My second order from eHobbies turned out better than the first. The one thing that drew me to this seller was the pricing, but shipping and handling could definitely be improved (especially for what you pay). The first order, at the end of last year, took well over a week before it arrived. (The shipping rate selected for that purchase was for 3-7 business days.) When I finally received it, everything was covered with a layer of dust, although one thing was musty, and a single item was half opened--which led to the spillout of its contents when removed from the box. Luckily, nothing was destroyed or damaged, but it gave me pause about the company. The second order also took quite a while to arrive in the mail. (It was necessary since I was having issues obtaining an item from many other online and local sellers.) I used the same shipping rate as before, but the contents this time were in good condition, although they were covered with some dust (like before). I'd recommend this company for orders if you can't find things elsewhere, but if something your require is time-sensitive, just pay the extra money with another dealer, or get it locally (if possible).

I've been doing business with Tower off and on since 1972, and really don't have anything bad to say about Tower.Whenever there's a problem I know they will make it right, and in the old days when we actually spoke on the phone(b.c., before computers) the people I spoke with were friendly and seemed to listen.When I'm talking to a new pilot, I mention Tower as a good site to get a fair deal.

I bought a statue of Pinocchio a few months ago, I was very satisfied with it. The statue, the packaging, everything was of a good quality. So I bought a second item, sakura kozou and what a disappointment! For 80 euros, I received a simple quality plastic toy painted in a very primary way and different from what was shown on the photos on the site (photoshop are you there?). The packaging was very simple, a plastic bag closed with a cardboard strip. I can imagine the author wanted it to look like the toys sold in Japan BUT it is not the same price range! In short, I would probably no longer order this kind of item on the internet. Nothing beats seeing what you're buying for real, especially when those who take the photos manage to make them more beautiful ...

A not that happy client

I Bought the keep me in your heart by matt bailey from them. It came in one thin box that look beat up I'm surprised a company would send a $250 piece of art overseas like this most other companies double box their art pieces. I opened it up to find the art box ok but the figure was damaged on the whole right side. I have contacted mighty jaxx about it. I sent pictures and now waiting on a reply but it's been ten days now. Unprofessional. Never again!

Placed a sizable order with these folks and never heard another word from them, even after they charged my card. Send a few e-mails and they did not respond. It seems to be a pattern, so will be referring to a federal law enforcement agency for wire fraud, bank fraud, and mail fraud. As a retired federal agent I can attest that agencies take a dim view of companies that intentionally defraud consumers using the internet.

I was honestly sceptical about this site. Their prices seem extraordinarily low and so my expectations were as such. My order arrived within 24 hours which I'm pleasantly surprised about. Upon inspection of the figures, it is evident that they are not to official Lego standards, with some plastic stubs protruding from various points. Some parts are also rather loose, particularly the legs as the torso piece are not as intricate as official Lego. However, they are still sturdy and do not fall off easily. Some of the printing is also slightly wonky or out of place but nothing terribly drastic To conclude I'm rather satisfied with my purchase. I'd honestly be happy to pay more per figure if it smoothed out the minor imperfections. I would definitely buy from them again. Their product may not be perfect, but at these low prices and with such ease of purchase and delivery you honestly can't complain.

I purchased a B-29 Bomber Plane also with a Dragon Fly Helicopter and a 40 Admiral Speedboat. I purchased them on the 19th of March and didn't receive them until the 26th of March because of UPS. I can't tell you how happy I am. Everything arrived in Perfect Condition. I drove the boat and it works Great.I flew the Helicopter and still have to assemble the B-29.Can't Wait. I will definitely order again from Raiden Tech. I like the selection of items.

I purchased the Exceed RC Dune Buggy for a Christmas '09 present and after only the first run, the motor has seized up and the car will no longer operate. The Technical Support rep admitted that it sounded like a piece was missing, but because we purchased it more than 30 days ago, no matter that it was a Christmas present, they will not do anything about it. We then were told to contact Customer Support who said we ordered the item too early (11/16/09) and they will not do anything even though the item was not used until the day after Christmas. This is not a cheap toy, $160.00 total, so I urge you NOT to purchase this vehicle and especially do not purchase from Raiden Tech.

Great service and fast order processing (under 24 hours). Would shop with AlleRC again in a hearbeat. They even provided excellent product advice and technical advice over the phone (and were very easy to get ahold of). The only improvements I could envision would be a better real time stock monitoring system. Although for a small company/retailer, this is not too critical.

I am a professional videographer who recently got into aerial videography. I wanted to upgrade my first setup and was about to purchase a kit from a company in China. All companies I checked in the USA were about 30-40% higher in price for the same components. Then I found ALL e RC website and checked their prices; they were just a tad over the Chinese company prices and I decided to place my order with them. Boy, am I happy I did??!? Bob emailed me throughout the process asking me questions about the stuff I had and wanted to add to my new setup. It turned out half of what I would have ordered in China would have NOT worked with what I had. Bob built modifications for my gimbal at NO extra charge and added free components to connect all my parts. I wanted a partial delivery, I got it. I needed a part next day while I was in Hawaii (I live in NYC) I got it next day. I feel I can ask any questions and get the right, unbiased answer. This is a company we all need to keep in business for their expertise, honesty and service. Totally out of the ordinary!

I ordered a couple items on the seventh of june, they emailed me back a on the ninth saying it would be 7-10 days before the item shipped as it was not in stock. I said this would be fine, please ship the order together. So here it is the 29th. I had not received ANY email from them, and I emailed inquiring about the item. I received a badly formatted form email response saying it could be 7-10 days. When I asked if they were willing to waive my shipping as they were already ten days late on their initial promise I was responded to in a curt fashion and told basically, "no." I would not do business with these people as it appears from other reviews it is common for them not to stock items they list on their website, but instead to order them as needed. BUYER BEWARE: Unless you're willing to wait a long time to get your products, avoid these people.

I found this site attempting to locate a particular item to purchase as a Christmas present. The site was difficult to navigate, but I finally found the item. The site gave no information pertaining to the availability of any items, which would turn out to be important later. The next day (Dec 15th) I received an email stating that the product was out of stock until January, and if I would like to switch to a less expensive smaller version of the same thing (puzzle caddy). I replied (that day) that I would take the smaller item, figuring that this meant that the smaller caddy would actually be in stock and that I would receive the item soon. In reply to this all I got was "We have forwarded your request". I then received no reply until I emailed them twice (waiting a couple days in between) on January 6th (long after the time that I needed the item), at which point they told me they would be getting in some of both types of the item I wanted "today", and that "It will be well worth the wait" (which seemed a very rude response in my opinion, especially since the event I had ordered it for had already past). I was obviously very annoyed but I figured I would go ahead and get the large caddy since they would be getting it in at the same time as the other anyway. I got no response to my email asking to switch back to the large size. I finally recieved an email saying the product was shipped on the 12th of January, and the item arrived the 17th (over a MONTH after I'd ordered the item and a 3 weeks after I needed it). I really wonder now why they'd offer the smaller one if it wouldn't be available till the same time as the larger one? They could have just said that neither would be available instead of making me think I might actually get it within a decent amount of time. They also offered no apology or anything for the long wait. I certainly won't come to this site again and will recommend others to stay away (which is why I'm posting this review, as a warning).

I am a first-time customer of Vermont Teddy Bear. I ordered two personalized bears as a gift. Order arrived in time promised, but the spelling of the name on one of the shirts was incorrect. I contacted Customer Service, who confirmed that the customization on the order form was correct. They promised to correct the mistake and ship overnight. It was shipped overnight, but it shipped two days after contact with Customer Service instead of next day. Upon opening the package, I discovered that the name was now spelled correctly, but it was the wrong shirt. I ordered an "I heart (name)" shirt, but the second shirt only had the name on it. That would not work because it was a male bear and the ladies name alone defeats the purpose of my order. I now became concerned that the order would not be able to reach the recipient on time because I had to ship internationally. Still feeling relatively patient (mistakes do happen), I again contacted Customer Service to explain the situation. The Customer Service representative was friendly and helpful and promised that she understood the urgency of my situation and promised to expidite my order so that I could ship on time. After 4 days and the order still not received, I contacted Customer Service a third time and was told that the order shipped GROUND and would not be delivered for another two days. I was then in a situation where I was going to have to ship the bears expedited at a significant shipping premium. The Customer Service representative did offer me a $25 credit on my next order, but I assured her that I was not inclined to place another order so this was not an acceptable remedy, especially since their mistakes cost me an additional $60 shipping. The Customer Service representative then became noticeably irritated with the situation and told me that was the best she could do for me. I am still waiting for the credit to show up on my account. I understand a mistake can happen. I can even understand when two mistakes happen. But a third mistake when they were fully aware of the two previous mistakes is not acceptable to me, nor is a remedy that requires me to spend more money with them even though I had this problem with my first order. The quality of the Bears is great. The quality of the customization and Customer Service is not.

I love the Vermont Teddy Bear Company and am now the owner of five gorgeous Vermont Teddy Bears. These are the highest-quality hand-made stuffed animals and the VTB Company has excellent customer service. I ordered the Bride and Groom bear to have on display at my wedding and then in my home. About a month after the wedding, I woke up to find my bride bear on the floor. Upon closer inspection, I was horrified to find my cat had pulled her off the bookshelf and chewed up her veil during the night. After I made sure the cat was alright, I called VTB customer service to explain what happened and to ask if I could purchase a new bride's veil to replace the chewed up one. The customer service rep got my information and then told me he would ship out a veil free of charge to me! I was so pleased and relieved, I thanked him profusely. A few days later I received my package and it was a new wedding dress and veil (I assume they can't take one piece of an outfit away from the whole thing). I was just so amazed they sent me a whole new bride's outfit for free and I am very grateful. VTB has guaranteed another loyal customer! I also placed the bride and groom where the cat couldn't get to them, by the way.

I have been purchasing items from Hobbylinc for a year now, approximately 10+ times. I am into O Scale trains, 1.72 scale World War II airplanes and 1.700 scale military ships. Hobbylinc's prices cannot be beat, but that is far from the only reason this company is tops in my book. Their selections in so many categories are awesome! Often offering multiple choices of manufacturers for the same item. Also, Hobbylinc keeps you informed of the progress of your order, the shipping of it and if an item in your order is backorded, they will ship everything else in your order and then your back ordered item as soon as it is in stock and that portion of your order is shipped free to you. Of all the orders I have received, all are packed extremely well and actually delivered on time or sooner. I have spoken to their customer service/order line a few times, and the associates are always helpful, friendly and strive to make sure you are informed and satisfied. I am a 72 y/o single male with Doggett and we are trying to exist on the old age pension. Due to my walkers (legs) starting to fail back in 2012 and the necessity to regularly walk my mate, I bought an electric bike from Hobby zone in Melbourne—the bloke I dealt with was Ian Goh. Over the years I had issues with the bike and Ian Goh was less helpful than I would have liked. In late June of this year the drive on the bike failed completely and no one in Perth would fix it, or even look at it because it came from over East, so I had to cough up for another bike. In the end I decided to buy an identical bike to my first. The reasoning being I would have parts for the new bike. After placing the order, I got an SMS message from Ian Goh saying that bike was no longer available. To cut a long story short I was talked into buying a 14” Liwei alloy bike at $1200.00 + $140.00 freight delivery his shop 9th August. Actual arrival was 23rd August. Arrival in Yerecoin was 31st August. When I got the bike the instruction book was in Chinese, the charger didn’t have an Australian adapter, the battery rattles, and the speedo and trip meter don’t work when you decelerate!!!!!!!!!!!!! On first ride I found the bike to be very unstable (with small wheels,) to the point of being scary. I should point out that I live on a farm property with no bitumen or concrete roads or paths, and Ian Goh knows this. On the 27th of September the front wheel of the bike dug into the sand and I was thrown onto my right shoulder injuring it, my left shoulder and my neck. On the 4th October SAME thing—same spot. I can no longer lift either arm above waist high, and on past experience could well be like this for 12 months or more. I have had to get in home help to do house work—hanging washing, vacuuming moping etc. On the 3rd October I rang Ian Goh and explained all of the above, I asked him if we could negotiate an exchange on the 14” bike for a 20” model. He told me he was going for a medical procedure and would get back to me, and if I didn’t hear from him to SMS message him. I SMS d him on 7th October, TWICE on the 16th October, the 17th October and again today—no reply. I have experienced this before with him, if it gets too hard, he just ignores you. My reason for this complaint is that these 14” wheels are dangerous to the point of frightening—Ian Goh knew that I lived on a farm and should never have sold me this bike. I have been in contact with the ACCC—not interested, also Dept of Consumer Affairs—not interested. So, it looks like I’m stuck with this extremely dangerous bike. If you live in a rural area DO NOT BUY THESE SMALL WHEELED BIKES as you may suffer similar or worse injuries as I did, AND if you experience problems, they won’t help you.

My first experience with 3000Toys goes back to April of 2013. The reason why I was looking for such kind of services is that I was looking for new diecast additions to my collection. It seemed that pre-order way of deal may allow to get some new series soon enough, so I decided to give it a try on 3000Toys. Despite the fact that that these certain diecast series were delayed by manufacturer, there were no issues on order handling. It was delivered in time - and actually, a bit earlier than I expected. Price was reasonable, and overall impression from the shop was good enough. I will definitely keep looking for their new arrivals and have business with the shop.

I was referred to popculturespot.com by a friend who bought wedding ducks for use as part of her table decorations for her wedding party. I was in the market for another product for our holiday party that was coming up in December and inquired with them about pricing and availability. I received the price quote the same day and just needed to be sure that the product would be available in the quantity that I needed by the end of November. I have placed two orders with this store in the past month, one for a few model kits, and one for paint. Excellent prices on everything, lower than anyone else I could find, and the shipping was a reasonable flat rate as well. Both orders arrived in full, well packed and undamaged. What was a little odd was that in both cases I selected standard ground shipping (which advertised delivery in 3-7 business days), but the first order took 2 days to arrive, and the second took 6. There seems to be some variability in shipping times, but everything shipped and arrived within the times quoted. All in all a good experience, and I'll be ordering again.

This is one of the rare occasions where I felt the need to leave a review, but this one is well-deserved. In short, I ordered a Traxxas Slash Ultimate from the RC Superstore and received the item via FedEx. Excited to open the RC car to have some father and son time, the car was damaged. I provided the manufacturer Traxxas with video and they stated a gear in the transmission was missing teeth. I called the RC Superstore, but it was after business hours. So I called Traxxas. Traxxas's initial response, there is nothing wrong! So I sent them a video and then they gave me two options, either disassemble the car myself and determine what parts it may need or return it to them for repair (with no timeline for the repair). My response was that I did not buy a refurbished product, so why I would I send it back for repair when it arrived damaged. This went on for a while, and then Traxxas simply hung up the phone. The following morning, I called the RC Superstore and explained to Caleb what had happened with Traxxas, and the response from Caleb was "I will send you a return shipping label" and we'll refund your money. Despite Traxxas's abysmal or non-existent customer service, the RC Superstore stepped up and resolved the issue with the utmost in integrity and provided a level of customer service not often found with e-retailers. I purchased the an LaTrax Alias Quadcopter from them and when it came in we flew it for just ten minutes and one of the rotors stopped working. We didn't crash the thing or anything and my son was very upset. We emailed them and they quickly responded the next day which was a Saturday. They provided great support and were able to send me some motors for my quadcopter. I had a great experience with the RC Superstore and will be buying my toys from them! By the way they send the product to me with two day usps shipping!!!

place order on the 1st nov 2017 on ebay for 2 rolls dark red monokote which omnimodels quickly updated with tracking number, however here it is the 5th ( 6th in about 20 minutes) and tracking still shows that package hasnt even been handed to the shipping company yet and it is schedualed for delivery tomorrow which isnt going to happen cause shipper doesnt have package in their possesion and it was sent UPS which means ground and 1 week minimum. tehn i have sent several msges through ebay msg system and have received NO reply so my advice is NOT do business with these people they are NOT professional or ethical.

I made a order and called the next day to change one items and they said no because the order was processing but they ship the order 3 days later. I put a new order to buy the item I wanted to exchange, pay aditional shipping for it and pay shipping to return the unwanted item. They ship the two orders the same day(3days later) Then they said that sent one item from different location the same day but I don't received it in one month. I called Omnimodels and they said that this package maybe take 90 days. I have made hundreds of mail orders since 1998 and this is the first time somebody said me about a mail package take 90 days. My experience with Parcel Post package is a week average and never more than a month. I sent a unopened item for a refund with tracking number and I called a week later from they received and they don't have any notes about the refund or if the package was received. Update I received my refund and the missing item on June 5.

No response. 3 days of further perseverance I gave up and asked for my money back. They had a14 day full refund policy. No response. The AirPods are unusable. The sound is very bad quality They don’t operate like Apple AirPods. For example, they answer the phone or hold the call even if you are not wearing them. They look good but must be fake. Ordered several Christmas presents 26th November. 2 items were awaiting stock so expected a small delay. Until now (15 dec) nothing has been received nor have any emails sent had a response. Extremely disappointing as I will have one sad little boy as it's now too late to order the same pieces elsewhere. More worryingly, I called the bank to do a chargeback and Barclays advised that Geekswag have requested a reoccurring payment from the initial order. I think that to get a good idea about MyRcMart, you have to go to www.rcgroups.com and do a search. This online vendor has a stellar reputation on that website and they are the largest online community in the world. This speaks volume, in my opinion. I have purchased many items from MyRcMart in the past and I have NEVER had any problems. They are known to have some of the most competitive prices online. In fact, many people will wait for them to stock the items they need because they know that the price will be excellent. The service is very good and very fast both in Chinese and in English. Shipping is also quick compared with other RC giants such as Hobby King and the shipping fees are far more reasonable. It's also worth mentioning that they keep their website up to date on a daily basis. This means that if an item is showing "stock," they have the item in stock contrary to other online vendors who show "stock" on many items they don't even have. That said, the good business they do means they are very busy so they can and will refuse to do business with rude customers who are very difficult to please. They will just refund your money, in full, and ask you to take your business elsewhere. In fact, they make that very clear on their website. Treat them with respect and you will not be disappointed with them. I have nothing but praises for MyRcMart and I highly recommend them as one of the best oonline RC vendors in the world. I still waiting fo neary 3 moths to received my order. MyRcMart blaim the post office an don't wont to refund. No customer service, i will never order by MyRcMart. They take your payment very fast, and are there any problems they won't do anything. Worst company ever on the internet. Stay away from MyRCMart, they would not take care if there is a problem. Bad Bad Bad Compony.

What a super website with great suggestions for the appropriate ages. I came upon the website by chance but have since used it FIVE times and recommended it to many of my friends. Fabulous gifts which were a great hit with the grandchildren. I chose to have my parcels gift wrapped and labelled which was done very well indeed. I had a hard time finding a 20" swim ring so late into the summer. They were relatively cheap and arrived quickly. Haven't had a chance to use them yet, but they seem very sturdy and likely to last beyond one summer (unless you have a very rambunctious swimmer!)

Though my forty year model making history Airfix have always been innovative & a permanent fixture of kits in my " stash", they have a unique range always trying to cater for every type of model builder from the pocket money kits as I used to call them to some belters like there huge Bentley kit. even now as an highly experienced builder , I tend to take time out just to build a kit from my roots, a Spitfire , Hurricane or even a pesky Messerschmitt Bf 109, they go together now even better than before, so much so I have just ordered six more kits even though there are some forty Airfix kits in my huge 200 plus " stash". They deliver for free if you spend up to a limit & they arrive, well packed & in pristine condition, I will always have Airfix kits on my work bench. highly recommended indeed. They are an iconic brand & I'm proud to buy & build them. Thank you Airfix!.

Upon visiting the shop, I phoned my local store to inquire about their price match scheme. They agreed to my request with details. Upon arriving, I was then made to look silly in front of people at the till due to being told they were unable to price match the item as it wasn't the same colour. I told them I had previously phoned and as long as the item was the same name/description, the colour was variable. In the end, the assistant called the manager to give the all clear. They managed to accept the price match as well as honour my 20% off coupon.

Ordered stock to pick up in store - good choice of items etc & handy to avoid delivery costs. Only thing that stops it being 5 starts / 5 was the fact you can't pay when you order needs to be done in store, which slows up the process & means that they only keep it for 24 hours from reservation (other sites like argos you can pay & collect quickly & they hold it for longer as it's all paid for)

I bought a bike/roof rack from them on the 12th of June 2019. After 5 days without an email other than PayPal confirmation, I called and left a message. Two days later after NO RESPONSE, I actually got someone on the phone and was TOLD the rack had shipped and that I needed to add their email to whitelist and I would receive the tracking info. I did that and still NO emails. Today the 27th of June 2019 I called again and left a message, after a few hours with NO call back I filled a resolution complaint through PP, in less than an hour I received a full refund. HAD TO FORCE COMMUNICATION - HELD MY MONEY FOR 15 DAYS AND THEN REFUND WITHIN MINUTES. So I get nothing and have to pay interest on the $400 charge for 15-18 days. **** you chris, this IS NOT a business. DO NOT buy anything from this SCUMBAG!

I ordered a skim board for my son on 1-25-16. After hearing nothing for a week, I sent them a message, to which I got no reply. They finally sent me an email on 2-8 or 2-9 saying that what we'd ordered was not available, and gave us pics of the 3 designs we could order. Not liking any of them, we asked for a refund. After a couple days of nothing, I opened a dispute on paypal. They quickly called me at home and asked me close my dispute and then they'd refund my money. I declined the generous offer and he got mad and said he was gonna escalate it to paypal and hung up on me. I later opened my paypal account only to find that I had been refunded during our phone conversation. Weird people that I'd recommend avoiding.
