Nice clothes but from the ones that aren't from aliexpress the rest of them are expensive and over priced. I went today to ask about their returns policy and i'm still unclear on it as the girl behind the counter wasn't very keen on answering my questions - one word answers. Then as i walked back out of the shop to my friends i could hear an audible, condescending "wowww". I turned around to see her face change from disgust to a polite smile. Don't go to the one in Bristol unless you really want something. Do alternative girls think being bitchy is a personality trait? Seems so

Great! The staff are amazing and so is the stock; there's a really wide range of clothes in there so finding something cool isn't difficult. I recommend this shop to anyone interested in music, especially alternative and pop punk/rock.

The clothing is super cute! The material is great quality, I was impressed. The sizing ran a bit snugged but not bad. My only minor complaint was the shipment/packaging. I received the BHS black box and it was ripped and torn at the corners. Luckily the items were not damaged but I would recommend better shipping/packaging

The clothes are of great quality and great fit to my Asian body frame. Shipping was very quick and items arrived as described. I had submit request for two returns and it has been three days and no response or approval. I’m worried as the items need to be return within 14 days of delivery.

Everything arrived in good packaging. However, i ordered three items and the first delivery was only two items. I had to email to request tracking for the third item which was in a separate order. Given that they did respond within a day and also give me the information immediately. Have bought many items from here before and the items are always good quality and as described, always been happy with items from here. Would recommend.

I like MANGO clothing; during sales, the prices correspond to the quality. But since these are online stores, seeing and trying the items is possible after receiving them, so returning some things increases. However, the return policy is terrible since the returning price does not fix, so that returning items do not make any sense. Perhaps this is the brand's goal - to earn as much as possible, regardless of the customers' convenience.

With so many phony reviews, and with this site it seems reviews are either 1 or 5 stars. I thought maybe the 1 star ratings were phony. NOT! I ordered 12.26.2011 and it is 1.31.2012. WTF? Haven't heard anything, can't get anyone on the phone. They clearly advertise way more lines than they have inventory trying to run a minimum working capital ecommerce site. Maybe they accumulate orders till they can get a container load shipment discount from the factory in Asia. Don't even think about it. Imagine a pizza joint that promises to deliver 30 minutes AFTER they get around to finally ordering and recieving a shipment of flour and order and take delivery on the cheese, etc. Might be 30 or 35 or 40 days + 30 minutes, but a deal is a deal.

I was hesitant to buy frames online, it's just one of those areas I hadn't come around to yet. I went shopping for frames initially at some local stores. I almost bought a pair but decided to see if there were any buying options online. In my searching I came across ShadesEmporium and since I had the model of the frames and the size already, it made things even simpler. The discount price was great. I've received my frames and can say I am very happy with them and I've been telling my friends that next time they look for frames, they should check out ShadesEmporium. I hope these last a good many years but when it's time for new frames, I'll be back!

This is a scam! They just make money on charging you after a refund that I didn't even ask for. Nothing was delivered after I pay 312 £. And now they started refunding items one by one charging me 4£ taxes for each item!? That they didn't deliver? I'm going to call customer consumer report!

Easy site to navigate. There was some delay in my order being shipped. However James Eccleshall in customer service was very helpful and efficient in sorting it out for me. He went above and beyond and kept me updated. I will be shopping here again as it’s a great site but most of all because of the customer service I received.

Their jewellery is exquisite! I have many of their miniature masterpieces made from sterling silver. The packaging is the cutest with extra sparkly confetti and sweets too! Definitely worth a visit to www.alyssasmith.co.uk. Wouldn't get my jewellery from anywhere else.

I love Alyssa's jewellery, I now own quite a few pieces. It is so original and unlike anything else around. The staff are great and you always get a response to comments or quest and they are extremely helpful. Even the boxes are unique and come with glitter, sweets and a joke on the envelope.

Ajio was the most difficult and worse experience i have ever faced they are so laid back , after placing my order i got a confirmation email but never received the product i had ordered it as a gift and it was so disappointing when it did not turn up, i called customer care and they put me on hold for one hour straight it was a horrible experience then i finally found some other number online and told him that i was waiting for my product and it was cod and he just hung up the phone he could care less, shocked by the treatment very sketchy and shady behaviour on the part of the customer care team

This was the first time I thought of ordering through AJIO and have worst experience ever. Yesterday I ordered 8 items through AJIO and immediately money got deducted from my card, however I didn't get any confirmation for the order placed and in Orders section it shows you do not have any Orders. But I have received automatic email regarding the successful payment from my bank. I tried calling customer care number and even after waiting for more than 30 to 40 mins also no one picked up the call and it was only the music going on. Sent an email to AJIO Customer care and no response from them either. I have ordered so many times from Myntra and other sites and never had any issues. First time thought of ordering from AJIO and will never ever order again. Worst customer service and delivery. Never expected this awful experience from brand like Reliance.

Discovered this site during lockdown. Brilliant brands and quick delivery. I had a question about the size an A.P.C jumper and Steven from there style team replied within 2 hours. Since then I have used there style advise service before ordering and all thing have fitted. pretty impressive

Terrible experience! I ordered 2 T-shirts from them and got an incorrect T-shirt with the wrong size and totally wrong color, and no receipt no return label at all! They asked me to reship the incorrect item and I only get my full refund if they received the incorrect item back. How many works did they make me do for my money back? I rather not order from them at the beginning!

The staff at Dufferin Mall location are very rude. They should go to customer service school or the manager should train their staff about customer service. I was at the store one time and saw the shoes that I like. The sign said 50% off but when I went to the cashier the cashier said is only 30% off. I told the cashier the sign said 50% off so the cashier went to the shoe section and came back to say it’s 30% off. So I said I don’t want to take it but went back to the shoe section to check if I was wrong. The sign said it’s 50% off and went back to the cashier and told her about the sign. So she sent another cashier to check it out and she saw that I was right. She said that the sign was wrong but will give me the 50% off. They were not even apologetic about the incident and made me feel that I was the one who made a mistake. It took two cashiers and 15 minutes to cash me out. I wouldn’t recommend this store because of the staff here. Really disappointed with my experience here.

Horrible customer service out sourced to the Philippines. Placed very2 large orders and oddly enough one was delivered and they HAVE NO RECORD of the second. Get big a rep who has a good grasp of the english language and that can look up orders places is a joke! I gave all emails I have used ever In my life of which all but 1 have never been used on TR website. They said there must be a typo in the email thAts why they can’t find it! But then they state they have no other way to find it! Insanity horrible customer service! We have spent over 4K in the last 2 months but EVERY ITEM WILL BE RETURN TO THEIR STORE PROMPTLY!!

I wanted to leave a review after receiving my beautiful necklace. I bought Yvette Dark Cherry Quartzite and I cannot praise it enough. The stones are just beautiful and I love the way there is gold between the larger stones which are at the front, and the small ones which go up and round the back. The shine on the stones is gorgeous and the shape is beautiful. It is a colour that will go with so many things. I have many Lola Rose pieces but this is by far the most beautiful for me.

I purchased watch with charm from QVC early December and although I’m pleased with the watch I’m now horrified that the charm has come off my watch and of course no idea where it is. I do wonder why with something like this that they are not attached securely. I’ve checked again QVC website and it seems to be a ring/circle that the charm is attached to but I’m left with what I can only describe as a thin bar. Can you please explain why this charm is so poorly attached and what I should do next to get a replacement and then find someone to attach it securely? I’m most cross about this. Extreme rude staff in Cologne store and not professional online service. If you order online with the delivery to the store (in my case the store in Cologne), be aware that you won't get any email that your order has arrived. You will be phoning yourself to the store and the online service, just to find your order (that was already paid!), but all they do is blaming each other and saying contradictory things. I've never seen such an unprofessional and rude behavior! The staff in Cologne store is just something! Firstly, they didn't give me my complete order and I had to come to Cologne one more time. But the order was there all the time, they just didn't find it! Secondly, as I wanted to talk to the manager, she did not even apologize for the situation, but also blamed me that I ordered items to the store and not directly to my place!!! This is just beyond any rules...

I purchased a water repellent parka from Massimo dutti. When I got in the rain it got soaked through. Massimo dutti said that they never stated that it was water repellent. I sent them the images of the label which clearly says that it's water repellent! After that I contacted them a few times! The only answer is being dealt with!! SHOCKING!

You will never receive your order, its been 2 weeks since i have ordered and no tracking updates or anything. Tracking number with ups fedex etc all say invakid tracking number. I go on romwe and it says shipped but not where to. The robotic custoner service chat is no help so i filed a ICS with the FBI filing a complaint.

Bought a pair of sandals that fell apart after one wear. Emailed customer service as I had no way of returning them to a store as I live overseas and had left the country. Got responses from several different customer service reps, each giving different advice, with the last one telling me to get a quote on a letter headed paper from a cobbler to fix them. Letter headed quote, are you bloody joking?! Decided to cut my losses and accept that I would never get anything from these guys, least of all decent customer service. Another pair of flats also falling apart after a few uses.

I suggest not to order anything fro wallis. Everyone seems to have the same problem. They say parcel has been dispatched and then days later say your money has been returned. No explanation. I suggest they need to get there act together especially other companies are struggling and closing down. If you have no customers you have no job.

Use to love river island but delivery is appalling, 7-10 working days waiting for deliveries of my last 3 orders, including the weekends and it's nearly a fortnight. Never again will I be using this service, quailty had also went downhill too! Gems washed away on my daughter jumper after 1 30oc wash, leggings are horrendous, full of holes after one wear, terrible quality for double the price of better stores.

I understand you don’t take returns on Boxing Day but when you had four staff on the till and two customers and one of your staff ‘moaning how dead it was’ I assumed you might have done a straight size swap! I then go to all Arcadia clothes shops and they said it was ridiculous and it’s your way of getting more money out of your customers. We do not live near a River Island and travelled to change the jacket. I found your staff rude, I certainly will not be returning and never mind swapping sizes I will be returning the item and not returning to your shop!

Wish I could have given a 0 STAR... I have order over $100 in items since June 02 2020. And it's now July 27 2020 and I've sent several messages to ZAFUL and all they kept saying is to WAIT! How rude are they. No idea if I would ever get my items or my money back. And I can't seems to get anyone on the phone number they provided. This is a total rip off and they don't care about customer needs.

On the app, you can enter these giveaways, in which they clearly state in the description "We will select 3 winners and send them their favorite outfit". I was actually a selected winner, but instead of sending me an outfit, they sent a 10$ gift card, which cannot be used AT ALL. When you go to check out, it will only allow you to select one payment method (AKA either the gift card or your credit card), not both. This behavior is really sketchy on their part. I will say that the clothes I received were of decent quality, however, there are better shops to buy from. Would not recommend it.

In terms of the product/designer offering, I would give them a 6/7. HOWEVER, customer service is extremely poor. This is the message I received from a representative who sent me the wrong tracking number and told me my product had been received, so there was nothing she could do about it. "I have checked again and, indeed, it says it has been delivered yesterday at 10:48 am. Unfortunately, I cannot help you further with this as this is a problem with UPS and not with Menlook. If you still have no news from your order, I think you should contact UPS directly" It's Lyst job to make sure the right customer, receives their products. I don't normally write reviews because I can not be bothered but this is extremely poor customer service. I managed to track down the product in the end by calling UPS and having them tell me the order number is wrong and then having to try and contact Lyst but there is no contact number for Lyst, so I had to contact Menlook, who seemed unsure about my purchase at first. It got sorted in the end, a nice lady helped me out but overall a good selection of products on both Menlook and Lyst however the customer services needs to improve.

Returned my order which was received by Triads 3 weeks ago and I’ve still not received my refund. After waiting 2 weeks I contacted Triads and after sending several emails and phone calls I heard nothing back. Posted a comment on Instagram and got a reply straight away asking me to message them which I did and I’m still awaiting an answer and my money despite sending them proof of receipt. Will never buy from this business again.

overall, i am a big fan of singer 22. they have incredible sales, and i love a good deal! i think that they could expand their selection, however, in terms of price--it seems that they keep adding more brands, but all with similar styles and price points. i would love to see more of brands like style stalker, one teaspoon, keepsake, etc. like revolve clothing has.

My partner purchased me some lovely Barbour boots from here for my Christmas present in October (not everybody starts their shopping in November/December). It was only by chance that I tried exact boots on in another shop, only for my wife to be upset to find out she had got me the wrong size. She messaged Cloggs to simply ask for a exchange of size, but apparently outside of exchange policy dates. What a load of nonsense, you simply can’t expect people to be stuck with unworn, in package boots that don’t fit. These are simply a Christmas present that my wife has wasted money on due to being the wrong size, she spent all her spare money on these and is distraught to find out that Cloggs have refused to give her the size she needs. Waste of money! I receive wrong item to Germany, which is bad enough. But now I have no way of sending back without spending a fortune- no valid return label from Germany was included in my erroneous package. Ok, let’s try customer service- no one wants to lose 150 Euros spent on their order, right? I have experienced the most horrible internet buying experience EVER. Terrible . I just attempted to purchase $3600.00 of merchandise . MEANDEM’s ill equipped website would not make the pound to dollar switch... and would not locate a “Please Notify now back in stock ” dress . This was not to be my first purchase.....I have been a very good buying customer for over a year, constantly having issues with ordering ! Truly disappointed in the lack of professionalism and arrogant attitudes . I have turned several women on to your site and now will influence them to move on .But honestly they too have suffered the same as me. We are exhausted from your disorganization -3 are from London!! Having been a customer of Selfridges since 1979 and having always received good service and good quality products, when deciding where to purchase a Black Leather Biker Jacket as a Christmas gift, I automatically got on the 'interwebby' and searched the Selfridges website.Bingo, item found {cost of £345.00}, item ordered, item despatched, item received.Item too big. Needing to return said item, I contacted Selfridges Customer Services and they arranged a Courier collection for December 10th 2018.All good.The Courier duly arrived at 11.15am and collected the item in its original packaging and I awaited confirmation of safe receipt and my monies refunded so I could purchase an alternative gift. Not having heard anything from Selfridges about this return & refund, I completed the online form advising them of this and waited.On the 17th of December Selfridges sent me an email saying 'We're looking into it'.By Christmas Eve, I had still not heard from Selfridges, so telephoned them and spoke to a 'Customer Services Agent.I once again advised them of the situation and was told that whilst they could confirm that the parcel had been successfully collected from my house by Selfridges designated Courier service, they could not now find it and therefore WOULD NOT REFUND MY MONEY at this time. I followed Selfridges instructions regarding the return of items of value to 'the letter' and personally handed the goods to Selfridges designated agent/courier as arranged.How can I be held responsible for what happens to it and where it goes once it is no longer in my possession?.Why should I be held financially responsible and be penalised for someone else's unprofessional conduct. This item was a Christmas gift and due to it's value, one I could not afford to replace until I had received my refund.As a result of the very poor 'Customer Service' I have received, not only do I not have my money back, but the recipient of my intended gift did not get anything for Christmas. If this is the way that Selfridges treat longstanding customers then very soon there will be very few left. I ACTED IN GOOD FAITH, I EXPECT THE SAME OF SELFRIDGES.

There should be an option for Zero stars, 1 is too generous! Looks like my problem has happened to a lot of others. Placed 2 orders for next day a couple of weeks ago for comparison. kept 3 and returned 7. Partially refunded and partially gift card due to sale items which isn't clear online. Chantel unhelpful (shock, i see a pattern in the other reviews) Cost me over £12 to post the 2 parcels back. They only have 1 parcel so far, the other is sitting at the sorting office in Manchester due to them being closed on saturdays, if it doesn't get to them by tomorrow it will miss the 14 days therefore will get a voucher for those items! Absolutely disgraceful. The women in my office are horrified and also will not be using AX Paris in the future. Currently taking this up with Trading Standards

Tradesy changed its return policy, without disclosing it to the customers, which now requires that all returns must be send back to sellers, even thou the sellers represented items correctly and followed sellers policy. Normally Tradesy would be obligated to hold returned inventory. When I reached out to Tradesy, they said that "due to a pandemic we are not taking any returns". Tradesy warehouse is operating as every return is shipped to the warehouse, inspected by Tradesy staff, and than returned to a seller. So to say that because of the pandemic we are not taking returns is ridiculous. Not taking inventory is just more profitable for Tradesy and they are capitalizing given distressed market environment. Tradesy returns on average take about 8 weeks, and chances are that you will not receive your item back (there is a huge error rate in shipping labels), and if you do get your item back most the time it will be in terrible condition Tradesy has relaxed rules for buyers in terms of returns and buyers can return items after 10+ post delivery. I am still waiting for two items to be returned to me since February. As an ex seller I would not recommend Tradesy.

I am a busy, disabled mother of three who loves fashion. I love having clothes shipped to me that I can try on and wear as long as I want or send them back right away- I can even purchase them if I want. I am no longer able to shop for clothes at stores because I sometimes need help getting dressed and get tired and sore from trying on three or more items so GB is the perfect solution for me. Because of my disability, I am also a little overweight and GB does a great job at choosing items that flatter any figure because they cater to plus sized women (I am a 14/16). Not every item is perfect, but I purchase anything that fits well, is flattering and easy to put on/wear. I love the size charts which are accurate for the most part; after a while you get used to knowing how the sizing works. For example, if jeans have stretch to them (contain spandex), you can go down a couple inches in the waist and hip measurements. As far as cost goes, I do wish the monthly fee wasn't so high, especially because I do end up purchasing a lot of items. I am on the three item plan and try to rotate pieces as quickly as I can. If an item I love isn't on sale or is more than I wantn to spend, I keep it until the price drops and use GB rewards to get the cost as low as possible. They do price match which I have done once. I also love the Marketplace where you can purchase the used, discontinued items- especially when the price drops super low. I have gotten items for as low as $5. Because the clothing designers are not solely GB, you can also find the items you like at department stores and such for a lower price if GB hasn't put theirs on sale yet. Because I have the financial means and the physical need, I will continue to use GB unless something better comes along! This month I got a free upgrade to five items for being a loyal customer, so there are plenty of perks along the way. When I first started it seemed like I was never getting the items I wanted most. I think that's because we were already well into the season and items were sparse. As of the last few shipments, I have been getting the newer items on my priority list which is great! They also are pretty quick with shipping stuff out and have a way for you to notify them of a return so they can start processing your next shipment sooner. If you still aren't sure GB will work for you, go for the free one month trial because you have nothing to lose! The service is especially great for people that want to stay on trend but don't want to accumulate a ton of clothes.

I ordered a pair of Schuhe on monday night - as they claim to deliver in 3-5 days, on friday I asked the transporter why there was no update. Their answer was that they did not receive the parcel from afound . Reaching out to afound they started by telling me to contact the transporter and after 3 mail afound finally said that they would look into it. Ordered placed on saturday,parcel supposedly sent via ups on monday afternoon... but the ups tracking nulber is not working. Called the customer service... worst ever... cant even speak english properly and very rude!! I give her my order number and name and saying there is no order on their system!! The website is in three languages so there are difficulties to understand different things for people who don't know French or English. If you make consistent orders you should pay shipment costs as well. Customer service answers late and isn't very supportive to face problems, especially in this particular time. Return costs are supported by the customers even if the size of the item isn't correct. Terrible experience.

I have owned 3 pairs with no issues, however my current pair broke at the toe strap. I contacted them about a repair or replacement and sent some photos showing the sandals. They informed me that it looked like I got them wet and that's why they failed. Really? They have deck soles for sailing and no where on their website does it say that they should not be used in wet conditions. I pointed this out to them and they did not reply, my poor review on their website also was not listed. Don't buy them if you are going to sail, fish or go to the beach, because they don't stand behind their product...

My daughter has had to change her credit card because this company has continued to debit her for merchandise that was never received. We filed a fraud complaint with our credit card company. Bellechloe will probably respond to this posting with a phony tracking number to make people believe they are legit. On June 26 I purchased two shorts from johnkart.com at the price of $39.70. I am at the lower end of Medium -- /33/34" -- but wanted loose shorts so ordered Large. When the shorts arrived, size Large, they were so severely mis-sized that they pinched my waist painfully even though my waist is small enough even for size 32." The "return" button at johnkart.com is inactive and there are no return instructions on the website otherwise. My two emails over the past month asking for return instructions and authorization have remained unanswered. This is a scam operation bilking its customers. Avoid at al cost.
