Amazing Wedding dress The dress exceeded our expectations.The gown is beautiful and exactly as photograph. Very well made and good materials and fabrics. And my daughters absolute favorite part of the dress the unique cloak! She LOVES this about the gown and its something different. Please be sure and read if you are ordering from the US. Production time takes up to 15days. They make the dress when you order it. Then you wait on delivery after Production, so u should order at least a month in advance or more. I know it took another 2 weeks to get here after the initial 15 days of production time.They communicate mainly through email. It is a little scary because you don't hear anything a while after you confirm that you want the dress. It plays a little on the old nerves, but overall I would have to say worth the wait and nervousness. Hopefully they will continue to work on their communication. Then after about 2 weeks from the initial email that they got the order . And then after the initial email I received about them starting production on the dress. I finally started received information that the dress had been shipped through my email. Never did any of this show on my account on their website. And then I stayed up with the dress through the USPS website after it was issued a tracking number. We are very pleased and would order again. Actually my sister also is ordering from this site as well. Overall good experience and beautiful product! Very happy my baby girl is happy!! Thank you guys!! Submitted on August 3, 2022

Do not. I repeat, do not shop with veaul. Worst shopping experience ever They have many other bad reviews online and on their social media comments but unfortunately I did not check beforehand. First of all, on the page of their dresses they make it enticing but stating it will only take 2-3 days to deliver. They hide the fact that it takes 11-14 days to make and process on another page of the website. They fail to mention this on the actual dress pages. Their customer service is absolutely AWFUL. When I emailed them countless times to ask about the status of the order I received no reply. no replies on social media. Other reviews have stated that their phone number doesn’t work. But suddenly they knew how to communicate when they asked whether I wanted them to ship the finished product. They texted me and when I did not respond they emailed with a screenshot of the text. When i responded with NO and that I want a refund, they ignored it and shipped it anyway. When the dress finally arrived way after prom, it didnt look anything like the picture at ALL. The dress was horrid. This website is a SCAM. DO NOT BUY ANY DRESSES HERE. Luckily I was able to claim cashback with my bank. Also I have requested a couple of times to unsubscribe from their emails but I still get their emails :/ awful company.

I've ordered a demon slayer swimsuit off of Miccostumes because I've heard great things about them. Well I ordered the swimsuit in March and it said it would arrive by May 11-13 and it's currently May 17! I've contacted them through email a lot and haven't even gotten a reply. I've looked up why it's taking so long and it said they're probably making the costume but it should of been done by now and others have gotten theirs way faster! Honestly do not buy from Miccostumes they're service sucks and are most likely a scam!

(11/7) My first order from this site was great. They sent my order out a few days early with the tracking number, and it arrived very quickly. The quality was good for the price point, and I got what I wanted. Now, I'm having a very different experience. My latest order "shipped" days late (and only after I sent something through their FAQ page contact asking why it hadn't shipped, to which I got no response). I still haven't received a shipment email and there's no tracking number on my order page like there was with my first order. I have sent several emails to them about this already and no one has responded to those. I sent something through their messenger chat on the website, and got a response of "we'll email it", but it's been days and I haven't gotten any further contact through any method. The image attached is the only reply I've been able to get from them at all. I'm starting to get really pissed off about this, especially since there's really nothing I can do except hope I didn't get scammed. Does anyone know if I can file a claim if this doesn't show up by the date I was promised it would when I ordered it? Because this is ridiculous and I'm not going to let them take my money and not send me anything. Update (11/11): I received a shipment email on 11/9 around 11:30PM with a tracking number. However, this tracking number has absolutely no location information when I try to add it to my package tracking app. I'm also getting an error asking me if I'm sure the destination country is the US, which is worrying. The link attached to the email for me to track it on the miccostumes site doesn't actually exist. When I attempt to track the package through the carrier's (China Post) website, it tells me the tracking number doesn't exist in their system (yet). What is happening? Why does my tracking app seem to think that the final destination of the package isn't in the US, which is where it's supposed to end up? And why doesn't he tracking number exist in the carrier's system? Supposedly, it's been over a week since my item shipped, so the grace period of 1-2 days for them to put the package into the system is long past. This is so ridiculous. (I will update this review if anything changes with this second order.)

Beautiful rings and great customer service. If you have any questions they have 24/7 support agents you can message while searching the website. The website showed that rings were only in sizes I didn't need and when I asked if they could go lower or higher they said they could do that without having to spend extra money. All in all great experience and now my fiancée gets to enjoy her beautiful right I created for her I will strongly recommend giving this a shot as the entire experience was something I will never forget. Also it came in a big box with the Ring case and a certificate and cleaning stuff.

When messaged them, they did not apologize and said they substitute the flowers with was available. They did not informed me about the substitution at no point. WORST company to ever purchase from. Please read the true, negative reviews before purchasing. I ordered puzzles and tried cancelling the other after paying an extrusion amount of money for shipping. I tried cancelling the order after reading the reviews of how customers never received orders, image quality on items were poor, and how it was a con company. As I placed my order at 8pm, there was no way of me getting in contact with the company following their 30 minute to 1 working day cancellation policy, as their business was closed for the day. I tried contacting them immediately the. next day, and didn’t get through until 2 pm, where I spoke to Moses who said my order had already been made and despatched. When I asked for proof - they weren’t able to provide me with proof, as they only offer UNTRACKED delivery, through Royal Mail. He said I would have to wait 7-10 days for my order, even though Royal Mail deliver within 2-3 working days. He then cut the call on me. I then rang again, after 30 mins, I finally managed to get though to Vincenzo, who was of some help. He said to me he had to speak to his supervisor to see if the order could be cancelled due to my unhappiness, and then gave me a call back later saying I couldn’t cancel the order and they wouldn’t offer a refund. He said the company use Whisl as their shipping courier. I then got an email at 10 pm, just now, sending a FALSE tracking number, that isn’t with Whisl or any other company. Please - save your money, save your time, and don’t purchase anything from this company. I wasted money whilst on the phone to them. Every time I tried contacting them through Instagram, email and their live chat, I received no response. Let’s see if I even receive my order in seven days - even though I’ve given them until Friday 30th June 2020, until I file a legal complaint. Believe me when I say I will NEVER be ordering or recommending this company.

Horrible customer service. I asked for a shipping label, as I wanted to exchange for a different size. The shoes were $300. They said I had to pay for it myself. Being a covid bride and having to make so many changes already, I was very disappointed. I still wanted the product, but did not want to pay $17 to send the shoes back. I chatted online, messaged on instagram, and emailed.

Etsy will withhold and STEAL your funds DO NOT TRUST I was a seller on Etsy. I was accused of violating Etsy policies, my account was subsequently banned. I received automated e-mail messages in response to my appeal. The accusations made against me were completely invalid and hypocritical. Thousands of listings for the item I was banned for selling are still being sold by others on the website. Etsy STOLE all of the money that they were withholding from me and had not payed me yet, then blocked me from logging into my account. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLATFORM, try Amazon etc. instead. HORRIBLE!

My hat arrived screwed up in a small box and was unable to make it look anything like the photos on the website. I'm in a battle to get a refund. Have been offered vouchers minus cost of postage. Although they have now agreed to refund I'm still awaiting the return slip after continually asking and therefor I can't send it back and get the refund. I wonder if I ever will.

What a fantastic experience I had in the wed2be store in Swindon. All staff were super friendly and warm. The member of staff who helped me throughout my appointment was a lady called Reah. She made me feel very comfortable throughout and her advise was appreciated during my visit with my family. After several dresses I found mine. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. I got the staff member who went above and beyond her some flowers and chocolates and her reaction to them were priceless. Overall my visit was excellent. Recommend to anyone wanting a dress! ?

I purchased the Tranquillity scented candle for a mummy to be. The scent was out of stock at the time & I was contacted immediately & advised of this, given options including to change the scent, wait till the new stock came in or for a full refund to be issued. I decided to wait for the stock to come in & I was kept fully updated throughout. The candle has since arrived, beautifully packaged & smells amazing. My friend is going to love it!

I didn’t do customizing size I ordered from their chart and the dress didn’t fit. The shipping took to long to get here and I couldn’t return it on time to get a replacement. There customer service is horrible I’m fighting for my money back on PayPal. I’m out of a dress for my son’s wedding and out of 117.00 dollars I paid them. Whatever you do DO NOT order from this company. The website has no phone number, that should give you the first warning. I ordered over £100 of flowers and paid over £25 for delivery. Not only did they just not bother delivering, they didnt even email me or phone me to let me know, so completely ruined the surprise of gifting flowers. Still no communication, still no email, still no apology. I find it genuinely unbelievable that this company is still in business. Granted they may not have the balls to call and say they cant deliver, but at least have the courtesy to send an email so alternative arrangements can be made.

It has been three weeks and they will not respond. They have deleted all negative posts and have blocked me from warning others not to shop here!

We ordered our daughter a dress for a formal high school event and the photos on the site looked great. The $169.00 dress was suppose to arrive approximately March 12th. It finally arrived a week later. After we wrote them every day trying to find out the status, they finally put a rush on it. The website photos show a dress with no sheer material across the chest or back. The dress we received had sheer material in both the front and back. This material totally changed the look of the dress. Also, the website images shows white floral designs sewn on. When we received the dress, the floral designs were the same color as the dress. Lastly, we selected the color blue and the color received was turquoise. We contacted support several times and were repeatedly told "our dresses are hand sewn, so they might be different." We could understand some minimal differences, but this was too much. No type of refund was offered, but they said we could get 20% off another dress, if we wanted to order another. TI'm sure the markup is 40 - 60%, so they would make even more off of me, if we had ordered another. I do not recommend this company and their customer support was not what is stated on their website.

I signed up with Kelleher in 2009. Met at a swanky hotel on Newport Beach and after our consultation I gladly handed them $10,000 for the professionals to do the work to find my a great relationship. I was told about a friend, close contact of theirs and they were happy to check to see if he was available. He was not at that time but they sent me out on matches that were nothing of what I had asked for. Unsuccessful, they let me know he was available. This was the biggest mistake of my life. Due to the boasting of this man, their continued stories of personally involvement and outings I felt completely comfortable. We reached out and while I was moving storage boxes at my Lake Arrowhead home and leaving with family for the weekend, he suggested a quick meeting, have a glass of wine at his Laguna Beach home. He included his residence was just like Bacarra Resort in Santa Barbara and we could watch the sunset. I didn't get dressed up, he said come as you are, I did. It started out innocent, but then it got aggressive with sexual comments, comments about a vibrator and offering for us to get together to F*CK when I returned from my family weekend. I went in the kitchen knowing it was my time to leave and from there I was drug by my arm upstairs and assaulted. I contacted Kelleher from Friday, Saturday & Sunday and after my family urged me to file with the Laguna Beach police department as soon as I got into town. Thinking Tiffany at Kelleher cared about me, I thought for sure they would help me, they NEVER returned my multiple calls of a distraught woman who had been sexually assaulted. They were on damage control but at the time I was so distraught I didn't even realize that these women weren't on my side. What a grave mistake. Once I arrived at the police department and detectives came out to meet with me and take me to a private room they asked if I had communicated with Kellher owners, associates or sales staff. I told them they had not returned any of my calls over multiple days. They asked for me to call again and let them know I was at the LBPD. I received an immediate call asking me why I was there. I told them I had tried to call all weekend for advice and counseling and I was in shock from what happened. Due to this intro to their personal friend I felt safe. This changed my life forever. Still thinking they were on my side I continued to provide information to Kelleher about the investigation. I had the painful experience of calling my perpetrator on the phone to try and have him confess, not realizing until years later that they were communicating with my perpetrator and telling him about the investigation. He only apologized but did not include why. He was not prosecuted for this terrible act. In 2016, I saw Amber on TV doing an interview. I was so angered I wrote many reviews about my experience. Jill Kelleher reached out to me to tell me I would ruin her business. They hired a reputation management companies and deleted all of my reviews, even having Yelp threaten me with closing my acccount. It was not until I was contacted by a reporter after employees divulged my name. A detective was hired to locate me and a reporter reached out to me. There is no more guilt and shame as years later my church provided the counseling during this difficult time. This includes many and that will be revealed in a new lawsuit that will be filed. The reason I have left this review previously was because my perpetrator was allowed to continue dating women because they did not have enough men for the single women looking for love. They do not have matches. Clearly this would be slander if I did not have documents to support my position. I have contracts, text messages, testimony and they have been provided these documents but Yelp has not allowed others to be protected. Yelp legal department has had multiple emails thus far. To think Yelp allowed multiple reviews to be removed, possibly at the expense of another victim is really sad. Kelleher has had many lawsuits and I will speak out until every last woman knows so if I can save one woman from my nightmare.

Many Thanks to you guys at Kelleher. I was sincerely not expecting my very first date to be the one and was emotionally prepared for at least a year of endless dates, all over Texas and possibly California. Troy and I clicked at first sight and have been inseparable ever since. We enjoy all the same things. We're both from "M" states (Maine - me, Minnesota - Troy) -- which gives us a lot in common. There's not much difference between Maine and Minnesota except an ocean full of Lobsters. We love each others families and have been through many things in the last year. We are looking forward to the rest of our lives together.

Order arrived incomplete and later than promised on the website. stuff they sell is expensive though, so i was expecting quality, but courier who delivered was rude, the box arrived damaged, and half my order wasn't in it. when you try to call customer service you get a voice message saying they're not there and noone replies emails. It's a shame of a company, do not use them!!!

Terrible customer service. Sent back items, but never got a full refund even though I paid for the postage from the UK. Would give no stars, but there isn't that option!! Would never use this company again. Would strongly recommend to avoid this company.

I ordered some balloons for a diamond wedding anniversary but when they arrived one had a hole in it so obviously unusable and they did not have the writing as advertised and only said Happy 60th so did not even look like diamond anniversary balloons. Tried ringing but answer machine message saying they could not take calls at present. Very poor customer service so I definitely would not recommend ordering from this company. Charged me $4300 for wedding pics, album and video. Wedding was June 16, 2018!!! I still have no video or album. He cites technical difficulties, but now doesn’t even return emails or phone calls. His wife is just as bad and enables him so that he isn’t responsible by saying give him time to respond and communication should be only between us and her husband. That would be nice if he answered calls or emails. DO NOT HIRE HIM for any pictures!!!!!!! He will take your money and won’t hold up his end of the contract. Pursuing other avenues now!!!

STILL NO VIDEO- 1 YEAR AFTER OUR WEDDING and even worse he's been ignoring our calls, texts and emails. STAY AWAY or you're likely going to end up like us, seeking legal action, hoping to get even just the raw unedited footage of our special night, because to us, ITS PRICELESS and why we spent so much money on a "trustworthy" photography/videography team. Reading other reviews on multiple sites, we learned we aren't the only ones he's done this to. I'm hopeful this will turn around and we will get our video or even just the raw footage. As soon as that happens, IF it happens, I'll update this review.

I am very happy with the gift I bought for a friends 60th. The engraving is good and it came in a nice box so it's easy to gift wrap. The parcel was late arriving but still arrived just in time for the birthday, but that was the post offices fault as it was shipped soon after ordering. I would be happy with future orders paying a delivery charge so I receive it without a problem. Thanks to the team they contacted Royal mail the package arrived.

Cuff links were fine however my order had not been processed even though I received an email to say it had. Ordered on a 24/48 hour delivery my delivery was refunded for not arriving and the lady on the phone was very polite and apologized I received my goods almost 2 weeks later.

This firm is nothing short of dishonest. We placed an order in November which was supposedly lost in transit but would immediately be reproduced and sent out. These were Christmas gifts for teams at work. After weeks there was absolutely nothing and no communication. We reached out multiple times in the first week of January and finally a call saying they would make them, then again nothing...Absolutely nothing. It has been over two months, they took the money and have produced nothing nor communicated anything in good faith despite the numerous emails and phone calls. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE at all costs. They are not honest

I can not tell you how positive the finish is on these YETI cups. We have ordered others and the coating as well as the personalized monogram and design are the BEST. These do not peel off or look bad after a bit. Beautiful mugs and loved by people receiving them as gifts.

Personally, I had a great experience with Jeulia. Not only were they completely in contact with me the entire time, but they even expedited my ring for an event. They went way above the normal customer service expectations. They kindly answered every question I had with no complaint. No message went more than two hours without a detailed answer. I received my ring and instantly fell in love with it. The sparkle is amazing and quality is more than I ever expected for the price. It is just that beautiful. I will definitely buy again.
