They list products as being In Stock, sell them to you, take your money, then wait 5 days to tell you they are Out of stock. Then they ask if you want to wait a week, because they Might have it back in stock then. So No they Don't ship in 2 day's. They don't even have the products they are advertising In Stock for sale. That's bad business. Now I have to deal with Trying to get a Refund from an already Untrustworthy company.

They will sell you new stuff and take you money just fine but when there is some problems with the order or some warranty issues - they will stop any communication with the customer and steal your money. I’ve recently completed my PfCO with 3iC, from start to finish Liz was very helpful and was always available at the end of the phone or by email. I found completing the modules online allowed me to progress at my own speed and certainly found when I got into a routine this worked well and was very straight forward. Writing the operations manual was well supported with good advice form both Liz and Dawn who was my assigned tutor. When I was ready for my practical exam this was booked effortlessly, luckily my examiner was flexible and we arranged a suitable date, as described in the handout the practical went perfect with an hour for theory and approximately another hour for practical assessment. On completion of my my flight assessment and final theory exam I applied to the CAA for my PfCO which I again obtained guidance form Liz at 3iC, she was more than happy to help, I have now received my award from the CAA which arrived within 3 weeks of applying. I’d like to thank 3iC for all the support especially Liz and Dawn, I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking for a cost efficient, relaxed and hassle free way of obtaining your PfCO. Thanks

Fantastic company, if you live in the UK (can't speak for anywhere else as I'm British) then these are definitely the people to go to for models! Fast delivery and fantastic service, not to mention a brilliant selection of aircraft to choose from. I recently had some trouble with the mail couriers losing my delivery, but AMS' customer service were incredibly helpful at trying to find the parcel and then sending replacements for no extra cost when the originals didn't show up. 10/10 for these guys!

I have been buying models off aircraft model store now for over 3 years and I have never had any problems what so ever. I find there service absolutely fantastic and my models always arrived the next working day as I requested. I really can’t find fault with the team at aircraft model store. Five star in all areas.

If I could give zero I would. Ordered a frame, money taken from my account, received a further two emails outlining my payment had not been received. I called the company (bearing in mind it’s a German number) no answer despite the automated machine saying they were open for another 30 mins. I emailed several times and never received an email back. I sent a request form several time for a cancellation. At this stage it had been 2 weeks since my money had been taken but no contact with the company. I then started action against my bank to try get my money back. Eventually I received an email saying I’d be refunded. I understand times are difficulty at the moment and companies are under pressure with covid-19 measures but there was no excuse for the length of time it took. I have no idea who is writing the other reviews as this is not a pleasurable easy company to buy from. I would not recommend! Regrettably I did not do my research and assumed they were a British company. Buy local, supply local!!

Hello, I waited in all day for this to come they said 9 to 5 nothing came, They rang me the next day and said apologies that our system sent you the wrong date and time... I am glad they sorted this out for me, I can now relax and get my son's climbing frame set up. I think over all they are a good company but do need to check everything before sorting out the dates and the items as this error could happen to anyone. I hope this helps you.

Quick and efficient, however the box came slightly damaged / torn (at the rear so won't be seen from the front for display purposes) and this is the last one as once purchased their website shows "Out of stock" but the model bike is perfect with the fine detailing for this scale of model bike.

I order the “genius kit” ( $549) and they sent me “The Creator Kit” $549 and doesn’t have the same But it is the same price, I emailed them and they took about a month to reply back and by then they said they could not change it, and some how the creator kit wasn’t in their pricing anymore, but my receipt says “Creator kit” but their list doesn’t have that kit anymore, so it’s clearly that they just gave me one of the last ones, and took my money as if it was “the Genius kit! “But with less parts, less rides. I’m gonna suing them but I want people to know that this company is a scam, they will trick you if they can, so if you’re buying from them, make sure you get what you order and if not, make sure you return it asap

I started building a ride for my 2 yr old's birthday. We purchased a smart kit for him and first impressions are awesome! The build quality appears to be great, I can't wait till he can help me bolt on the seat and wheels. Brings me back to years and years of legos as a kid. This thing was a blast to put together.

i did order something earlier this month, as of now its still not in my possession. I did contact the customer service, they told me it was sent and was lost on the way, and they're gonna send a replacement one. which is strange, first, i didnt get an email like i used to get once my item depart from their storage. A week after that person said they sent a replacement one, I still dont have my item. And again, no email that my item depart their storage, and on its way. Its okay with the no email thinggy though, i just want to know where the hell is my item right now and what are my chances of getting it on time. Its been 3 weeks since i did place that order. Strange thing is, i ask them to just cancel that order, and one person from their team told me, its not possible to cancel it but i can send it back. of course shipping fee would be shouldered by me. one thing is for sure though, im not buying from lekmer again. And i still didnt get my order

Delivery delayed 5 days. When I wrote to cancel it, they claimed it couldn't because it would arrive the same day. That was yesterday. The parcel didn't arrive and I do not know when it will. Most concerning is that littlehappy.dk has used my credit card details to automatically subscribe me to their club monthly paid membership (98 Danish Kroner per month!). I definitely have not wanted this membership and I had no idea that they would do it. Now I am stuck with a delayed delivery, 100 kr cost to cancel my card and get a new one, plus the 98 kr already paid from the card for something I didn't want.

I will be fully honest QC issues most the time are not there fault its due to the manufacturer. But I just ordered a venom and its not even the colour its supposed to be. Any other reviews or photos you can see its mostly black while mine is really really blue it looked really bad when the head isn't the same color as the body. If I'm paying £90 for a figure I minimum expect the color to be right. I noticed it as soon as I looked at the box. Ive always used this company for import figures but i've had better luck with plaza japan. 3 of the 4 things i've ordered from here have had qc issues. Im getting tired of waiting 1 - 2 months for replacements at this point id rather pay a bit extra and wait longer and get it straight from Japan.

I bought the 14’x10’ trampoline right at the deadline to get it before Christmas and it arrived right on time. Customer service was great and quick to get back with answers to my questions. I was nervous buying from the UK being in the US but other than my credit card thinking it was fraud it couldn’t have been easier. I had an issue with the stitching on the mat and they send a replacement one really quickly and were super helpful. The only downside is digging the giant hole by hand, wouldn’t have been bad with a tractor but by hand was rough. Also, you need almost 1’ more of space on the 10’ side because the trampoline bows out before the springs and mat are installed, I had exactly 10’ so I had to adjust the layout to make it work. Couldn’t have been happier and my 2 and 5 year old girls pretty much live on it now.

Knowing I could not be present for my grandson's Birthday, I ordered this bear & he came early. Next day, family received tragic news. But, there sat the bear waiting inside his great big box, so they opened him up while I watched online. He emerged from his box beautiful, big, loveable with all the extra's and my grandson was overwhelmed by it all! Seeing his face light up as he listened to my voice was awesome!! My grandson declared his name was Clarence... Now, he sits in daddy's chair when he is not there & no nightmares dare come as they might encounter this Great Big Bear! Clarence will always be more than a 'Bear' to us! He helped cushion a heavy blow and in that moment he stole the hearts of us all! A Great Big Thank You to the many Big Plush 'angels' who dressed him right and got him there! Wonderful site, many choices! Exceptional prices! Teddy Bear is detailed and well made! Complimented by caring customer service! (3 hours after ordering, realized forgot to put a shirt on this bear, but they were gracious and efficient and it all got done in perfect time!)

Hi, I've ordered Wooden London Vehicle set for my 2 yrs old son. As a first time buyer, and not previously even seeing products by Cottage Toys, I was highly impressed with the quality, size, weight etc. of the set. Watching my son playing with every day using it on verious objects and surfaces (car track, carpet, train track, bath, sink etc) brings one thought to my mind- creativity is beyond the limits. The set went through a lot since my son got his hands on it and proved that money were well spent. The communication with the seller was very professional and delivery very quick. I highly recommend Cottage Toys products and I will be returning for some more very soon.

We have seven year old twins and have just bought 2 x Works 24 Early Rider bikes. They have just turned seven and are very tall for their age. It’s their third Early Rider bike, we’ve had the 16 and 20 inch belters. Best bikes we have come across. They look great and they are superb bikes built by people who obviously know a lot about bikes and trails and what children need. They handle the off road terrain in the Lake District brilliantly!!! Our last ones got so much use and even made a trip to Australia. The 16 and 20 inch bikes were good too, as I could easily carry both bikes over really unmanageable ground and lift them in car easily etc. I conducted lots of research before buying the Early Rider bikes and now I wouldn’t be without them!!! They cost a bit more than standard bikes but you get what you pay for and they keep their value well and sell easily afterwards. Highly recommended!!!!

Ordered by phone the gentleman in cork was very helpful and it was sent out on a Monday and I received them on Tuesday morning which is excellent. Thank you. The net is perfect no trouble putting it on with the help of my grandaughter Ada. But the blue padding to cover the springs keeps moving up ! I think the problem Is it is a bit big and not enough elastic hooks. Very annoying as I keep fixing it Not a nice picture from my kitchen window. Anne

Appears on website 2 day delivery maybe 3 took 6 days was then left outside front of house when delivered with no note through the door or text. Instructions not the best said zip in middle which we took to be the end of zip where the zipper is but no it meant the straight line part took an extra twenty minutes to then correct.

Purchased my first Drone from Drones Etc. in March of 2015. I received everything I ordered. I ran into a few issues that where operator errors and I had to send it in for service, I crashed it hard. They (Becca and Matt) kept me up to date as to the status and answered any questions that I had once I got it back.
