I recently signed agreement with EPOSNOW for my new to be opened store. As soon as I signed the contract, first all the sales persons stopped replying to my email, they just seemed to disappear. I had no way to contact anyone as website chatbot said-" Unfortunately, I'm only able to raise a support ticket for you at the moment." Next 12 days there was a blackout- no one cared to reply to my emails. After that, Implementation manager contacted me and sent some information and fixed a date for help me configure the system. When finally implementation manager contacted me , she helped me configure the system, somehow phone got disconnected and she left. I received one last call from her without asking me if I am available for help, well unfortunately, I was not- at that moment. After that again I am left without any help from anybody- Due to some reason I am not getting any reply(email) from anyone. Finally, every one is blaming COVID-19 for all the issues and problems, i think ,In this network era, If you do not get reply to your email for many days, it simply means they are unwilling to reply or avoiding you. I am very disappointed with the service provided by EPOSNOW, and I am scared what is going to happen after 1 month when I will no longer have a dedicated manager to help me. They offered 30 days onboarding 24 hour help and say that, "We really pride ourselves on our customer service and always endeavor to go above and beyond for our customers!", but unfortunately, they have failed me, its not if and when your customer service agent contact me, it's about their availability. Worst customer service experience ever, stay away. I am seriously thinking of keeping a backup POS SERVICE like square or something.

I’ve had no problems at all. The card has been perfect, as has the app. My only comment though is that now FairFX is becoming Equals and we’ve been encouraged to get the new cards, the FairFX cards should be automatically closed down in my opinion. I now have a new Equals card and still an active FairFX card with about 3€ on that I won’t use again

Great Company, I was expecting to be declined in Payday Loan application due to bad credit but I was in shock when I received a message that I had been approved for $500 loan. You are the one of the company that approved my application even my bad is credit. The fees is high but I understand it. The fees usually you paid is for their quick service, approval and fair judgement. All in all , Highly recommended for those who can’t wait for their next paycheck but needs money to pay unexpected bills. :)

It never was and after waiting a month I asked for a refund to which they replied they would "ask their finance department about" I waited a few weeks and I haven't gotten a reply since. I've emailed them several times since ordering this product. I ordered it mid-November to get it before Christmas. I keep getting emails "tell us what you think?" and emailing the support email. Each time I reach out -which has been 11 times at this point. I get a generic response "oh we are looking into this for you." December 2nd I followed up on the status of my order and still have no actual answer to that email. Since then I've taken the time to reach out 10 times to be accommodating. I never received my order and no one is getting back to me. Poor business practice.

I received confirmation on my order at PlanetRX on OCTOBER 7, 2011.. October 31 I received confirmation that the product was no long available and I would get my money back within one to two pay cycles (what the heck?) Now it is January 30, 2012 and I have STILL NOT RECEIVED A REFUND for paying for a product they did not have! Any idea on how to get it back because now they aren't even responding to my inquiries!

I attempted to order two nicad battery packs for a Sea & Sea YS300 Strobe (Underwater Photography Flash) that were listed on the Helix Website. A couple of days later I received an email stating that the strobes were no longer available and upon contacting Helix to find out why, discovered that they are no longer available from the US Sea & Sea distributor (A search on the Sanyo website for the Cadnica battery pack 6KR-1700SCE reveals that they are no longer listed there either). The person in the underwater photography department (sorry I've forgotten their name) helpfully directed me to contact Dan at Sub Aquatic Camera where I successfully ordered and received two custom built battery packs.

Recently I used Helix Camera for the first time – I have used most of the online retailers and a few regional camera stores with mostly good experiences . I had heard of Helix before but I’m not in their area. I had recently switched camera kits from Canon to Nikon and was picking up equipment for a workshop that I plan to attend later this month during a family vacation. At Helix, I dealt mostly with Roy and he was outstanding throughout. Long story short, I assumed that Helix accepted my Synchrony Sport card but they didn’t actually at the time. Roy conferred with Racquelle and she had Synchrony set the store up so that they could also accept my card and got it done in only a few days. They went above and beyond for my business and gave frequent phone updates. I have my spare body and camera bag now and that makes me feel better prepared for my workshop. Some details worth noting – they shipped the same day as the order was authorized and gave me a discount as well. I’m definitely going to use Helix again. The level of service and personal attention was better than I’ve experienced before. One last thing is that one item I was ordering was a memory card and it was not in stock. I knew that the manufacturer (Sony) had discontinued it and when Roy offered to order it I mentioned that I thought it was discontinued. He checked while I was on the phone and found out that it was in fact discontinued and was able to order the new replacement card. He thanked me for pointing it out and I bring this up because he didn’t make any assumptions or doubt what I was saying – He checked it and thanked me for the info. That’s refreshing in my opinion. Great store – Great team – Great management. Highly recommended and a big THANK YOU!

Ordered a red ring of death extreme kit for my Xbox 360. It arrived in about a week so shipping was fine. Product seems complete, but has no instructions nor can I find any on the website (searched for 15 minutes). I tried calling them twice during their (4hours of) business hours with no answer. emailed them as well a week ago about the issue and absolutely no response so I have a wasted 30 dollars just sitting here.. pretty irritating.

i ordered a cronus on sunday night, got an e-mail they were paid from pay-pal got an email saying processing called during his business hours and left a message. tuesday still processing, called and left another message. wednesday got an e-mail that cronus was back ordered, called again left another message, left a message on their facebook store no reply, no reply from e-mail jouned his forum and left a message there and was answered by an employee who was trying to help but could not. thursday left several phone messages and a message through the forum and facebook finally got a message that my order was cancelled and all my posts were deleted and i have and still are blocked from posting to his facebook account. his e-mail explained he was out of the office alot this week trying to start another business and up-dating software. he is not a good business man and after all i went through to get a simple question answered " when will my cronus ship ? " he offered me a $ 5.oo gift cert if i re-order... i dont think he really cares about his customers and has no problem taking orders for products he doesnt have on his shelves

I will never order from this merchant again, and would recommend that no one else order from them either. I called this company to verify that the product in question was in stock and would be able to ship that day, overnight delivery, for delivery the next day. They assured me in every way that we would indeed have the product the next day, and not only did that not happen, they refused to refund any portion of the payment I made for the trouble that the delayed shipment caused.

On Thursday morning, I ordered a motherboard that was listed as being in stock. I received a confirmation email, and my credit card was charged. I checked online order status daily, with no change, until the following Wednesday, when I received an email from Jane. She wrote that the item was discontinued and not in stock, and asked if I wanted to cancel the order. I said yes, and later I received an email with a confirmation that my order was cancelled. Overall, the process was painless, but the out of stock item should not have been listed as being in stock.

Put an order in for a web cam (Logitech Brio 4k). A couple of our other employees did the same. We received order confirmations and an estimate of 5 days to receive. 7 days later we all login to our accounts and there are no records of the purchases. Spent 55 minutes on hold with the sales line and then they drop the call because they closed at 7pm EST. Got ahold of them the next day and they say that the product is not in stock (although the website showed 169 available in the Vancouver warehouse) and they dont know why it was cancelled. All orders cancelled without notification. This is a terrible way to do business. Tried to work with a Canadian company, but this one isn't worth another try; go elsewhere.

I ordered 2 USB cables. 3 weeks later I received 2 of the wrong cable. After a week of back and forth I was told I had to pay shipping and wait for them to be received before they would send me the correct cables. Reluctantly I did so. 3 weeks after that I received 1 cable in the mail - shockingly it is the wrong cable yet again. I can't wait any longer and am asking for a full refund (which I highly doubt I'll get) STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! On a positive note, their responses have been very courteous, clear and professional.

Over the past few months I have been evaluating different supplier-integrated eCommerce/quoting platforms. These included Flashecom, VARStreet, CNET Channel Online, and Quotewerks. All of these platforms are fairly expensive for a hosted eCommerce platform, around $200-$400 a month (or more depending on add-ons all of which are prohibitively expensive). But for that cost you get a branded storefront, vendor integration with electronic ordering, inventory management, etc. Makes running a web store MUCH easier… or so one would expect. After watching several sales demonstrations I finally settled on Flashecom because I thought their platform best fit my needs. Flashecom boasted more than a decade of experience, the branded storefront seemed to be more feature-rich and merchant friendly, plus it still had some quoting/sales capability. Maybe not as polished as CNET or Varstreet, but Flashecom is first and foremost an ecommerce solution, and not a cloud-based quoting system. I got the impression that Channel Online and Varstreet were first and foremost quoting systems with a storefront thrown in as an afterthought. Signup for Flashecom was fairly painless and the site was ready for initial configuring within a few hours. During the pre-sales demonstrations I was allowed access to a demo site where I spent several hours exploring different features and trying things that I planned on doing with my own site. So once my site was ready to configure, I already had some experience with the platform. When it came to setting up my own site, I was rather dismayed that no formal help or documentation is provided. The “Help” which would be more accurate if it were labeled “About” has no real “help” functionality. All it provides are links to the version number, phone and e-mail contact information for support. The help menu itself actually suffers from a bug where it doesn’t drop down long enough for you to click on any of the links making it useless. In lieu of any formal documentation, Flashecom provides several videos which detail various setup processes. While these are helpful, they lack any real depth and when you run into a snag somewhere, chances are you won’t find the answer to your problem in the video. This brings me to my second and probably biggest complaint with Flashecom. Their tech support. A few hours into my site configuration I started to run into problems, bugs, etc… one of which involved processing an order, another involved a product import that bombed half-way through corrupting my product catalog. Unable to find any solution to either of these problems I called up the tech support phone number I had been provided with. After a brief period of music on hold, my call dropped to voice mail. So, I left a brief message explaining my issue and followed up with an e-mail. Several hours later I hadn’t received a return phone call. So, I called again. Same thing, brief hold, and drop to voice mail. You would think that with subscription rates in the hundreds of dollars a month that Flashecom would have 24/7 tech support. Apparently not. The sad thing is that my prior provider had competent technical support available 24/7 and cost less than $50/month. Lastly, Flashecom’s platform is buggy. VERY buggy. In addition to the help menu bug previously mentioned, there are issues with various configuration screens. Looking at the revision log, the platform gets an upgrade about once a year. With some of these bugs fixed and some actual tech support ability, they might actually be worth the money, but until then, I would avoid them.

I compared few eCommerce applications, including CNET and Vartstreet etc... To tell you the truth i was scared to sign up with this company at first. Their reviews suck but not based on many feedback. So I wasn't sure. But then I submitted a demo via their site and I got a call back within minutes from a very friendly sales consultant. To my surprise he answered even the toughest question and showed me enough ability to walk me through a demo. You can immediately tell Flashecom eConnect software is the work of many years. Well organized and well presented with nine distributors connectivity, system configurator, quote, purchase order etc... and with a beautiful custom store front wich is not offered in many other ecommerce applications. They provide a toll free number for support and they make sure to resolve your problems before you hang up the phone. You'll be the judge.

It helps keep organized all my leads and clients in 1 place! It also has helped me with integration with all my social media sites so if i get a lead off any of them it automatically goes into Lion Desk which is great! If I wanted to improve something it would be making the templates more user friendly and I think the virtual assistant should be included in the yearly fee for service because if you think about it, it would completely separate you from all the other CRM sites! That is just my opinion!

LionsDesk does do a lot, but I'm still looking for more options and better graphics, more in-depth analysis of my over all transactions with a clearer way of viewing it all. Don't use this service. Their customer service is awful. You can't even get someone on the phone. They are very deceptive when it comes to their transaction limits. They fail to disclose, right at the beginning, that they have a daily and per transaction limit. They put me in a very bad position with my customers because they failed to calculate how many transactions and how much in transactions i would be processing. Their inability to anticipate their customers needs makes them look like a bunch of amateurs. Try using Fatt Merchant instead out of Orlando, Fl. Much better company!

I ordered a twin pack of Mia face scrubber replacement heads early January 2019. They said my package arrived about 4 times between then and march 1st and it did not. Finally recieved it in the mail on march 1st about 20 emails later and it was only one replacement head. They still havent gotten back with me about getting half my money back.

unfortunate events Feb 24, 2020, I was having difficulties withdrawing from Vogue PAY, they threw at me all possible compliance schemes they could but failed at all costs and processed a partial amount on my withdraw request in the middle of March. reading all the reviews on Trust Pilot you could see that several clients were having the same issue with them. On the 18th of May I requested a withdrawal the still had some money in the account when it got declined only to find out that they have made changes to their Rolling Reserve policies NOW (26th of March to be precise). May I state that VoguePay need to notify all Clients/Merchants of these changes in advanced, but I was never notified, the transaction charges on their site are not the correct ones as in the middle of last year I was told we would have an increase to 5.5% from 3.8% for all EUR transactions, whether on their website it remains at 3.8%. Which they are misleading Clients and Merchants into agreeing for lower % then increasing them in the meantime once they have signed up with them. Now the 540 Days rolling reserve they have changed just to keep Merchants from Withdrawing funds and keeping the money for longer periods. When confronted all they could say was "We would like to apologize for the inconvenience the update may have generated for your business, please note that as stated in our previous mail, the withdrawal has been canceled and credited to your VoguePay wallet. We regret that the information was not communicated to you earlier on the card scheme extension period and would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed update.". They have gone to great lengths to find loopholes and ways around securely holding funds from clients and I suggest who has money with Vogue to take legal actions and report to certain authorities these issues. We do not have a history of Chargebacks nor Bad Credit background check to keep our funds. Now, most likely this review will be reported from VoguePay for breaching of Trustpilot guidelines as they have done with reviews bellow to hide their illegal activities.

But we were threatened with high cancellation fees if we broke the contract and no cooling off period. All staff we spoke with were unwilling to help us in any way. Whilst I can’t mention the Payment Process Administration Company I had, when trying to resolve my problems I was pushed from pillar to post by everyone else except First Payment Merchant Services. I was lucky to be able to deal with Marisa the Customer Service Manager. Straight away I knew she would look at my case and give it a fair hearing, and so it proved to be. She collected all the facts from all parties, established what went wrong and fixed it for me. All I wanted was a fair hearing and I got one. So good was her diligence, care and consideration she genuinely restored my faith in being able to deal with an honourable company. I would have no hesitation in recommending First Payment Merchant Services as a First Class Provider as her attitude to me and my problems was exemplary.

I you want to buy the X1 Extreme or P1 just buy an XPS instead. Lenovo outsource sales and logistics to Digital River who are hands down the worst organisation I've ever tried to deal with. They don't respond to emails, ignore direct questions and leave tickets open for several days at a time without status updates while they wait for other departments to respond to them. My new £3.5k laptop shipped with clearly visible defects on the screen and requesting an exchange be shipped prior to collection of the system (so I'm able to work in the -- shipment of the new machine will happen within 15 days of receipt!) required escalation. Lenovo and Digital River have no process for supporting their higher end models. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered headphones and after an order confirmation email had no communication. After 11 days was told the item was on back order. I emailed 3 times indicating I wanted to cancel the order, and was told they may not be able to cancel with the warehouse, which does not make sense if the item was on back order. The day after I cancelled the order the item was shipped. Unfortunately I had already ordered the item from another vendor who got it to me in 2 days.

Payzone Mis sold contract. Payzone have been contacting me for a few months now offering me “much better rates” for taking card payments. I had about 30 calls from a sales person since December. When I finally decided to listen to his offer, he told me he couldn’t tell me offer over the phone but he could send a sales representative to my business for a chat and he would go through the charges with me. I told him I was still on a contract with my current provider but his exact words were: we will show you how much money you can save, then you can decide if you want to switch to us. Sales representatives came into my business and bullied me into signing a contract with Payzone, I told him I still have a contract with my current provider but wasn’t sure how long for. He then told me I could cancel this contract with Payzone in case I still changed my mind. I have contacted my current card payments provider in order to check how long I still had with then to find out I was still on a contract for a year. I have then called the Payzone sales representative who told me I can cancel my contract as he told me before, all I had to do was to fill in a “right to cancel" form he had already emailed to me. I have done so but after not hearing from Payzone for a bout 5 days I rang costumer services who transferred me to the cancellation team. Cancellation team told me i cannot cancel my contract as i am a limited company so the "right to cancel" rule wont apply to my case. I advised them i was informed by the sales representative that I could cancel but they said it is also irrelevant as this isn’t in writing. I have already sent 2 emails to this sales representative asking him to please confirm the information but he chooses to ignore me. I have been lied to, bullied into signing a contract with the promise that I could cancel and now Payzone expects me to use their services for 1 year. I wish I had never allowed this sales rep Into my business.

Salesman not replying to messages even though he said as soon as it arrives to let him know and he would call and show me how to use it. This Payment transfer gateway company continued to provide a package allowing a disreputable company to take monies in advance for goods they clearly had intention of providing despite being informed by NUMEROUS customers that the Savvibuy company had been reported to Trading Standards and Action Fraud, thus enabling the directors of the company to continue their scam. When contacted by unsatisfied Savvibuy customers they issued the same generic response denying any liabilty for their actions and very unhelpfully telling customers to contact the "merchant's acquiring bank" (knowing full well that only they had such contact details)...it appears they trade with any company whose own bank states they are reliable without any further investigation and having handed a fraudelent company a package to process ill gotten gains they distance themselves from any further responsibility. As such over 2,000 customers are so disillusioned with Sage Pay they will be trying to avoid making payment using their services which in turn will affect the many small businesses currently using this gateway provider.

No care about their customers at all, overpriced and make it as difficult as possible to leave them. A 3 month cancellation notice period is an absolute disgrace compared to the 1 month other companies offer. I wish I had never used this company from the start. Now I get payment notices off them not explaining anything. I asked them what it was about as I had paid my final 3 months for leaving. A very rude answer to my question that didnt explain anything. Asked again they just copy and pasted the first answer. Extremely unprofessional and rude company. Don't make my mistake. Avoid them there are a lot better options out there.

Absolutely a magnificent POS system. Great use of Apple's interface, and extremely user friendly. We've been TouchBistro users since 2012, shortly after their launch, and it's the only POS system we've had, and I couldn't imagine using another POS system. While it's not 100% perfect (what is?), it's damn near pretty close. I can make changes seamlessly; Split checks; run reports any which way. It has made and helped our small family run restaurant grow, continuously, year after year, and TouchBistro is an integral part of that growth. Without TouchBistro and the efficiency it provides, we would not be in the position we are in now. Not to mention that their customer service and personal relationships we've developed with the team, throughout the years, have helped us tremendously. We couldn't be more happy, pleased, ecstatic, with the decision to go with TouchBistro. We can't wait to see the continued growth and improvements/integrations that are in store for the future! S. All staff are quickly trained on this very intuitive system, with little difficulty. The numerous reports are fantastic....with the ability to customize most of them is is a big bonus. I bought eighteen ballasts from this company. They advertised a reasonable price for them that was significantly less than I could find them locally. I ordered them on a Thursday and they were delivered the following week. This is how internet shopping is SUPPOSED to work! Painless transaction and a very satisfied customer. We have got a chance to try LiveAgent for the first time in 2018 when it was available on the AppSumo lifetime deal page. To be honest, we were surprised at the beginning when we found out about the deal - especially why a company with such a history would place their tool on a web dedicated to LTD deals. Our worries were totally out of place. The system is stable, has a huuuuge amount of features and the best customer support team on Earth!

Having worked in a customer support industry for more than 3 years the most important goal that every company should achieve is the satisfaction of customers. There are several ways of how to achieve it - you can have an amazing and extremely unique product that they love. Which can be hard sometimes. Or, you can select the proper tool that simplifies your work and keeps your customers & customer support reps happy almost all the time. I personally tried several help desk solutions that are available on the market, however, only LiveAgent convinced me enough to trust the software and the company. It delivers everything I and the company need from the proper help desk software - it's easy to install and use, has great features and is also affordable thanks to the pricing. There are a lot of friends / colleagues from this business sphere, whom I recommended LiveAgent to and I will keep doing it as these guys are absolutely the best.

Bad experience today with Shopatron as the service provider for a Canadian retailer, Home Hardware. The retailer's website is not synced with the Shopatron website, so IDs and passwords are not maintained. Talk about confusion! I now know enough to go durectly to the Shopatron website to get order status. I'm unable to see my account or orders via the retailer site at all. Amazingky, the order went through, but Shopatron's support of the retailer is severely lacking.

I had held off updating to a chip capable terminal because my existing processor PNC Bank wanted to charge me $500 for a FD130 terminal. Paul set me up with the FD130 Duo which includes the FD-35 EMV/NFC PIN pad for less than half of that, including all the programming and set up fees. He promised lower processing fees but I was skeptical of the devil in the details. We have been processing with them since Jan 2018 and our fees have been consistently lower than with our previous processor. Updated equipment and lower processing fees - Cardmachineoutlet.com was a WIN-WIN for us.

Avoid Started using Shippit in November 2019 after Temando ceased trading. Things went ok until Friday 24 Jan when I contacted support regarding integrating or adding Toll as one of my shipping options. After speaking with the support Team Member on the next working day the Shippit App/Website stopped functioning correctly. To create a shipment, you click NEW ORDERS > enter details > CONFIRM > click READY TO SHIP > Manifest/Pay/Finish. From this moment onwards my orders started not progressing from CONFIRM to READY TO SHIP. I have spent countless hours emailing support to resolve this. They have told me every single piece of nonsense you could think of from "enter you addresses differently", "this is a known error, it will be fixed into the future..." to that's normal "you will have to email us/lodge a ticket EVERY TIME you do a shipment. This applies to a lot of our customers" etc... Given their support team operate in a different time zone to me, this is not practical. And for $19/month you would expect a working app/website. Looking at their code, they have done something on their end that they will not admit to nor fix for some unknown reason. This is not the sort of business you want to work with. Their support is terrible and they will tell you lies. Avoid use the TNT or Couriers Please websites, it will cost you most upfront but save in your own personal time.

I was charged $14.80 for a declined $62 direct debit(bank error), spent ages trying to figure out who the company was and what the fee was as they hadn’t contacted me to let me know. The only way to find out about it seemed to be to put my credit card details into their website which I was not happy to do. It seems immoral to charge people that much for a failed direct debit - I think lots of the gym’s members would be Seniors/pensioners and students as it belongs to the local council, and this must impact them greatly. I’m now looking for ways to avoid having any of my money support them

I would like to give zero stars. Since my after-school care company started using this company I have been hit with a bunch of fees $14.80 a pop due to ridiculous dishonor debts. The attempted debits from my account were well over my normal fee but with no warning such as an email or something to say how much was to be debited and when. Seems they are making a lot of money this way. I much prefer paying my after-school care well in advance than having to pay these dodgy characters.

I ordered a parcel on the site "Victoria's Secret" through Sofort on 02.02.2020 19:53, the money was withdrawn from the card, but the confirmation and the date of arrival of the parcel neither on the site nor on the mail received. It's been 26 days. The Victoria Secret Support wrote me that they don't have an order for me! And I wrote to Victoria’s Secret Support 11.02.2020 and one of your employee told me, that the money will return me by the end of that week. But nobody wasn’t return to me my money. I have all of screenshots. I ordered this parcel and hoped it would be until the 14 of February! I was loyal Victoria’s Secret’s customer, but I’m very disappointed now. When should I finally expect my money transfer ???

I have been using ActiveCampaign for 2 years now for myself and for clients of mine. In this time i have get to know the software really good. I use it mainly for marketing automation and sometimes for simple email campaigns. It is easy to create automations and it works very well. I like the possibility to make mails have text and images depending on the tags of the contacts. And use it a lot. I would recommend ActiveCampaign if you are looking for a good price vs quality marketing automation product.

massive waste of time with these guys, we have used Mailchimp, Interseller, Quickmail and other emails tools in the past and our marketing guy said to use ActiveCampaign because it integrates with Clickfunnels - so we tried it out and spent several hours designing campaign pages etc on AC - this in itself was challenging because the support offer by AC is so slow and it only comes online on U.S time so if you are in the UK you get zero support until late afternoon at which point you are so far back in the que you need to go back to work before its your turn to be helped. But the biggest problem with AC is that they will not allow you to contact anyone new using their system, you are only permitted to contact emails of people that have already opted in to use whatever you are selling online - so I geuss its a great relationship management tool but for us totally useless as we are seeking to market and sell our offerings to new customers and grow our business. Total waste of time avoid if you are seeking to win new clients. thanks

When I first checked the site they proposed a rate of 1.6% per month. Once I had uploaded documentation that went up to 3.5% with a 1 year repayment period - I asked for two. I reduced the amount being borrowed and the rate fell again. However, the software works well and the customer service is very good. You can complete the process and get the money into your account within a day.
