First class customer service provided by Paul and his two colleagues, sorry but i did not catch their names. We were offered a tea or coffee whilst browsing their excellent clothing premises, staff were very helpful but never intrusive. everything that I saw online was in the shop when I visited, unlike many online retailers that take your money for stock they do not have. there is an excellent choice of top branded clothing for both the gents and ladies. We purchased from the store on our first visit, we were very happy with the goods, the staff and the prices. Oxygen clothing will now always be my first port of call when shopping for clothes, either online or in store. Thank you very much.

TOTALLY dishonest and FRAUDULENT TOTALLY dishonest and FRAUDULENT - I was sent a pair is shoes that had no sizing visible- they were so small I couldn’t get my foot in! In error I hit the resell button instead of dissatisfied - I immediately emailed customer service to point out my error and they responded 7 days later to say that because I had finalised they sale that they would not refund. I have made a formal complaint to PayPal- everyone should- it’s the only way to get these guys shut down. Check out other review sites- all similar horrible customer experiences . Report them to PayPal.

I received my item from Videdressing and it not only came dirty, but it also came torn. My package was first delivered to my neighbor, thus , not having two days to make my return. Not only did I send my concern to the seller (taking her days to reply) but I also contacted customer service and it took them nearly 4 days to reply back to me - then stating that my 48 hour return possibility is expired. I had an agreement with the seller to make the return, however, Videdressing is blocking that possibility. I received a torn and dirty jacket which, in my eyes, is considered damaged goods and the 'customer service' (or lack there of) is non existent. This is a very dishonest company and as the other buyer wrote below, Fraudulent! Think twice about buying through Videdressing. Also- I did make a formal complaint through PayPal. Hopefully it will be resolved.

This company is a big farce!! I have contacted them at least a dozen times for a product that I ordered last year and they continue to say it was sent out to me. After the last six emails they told me that I was credited to my account which Is not true because I was never credited. They are not trustworthy in my words. Never received my product and was charged for it. Don’t trust them!!!

Ho pagato 22€ per la spedizione rapida (per un vestito da 32€) e, dopo un mese non hanno ancora PROCESSATO l’ordine. Mi chiedo se lo debbano confezionare a mano. Il sito dice che spediscono tra 3-7 giorni e che , con corriere espresso, la merce arriva praticamente subito; NON HANNO ANCORA PROCESSATO l’ordine, se non fosse chiaro. Chiedo spiegazioni: solo messenger e rispondono con formati robotici, ergo, nulla di fatto. Com’è il vestito? Non lo so, NON HANNO ANCORA processato l’ordine!

This company is very expensive and not everything is of a good quality. Swim wear and beach dresses are good ... recently purchased a pair of silver grey kid suede trousers.... £299.95 . Look great but ripped on bottom ( bum ) area on second time of wearing. The suede was so fine beautiful in fact but you cannot sit down in them on anything other than a soft fabric chair or stand up all the time whilst wearing as the suede just rips if it comes near anything harder. Ie leather car bucket seats as happened to me. I would say I’m a person who looks after her clothes I spend a lot on fashion but these trousers were a definite waste of money. Not worth the expense. I have also ordered several dresses all have been returned.

I purchased a virgin experience voucher and was provided an expected receipt date on the confirmation email. When this didn’t arrive I contact country attire and was told I had to contact virgin I contacted virgin and was told I needed to speak to the company I purchased the voucher from. After a week of back and forth being used a the ball in a game of country attire vs virgin tennis I supplied my confirmation email to virgin to be told they had no record of my purchase. So back to country attire to be told this is a known problem with an automated system that isn’t syncing yet happy to continue taking peoples money. So having ordered a voucher to treat my son for his birthday during the Easter holidays having wasted a week chasing something that would never arrive there are no booking slots for the rest of the week. But it’s ok got a hollow apology which I’m sure he will enjoy way more than the day I had planned. A simple refund is far from customer service especially when you know there is a problem and still allow customer to purchase the product. I wonder how many clothes are sold out but still available on the website to buy.

Terrible!!! I have recently sent 4 items back and just received an email that they will refund me for only 1 because they have received only 1!!!!! Where are the other 3? All were sent in one box with the return slip correctly ticked the items that I returned! I have to say that it happened to me second time and this time I will deffinitely stop shopping with them. There is no customer service, a woman I spoke to hang up when I demanded my money, they have to understand that customers wilI be upset after something like this. It's not my responsibility to check and make sure that the shop refunded me correctly, it't THEIR JOB!!!! If I didn't check my emails and bank account I wouldn't know about it and they don't care! I would be ashamed of explanation that they receive so many parcels every day etc. They are not the only shop receiving returns every day, if you don't have scanners working properly maybe you should not trade at all? Think about it Esprit. I asked how do they process the returns? They must have the parcels, return slips etc to process it, so where is my parcel containing the other 3 items? First time I called they were unable to give any answer, just said that this is not something what doesn't happens on usual basis, well I said it clearly DOES, if it happened to me again, I just also read other reviews and someone described the same situation. It's just unbelievable, will never shop again, AVOID!!!!

The best thing I like about Esprit is their quick and flawless customer service. I bought three down jackets, two of them started losing fur within few days. I complained and returned the jackets. Got the full refund without any problems.

Well, is an expensive Primark. The order was easy, and the shipping was really fast. The clothes quality are not the best, and one of the dress i ve got, is looks awful, and bigger than the size said. The print is bigger in the dress than in real. And is itchy to wear. Lickily i bought it in a sale, so i not cost too mutch.

Nothing really went wrong as in delivery it’s always been on time however I just find the clothing expensive for what it is .. it’s basically a glorified primark. Clothes are just bad quality. I do use my new look card if in emergency and need to get shoes or like a friend a gift voucher but that’s about it. One wash and THe clothes go to nothing

I called them today (wednesday 26/02) to upgrade my delivery to be next day delivery and they send me email my package being dispatched instead and said I can’t amend my order. I’m not asking for free, I’m willing to pay extra for next day delivery. They can’t even help with this simple request! The girl I spoke on the phone speak in high voice and over talk me. You are ok buying but when it comes to returns, absolutely shocking service. It’s a nightmare to get a refund, just warn you . Check reviews everyone says the same , if it fits an you like it brilliant. But any faults or anything else . Be warned !!!! When you phone it’s disabled, email is a joke they do reply 2 days later. With then asking same questions wots your email that they already have . Prof of return why? We just want the refund, talk about drag your feet, anything to delay it joke

Ordered a dress on thursday to arrive friday for a 30th bday party on saturday night, i recieved the dress on friday and the seem on the zip is faulty, unfinished stitching along the zip which left an open hole at the start of zip on the back, i attempted to stitch myself as didnt have time to reorder another in time for night out, dont order too close to when u need the item and that way u have time to order another if u revieve a faulty item too

I ordered 4 dresses for an event (planned on sending the ones that weren’t amazing back). 3 of the dresses were wayyy bigger than what their sizing said, so I tried to return them but Motel Rocks only gave me the option for ParcelPoint delivery - I payed $26!!!!!!! Then I went to a post office and was told that I could’ve returned everything for just over $8!! Extremely unhappy

The delivery was excellent. Just a bit disappointed about the product because the « stylish holes on the arms » have no finishes (I think just a small hem would have been perfect). But the customer service was excellent, I work in fashion so I’m like very picky on the finishing of the pieces I order, but globally, it was a good experience shopping on ORTTU. I recommend 100%.

After following the incredibly designed clothing for a while and finally ordering a few items I am so glad I did!! The material, quality, and attention to detail is shown through such amazing craftsmanship. Even the packaging and a special note inside were clearly thought out in so much detail and made the experience of finally owning a few pieces even more special. I am amazed and thoroughly enjoyed this entire experience. Highly highly highly recommend!!

Certainly a fraud. It took a month to receveid the crystal summer sandals that don´t match with the photo - sole, leather and the crystal roses , full of imperfections and with poor quality (with a toxic smell), not in accordance with the price I paid .Besides, it is impossible to wear them as 42 size fit a 39/40 and my number is 41. They didn´t even reply my complaint. They have de audacity of entitled themselves "luxury designer brand", providing clients high quality - I´ve received these sandals only in a black plastic bag. Don´t inform date of delivery. I deeply regret this purchase because the sandals ar not in compliance nor for offer. Besides, I also wrote this review on their website but it cannot be seen - clearly manipulated. I suspect of all 5 stars.

I wrote a review recently talking about Shopbop's poor customer service and them not sending out an order after 8 days and each time Customer Service was not helpful. I finally got in touch with a supervisor who cancelled my order and closed my account at my request. Now I keep getting emails about Shopbop sales and in order to unsubscribe, I need to go into my account to unsubscribe. I no longer have an account so this is not possible. So now Shopbop is spamming me. I emailed Customer Service and explained that I need them to take me out of their email system. As usual with Shopbop's poor customer service and their employees only providing useless answers, I got an email from Customer Service telling me to Login to my account to change my email preferences. They can't read and respond past a kindergarten education. Beware. Now I'm stuck getting Shopbop Spam for the rest of my life unless someone at Shopbop grows a brain. Shop at Nordstrom instead. Same stuff. Much better Customer Service. Really, shop anywhere but Shopbop.

This company stole my money and claimed they never received my return even though I used their return shipping label. I sent the return at DHL in Ontario California and they stole my money by claiming item was never returned. So pls do not shop from this site! Such fraud!

All is perfect since you want claim goods. Then they are starting speaking that are only provider and not seller. Based on photos they are able to give you answer that you used too agressive product for maintenance of shoes (we used nothing) They dont want to give you official statement from seller. Bad experience with them, no focus on satisfaction of customer by their policy. Wrong behaviour vs. other webshops comparison. No more business with them.

I always buy your jeans and jeggings but lately I have found that even though the length says regular you could take 2 pair in to try on and one is a lot shorter than the other,that happened to me at Christmas I went into Castle Court and tried jeggings on in regular length and one fitted perfectly the other was too short,I bought mine so my daughter bought me exactly the same size and length in a different colour I wore them Christmas Day and I thought they were a bit short when I tried the 2 pairs together there was about 2 ins of a difference why is this happening?

Placed order 31/1/19 received 4/1/20 - all good. Shocking quality goods. Took returns to store for Hermes collection 6/1/20. Obtained receipt etc and online tracking showed it reached their delivery hub following morning. 20/1/20 still no email confirming refund. Contacted Hermes who advised D Perkins arrange collection from them within approx 7 days?? 3 emails to D Perkins ignored and finally today 1/2/20 I got through by phone to be told they had been waiting for me to ring and claim my refund but may have to wait further 10 days for money to return!!!

I'm very happy with the company customer service I ordered a number of items from their website. None were as advertised, being of shoddy workmanship, poor quality materials and did not even resemble the pictures of the goods on the website. Just as bad, they also did not have proper care, fire or material labels so clearly the goods are substandard They never sent instructions.i went on the internet and i found their help contact info I contacted them finally they issue me refund and return shipping label i am so happy with the customer service DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Lovely store in the new Grafton Centre in Cambridge but a real lack of staff and chip and pin was taking over 3 mins to process and staff were complaining too! I picked up a number of items in the home department and not a member of staff in sight (I could have walked out with them tbh as not tagged )- walked all the way to the main till and due to the slow processing of cards the queue was huge- dumped them and walked out! Your loss H&M and I was very disappointed

I love the store (Salisbury, MD) and the workers there but for this one employee. He is a short middle aged bold man that always looks as if he hates his job and is never nice to any customer. Today I walked in with my mom into the fitting room to try a few items on. He was standing there and was talking on the radio. I looked at him once and pointed at my mom’s items hoping to get an answer or to be acknowledged. I didn’t want to interrupt his conversation. Also, usually there isn’t anyone at their fitting rooms so after my second try to make an eye contact with him and unsuccessful one again I told my mom to procede into a room. The man clearly did not not want to be bothered as he looked away. As soon as my mom headed into the room he asked how many items we had and said we needed to check in. I tried to explain to him I tried to ask him and he was busy on his radio and that there wasn’t an associate usually there so we proceeded. He was quiet. I noticed he was heading out from the spot shortly after and I asked him if we needed to check out later as he was clearly leaving his duty at the moment. He said yes and that someone would be there. There were 3 more customers that came in after us and there was no longer an associate to check them in. When my mom was done there wasn’t anyone to check us out either. Quite interesting logic and customer service. I try to avoid going there when I see that man working and will keep on doing the same. He needs to find his other calling than being a customer service employee. He lacks basic skills for this job.

I have not authorized them for any transaction and was still reviewing a Versace bag and it is still in my cart but they already charged $657.15 from my paypal account. I did not even know until my bank notified me for suspicious transaction. I had to call my bank to close all my cards due to fraud investigation which caused me now in situation no card to pay my bill, grocery and new cards wont be home until 10-14 days. When I contacted them, a lady named Rachel who was very rude, she did not even read my concerns carefully, she even blamed because i keep my paypal account there. It is ridiculous, if my paypal account there why i have never had any problem with any online shopping website but them. They asked me to give them additional info and have to do it within 2 days. Ridiculous 2nd time, i dont waste time to that kind of service when the first time they did not even read my concerns carefully.

Pretty sure it’s a scam. I ordered clothes and was charged but never received an email confirmation or anything and then when I went to look up my order nothing would show using my order number, zip, or email, even though I had screenshots of all of this. You cannot contact the company, when I tried to email customer support, the email kicked right back saying invalid email address, and no phone number. Called my bank and they said that the merchant didn’t even have a phone number listed on their end, and was listed as an electronics store. Whole thing is sketchy and probably a scam.

Depop is one of my favourite apps/websites at the moment. It's really easy to find top brands for reasonable prices and almost all the time in decent condition as well. I have bought quite a few items from various pages on the platform for myself and others and I have always been happy with the process and the end result.

First time buying off of depop and was very impressed. i looked around to find a seller with good reviews and for an item that was described as perfect condition. As told the item was perfect and a really fair price. The seller helped me through the process and even included free postage for me. I was very impressed with the service, and payment was quick and communication was made easy. However if i had to add any improvements i would say that there should be more payment options as i had to pay create a paypal and add my card. All in all impressed but increased payment options would make the system easier. Thanks, would appreciate the giftcard ;)

Purchased the Sunday Girl Blouse and so glad I did. The gold colour makes it look so luxurious and also the feel of the blouse when it’s on is so soft and silky. I found this blouse so versatile as I can wear it in the day and I can wear it to go out in the evening. This is the third item of clothing I have purchased from Karmicwitch and all of the items have been of great quality and true to size. They all come beautifully packaged in a Karmicwitch tote bag and the delivery is fast. Lastly I have to say that it so satisfying purchasing ethically sourced clothes knowing that the person who makes these beautiful items is paid a decent wage and their working conditions are good. Everyone needs at least one or more items of clothing from Karmicwitch they are fabulous!

If only I knew I'm ordering from Poland- I'd think twice, If only I knew it will be delivering by UPS- I'd never ordered. UPS are the worst!!! So, 17th July- order placed. The week after the show begins! UPS kept rescheduling with no explanation. Then they kept rescheduling saying the address is not full (What???)Then I was receiving messages twice like: delivery attempted, but we need adult signature (I've ordered to work address, where I'm front receptionist and all sort of deliveries for the whole building are coming through me). So they lied about attempts, as how could they try to deliver if prior to this the message was: the address is not full??? The status on UPS site since 29th of July says - returning to sender. I've contacted Vitkac customer services firstly on 23rd, then 28th as they did not reply on the first email, I explained the whole situation, attached screenshots for UPS notifications, Vitkac confirmed, that they do experience difficulties with international deliveries through UPS, recommended me to sign up for the product I've ordered and once it will be back in stock, that's how I'd know it's been returned, offered me 10% discount for my next order and stated that they can't refund money until receive the order back. UPS keeps showing "returning to sender". The guy's name on customer communication was Igor, I've emailed to him again for the updates on the 5th, 9th,12th of August-no reply! No refund and the item is not back in stock.

Everything went fine until the refund moment. I returned a product one month ago and still no refund, no answer, nothing! If you think you might return any item at some point, then you might also consider you have donated your money! You won't see them back. Good luck, take care!

Unethical, scam company that no one should buy from. Ordered some clothes on 1 April 2020 and was not notified that the items I bought on “back-order” would not be delivered until... one year later. They refused to do a cash refund and insisted on a store credit refund... which was spent on a few items, one of which was “sold out” eventually. Cue another store credit that has to be used up. On the quality of clothes, the quality has gone downhill. Other than the material, the manufacturing itself is also poor. All in all, I’m glad I’m done spending the damn store credits. May the founders of MDS find their karma.

Terrible management. Cute clothes but bad workmanship . Quality control is bad . Save that $50 and spend it somewhere else where the brand wants and respects you as a customer. They barely do follow ups with orders and stuff . Just plain ridiculous

The staff at the Clearwater branch are such a ray of sunshine and always willing to assist in any way possible. I had difficulty ordering online, payment option that I selected didn't work out. I went in store instead and what a great decision it turned out to be. All the items I purchased were a perfect fit and great value for money.

Service is terrible. There are often more clerks than customers in East Rand Mall branch and they never offer to help but always use an assistants name when checking out. Clothes are expensive comparatively.

C&A online store is a scam and should be avoided at all costs! Their warehouse lost my package and the company refuses to refund me back my money! I have sent them numerous messages about the missing package but C&A ignored me completely and has done absolutely nothing to resolve this issue. Absolutely awulf company.
