The best price was quoted and the staff where really good I have been with my last insurance broker for over 10 years so was hard to move to a new company but Nash Warren made it really easy to move our business to them

I dealt with a guy called Ben Stokes, He was well on the ball got me a good quote and got everything sorted very quickly.
I am very pleased.

totally unprofessional service
after 5 days after i have paid my policy i still have no documents
before that i had to call them 4 times to get my renewal deal.after each phone call i was promised i ll he called back...never happened

Found Richard the gentleman I spoke with to be most helpful in finding me cover for my requirements at a fair price, he understood his job well and came over admirably.

The price goes up every year yet I haven't made a claim in 20 years!! I think that is wrong.

To be honest pretty reasonably priced wasn't happy that no one would answer the phone when wanting to make an enquiry BUT hat off to a mr Ben Stokes who went out of his way to contact me and gave me his personal number for if in case thankyou also went to the effort of finding me a quote with better options for less money

I have had the policiy only for 5 days the said they sent letter which the one i got asked for proof licance proof of trading proof selling odd car mi insurance is for mobile machanic they sent tex saying it wud be cancelled in 7 days i rang them 5 days into insurance policiy to ask why they cancelled eithout any email or letter asking for owt i got told i now avto show proof of mi carparking space and give google map images sounds very dodggy if cam cancel wothout a email or phone call or owt had take morning off work to sort it out not very gud at all

We have been with nashwarren brokers for the last 3 years now. This 4th year starting, Mr. Dave Phillips was handling our Motor Trade policy renewal. Outstanding Customer service with unbeatable value for money on my first Road Risk Policy with Nash Warren.
I must Mention the services of Ben who delt with my request. Ben’s knowledge on road risk policy’s was second to none. Ben advised on all options with prices for additional cover on the select fields which could be added if required.
Nash was recommended to me by a fellow bodyshop motor trader who has used Nash’s services for many years without issue.
It is easy to see why ????, I’m looking forward to using Nash’s other services going forward.

I spoke to Ben Stockes a few months ago before taking out insurance and been very naïve about motortrade insurance. Bens patience was remarkable as during the months I encountered financial setbacks and asked Ben questions to set me at ease because of going into a new venture. Ben's knowledge and product knowledge gave me the answers to my questions and even after taking out a policy his after sales representation of Nash Warren was fault less.
I've even taken out moped insurance for my lad due to the professionalism I received.
