I ordered a watch for my daughters birthday over a week ago, I emailed the company today to ask where my watch was and was told they had taken my money but didnt however have the watch in stock at the time I ordered....!!!!! My daughter will now not get the watch in time for her birthday ....but did I want another watch...absolute joke of a company...give my money back and how dare you take money for a product you didnt have in the first place.....!!!!!!

Ordered a Nautica watch last week. Arrived 7th May. Within 8 hours the strap started to shred. According to shopontime this constitutes "fair wear and tear". That's 8 hours!!!! Lots of other watch shops on line. I certainly wont use them again

Made an order as a guest. No confirmation email, nothing to confirm the order went through until package arrived two weeks later, sizes are much bigger than expected. Have tried multiple times to get info on their returns policy as no return label was in the package, no correspondence back from them. So disappointing as the items were bought as a Christmas present. So I’m stuck with two items that are useless to me ☹️

Ordered 2 times from Legend London. The quality is pretty ok and the jeans are very comfortable. Poor customer serivce. If you need their "customer service" they are not there. Still waiting on my 2nd order.. which is somewhere stuck. I asked the customer service of LL several times to re-confirm the address with DPD because they could not find it. DPD did find it the first time, so it's a strange situation. Trying to get into contact with LL customer service took already 3 days. There is no telephone number only an email adres. Very shady actually and these things you only check when you need it. LL customer service would re-confirm my address again with DPD. Already waiting a long long time and still nothing happened. DPD online tracking says to contact the sender as the sender is the only one that can confirm the delivery. The Sender is neglecting to provide any service. What to do... Update: Im wondering how London Legend takes care of their shipments. The only thing DPD required the Sender (LL) to do is to confirm the address. The package had already arrived at the final depot near the place of delivery. LL states to have confirmed the address however the package is being send BACK to the Sender...... Putting this on the COVID19 situation is below any level and without any respect to the situation outside. It just shows even more the incompetence of the 'customer service'.

I have been a long time costumer. Not anymore, still trying to get my money back from the last returns. The costumer service is no good. I think they stole my 400 € and probably won't see them again. This is the last time I use ASOS if they don't make something about it. If they do, I would be happy to share a different review.

It was an easy experience once I had figured out what dress I wanted to hire! I even had to change the delivery date to a day earlier in which they made seem effortless. The dress arrived on time, and fit perfectly to what they had recommended. It was great quality and everyone at the wedding complimented my dress saying how beautiful it was. I can not fault this service ! Can’t wait to have another event to use glam corner again.

Should have read some reviews before making my purchase. Spit a fat bag on what I thought was going to be high quality clothes. The quality was very poor for the price I paid. Might as well just bought the same dress off of SHEIN for a third of the price. In any case the items were very unflattering in lack shape in their fit. If you’re going to purchase anything purchase a crop top, but there’s no reason to spend their prices on such poor quality.

Before I ordered, I specifically sent a mail to check if the items are sold DDP and if I had to pay duties in Nigeria, customer service replied and said all prices included duties with no extra charges. Only for the items to arrive Nigeria and DHL asked me to pay 30% extra for customs!!! I have no problem paying, but why did Italist lie and give misleading information???? Stated even on their site that all taxes and customs are included and there are no hidden cost!!!! You lied!!! And I am disappointed

I ordered a lovely handbag. Says should ship or arrive 10-15d. They charge my credit card. I got an email stating that my order was processed and there was a tracking number. I went to track the number and it said no label was made and therefore the bag could not be tracked. They have replied to one out of three emails and I'm still waiting for my bag. I did not know it's coming from China nor made in China. Very disappointing. I may ask Lisa to credit my account. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Good news and bad. The good news is that they sell good quality stuff. The bad news: it's all other company's products, marked up a LOT. For example, I was thinking about buying their Slithering Snake Snakeskin Booties for $130. After a ton of googling, I found the maker of the shoes: Show Story, who sells them for $40. Same with a lot of their lingerie. My advice? Do a reverse google image search for their products. You can find the original seller, and it'll likely be a lot cheaper.

I have been trying to get my money back since August. I ordered 2 dresses, which came late, and the dresses that they sent were poor quality and fit plus nothing like what was shown online. I recently placed an order for the first time with the site. Many great styles and reasonable prices. What I loved the most was their customer service. I had to return a couple of items because the fit was not ideal and was not aware that sale items were not returnable, however, they made an exception and processed a refund for the items anyway. I looked all over the site first before ordering to make sure I wasn't ordering from China. There was a California address ONLY. The site said it would take 5-15 days to receive the order. It took over a month. The only communication is via email. Then, the dress ordered was made with this cheap material. So we had to return this $100 dress. This cost me $31 to send back to China where I will have to wait about a month to get my money refunded.

I purchased a dress on the 1st of February using the Worldpay system. Money has been taken and receipt of payment received from Worldpay but I have not heard anything at all from My Dress Room. I have tried to check My Account on their website but it advises I need to verify my email address even though no email has been received from them. I have requested the email be resent at least 10 times and emailed/used their Contact us page at least 6 times without a response.

Clothes were lovely and true to the images. One of the items was a little too big. They shipped me a smaller size free and I followed their instructions for mailing the original item back. I'm not usually a clothes internet shopper but saw what appeared to be fab clothes on line and ordered them - fully expecting to have to return them. Order arrived when it said it would - clothes were fabulous, seriously stylish and fitted perfectly and the packaging was beautifully presented with a lovely free perfume inside. Classy! My dress looked nothing like the picture. I payed 50 AUD for express delivery, and still didn't receive it in time. Now I can't go to my event because I have nothing to wear. Im so disappointed in the service runway goddess offered and I would not recommend this shop to anyone! NEVER BUY FROM HERE! I tried to message them but they just said I should write to another mail, which is the same mail as the one I wrote to the first time.

So disappointed in the customer service :( I wanted desperately to love this brand after watching live try ons on Facebook- I gave their plus range a try hoping the online advice was accurate. Unfortunately it didn’t fit and nothing else in their range will suit. I reached out to explain my predicament but the company were adamant they would not give me a refund. So now I have a credit voucher for a range I can’t wear. Ultimately my mistake- but I’m really disappointed in Lilac & Mila for being so uncaring and inflexible and I’m annoyed I had recommended the company to people before this experience. I won’t be doing that again!

Notice how similar the 4 or 5 star reviews are on TrustPilot etc. I see they are now submitting very positive reviews (almost identical) with a 3 rating, so they will not be picked up by fraud bots! Many have had the same experience as me - not just very poor quality, but the clothes bear no resemblance at all to the pics. Sizes are ridiculous (giant in my case, for size small, other customers say much too small). Returns must be to China, and within 7 days - as items come separately over a period of several weeks, this is not practical. Returns must be sent with their post label, which they do not send, to an address which is not published. I believe the same company is using other names and advertising widely online - similar adverts and reviews for NewChic and JustFashionNow. If you have had a problem with such a company and paid by credit card ask the card co to refund you if you do not get anywhere directly. I sent (to John Lewis Partnership card) screen pics of the company's garment illustrations and pics of the actual items, plus close-ups of the poor quality stitching and a list of my contacts with Roselinlin. They refunded in full. If everyone does this there will be some action against them from the banks, I am sure!

I placed an order for a cute jeweled print blouse on February 19th, 2012. I had been looking at this blouse for a few months and was happy to see that it was on sale for $19.00. Well, when ordering with Victoria's Secret or Overstock.com, they send an email showing the order placed and tracking information so when I did not receive an email from NPN I called mid week and was advised my order "just put together yesterday and will ship in a few days". So vague but I just went with it and hoped for the best. I received my order on February 25, 2012, and when I opened the package I found a strapless gray lace dress size M. Now how did I not expect this? I have no use for this dress and could not understand how the employee could select the wrong item when it clearly is noted on the invoice...just 1 item to pull, bag and ship. I double checked my invoice and sure enough it shows that I ordered a blouse with jewel print...of course I called customer service and the rep advised me to send the package back (at my expense) and I will be issued a full refund. After reading the reviews about NPN poor customer service and delays in issuing refunds, I don't think I will send the order back, I may just donate the dress to a Goodwill or a women's shelter. I just want to be done with NPN and of course I will NEVER EVER order from them again...but I will tell all my friends and coworkers about this bad experience.

You know, I think it's really a SHAME how Newport News has gone down the tubes in the past few years. I used to LOVE this shopping site! I used to even get their catalogue mailed to my house monthly, and would spend hours drooling over the next merchandise I was going to buy. HA! Not anymore! Not only has this site become SO expensive to buy from (since when have their dresses been over $100??), but their clothes aren't even cute anymore smh. :-( They used to have some REALLY CUTE clothes that were reasonably priced, and didn't break your wallet. I had tons of items in my "Wish List"! But now, it seems like ALL of their clothes are OVER-priced, lousy-looking, and just plain boring. They don't even have a decent sizing list. I just tried looking for an item in my size the other day, and it was not available. I'm a size 6 btw, so it's not like I'm an odd size or something. I'm just SO dissapointed how this company has taken a turn for the worst. :( This used to be my "go-to" site for when I wanted nice (albeit cheap) clothes for a decent price. Sure, their clothes were never Anne Taylor or Banana Republic quality, but they were still nice, and for the price you paid, you didn't mind! Now....this site is crap. Smh.....They killed their market when they raised their prices and started giving out bad quality. I never had a problem w/shipping or shipping costs either. Maybe I had one run-in, but usually my items shipped on time and were in good shape. Idk....It's just a shame... They've lose at least one customer, because I will NOT be buying from them ever again.

Placed an order in March 2020, its now July and I have not received the order nor a refund. Layla continued to ask me to wait a few more days, then offered me a refund on July 1. When I wrote back to ask for the refund, i was offered the shipping information. Its July 13 and I don't have my refund nor do I have the order. She is a RIP OFF and scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM HER.

To say I love these jumpsuits is an understatement. When I first saw the ads I fell in love with the look but was hesitant about the fit and softness that everyone raved about. Four jumpsuits later and I can tell you that they are as soft and comfy as everyone claims AND they are also super flattering. I’m 5’2”, on a good hair day, and I don’t feel lost in them. These jumpsuits are some of the best purchases I’ve ever made.

I chose UPS Priority SDA so I could get the item after 2/4 days. Apparently, you need an extra 24 hrs where they make the sandals. Merchant said this was stated on the website, but I didn't see it. The sandals arrived 9 days later. I asked the merchant for a refund on shipping fees, even partial, as I did pay for 2/4 day shipping and it got to me late. We had a series of frustrating emails where she was asking me to take care of things myself. I did contact the shipper and they said the merchant had to apply for a refund. I forwarded this email and kept writing the merchant but she just stopped responding. The sandals were pretty and well made, though it runs big. It's a pity because they have good products, but customer service is not their strength. Buyer beware.

I’ve bought a number of pairs of shoes from Sophia Webster and this is the last time I’ll buy anything. They sent shoes which didn’t look like the website image. I sent them back over 2 weeks ago and still not received money back into my account. Also not had a response from my enquiry. This isn’t the first problem I’ve had. They took a double payment before and I had to wait a week till they released the hold on the funds. When I asked them about it I had the most rude customer service experience. I’ve bought Louboutins, Valentino, jimmy choo shoes and the customer service and experience is the polar opposite. Do yourself a favour and spend your money on one of these brands who know how to treat customers.

Sorvolando l'assenza prolungata di un'assistenza in lingua italiana, e la lentezza di evasione delle mail, questi signori non hanno compreso che portando i livelli di controllo al pari delle boutique gli oggetti usati, stanno perdendo venditori, e senza venditori, fine degli oggetti in vendita, fine degli acquirenti e delle loro commissioni (le più elevate del web) che li tengono in vita. Vendo dal 2006, ho talmente tante cose, che saranno state usate due volte, ci ho venduto circa 20 oggetti, ma da 6 mesi torna tutto indietro (con una lentezza inconcepibile) per rifiuti del cliente: ebbene si, anche se si tratta di usato (altrimenti si andrebbe in negozio), l'acquirente può effettuare un reso, è ridicolo! Se si reclama, rispondono "Vestiaire Collective non ha un efficiente controllo di qualità", corretti, non vi pare? Se lo sapessero su VC.. però la si vende, le commissioni sono umane, e le offerte di prezzo non possono essere ridicole come su Rebelle. Offerte basse, diritto di recesso, rifiuti, e gli oggetti sono a spasso quasi un mese, spesso restituiti in involucri inadatti e senza protezioni. Quindi, impossibile vendere e anche acquistare: le commissioni elevatissime, più la spedizione, costringono l'immissione di prezzi di vendita improbabili e non concorrenziali, spesso Rebelle stesso consiglia un prezzo nettamente inadeguato -inferiore- non negoziabile: se non si accetta, l'oggetto non viene accettato! Veniamo alle modalità di vendita: mmesse solo 5 foto, se un acquirente ne chiede altre, bisogna inviarle prima al sito tramite mail, ma conviene anche chiamare, dato che sono lenti; il risultato è solo una risposta tardiva che scoraggia la vendita. Nessun cliente che ordina con bonifico bancario, porta a termine l'acquisto, senza conseguenze, se al contrario un oggetto non fosse disponibile alla vendita, il venditore viene ammonito con minaccia di pagare PURE le commissioni! In merito a ciò..è stata dichiarata falsa una maglia AUTENTICA di Vuitton, scuse telefoniche della povera Ilaria che, dal call center, si sorbisce ogni lamentela, ma in quel caso io ho perso la vendita, e nessuno mi ha dato un soldo. Questo non accade su Vestiaire, e, diciamocelo, se l'acquirente può fare un RESO SULL'USATO, IL VENDITORE DOVREBBE POTER AMMINISTRARE DEI PROPRI OGGETTI, dichiarando subito se sono disponibili o meno, dato che sono soltanto IN CONTO VENDITA se non si usa la concierge. Tutela 100% all'acquirente e 0% al venditore. Spero di essere stato esaustivo, aggiornerò ogni commento alle prossime esperienze.

Ridicoli! Commissioni elevate, assistenza inutile, controlli che inventano macchie e altri difetti, spedizione indietro degli oggetti rifiutati più lunga di un parto e con scarsissima cura..solo una perdita di tempo! Peccato che abbiano rifiutato anche oggetti originali, senza averlo saputo riconoscere, quindi anche largamente incompetenti, ma non hanno una PEC, essendo questa in Germania non obbligatoria, quindi si rendono intoccabili. Mai acquisterò da loro, e sto rimuovendo i miei oggetti presenti: hanno sbagliato troppe volte, non sono alla pari dei competitor e la loro pessima fama precede quasi il loro tremendo operato.

I placed an order on August 9th 2009 and have not yet received it and it is now december 18th. Yes it is almost 5 months. I have gotten answers that it has been shipped and it must be lost, no way to track pkg because they dropped it off in an overnight box, weather conditions stopped mail ( I heard the weather did stop for 1 day but if it was mailed when they said it was I should have gotten it way before the weather conditions. then a new one was being made and it was being mailed out. never received it. Then for my troubles i could pick out a christmas outfit. I was going to say thanks but no thanks but I gave in and tried to work with them and give the benifit of the doubt. Still nothing. This was over a month ago and the turnaround for the items is 2-3 weeks? I don't think that's quite right. Now christmas is almost here and nothing. No rockin denim petti (original order) and no christmas freebie. Even if I received it tomorrow the original skirt won't fit my daughter now. I have just emailed them to have them reimburse me and I am waiting for a response. I am NOT happy with them at all.

I placed an order on May 12th and was sent a receipt that the dress would take 3-5 weeks to ship. I contacted the boutique after 4 weeks of not hearing anything and was told it "shouldn't be that long". Contacted after 6 weeks and asked to just be refunded if I wasn't going to get it any time soon. NO REFUNDS. Was told it would ship on the 29th of JUNE. Not shipped...contacted again on the 2nd of JULY and was told it would ship on the 3rd...again NOT shipped....contacted again on the 7th and was told it shipped that day!! I finally got it AFTER 8 weeks of run around!! The dress was not what I expected. Definitely not worth the money. I ordered and PAID for extra ruffles and DID NOT get extra ruffles. I will never shop at this store again. Extremely excessive shipping costs also. Charged me $13.85 for shipping and sent it Priority for $4.80. Horrible customer service!!!

From the start very poor communications skills (who wants to be called "hun" by the company you are buying from?!) and miscommunications. From a very cheap price point I did not expect much but NFD has actually managed to be worse than I thought. Upon buying a skirt I was sent the wrong size (after delivery took ages) and once I tried to exchange this the whole mess just grew bigger as no replies were given by their Returns team after a week of chasing. In the end, not only was I waiting over a week to hear their incorrect item had been delivered back to them but I had to chase many people to try and see if the size I bought had been sent over, only to find out they had a "problem with this sizes batch" and wouldn't be able to do the exchange. Now, I can only hope that they actually refund my purchase (checking statements non-stop) and this nightmare will be over. Very unprofessional and an overall mad experience that I just want to be done with.

Always a huge selection, and have been able to snag some items that were out of stock elsewhere. They have a good selection of fuller-bust lingerie which always comes in handy. Customer service is generally good, although when I once ordered a "100% cotton" scarf as a gift that turned out to be entirely synthetic, I never received a reply from customer service at all. All in all a solid pick for when thrifting won't do.

I ordered from this company a long time ago, the quality, material, fit and colour of the item were far from the picture shown in the website. I sent them a polite email to which I had the most blunt and rude response telling me their pictures were a true representation of the items. I was outright refused a refund even though the quality was extremely poor and the item was unwearable. I was told I needed to pick a new item. Which I ended up doing as there was no other way of resolving the issue. To no surprise the replacement item was also of poor quality. Cheap, thin material which looked more like pyjamas or even a ‘dress up’ outfit. I delved further into the ‘store’ online and saw a few home truths. I wish I had done my research beforehand as I have yet another unwearable item. This company has ZERO customer service, extremely rude and do not care once they have taken your money. I tell everyone I know to NEVER order from the site. Disgusting.

Do not order from this brand. My order arrived missing an item and they are refusing to take any action. Honestly shocked. Disputing via PayPal now so wish me luck... In terms of quality, it has been hit or miss. The good items are really good but some stuff isn’t lined which is a shame. Overall not worth it if they are going to lie about packing orders and not actioning disputes.

Last October I took my daughter for a photo shoot. The whole experience was lovely, they encouraged me into buying a package of my daughters photos. I brought it. I did a 5months package deal. My daughter portfolio is all paid for, however we are Now in July 2020 and still have not received it. They have not responded to emails neither have they answered my phone calls. And my daughter is changing everyday. Soon the photos will only be suitable for my walls.

MINUS ZERO STARS!! Cheaply made in China. Note that you never see a back pic of the model because the clothes are most probably pinned behind to make them look naturally fitted and shaped. They are not. They are sewn rectangles, and the material has a synthetic look and feel. And Noracora doesn't care about sending the right size b/c you're going to want to return it anyway. Note too that the 5-star reviews you see on Amz are in Asian English and there are no reviews (that I could find) posted on the Noracora site (with good reason, as the genuine ones wouldn't rate more than 2 stars). As other reviewers have pointed out, trying to get a refund is an exercise in time-consuming frustration. "Becky" or "Merry" will make you jump thru hoops to get $2 back on a $14.42 item (15%), which likely cost a dollar to manufacture in China and which contributed in cargo pollution to ship/fly all the way out to the States. You eat the total shipping cost, which in my case was over $10. Shipping it back to China would be prohibitively expensive. BIG SCAM. (Please feel free to cut and paste and post this review anywhere and everywhere.) UPDATE: After a great deal of persistence on my side, they are offering me a 40% refund.

The biggest online scam I’ve dealt with. Clothing items are a joke and look like cheap costumes, no hems, horrible textile printing and shiny cheap fabric. If you try to get a return authorization, you are informed you have to send items back to China at a cost higher than the clothing cost. I will continue to post reviews until I’m refunded for this junk. Would have never ordered if I knew it was Chinese junk!

The lady associate at jewelry counter in Richmond Hill ON on Yonge St. Was extremely rude! I was trying to return small item today January 16,2020. The item was purchased in Aurora store and ticketed wrong! The price was $28.00. She treated me like I did something wrong and even told me I was annoying! She kept repeating herself over and over again like I was an imbecile. On the other hand the store manager was very helpful and nice and we resolved the problem. I would suggest to Winners to train their employees not to be rude to their customers. I won’t return to this location because of this rude associate.

I visited the Winners store today and they refused me to go inside at 5:42 pm. The current situation is understandable and I patiently offered them that I can wait while the store capacity is full. Once few people are out of the store, I will go inside, no problem. The manager then stated that we are now closed for today and can’t take customers. The closing time was well verified by calling at the store today . At 5:42 pm, she denied a customer to walk in the store that is well before the scheduled store closing time. Why would the store keep that time if they can’t let customers in. I would never go to Winners again. Worst experience ever! Regards Ramy
