It does take quite a bit of time for approval if you are in the high-risk pool and the rolling reserves together with the G2 crawler at $150 per month charges are excessive. It makes you wonder what is the risk that the merchant account really have when they are making more than 3% per transaction and crippling your receivables along with additional operational expenses. But regardless that's the cost of doing business these days. Otherwise, Alex Roy and Paul Davies were great communicators and solved my problem. Thank you, Guys!

They even lied to me many times saying that my package has been cleared by customs for delivery but on further enquiry i came to know that it is still with customs. Worked with a lot of analytical tools on the market, however woopra is probably one of thr best one existing right now. Prices are high but at the end it's a clear picture of every single touchpoint that affects the customer journey, shows the retention rank and in general customer success. Reporting feature is just incredible, helped a lot at analyzing our PPC campaigns.

Nice alternative to Google Analytics - Google Analytics is free, useful and has a clean UI. However, Woopra is free, useful, has a great looking graphics, and allows you to monitor traffic in real-time. The downloadable app (which you need to see the real-time data) is light and slickly designed. My only complaints about Woopra are the data analysis tools could be more sophisticated (there are lots of cool graphical representations, but if I want to do any real analysis I have to download the data and do it myself in excel) and there is no way to set conversion goals (unless I missed it). I'm not sure that I would use Woopra in place of Google Analytics, but I would strongly recommend trying out Woopra and perhaps running it alongside Google Analytics. The real-time traffic monitoring is invaluable.

We recently upgraded the system to be mobile friendly and improve the MOTO functionality. The new web shop looks extremely good and has improved aesthetically by 100% We are very pleased with the progress of this project, and think it should be of great benefit commercially. Our project director and the support team leader are a delight to deal with. This has been a very difficult job and Advansys are well able to handle the work.

If you spend all of your time in Bill.com, it's probably a great product. However, everything breaks down when you use any of their integrations. Both the Quickbooks Desktop and the merchant account interfaces to Vantage/Paytrace have so many bugs. Their tech support is good about helping you out with any challenge, but the bugs never seem to get fixed no matter how many time you point them out the them.

Just got off of another frustrating chat with bill.com support. We've been with them for about 3 years now and I've never been impressed but they were cheap when we were getting started. We have held our nose and stuck with them so we don't have the disruption of changed over all our accounts to another service. When bringing on new clients we've had about a 40% success rate of getting the client set up cleanly for invoicing. This means that most of the time something goes wrong the customer gets something 'off' just a little bit and the account won't work. When you talk with support they absolutely refuse to help you figure out anything from the client side...i.e. 'Has the customer set up a properly linked account so we can invoice them' ... 'I'm sorry I'm not permitted to disclose that information'. We currently have a handful of our customers just sending us live checks because of the frustration of getting their accounts set up with bill.com. The last think I would do at this point is jeopardize the client relationship by sending them to bill.com support to try and fix something that's not working... Easier to just have them mail us a check... it's 2019... and that's pretty lame. They also seem to make internal software changes on a regular basis that will change/remove features in the user interface... like adding an attachment to an invoice. Then when you talk with support they don't know what you are talking about. They also make you jump through a bunch of hoops just to get to the chat support ... it's something like 11 clicks before you can 'talk' with a person on the matter. Even though it's a pain we are going to have to migrate to another platform since we just cannot deal with this disfunction any more.

Recently got this card just to use for misc. items. I dont' want to alway have to use my bank & credit cards.It is great my transfers are instant, I use it everywhere. As a mother of 6 this card is great for grabbing things on the go. Its accepted everywhere I shop. Its the best on in the prepaid common sector. There is a monthly fee but its very low compared to others, and I haven't been hit with any HIDDEN FEES.....which has happened before via other prepaid cards.

Elavon is by far not only the worst Merchant service company, but probably the most dishonest and unethical company currently operating on planet earth. They said whatever they needed to pull our business from our former merchant provider of 7 years. Within our first 3 months, they processed $1.3m which is our standard. Then without warning their Risk team decided to hold our funds without provocation or reason for the past 3 weeks holding over $70k and let us know unless we provided a $700,000 Line of Credit our account would be canceled?!? NO Warning, NO ability to other options, nothingand weve never had a chargeback or return in 7 years. No chargebacks, no fraud, no reason whatsoever to warrant this action. They would only respond after multiple follow ups, only agreed to release funds after multiple follow ups and incorporating attorney involvement. They lost a client for no reason and well certainly do all we can to warn others to not get blindsided by this corrupt company. Costco should be ashamed this is their preferred partner.

I called my local signshop and they wanted over 250 bucks to design and install the same set if lettering SignMountain cut for me to install for just 75$. I have used miva merchant since the very beginning over a decade ago. The problem is always when their are major updates and then integrating the changes into the site. Still it is the best platform out there the most flexible.

If you use Miva Merchant, make sure your hosting company has lots of experience with them. - I have used miva merchant for years and the problem I have always run across is that the hosting company MUST be an expert using their miva merchant software or you WILL have problems. Lots of hosting companies claim to support miva merchant, but in my experience most will not waste too much time solving all of the miva problems. So, be really really careful if you go with Miva that your hosting company has lots of experience with it.

My experience on charge.com was not good. - Their first scam is, each application is automatically approved. That should be a heads up that this is a bad business. The second scam is you say what your sales will be and if you want MC or Visa. And then somehow automatically you are taking AMEX and JCB and discover, and paying that AMEX fee. Then when you want to terminate because of their non existant customer support, it costs you $300 to leave (and that is why there is no set up fee). All they have is a good domain name.

I signed up with them, they cancelled my account 1 week later saying they don't want to have me as a client saying my transaction level is too high. They then charged $1000 cancellation fee for 2 account I just setup for my 2 business, and they are holding more than a $1000 of my money which I processed through them. I am the most ethical person, and there is no reason why any one should go through this. They are extremely anal, and arrogant to deal with. I would never recommend this merchant to anyone. There are merchants with no cancellation fees, lower monthly fees, and processing fees than this company. I would never recommend anyone go with charge.com

Definitely a bait and switch. Invested $10 in their 2 days plan, requested and got paid. So I invested a $20 into the same plan. When it matured, I requested for a withdrawal via Payza but it never came after a week. I emailed them and they told me to wait for another 3 days. After which, still nothing. I contacted them again, only to be told that they no longer pay via Payza and that I should withdraw via another processor. I've a Paypal account, so I made a withdrawal request to Paypal, but still nothing!! I contacted them again and they were not replying!! Tried few more times, and they never got back!! Fortunately, I didn't get too greedy and only loss $20!

Scam site that never pay!! Invested $30 in their 8 days plan but never got paid. When I ask for payment after my investment matures, they took a long time to reply and kept finding excuses. At first they say they'll investigate then they ask me to withdraw using another payment processor, then another processor and then another. On our last conversation, they told me to wait 1 month for their payment to be transferred but I find it fishy. (It would be over the 3 month time frame to call for a refund in Paypal) so I immediately file for a refund. I was lucky enough to get my money back.

I purchased from Cleverbridge a license key for a software called Winrar that I was supposed to receive in my email. The key never arrived. I emailed Winrar directly several times and they were completely unresponsive. Therefore I called Clverbridge directly since they are the company that I actually engaged with and paid. They said they would reach out to Winrar. Still no licence key. It's been about two weeks now and I am asking for a refund. Cleverbridge refuses to help since they say the decision is completely up to Winrar. I did not engage or pay Winrar, I paid Cleverbridge and I am Cleverbridges customer. They have my money and delivered no product. Of course I will be disputing this with my credit card company but I really shouldn't have to do that step. Very bad customer service and they definitely lost a customer. Hopefully other people will think twice because giving their credit card number to this company.

Cleverbridge processes payments for Hidemyass. I have already written the HMA is being blocked by Netflix so I can't access US Netflix when I travel, which i do regularly. I had an annual contract with HMA but wanted to cancel since it no longer works for me. NOPE, can't cancel, can't get your money. You are basically left with contacting the credit card company, complaining of a fraudulent charge and getting a new credit card. I am done with these companies. If you buy a service and it no longer works you should be able to get your money back. The companies should be embarrassed to provide poor service and if they can't fix the problem then refund your money. Bad

After 5 years of using Magento, knowband sold me by far the worst software I have ever used. I was actually insulting how bad it was once I started to find all the issues and how incomplete it was. It was a hacky mess and their support were slow and lacked the required knowledge. I left a product review on their website and they removed it. I had to buy a solution from another company as they stopped replying to support tickets when they saw how many issues they sold me for $150. I feel like I was the first very person to try and use the software. They refused to refund me even when I gave proof I had to buy another solution elsewhere.

I bought an expensive, ambitious module to solve prestashop checkout's shortcomings. At first it worked, but soon there was an error message saying "update". The module would not update on my server. It also stopped saving any changes made from its own control panel. Support was hard to find on the Knowband web site. You need the yellow balloon icon. Refund requests have a different screen and are not replied to. The support screens required a lot of FTP and logon details, but refused to save them, so I sent them in plain text, to allow them to try to solve the problem. Knowband support staff did manage to save individual changes on the module but not to make the "save" button work. I believe it is something to do with whether php is allowed to open files on a server, but they would not comment on that and pretended misunderstanding or obfuscation, asking for an on-screen video, and later closing the request attached because they said they'd already replied. I've asked for a refund for paypal. If Knowband staff were allowed and encouraged to admit what their module cannot do, it would save a lot of their customers' time and their own reputation.

I am a student of technology and wanted to have a survey about a subject , so I searched on internet and found this survey web application. To my surprise this survey had many powerful features and variety of question types . I have been having real trouble finding a simple easy and, most importantly cost effective way of arranging my study questionnaire and analysing my data for my dissertation. Having trawled the web looking at offerings from Survey Monkey, LimeSurvey, GoSci, to name a few, I was getting more and more frustrated, by either the cost involved in getting something decent to work with or the complicated way of accessing sites, or creating questions. In some cases all three! sogosurvey.com/is really easy to use. Setting up the questionnaire couldn;t be simpler. The variety of question formats meant I didn;t have to completely restructure the questions I had already devised on paper. The data analysis is also really easy to interpret, another important factor for someone who is not; statistically minded. I am curious about the results of the verbatim report as my study is mixed methodology, I haven;t got to using it yet, but if the rest of product is anything to go by it should simplify my task tremendously!! The customer service via email is surprisingly quick and effective at providing answers to questions. While it may not be personal `on the phone support I have been reassured by the speed of response, and actually prefer this as, being a mom of two, I am not always sat at my desk waiting for a phone call and I can deal with issues in my time. For students there is a very cheap way of gaining access to all of sogosurvey fab features, click the link below to find out more. . While this product may have a low price point, be prepared for horrible service. On a regular basis, their service goes down without any updates to their user base. This forces customers to be unable to access the live chat. Their response is always that it will "never happen again" but sure enough, it does. The most recent problem was that they were doing auto-updates in Windows and restarted their server causing all users to be unable to login. Stay away from this app and choose something that is more stable. It isn't worth losing customers. Danny

I have been using live person for my live chat needs and I recently switched over to a new partner , http://www.mioot.com and am now using their live chat software for my website. mioot provides all the vital chat features I enjoyed with liveperson, but the cost is much less when compared to what I have been paying.

Best tool I use for my online store. It's easy-to-use interface, flexibility, and limitless options give me so many features and tools to interact with my users, collect their emails and phone numbers, and make sure they have everything they need to make a purchase. TL;DR -- this app is awful compared to JustUno or OptiMonk. But much worse, they are incredibly unethical in their business practices. I would hope that Shopify would police this sort of BLATANT unethical activity on apps in their store... BEWARE -- THIS APP IS BILLED OUTSIDE OF THE APP STORE ECOSYSTEM, AND THEY WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOU LONG AFTER YOU HAVE DELETED THE APP. (also, they will charge you at a rate higher than any plan they have listed...) When I informed support, they could indeed see that 1) I had uninstalled during trial (18 months ago), 2) I was on a trial of a $20/month plan 3) They have been charging me $79 month every month, and continue to do so after this has been brought up to support. This is clearly unethical and illegal. Fortunately, I have recourse through my credit card, but it is sad that a company of Privy's size would resort to such blatantly unethical behavior. I could have chalked it up to an honest mistake, but no...they continue to charge me even after I have pointed it out to support. They cannot even give me an option to cancel NOW. (I literally don't even have a login....I deleted the trial during the trial phase....They tell me I must login to cancel the service...) No joke -- they tell me the only way to cancel is to login. They CONTINUE to charge me. I do not have a login (never have... I went through the app store to login back when I was trialing them in 2018....) I have email documents to prove every word of this. I do hope Privy decides to do the right thing before I have to go through the credit card. I hate to say such nasty things about a business, but this behavior is simply unethical. Truly, I hope you recognize your error and rectify it immediately...

I've been working with Fred and his team for the past few months and have been very happy with their work. They initially started by adding new listings to our ebay and Amazon inventory, including learning how to use our inventory management software which was new to them. Once they were familiar with the software they were adding new listings very quickly. The team have also created a Shopify webstore for us which we are happy with and are looking forward to using when it goes live
