Dodgy and irresponsible seller, the infrared thermometer is seriously out of range, I was asked to filmed and post on YouTube to show the seller how it doesn’t work, which I think it’s an invasion of privacy, I did it anyway and send them the link, then the seller ask me to return the item In original packaging in order to get a refund, it cost me AUD21 to send the parcel. I am so annoyed and frustrated, this company is based in China/HongKong but kinda disguised themselves like they are locals.

Just got back into the hobby after 30 years. Had loads of questions about it. Given these guys were working shadow staff, they still took the time out to help me with what I needed by text. Ordered 3 cars on 3 different occasions and every one of them arrived within a 1 hour slot. Outstanding company. Just goes to show, if you take your time with customers, you reep the rewards. I've now ordered body shells, paint etc, next up is a Nitro, then a tamiya truck. Outstanding company.

I was specifically looking for RC servos for use in a robotics project. The number of servo types and specifications is heaven. You can chose to take stock from specific warehouses, say China, USA, UK so there is no extended delay, and the prices are extremely good. The UK warehouse is about 30 minutes away from me though the cost of shipping against my time and fuel is a no contest... They deliver.

When I first ordered through Rainbow Fun they did not have NDIS.. but with explanation.. the owner or provider was so interested she looked into it, now they are a ndis provider and I order all the time with Rainbow Fun. I ordered an item via eBay on a Sunday evening, realised that it was wrong, cancelled the order and ordered the correct item from the same seller. Three days later my cancellation was rejected and I was sent both items. I contacted the seller but received no response. I returned the item and have had to contact eBay as my refund has not been given. Most sellers on eBay are fine, this is one to avoid in my opinion.

Conmen, pure and simple. On 16 March 2020 I ordered a kit from them for delivery to Bulgaria. I paid by PayPal. They sent me an email saying the kit had been despatched. The message did not staate who it was sent via (courier, postal service, etc) and had no tracking number, but I didn't let that trouble me. The Covid-19 crisis which began in earnest at the time of my order halted postal services between the UK and Bulgaria for two months. (I should state that the British and Bulgarian postal services have been impeccable and very fast over the 24 years I have used them. Never any loss, rarely has an item taken longer than 7 days to arrive.) In early June, however, I began receiving items from the UK by post. On 9 June I emailed Model Hobbies asking for details about my kit. Utter silence. On 12 June I repeated the email query. Utter silence. I tried telephoning. Utter silence. And no kit... I am now launching a PayPal dispute but expect little. _Criminals_, thieves,_and_conmen_ are the kindest words I can utter about Model Hobbies at modelhobbies.co.uk in Stoke, England.

Ordered about 20 items. For £1 each you don't expect major quality but 1 month on and nearly all toys are broken. The quickest to stop was a ray gun, less than 5 mins before it died. Also it appears some items are sold elsewhere together but these people are splitting them down and selling individually. When I buy a twin pack of something I expect 2 items not 1 of the 2 repackaged. Won't be ordering again.

Scammers, they deliberately show you real quality dolls and claim you can customize them but send you garbage that's clearly something else. Their site is full of fake reviews to get you to buy into the scam. They claim the dolls are flexible but everything is stiff and unusable, the body types are not as described. For example, the size modules are not customization options, they just determine what counterfeit doll you get. Everything is clearly off the shelve and the dolls are laced with a putrid and toxic chemical that smells of sulfur. They say they have a help desk if you reply within 2 days but that's a load of bs, nothing but lies and excuses. In the email I was complaining about the mislead mouth cavity they outright lied to me about the cavity depth of the mouth being 20cm meanwhile the head from the nose to the back of the head 17.9cm tip to tip. I'm out 1400$ because of these scammers and could not be angrier. Do not buy a single thing from these assholes, be it their word or their 'merch'. Oh and the two week shipment was also a lie. Took them a month to give it from their warehouse to fedex. Oh and they absolutely will ghost you when you provide proof of them lying. Oh and there is random flakes of metal(probably wire) sometimes in the cavities. So yeah, avoid like the plague.

I spent nearly £1400 on the Sabrina doll the voice box didn't work the heating system didn't work the eye lashes came off straight away she didn't look like the picture the breasts were smaller apparently that's down to her height god forbid u should pay anymore!her wig was of poor quality the hair would fallout everywhere. I emailed the company several times they just came out with poor excuses .it took nearly 3 months 2 receive my doll I should of sent it straight back wasted money!dont buy from this company!

I ordered a silicone reborn avatar, and spent over 100$. I recieved a hard plastic doll. The legs and arms pop off, it's not heavy or seamless like a reborn. The doll is pretty and the spots glow as advertised, but it is NOT a 100$ reborn!

Latest drops are a MESS. releasing high demand products with very low stock and just says over and over again they will be back. each drop seems to have less inventory. shouldn’t be promoting sold out products so hard when you can barely get them. Ordered. Did not receive because USPS claims they can not deliver to a residential home. CK responds with, you need to ship to a valid shipping address. It is a valid shipping address. What address would I use to send a gift? Another address. I guess you can not send a gift. Have not received items ordered and CK is doing nothing to resolve the issue. Ultimately, I feel this is a political issue with the current USPS situation, but I only ordered the items, I am not in control of the shipping or delivery. Issue unresolved.

Company is not based in EU, but in HONG KONG, so expect to pay high import fees! Also shipping is extremely slow. Not talking about delivery, as there is a pandemic going on, but they only shipped out the order after 6 days! DO NOT pay extra for expedited delivery as I did, it is useless as your order will not be processed or delivered any faster. I paid extra, and have nothing to show for it. 2 weeks after ordering now and parcel still has not left China. Customer service does not take any responsibility in delayed order processing nor in extra payment for shipping service that they cannot provide. Very disappointing experience...

On my first purchase, I've had an unpleasant experience where I made payment on a figure which I had to find out later, by e-mail, was not available. That was frustrating to me. To Genkisan's credit, however, they were swift in letting me know about the problem, apologise and offer me options - full refund or another figure which was slightly more expensive than the one I wanted with no extra charge. Thank you, Genkisan! Was trying to find the official Gaara figure as a Birthday gift for my BF, who is mad about Naruto anime and the only place was Genkisan at the best price I could find. The delivery was very fast, the product came nicely wrapped, that the box and the figure was in ideal state and my BF was really happy with his gift. Surprised mine is the first review of this company on Site Jabber. There are numerous other complaints at various sites on the net about the very poor service from this company. Here are the facts: I placed an order for 6 cans of Tamiya spray paint on 8-15-16. Simple huh...I thought I was saving a few bucks compared to other sellers but later after more thorough research found Hobbylinc sells the same product for slightly less. Got an order confirmation via email the same day then no communication for 8 days. I wrote an inquiry on 8/23/16 asking about ship date. The tepid reply the next day on 8/24/16 contained what I felt were excuses. "Out of stock products can sometimes delay shipping." The paint I ordered was not listed as out of stock on their website. Maybe they don't maintain their site (giving them undue credit for the delay). Interestingly they said my order would ship on 8/24/16 the day they responded to my note. Coincidence?? I suspect my inquiry reminded them of my order,,oops! :) So since they did not send tracking info as expected I have no way of knowing if they actually shipped on 8/24/16. Most companies send an email with ship date tracking info/link to shipper's site. Not this company. On 8/25/16 I sent an email notifying them that unless they send ship date and tracking info I will contact my VISA card company CHASE and dispute their charge. That got their attention. Today, 8/26/16, someone from this "company," sent a note saying even though they weren't open today (Friday, a normal closed day for them) they would send tracking info by the end of the day. Seemed like they condescended to do this. The end is near: Today, 8/26/16 I received a shipping notice with tracking info from Yahoo. Following my promise to take action against him he did what he was supposed to do in the first place. As I suspected the guy did not mail the package on Wednesday 8/24/16 as he said he did. Uh huh..........Most other reviews I contained similar experiences. The seller did not respond to the buyer at all or in a timely manner. Delays in shipping were lengthy. Who knows when I would have received my order had I not put pressure on him. Ridiculous. Update: His lowest price shipping is USPS parcel select. I have never had anything sent via that method, but "parcel" gave the hint delivery time would be longer. I was ok with a bit slower. His $9.95 fee for the slowest possible mail suggests he wants to make some $ on shipping. Priority mail for the size of box to hold these 6 cans of paint would have cost only $6.80 and I would have received the order within three days after delivery to the post office. Today, Sept. 7, 2016 I received my order. That's 24 days from order to receipt folks. A record for my internet purchase experience. Seems like the who owns this shop is barely more than a one man operation. He shipped my items 11 days after I ordered. That's just irresponsible. Nowadays customers expect a lot more from internet sellers. I prefer Hobbylinc where I just placed my second order in three weeks. Check them out and dispense with the ridiculousness of Internethobbies.com

Internet Hobbies – The world’s worst hobby store. Do not even think of ordering from them. They have only done one thing since I put in an order 12 months ago, take my money as soon as I put in the order, before they even checked they had the items in stock (web site implied that they were in stock, but they were not). They normally do not answer enquires, or just come back with ‘Will check when we open’, etc. (auto replies), but never ever have they responded after these short impolite replies. I have asked them to cancel the order on many occasions since they have no chance of getting the items in stock, but they just ignore ever request. Simply they are just thieves and liars. Everything they do (or is it don’t do) is worst practice.

i ordered from Toy Yay a month ago when there were no reviews, i decided to trust my instincts and purchased one of their pop vinyls (it was a rare one which was far more expensive anywhere else) after checking back to see if there had been any reviews i was surprised to see so many negative comments and of course i instantly regretted my purchase and messaged them asking for a refund, however, the item arrived today in a clean state and it was exactly the item which i had purchased, i wish i could take back my complaint now!! i’m not certain about other products but from my experience the pop vinyl is exactly what i paid for, very happy :)

This is definitely a scam - don’t be fooled by the website. Ordered a gift for my sons birthday, 2 weeks ahead of time - nothing arrived. Check tracking info and shows as having not left Hong Kong. Shipping guidance says 5-12 days. Emailed them and got a fairly sarcastic response saying tough luck, delays happen. It’ll take a month (!). Refused a refund so now seeking recovery through PayPal. A thoroughly rotten business to deal with - judging by other reviews I would guess this is a scam.

Overall the store is good. The prices are reasonable, some of them are very cheap with good quality for the price. I've made some orders and fist time it took only 2 weeks to arrive, no problem at all. But my second order came in damaged and took quite a bit long time for about one month. Customer service offered me a replacement and all turned out well. I had no patience at the beginning and I was kind of upset. But they asked me what I want and tried their best to resolve the problem. I was happy with their customer service. I will order more from this store in the future for sure.

I have never had a worse experience with an online retailer. I purchased a replacement fuselage for a Parkzone T-28. It arrived promptly but was damaged. I sent an email explaining the situation and asking that a replacement be sent. After two days, I had not received a reply. I then made daily attempts to contact customer service for a week. Not one of my calls or emails were returned. All of my calls went immediately to voice mail. I had to file a claim with Paypal which was just settled in my favor. Horizon Hobby will get all my future business. They have always gone above and beyond when I have called.

I have ordered two aircraft from Value Hobby. The first aircraft arrived in good condition and I'm very happy with the product. The second aircraft arrived in a timely fashion, though when I opened the package to inspect the aircraft, I discovered the fuselage was cracked. I contacted Value Hobby by phone and was instructed to submit a "support ticket". The gentleman on the phone told me that was the process to follow and that he would respond in about 24 hours. Four days later, I received a response to the support ticket. Value Hobby asked if I would accept a replacement fuselage, rather than return the aircraft for a refund. I replied that I would accept the replacement fuselage. After four more days with no further response, I again called Value Hobby and spoke with the same gentleman again. I asked when I should expect the replacement fuselage to be shipped, and I was told to "just remain patient". The gentleman was not able to provide any information regarding when the item would be shipped. My patience has run out. I have ordered hundreds of hobby items from dozens of suppliers and Value Hobby is the only company that has disappointed me enough to take the time to write a review. I should have taken more time to read reviews of Value Hobby before purchasing from the store.

Ive bought two 4s battery packs in the spring of 2016 and they worked great. Much cheaper then anywhere else ai could find after testing the first set for several flights, I bought another 2 sets! No issues and still using them in 2017

I had booked for 3 courses and was able to complete only 1 and I agreed for one of the course for the company to give me the course material and would learn myself that also didn't happen (Pix4D). Thermography course got cancelled but no communication regarding the same. I had problem with matrice 210 RTK. The RTK base station I gave it to be tested but they couldn't test as they didn't have a 210 to pair it to. The software they updated and still doesn't communicate with the drone. I have my system in India and every time I can't afford to take it back and forth to UK.

Despite the current world situation with the Coronavirus, I wasn't expecting delivery for weeks. But in less than twenty-four hours after placing my order I received a confirmation email, then two days later the Andrewsarchus arrived! Wouldn't even give a one star! Both products were absolute pieces of crap. Makeup desk had so many issues with the instructions versus the way to assemble. Screw holes missing. 7 plus blemishes on the top of the desk plus draw cant even fully open up to utilize the back sections of the drawer. Large book case upon assembling completly blew apart when turning it from its side to upright position as per instructions. *Assembled by a qualified builder I should note who was appalled They offer me replacement pieces where I must send all piece numbers or a $60 credit to use at their store. Update on Order Number 100050446 - 04/08/2017 - Last week following a dispute over a faulty truck, NitroTek's customer service manager promised a full refund: they even got me to send them back the truck under a promise of a refund. a week later...... still NO REFUND, no response to emails from me asking about their promised resolve AND today (04/08/17) was rudely hung up on by their customer service saying the manager is not available. I will post a weekly update on how this pans out...... now contacted Trading Standards to investigate their non conformance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 AND next week, going to commence legal proceedings at County Court. Next week, I will post names of the customer service management team who contacted me with their false promises, in case you are all contacted by these same individuals and to be aware who they are. I will also post evidence of the email from the manager and their refusal to acknowledge the resolution. Unlucky for them: I have the full support of a well known retailer of RC cars, and their expert opinion, when this turns up in court.
