Ordered a jacket on the 23rd of December, it said it was a pre order item on the site so ordered it expecting it after Christmas. Express delivery was free at the time I purchased it so was chuffed. Next day, I get a text saying it’s been delivered... what? It was a pre order item so how on earth could it have been delivered??? Sure enough when I got home there it was!! Only reason I didn’t rate 5 stars was because there was no indication that it was even in stock and coming the next day

Wow... Check them out...Bought a Canada Goose Wyndham from the online store a couple of days ago. It arrived the next day. My specific size and colour was sold out across the UK, so I was so glad I found these guys. Although they’re not listed on the Canada Goose website as an authorised retailer - I can confirm that they are. I ordered two dresses from Loavies within a week. The first dress which came was way too small, even though the page says that the sizes are "normal fitting" (I'm normal a size XS this was an size S). Couldn't zip it on the back, but found a solution to live with. The problem was, that on this time I'd already ordered the other dress. No wonder this dress was also too small when it arrived. Therefore I decided to send it back (which is a nightmare to do - especially if you don't live in the Netherlands, and I'm from Denmark). The package said, that I had to sent an e-mail to Loavies support team. So I did. Then I got a mail two days after which said, that I had to print the return label on their page online. I found the return label, which where one of those who had a barcode, so I could just send it away, and then Loavies would charge the shipping from the returning money. Now it's been 3 weeks since I sent the item back. I haven't heard a word from Loavies - not even a confirm which says that they got it back and are about to proceed my money (which I know can take a little time). For me that's just bad service. There's really some pretty dresses on the page, but I would never even consider to order something again, when I 1. can't trust the sizes and 2. Never get my money back for the item again. I i'm not even sure that I will ever see the money again. This is a waste of time AND money - especially when I've in all paid 16,30 Euro for the shipping of a dress which cost 29,99 Euro...

I placed an order on January 5th, when I ordered it said it took 2-5 days to arrive, it's been 15 days and I haven't received my order yet. At least the company should send an email explaining something. I wrote messages through facebook, e-mail and instagram and nobody answers me. Thank you, Mariana Pascoal.

People who gave this company 4 or 5 stars have had a different experience to me. Can't give a higher rating than 1 star as still waiting for an item I was told was despatched on 6 April. No tracking information. When politely asked, Customer services play the 'you have to wait up to 14 working days for delivery' broken record. They can't track a parcel from the point of despatch in Europe until it reaches the Royal Mail. For a high price end retailer this is unacceptable. So I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a parcel value £250, and no one can tell me where it is or when I will get it. Poor systems, poor customer care. Do you feel lucky?

Still waiting for tracking information on an item I bought 11 days ago. Have contacted customer services but no info! Suppose shouldn't be surprised. Have bought a couple of items and each time the despatch and delivery times have been dreadful....8-10 days from ordering. Ok if you want to wait, but very poor compared with competitors like Masssimo Dutti and Boden.

I stumbled across Meschantes about 15 years ago when I started doing RenFaires and historical reenacting. I have purchased 7 or 8 corsets from them, and have only had ONE really minor complaint. The corsets I have received have been sturdy, well made, fit perfectly and are a wonderful price. My latest order (which I am feverishly awaiting!) will be triple boned - my waist training corset was quad boned. I have never had any problems with what I want - Sandra is always willing to work with me. I DO wish they'd go back to having real leather again, but I can do without a leather corset. For anyone who wants to fuss at me about the leather, think about this: faux leather, whether shoes, corset, other apparel or whatever, will crack and break LONG before real leather would. I don't know about you, but personally, I can't afford to keep buying new (anything} because it breaks or wears out BEFORE it is even properly broken in! And, faux leather doesn't custom form to the wearer. Leather conforms with wear, and is truly a long lasting material. All you have to do is take reasonable care of it! Anyway, I've read the bad reviews of Meschantes, and can only say that this is NOT my experience with them - and I've been doing business with them for a very long time!

I've worn corsets for 28 years. I've had a lot of custom corsets made in that time. never have i ever had such a corrupt merchant. thank god i paid for it via cc, or i would have had no means to recover my money for the complete fuasco of a custom corset they sold me. not a single measurement, not one, matched what i gave them for the finished garment. customer service was completely non-communicative when i tried to contact them to resolve the issue. the really absurd bit on their part was that i was willing to pay for a second one and not worry about a refund on the first, i just wanted it to fit! but apparently they didn't care and didn't want to talk at all. after 2 months of trying to resolve it, i took it to my cc company and they reversed the charge and presumably went after the merchant themself. it's a shame too, it was beautiful, well constructed, and in all probability would have been an excellent corset.

So, I ordered a hoodie and shirt from Modakawa. The shirt fit fine, but the design and texture seemed really cheap compared to what I saw on the site, but at least fit me. I ordered a hoodie and put my measurements as well to get this hoodie that literally looks like it was made for a pre-teen when it comes to size. I get Asian size charts are very different than western size charts, but I did put in my measurements, so I am not sure why the hoodie came like it did. Also the color seemed quite different than how it looked on the site.

It took 4 months mostly my fault I had to move but overall I told them my experience now they're delivering my things back I order a pink skirt and bear hoodie and the customer service is good you only have to wait for 2 days or 1 day for them to respond back

I ordered a leather jacket as a gift for a birthday tomorrow, for over £250. I opted for one-day delivery and specifically chose this website because that option was available. I cannot get through as the phone lines are not in use, the couriers mentioned on the website say they have no knowledge of working with Muubaa, and my emails have not been responded to. I'm at a loss and very confused because their merchandise is stocked by department stores so I assumed it was all legitimate. I will take these comments back of course if my purchase arrives or is refunded but from the lack of communication and lack of purchase, this seems unlikely. Becky has written a response to this but I have not received an email or details of when the parcel will arrive. “Unprofessional” - Placed an order for a long sleeve shirt and a jacket on September 14th. It is now September 30th and I have not received my package. Unheard of. Matter of fact, my package did not arrive to USPS until 11 days had passed. 11 days. Even then I had to contact Amtify because I had not received any notice of shipment. And they do not have a contact number. Broken promises to contact the shipper and blaming it all on shipping. (11 days). Not to mention the unusual sizing chart. So, if this package ever does arrive the items probably will not fit. I have asked for a refund twice now. Was told to be patient and now they don't reply at all. And do not even try to write a reply to this review Amtify stating how you tried to satisfy me. Sixteen days later and I do not have my package. Tracking even said the package was delayed and sent back to South Carolina from North Carolina. Not even coming from another country and still takes 16 days. I once ordered custom Nike shoes from Chinese Taipei and they came quicker than Amtify. Unheard of and unhappy. Knew I shouldn't have placed this order. Regretful, unhappy and out $72. Smh.

Unhelpful and I'm very let down by there attitude to even trying! I would have been happy to leave 5 stars for prompt delivery! Until the gift I ordered for my brothers Christmas was trainers at £360 which i ordered in October due to this years pandemic I started early but the trainers are too big and all I've asked is if I can change size of them, not even a refund! They have said no even though I've explained it was christmas gift but they ain't willing to even try! In response to your reply my name is Christine Graham I have been emailing from email address starting yoyo20 and 14 is not acceptable for Christmas gifts especially when it's only a change of size and this year with pandemic people have had to shop online early I would have thought u would have understood that and been more helpful as all other company's appear to be doing.

The item wasn’t damaged or anything but it arrived not pinned to anything - lose in box - no cellophane over - which is what I normally get when I buy new butler and Wilson - and the box was covered in I sudecwuth glitter if some sort that had no place being there arms I bought a medal cross brooch - no glitter on the item . If it had been for a gift I’d have had to send it back as I would hate to give a gift slung in a box with debris inside to any of my friends or family . As it was for me - and the brooch wasn’t damaged - I just put up with it - but to be honest - as I have had a lot of stress past year and this was a metaphorical way of congratulating or rewarding myself for going through it - still going through it - it didn’t give me the special treat feeling to see it so slovenly thrown in a ‘spare’ box and my item was probably ex display or a return I am thinking . I’m just too tired to send it back and try again. That’s for the service . For the item itself - if I can block out how it was presented - it’s lovely . I used to go into butler and Wilson store in south molten street many years ago - last time I went in it was for a choker necklace for a ball I was going to - it was a memorable service I had in the shop - online was a big disappointment service wise . I’d like to think it was just one bad apple in the staff - and that it hasn’t sunk to this for the company .UPDATE - customer services contacted me saying they would like to refund the post costs . I thought this was good to make the gesture HOWEVER the guy offering the post cost refund apologised for the brooch not being pinned and secure BUT then went in tin tell me that I had not received returned stock but that it was from the sale range . I have bought from sale before - it always comes cellophaned and protected - IT DIES NOT ARTIVE WITH GLITTER ALL IN THE BOX - the fact that I feel now that I am being gaslighted - adds insult to injury . Sorry - for the refund of costs I would have added a star - but for the gaslighting and telling me that what I have had - which was shoddy mess from another product - on my product - I feel this gesture - and telling g me I am imagining things - the box is off some product that has glitter on it - it is not original box - this is why I said it must be ex display or a return . I just hate People not owning their errors - AND THEN PUTTING IT ON YOU - I am not vindictive - though I am tempted to take another star off - my original two stars can stand - it’s poor - sorry - it was a token you offered and then you added insult to injury .

I ordered a dress for Valentine's day 2020 from HiMrsCoco online. The dress did ship in time for Valentine's day but when I received it, it looked like a piece of rags. It was made from very cheap see through material. It was nothing like the picture. I was so disappointed because I saw other items that I wanted to order but I'm so glad I didn't. The company said they could give me a refund of $10 and I could keep the piece of rags or I would pay more for shipping to return it. I told them to give me the $10 and I would throw their rags in the trash and write a review telling everyone NOT to ORDER from this site because if you do, you'll REGRET IT FOR SURE. I wish I had read the Reviews before I ordered and my REVIEW wouldn't be here. I didn't know this company was in China or else I wouldn't have ordered. I paid $30 for a piece of rags but mostly I was totally disgusted at the SCAM with the pictures of MAKE BELIEVE clothing. Don't waste your money or your time????

This was my second purchase from Couture USA, but the first one was purchased in store so I was able to see condition. It made me a little nervous this time ordering on line, but I had no choice since the store is currently closed, and I trusted that Couture USA would not send me anything less than promised! I was more than pleased with the speed that it was sent to me, and the condition my Louis Vuitton bag was in... it was practically brand new! Can't wait to shop with you again, thank you so much!

The sales people are snarky, pretentious and borderline rude. They look you up and down before saying a word to help you and treat anyone who isnt dressed a certain way or a certain skin color like they are stealing and dont have money to shop. Even when you pre-paid for your order and came to pick it up.

I have been a fashion nova customer since 2016 and I’ve never had a issue. My orders always come within a week. There was one time in 2018 where it was over a month but I just asked for a refund and they gave me the refund for the whole amount.

Honestly, if you read this just don't waste your time. This people are making so much money for nothing is ridiculous.... They are taking listings from pages like Backstage (an actual casting website) and putting them in their site without the casting director even knowing about it. Do your research when looking for casting sites... and if there's so many SCAM alerts, it must be one.

Confused as in why I have submitted hundreds of applications but none really get back to me. I fell for the text about landing a Hollister commercial so I signed up for the $116 plan for 6 months. Never heard anything else about the hollister commercial. I was busy when I called them and mistakenly didn't look them up when I was signing up. Sign up for ActorsAccess or Backstage if you want to book real jobs! :)

I bought 3 pairs of pants, paid for them and then was told final sale when given the bag of pants. A week later, I purchased 2 cardigans at what I thought was Buy 1 get 1 50% off. Was told at cashier there was no deal on those cardigans even though there was a sale sign right above them. Apparently the sale was on new items only on the wall. Anywho, bought the cardigans, 2 days later found out new job is very casual attire. So, was going to return 1 cardigan for a refund...nope only store merchandise credit!! The staff in Suzy Shier are pathetic! Is it store policy to give terms of sale after the sale or no terms of sale at all? I don't even recall a return policy being posted in the store. Read the receipt!!

I spent a great amount of money on a hoodie from this site: I ordered a year ago. When the item hadn't arrived four months later, I wrote them and asked about it. They were nice and told me oh! the item in question is a preorder item, still in progress of production, and will be sent out as soon as possible!' Mind you, absolutely no where on the site I bought it from it said anything about the hoodie being a preorder item or anything! In fact it stated the longest time, that could pass, between me receiving the item would be 25 days! To this day I still haven't received anything. - It is 100% a scam, and I am greatly disappointed. I have contacted them again, asking for a refund: I bet you they will ignore that message too. TL;DR Do not buy anything from this site: The service is horrible and I bet you they are scamming you. Already the items are a bit pricey, but other than that you either receive something terrible or don't receive your order at all. I repeat, do not trust this firm!!

In the hunt for lolita shoes, I came upon this website and they seemed to have a really cute selection. I did not realize that they are associated with Milanoo before I purchased, so given the mixed Milanoo reviews (a lot of the negative ones are old though...), I was nervous that this would turn out disastrous. But it was awesome! I got a confirmation email immediately and a shipping notice a week after my purchase, and I received the shoes about two weeks after the ship notification. The shoes came in a box and each individual shoe was wrapped in a protective sleeve, and had the normal paper padding filling out the inside shape etc. The sizing was perfect, the shoes were exactly as pictured online, and there were no quality issues - the buckles worked great, the material was sturdy and not scuffed or anything, no issues with the construction. I was really thrilled with the purchase and would definitely buy shoes from this website again!

Order# 100008203 This has been my very first experience with Kabayarefashion.com and sure will be my last! I have placed an order for a total amount of €105.92 on 03/04/2015 for the following items: Chic Stripes Maxi Dress - €51.78 Eggplant Milk Silk Maxi Dress - €30.60 Plus paid additional €23.54 for international shipping to Belgium. Waiting for the delivery for over a week to find that the Chic Stripes Maxi Dress I've received contains a quality issue. The sewing pattern around the waist right around the bellybutton area is off track, sewing over doubled material for almost 5 cm. This is very obvious due to it's position and makes the dress fall awkwardly while fitting. I would not make an issue out of this if I have not paid almost the price of a 2nd Eggplant Milk Silk Maxi Dress for the shipping and could just return my order with free return labels. But now I am left with faulty item, shipping costs and return shipping costs that cost me in total almost €50 just because kabayerefashion has a poor quality control department. I have immediately contacted the customer service regarding this issue, asking them how they can resolve this issue, but have been completely ignored. I have written them an e-mail on 3 different occasions and am 2 weeks later still waiting for a reply!! They do not send any automated confirmation that your contact form is received. This is beyond acceptable, as I work for the customer service of a major brand and am well aware of my and their rights and obligations. This is the only reason why I have been so patient and understanding, but this is where I draw the line. Surprisingly leaving a review is also not on option, because kabayare apparently only permits positive reviews to be visible on their website. I'm VERY disappointed with this website and my shopping experience here and will make sure that others will not become a victim of this website. I still expect an answer asap and demand that my issue is resolved by refunding my initial shippingcosts+return shipping costs so I can return this order or providing me partial refund off the poor quality dress you have sent me!

MET ALL MY EXPECTATIONS! This dress came in very quick. The color was exactly what I needed for my bridesmaids and they fit is great for any body type. They do run long and would need an alteration for the shorter gals. But overall very satisfied with the dresses and customer service at kabayare.
