though I sent them a picture of the damage.

After I had paid for my order I received an email saying it would take an additional 9 days. I needed it by a certain date and had to cancel the order. Then, after I had paid and after they revealed the 9 day delay, they told me I wouldn't be getting back $10 for a proofing fee. I wouldn't have ordered if knew about the delay. Terrible way to treat a first time customer and I won't be back.
