he is a great guy, worked with him multipule times. i've spent a lot of money with this man and i've not had any issues even if i had to return stuff that was not working.

I ordered my Lightning OFT knife on Saturday evening 3/16/19 from Direct Knife Sales.
I received shipping confirmation and tracking on Monday, and the knife arrived here today (3/22/19). Knife was well packaged and works well.
I am pleased with this transaction.
Functions flawlessly.

The send me OTF knife worked for 5 days and never again , when I called for a return or guarantee the idiot guy said they give three (3) day guarantee REALLY?!!
Wouldn't try to resolve issue WORST CUSTOMER SEVICE EVER! He even told me that they don't make the knife so they are not responsible!! HAAAA what an ****

They are a complete scam ordered otf Last week wrote them an email and ask where it was got a email back saying out of stock they will not answer phone do not waste your time I wish I would’ve we researched him

I was sent the wrong knife that was a Christmas gift for my brother. I let the owner know that I needed the replacement knife to be received before Christmas. It wasn't received until 3 days after. I asked the owner why? No response.

I paid for a particular knife but was sent a completely different knife, the cheapest one they had!! I contacted them and got no response twice!!! Plus the knife they sent me was missing a pin, bent liner and the blade was bent so badly that it could not be opened!!!! How the Hell can they miss that?!?!? They obviously do not care. The worst experience ever! I am a collector and was going to be a regular buyer, but after this, screw that!! They just lost a life time buyer that would have made $$$$ off of me over the years. Some businesses just don't realize that making money happens from repeat buyers and GOOD word of mouth, otherwise they will have to continue dumping money into marketing to gain new buyers which COSTS money to the seller. I guess they like doing things the stupid hard way. The knife was a bent up, parts missing piece of junk and customer service just as bad!!!!! STAY CLEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

of the 3 expensive switchblades 2 were defective for a DEFECT RATE of 67%!!!!
the 1 mini switch blade for 5.99 worked fine...
the two belt buckles were ok

So i emailed them they said you have 3 days to get the bad knives back to us!!! and that was it!

so if you have my same experience you need to order 3 knives to get one good one
Why cant they just push the button on the knife before they pop it in the mail!!????

It took four business days but I got my knife couldn't be happier
