They used to be great. Website and app easy to navigate, great product and specific sizing info. Then they went and changed the app and took away most of the product info, replacing it with very generic descriptions. They also changed it so you couldn’t just tap on the designer after viewing a certain product to see the rest of the pieces by same designer. THEN they changed from using DHL for international orders to a cheaper local alternative (but delivery charge remains same) and now it not only takes forever to get the item, but returns are also more complicated! I used to shop lots from them but no more!

They never have delivered my shoes, and had not pay back my money! On the website you can write to presales and to after salens by you can't really send a message. On the emailadress you've got after ordering and paying, you only get a automated nothing saying answer, even if you put the proof of payment in it. How can I get my money back, that I need to buy shoes in a fysical store in my own town?

I have been a long time Ebay user, almost 2 decades. I recently found poshmark and have never experienced such great and genuine transactions as they provide. All purchases and sales come 100% accurate to description, in an incredibly timely manner, usually with a handwritten thank you letter. I adore Diva dresses and own a lot of them. I recently ordered a dress for 100 pounds, the dress was beautiful but a different fabric to what i had before and didnt suit me. I planned on returning the dress thinking i would get a refund, before i had a chance to return the dress i ordered another 3 dresses which i knew would be suitable as i had them in different colours. I contacted diva and the customer care reply was appauling, not once did they acknowledge my email only bluntly repeating the return policy in a snappy reply. Ive spent this month alone over 300 pounds and diva custimer care treat you like rubbish. I will never buy a dress again and i will stop now recommending these dresses to people. I feel ao hard done by. I trust in buying from reputable company's. Divas customers care is anything but.

I wanted to order 2 dresses from Diva; one was in stock & one was sold out. I rang the customer services team and they told me that the dress that I wanted (which was out of stock) would be back in stock within 2 days. 2 days later I received both the dresses I wanted and I was delighted with both of them. The customer service team were very efficient and helpful .

Two orders, two absolutely atrocious experiences. Customer services are friendly, but utterly useless, and supply chain organisation seems to be non-existent. First order - purchased for Next Day Delivery, order was not dispatched for three days and falsely advertised as in-stock, order then failed to turn up with courier for another three days - 8 days later, after multiple web chats and phone calls, finally received. Oasis sent me a 25% discount code against a subsequent order in apology. Gave benefit of doubt and used 25% discount code for new order. Once again, order for Next Day Delivery - and once again, five days later, I still have not received my order, and after three phone calls, Oasis are as yet unable to give any explanation as to why it hasn't yet left their warehouse. Clothes themselves are of fine quality, but no different to anything else you can buy on the high street, and I've never encountered ANY retailer with order / dispatch organisation of this atrociously bad level. Honestly, if you value your free time, don't enjoy making constant phone calls to chase orders that may or may not ever arrive, and want the orders you've placed to arrive when you're told they will, purchase from literally anywhere else online.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS WEBSITE ITS A SCAM!!!!!! I am very upset with this site! I wouldn’t even rate it for how bad it is. I spent a lot of money on several outfits over $200 and over 2 moths past that I did not receive any packages. I did not receive a tracking number order however I did receive an emailing stating that I did pay for those items. When I went on customer service to track my order and email them they did not respond. I will like to know how I can get my money back if I do not receive my packages. Do you guys have any tips on how I can get my money back.

How about this one? I bought a pair of shoes/sneakers... Bebe brand... from Marshall's about a month ago. The heel on one of the shoes has collapsed on the inside. There is no way I can wear them! I've contacted Bebe many times now and they tell me "sorry" there is nothing they can do about it because I bought them at a store and not t online. Well Marshall's will not take them back either. So now I am stuck with a 40.00 pair o f sneakers I can't wear! So... i'm Assuming Bebe is dealing seconds to the department stores now!

I wouldn't suggest shopping with Luxfix in any way. They actually aren't a store it appears but sell on behalf of designers so if something goes wrong you are tied to that designer. I would urge anyone buying from this website to strongly consider if you can't get the product elsewhere. I dont rate their return policy compared to any other website, their approach to retaining their customers, their overall customer service approach, sizing guide or general customer service (they stonewalled me through several communications and it took a great deal of effort to get a reply). Overall I cannot recommend shopping on this website by any means and strongly suggested you consider elsewhere.

If I could give a zero I would. I bought three items, two fit ok but one didn't so I asked if I could return it for the next size up. They gave me an address that the USPS said is undeliverable and now no response from anyone. This company also has a sister site chicme.com so buyer beware. They have some nice looking clothing but everything comes from China so you never know what size to order. My wife is a DD and usually wears a Medium so I bought a large dress b/c of her breast and it was still way too small. One item I bought was a medium and it was way too big. It's a crapshoot with no customer support

I would like to thank Linda for being so patient, helpful, kind and understanding when I went to Bentley’s today to select a wedding outfit.I was dreading this outing today as I am an older lady. I, in fact bought 2 outfits and came away very relieved.I shall certainly shop there again.Many thanks, Linda. I used to go to their other salon in Debenhams but when my stylist Vicky transferred to the gunwarf salon I followed her over . Vicky is amazing , she is genuinely the only hairstylist I have ever met who does exactly as you ask her , if you want some length left , she will leave it . You never leave her feeling that your hair is shorter than you want !! The other bonus is you don’t have to rush home after your cut to wash and restyle your hair ...... she’s a joy and I highly recommend , I won’t see anyone else now .

Service is terrible I ordered on the 8th of July hoping to wear this dressfor my birthday which was on the 17th thinking this would give enough time. unfortunately the item was sent back to you via Royal mail which i have no understanding of why because no one has told me. I emailed on the 17th and I was told it would take 12 days to arrive. It's now been 13 days and still not received any email to confirm that my item has been posted. I understand you may be busy but it would be nice if your team could not leave customers in the dark so much especially when it's something out of my control. Over all I extremely disappointed with service of you company and can safely say I will not be shopping with you again its a bit ridiculous that a dress and a lip gloss takes 3 weeks arrive, I would expect this if it was being shipped.

Do not bother purchasing from here! The clothing quality is poor, and they failed to send all of my items. I had ordered an item and the money had been taken out of my account yet it didn’t arrive with my other items. I sent them an email to which they told me that item was out of stock. This should’ve been identified on the website and the money should have not come out of my account? I needed this item for my holiday but it is too late now, they should have emailed me as soon as they realised it was out of stock so I had time to purchase something else, and definitely from a different shop!!

Terrible company . Ordered fishnet hosiery from them and paid the same day . Items haven’t arrived 6 weeks later Having heard nothing at 4 weeks I contacted them to report it . They acknowledge that I haven’t received the items and that they have my money but won’t make a refund until they have ‘investigated’ it and won’t start an investigation until I report it again in writing. Just obfuscation to avoid repayment . Claim now with PayPal . Avoid this company

I just wanted to say thank you ! I thought I was going to have problems with my order. There were a few bad reviews on your customer service, delivery fees , and wrong merchandise being sent . This is the totally opposite of what I experienced. I live in the states and my correct order was delivered in three days via FedEx . There was no extra fees for customs. I was in Correspondence with your customer service and they were quick to respond! I couldn’t be more happier with my purchase which I couldn’t get in the states. I would definitely recommend Julian Fashion to my friends and colleagues. Thank you again!! One happy customer!

They really trick you on the refund policy. It's not really real. The pictures of 50% the dresses are not real either. They do have nice things, but if the picture has only one image, odds are that they will send you something with lower quality. Typical chinese scam.

She was absolutely fabulous nothing was to much she made my first visit memorable. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone visiting this counter. I was looking to try their foundation out. Photo that I ordered dress was not true. Its misleading in shape as it was shown as light wide summer dress but I received something very narrow tsilored. Photos are not true what you will received. Size is incorrect as well. I can't even returned as there is no return address and they not responding on emails.Don't purchase anything from this website.Seriously.

£5 postage for one lipbalm that took 5 days to arrive. Not the worst but not the best - little things like a personalised note with it, or a pretty envelope would make a difference, but as it stands it's a lot to pay to receive the same standard paypal email receipt, a generic dispatch email, and a generic envelope containing your item with a returns form that you would get if you bought something cheap on ebay, (item did come in a gossamer bag.)

I will never order again after they sent me a faulty jumper covered in makeup stains along with black marks, I never tried the jumper on as I noticed it straight away and put it back in the bag and when I sent the item back and put on the delivery note that it arrived faulty they tried to say it was me and wouldn't take responsibility for sending me a dirty damaged jumper.

Made an order with in the style. They sent my a shipment order 3 days later which was missing items from my original order yet still charged me for the full order. When the part of the order was sent there were items missing. I emailed there customer service. Waited 72hrs as they requested in their auto reply. Nothing. I’ve since sent 3 other emails with no reply. I’ve even gone as far as to post comments on their Instagram posts and message them but still nothing. I’ve been left with no choice other than to return the part of the order that arrived (which is a £2.50 fee) and contact my bank for them to start an investigation against them to get my money back! Won’t be buying from here again which is a shame as I liked the collaborations they did.

Got off to a bad start when ordering as the code NEWCUSTOMER10 did not work although I was invited to use it. Then DPD sent a text and email yesterday to say my parcel would be delivered today. And could not be left with neighbour etc etc. So between my husband and me we made sure to be here all day. Result - no parcel arrived. Would try hard not to order again from Liberty.

Very disappointing experience in a "luxury" department store.NO RECOMMENDED I am a lover of make up I was very excited to go to Harvey Nichols and enjoy the amazing selection of high-quality makeup brands. My disappointment starts in the disgusting condition of the tester in Ysl, lipstick with fluff and hair on them, foundation tester dripping over displays, primer tester has a dry product that hasn't been clean in ages, unbelievable conditions for a "luxury" brand. Customer service in this "prestigious" brand was poor and rude. Spanish, Italian lady with a very poor English, serve me with very bad manners and rushing the consultation with me. When I ask to be colour match she took a set of brushes from a drawer in absolutely disgusting conditions,what for I ask her to please to make sure the brush she uses with me was clean, as I have very sensitive skin, very rude and aggressive she mentions that all the brushes were clean, when I can clearly see rest of makeup on them. I felt very intimidated by her behaviour, and how aggressive she was applying foundation on me. I ask her if there was a counter manager with who I could have a word, and with a sarcastic smile on her face, she mentions she was the business manager while she walks away from me, to speak with somebody else from another counter in her mother tongue language, again with a very aggressive body language. I was very shocked, so I left with an incredible disheartened feeling. I don't even understand how companies as YSL and HARVEY NICHOLS, allowed this type of behaviour. How is possible that a manager in a luxury department store, don't speak proper English, doesn't care about counter hygiene conditions, use dirty brushes on customers, and she is so rude and aggressive. A rash appears few the day after in my face and I had to treat by a doctor. I will never come back to this department store.

Received very good customer service whilst pairing of Louboutins however once I got home decided they were too small. Called Chris and we arranged for me to post back whilst he got a pair from another store. The new pair will be delivered to me only 6 days from my first call. Amazing service, took all my worry away, nothing was too much trouble, so very helpful.

The whole processed of ordering and delivery was very confusing. I placed my order on Friday at 2.30and I paid £7 extra for next day delivery. The next day i was informed that because I place my order after I won't receive it unail Tuesday. After I received them I couldn't be more disappointed. The quality of them was really poor and it was poorly made. I bought size 12 but the sleeves of the dress was too small that even my size 8 sister couldn't fit her arms in it. The other dress looked like a pregnancy dress unlike the picture as the skirt of the dress was starting from under the bra instead of from hips. The dresses was not look like the photos and I was very disappointed after I read the reviews I realised they have a long history of not refunding the money so I just left it as I didn't want more headache. Stay away from her. The dresses only looked nice in the photos.

Gorgeous dresses! I'm a bigger girl and struggle to find flattering fits, I ordered 5 dresses and all of them look fab. True to size, great fabric and really comfortable. Nice to feel confident again - thank you Want That Trend for promoting body positivity! Great customer service too - I contacted asking if they'd be getting a dress back in stock in my size and received a response on Facebook within the hour.

Hi, here it goes my review. I was looking for a technical sky feathers jacket so I found a good bargainin their shop (440£ full price, 50% discounted) I thought I was dreaming so I have to check google for positive references before i order. After I found all the bad reviews here I was seriously on a doubt because I didnt wanted them to took my money, send the wrong item (or fake) or whatever the people is saying here. At the end I decided to "take the risk" and order the jacket after one employee confirmed me via chat that they have stock available in my size of the requested jacket. 24h later I have recieved the goods (express delivery to Spain). The jacket is simply the best, thank you very much for everything. 10/10
