I have been a customer from when they first started on ebay as the dollar store, then when they were bhexpress and now bhfo - I have bought from ebay and also from their site. The prices go up and down a lot. I have been examining their prices for several months now. When they have sales, they mark up and when you apply the discount 8 of 10 times, the price is higher. Their selling practices are dubious and sale is definitely not a sale. Do yourself a favour and look around. You will probably find it much cheaper

Bought from them on eBay from Europe. Sent mostly dirty, sometimes used stuff. I paid taxes, heavy delivery costs. Provided never a return label, but told me to post back on my own. I had to open refund cases. This shop blocked me. Do not buy from them, you may be sorry.

This was a very disappointing experience. I bought two dresses to the US for an event, with the hope of trying them on in person. Neither dress fit, so I went to return them both. First, my order number did not populate in their return system. I immediately emailed their customer service who replied a few days later pushing me to keep or exchange the dresses. They eventually gave me the address to return the dress. I then went to UPS where it would have cost me $160 to return - I ended up returning it through USPS for $89. Weeks later my return still had not populated. I reached out to Nadine Merabi and they said that their was nothing they could do without the tracking info (understandable, but I don't have this a month later). I have not been able to reach USPS, as everyone knows this is a huge pain. I'm now out $700 with no dresses to show for it. I get that this a small company and they follow certain protocol, but the experience overall was just very disheartening. I have never given a one star rating to anything in my life, but be careful before you order dresses from this company.

Beautiful dress for a wedding I am going to, something abit different and not from a main stream shop. There was a fault with the first one that arrived and I had absolutely zero issues in returning it and having a new one sent out, the girl i dealt with was really helpful and efficient.

Purchased 3 pairs of wedges, when they arrived the quality was not satisfactory. The wedges looked cheap and badly made. I returned the wedges within the 14 days policy. No refunded given after a month of waiting. No reply to any of my emails or Facebook messages. I opened a paypal dispute which they also never replied to. Paypal dispute team decided in my favour and I finally received my money back through papal after two months! I have posted a negative review on their Facebook and instagram, which they have deleted.

Half a year ago I was recommended to try Best Secret. I was biased, since before almost everything I bought online from clothes, was either bad quality, or wrong size. Behind a very Bradley wrapped and packaged dress I’m sure the actual Design is great. However I received my Navy Zip Detail Shift Dress today and it was so creased from where it had been so badly wrapped with no protection between the creases! If this wasn’t bad enough where the dress has Zips below the shoulders and again below the waist where the dress has been folded without any tissue paper between the zips have badly marked the fabric!! I am reluctant to ask for another as I will anticipate the same thing happening again. Very disappointing for a first experience with this company. Had high hopes when I ordered the dress.

Awful service. Missed the delivery deadline, products never received. Unwilling to keep to their terms and conditions. They say they are responsible for the 3rd parties but don't keep their contract. Cannot get my money back because they cannot cancel the order unless the delivery service returns the package (which I have never seen or touched). So they have my products and my money and we're waiting for the delivery service to NOT LOSE my package so I can get my money back.

I bought the Jacket online on Monday the 30th of April, the jacket never turned up, it was signed by someone else using UPS I paid for express postage 1-2 days delivery, the parcel was delivered to someone else on Friday the 4th of May when I was on holiday ( 2 days late ) - If would of arrived on time then this would not of happened. If I knew the company was based in Italy I would not of bought with them, I currently have no jacket and Ikrix are refusing to give a refund or send a replacement and pushing the blame on UPS. Only positive - Costumer service has keep me in the loop during the process Jacket cost £300+ Very disappointing – I would not recommend - As i still don't have my jacket or a refund

Shocking service. Ordered around £350 of clothes and waited 10 days before the courier randomly decided to return the items to Yumi. I queried this and was told they couldn't deliver the items, which is a complete lie, as it was to a 24/7 business address and zero attempts had been made. After keeping my money all this time, Yumi are now refusing to ship the items so I get what I ordered, because "we recieve a lot of returns and can't reship." I havent returned the items, they HAVE NOT DELIVERED THEM! And will only refund me when the crappy courier decides to send the items back.

Browns Fashion are owned by Farfetch and this is the 2nd time i've ordered from them. My first order was some balenciaga track trainers that when received were missing the spare laces and also the sole was covered in dirt. No one is perfect so I returned them and put it down to a bad experience. Farfetch also gave me a voucher for free delivery on my next order saying that it would be a perfect experience. Today I have discovered the definition of a perfect experience from browns/farfetch as I received the phone case I ordered with the leather coming away from the plastic. Again it looked like it had been used, then returned in the hope that the next mug to receive it didn't notice. See attached photo to see one side of the damage. In summary, I have had a 100% success rate of browns/farfetch providing a terrible service and I would plead with you all to spend a little bit extra and use somewhere like matchesfashion or mr porter. I've ordered far more from those places and never had a single problem. ORDER FROM BROWNS AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Bought a bracelet for my Mum's birthday and it arrived with a chip out of the metal and discoloured. I returned it a day after receiving it to a Hermes parcel shop as instructed by their returns policy on 7th May. On 15th May, the tracking stated it was on it's way to the supplier. I have now contacted Kate Spade to say it's been over 7 working days. They have told me that they wont even consider looking at it as their return policy is 14 days after Hermes change it to on it's way to supplier and to get back in touch on 27th! It'll then take up to a week for them to look into a refund and then the refund will take up to 5 days to transfer so I'm potentially looking at not receiving my money back until 10th June which is well over a month since I returned it, let along even received the bangle in the first place!! First order and 100% the last order I will ever make at this company!!!! Should be embarrassed of themselves!!

Do not buy from Inftnity. It is a scam. The company is called "广州夏航科技有限公司"(XIAHANGKEJI XIA), a Chinese company. I placed an order but no response over a month. I contacted them via PayPal, and they made some excuses not to ship/refund. It was very clear that they had no intention for shipping items nor refund. Then, they agreed for refund but they took 20% of the total amount. That is how they make money. Just DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I know it's been 1 month, my bad! For not reviewing the order I got from last year. Well, better late than never! Luckily I've got my good quality set - technically the shirt, first.... and free sunglasses. Then the skirt came a bit late. It was at first, lost BUT then when I mentioned about this to her. She then told the others to package it ON TIME , before the Holiday season! And it finally did came! I just ordered the colette set from the “everyday uniform” collection with Filippa haag and felicia akerstrom and I’m very dissapointed. The quality is bad, like worse than zara. It’s very dissapointing as the collection was made in collaboration with someone who preaches quality over quantity. The worst part is that I paid such high import taxes to get the items and now I’ll have to return it.

I recently had to return an item. I paid for the return postage and recorded the delivery. I was disappointed not to be refunded on the original delivery postage as outlined in the Which guide on Consumer rights 'I want to return something I bought online' and recently on the Supershoppers TV programme. However, when I sent the link to the company, they apologised and refunded my postage. Hopefully all postage will now be refunded for eligible refunds. Disappointed though that I had to point this out

I want to support this company for what they are attempting to do with the environment, but I can not. I bought a pair of washable silk pants for $200 that are okay, in an XS. I then ordered another skirt in an XS and when I got it I couldn't even get it over my hips. As well, it did not look as pretty as it did in the photo so I wanted a return, a day after I received the order. They responded that I can only use store credit and this was clearly labeled under the item, which I did not see. So, seeing that their sizing is inconsistent and fabrics are deceiving, I guess I am now out $100 because I would rather not deal with a company like this. These clothes are way too expensive for the quality of fabric AND the quality of customer care.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!! Company states they deliver through Royal Mail. My Parcel was instead supposedly delivered through TNT, where someone forged delivery of the signature. I have still not received my item and it has been 8 weeks now. The customer service is also horrific and neither the company or the courier are accepting liability for the item and I have still as of yet not received my refund. The dispute continues! AVOID AVOID AVOID. Update: have tried to go through the refund process. I purchased a jacket which was nearly £200. The value of the goods were declared at around £2 by Beauxnarrow so this is the amount that I will be refunded. Big scam, be wary! Company has also blocked all my accounts (Facebook, Twitter) after leaving my review.

Ordered a pair of jeans, didn't like the fit, emailed 6 times without response to try and return. Shocking customer service!! In the end I had to go through American Express to get a refund. This was after multiple lies they provided to avoid the claim. On the claim response I have received this was denied for the following reason by the retailer. 1. A pair of jeans purchased at a discount a. The pair of jeans retails at £59.99 and this is what I paid. I provided evidence of this also. 2. Item is ineligible for a refund as it’s been delivered over 2 weeks. a. I emailed them within 2 weeks of receiving the jeans to find out how to return them for a refund. How can I return an item without knowing the details or receiving any response? 3. Due to the coronavirus epidemic, we can’t afford to have the items returned and resold as this compromise our precaution standards. a. My purchase was made before the epidemic and my return email was also before the epidemic. On top of this there is no mention of no returns due to the epidemic in their policy. In summary all I’ve ever wanted to do was return and item which simply did not fit. Beauxnarrow have purposefully ignore my emails and then provided false information so that I could not do this and receive a refund. This took months and so much hassle to get a refund for an item which did not fit. How they are allowed to operate like this I'll never know but avoid!

I bought 4 items from Bianca and Bridgett. 3 items is not correct. The size chart said 69cm waist for the dress size 8. But when I received the item it's only 60cm. The jacket is pooring design, when you lift your arm up it shows all your body and underwear I have contacted customer service they only reply no exchange, return for discount items. I sent an email again about their size chart isn't accurate, they ignored it. Please read this before you buy prom them It like scam business... doggy or monkey business.

Terrible. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE OF ALL THESE 1 STAR REVIEWS! The images displayed do not adequately explain the quality of the clothes. I purchased two items and they both arrived sheer, completed see- through! Although I would consider these items faulty they refused to refund me, only offering store credit for further terrible quality clothes. I think that the reason that they only offer store credit is because they know that you wouldn't want any other clothing from them, so they can then just keep your money in the end. There are a thousand and one other online merchants for similar styles, and I recommend trying them all before wasting your time and money with Billy J.

Ordered a dress for an event, which ended up being too BIG, I double checked the size guide before purchasing again to ensure it fits for an event which is tomorrow. Upon trying this dress on, it is too SMALL. This dress is so short i cannot wear this without my underwear showing (while standing still). I now have to pay an additional shipping fee to have this dress sent back which will now be $15 in return fees plus what i had paid for both to be shipped originally. I am definitely upset with my purchases and I I’ll be requesting a REFUND as I will not be buying from your store again. Expressed my disappointment and got a standard response saying I need to pay for this to be returned again. Not happy.

What I love about Boho locs is how easy it is to maintain the hair extensions, especially them being locs which are usually pretty difficult to maintain. These faux locs are the best hair extensions for locs and I would highly recommend them to anyone out there. I've received so many compliment about my hair and how good it looks too

This company is a scam! Customer service is non existent and they'll ignore all messages from you and delete / block you from their social accounts if you dare complain. All good reviews must be paid for by friends and conveniently happen after any bad review is left. Don't trust them, wish I hadn't! Purchased a t-shirt from Bowlcut and when it arrived it was smaller than expected (not a 'normal' M) - as per their website I contacted them to arrange an exchange. It clearly explains you pay postage (which is fine) but you must contact them first. They don't even give an address so it's not like you can just send back without contacting anyway. Over a month on, 3 emails, multiple messages using their 'contact us' form and nothing. Not even a courtesy reply. So now it's well past the return or exchange dates and I'm left with a t-shirt I can't wear. I appreciate it is lockdown and things are a bit slower but they've got plenty of time to send me marketing emails trying to make me buy more (off the same email address that I've been contacting to no avail might I add) so they definitely are working! They say on their returns they can't offer free returns as they're not a big outfit like 'ASOS' - well you never will be with service like this. I like to leave good reviews, being in marketing I understand how bad reviews can really have an affect on a business but there's nothing good I can write here. Here's hoping that they read their reviews and actually bother to come back to me! All I want is a t-shirt that fits!!!

If I could give this company 1 star, I would. The worst experience ever. I ordered a dress and when it arrived it looked NOTHING like a picture. It was way too big and the material felt cheap. When I reached out to do the return, I was told that I have to ship it back for my own money and I paid additional 50$ on top of what I have already paid for the dress. I was hoping to order something else instead but I never heard back and my package got lost, it’s being help in China and I have lost over 200$. Please don’t buy anything from that store if you want to save you’re money. I’m so upset and disappointed, wish I never ordered anything.

Attention for the EU: For already an overpriced coat that does not justify the quality or design whatsoever, you must pay delivery costs of around 40 EUR and sit tight, customs taxes, which are minimum 200 EUR! In short, you pay between 700- 900 EUR for a coat. If you think a simple faux fur coat is worth the hype, I simply don't. In addition, you are caught in a dead end, if for instance you decide to return the item, you have to pay again the customs and the delivery. Disgraceful.

Following on from the original review, I’ve still had no resolve from the Charlotte Simone faulty Jacket. I sent my contact number over and further emails, but still nothing? Shocking customer service! If I was trying to purchase something I bet I’d get an immediate response. Please be careful when purchasing anything just in case you have a genuine problem with an item. You shouldn’t need to keep chasing the company for a response!

Ordered a dress from here, 10 minutes after placing the order I got a call from someone at Coco Boo to tell me the dress I ordered was actually out of stock. They said they could give me a refund or they could send a more expensive dress similar to the one I ordered, without me paying more. I purchased 2 jumpers from this company and received them in January. The quality was awful. I sent them back within 2 days. When I told them I was returning them they offered me fifteen percent of my money back to not return the items then subsequently offered twenty five percent. I returned the items using track and trace. It is now May and the items are still being held in customs. The company assure me I will get my money but after my initial experience I’m not sure of their ethics. I will never buy from this company again.

DO NOT order from Shona Joy if you live in the US. I ordered bridesmaids dresses that arrived in a shipping bag that was ripped, with dresses falling out. When I reached out to customer service, they said I could return the dresses, but I was left with a $120 return fee to pay for on my own with USPS. It would have been over $450 with UPS!! The dresses are not good quality in person and definitely not worth $300+. I do not recommend.
