I have ordered from Ellatino previously and their service is nothing short of amazing. I recently purchased an item from this company and mistakenly selected an “In-store collection”. In a fluster, I emailed the customer service team explaining my faux pas. Within 5 minutes I received a response stating that they would post the item to my house in Surrey, Greater London as a “goodwill gesture”. It is so important to support smaller businesses during such difficult times. Personal touches to the service reinforce the importance of ensuring such companies thrive. Thank you Ellatino team!

Ordered the Londyn fluffy 3 piece, the one that looks like SKIMS. It came with a hole in trousers, however I got partially refunded with the same day which I was very happy with. It is super warm and cosy, however after a few wears the top began to look really scrappy and cheap. The cardigan had some hard plastic bits sticking out around the neck but was ok after I picked them out. Overall for £50 I would not have been happy with the quality, but with the discount I was given it was definitely ok.

I bought 2 large t shirts and a hoodie in January.I received one of the t shirts but I still haven't received the other and the hoodie and there is no use using the tracking app it simply doesn't work. I replied by email and its the same generic email of the order is still in process or its been delayed, Its been more then 3 months, and the t shirt I received is of such low quality the print is flaking off. Don't wast your time or money on this shop, I knew the clothes were from China,and expected the flaws, but the flaking is so bad I'm worried to wear it and its scratchy. A wast of money and time.

Lousy excuse for a company. Don't waste your time with them they have no decency nor consideration for their customers. I've been trying to make a return for the longest time now and they still won't even reply, let alone begin the process. On top of this there is a 2 week period they allow returns for free, and as they have delayed replying my order has exceeded the time limit for free returns.

Do not under any circumstances deal with these filthy snakes. If you’ve heard about shoddy practice and underhanded snakes within the estate agency industry , they probably learnt it from Fenn Wright!! We visited a property which was new to the market and were first through the door, made a full asking price offer. We are cash buyers and was asked for proof of funds, which we immediately did. We were then told there were more people going to view and our offer would be put forward. And that we would hear Friday of that week. Needless to say we were ignored on the several calls we gave them on that Friday , and finally heard we had not secured the property on Saturday afternoon, I enquired why we had been unsuccessful, to be told that the buyer was in a stronger position than us ????? Not that they had offered more money ??? I questioned this, as we had sent proof of funds well exceeding the price of the house. Also the listing was not “offers in excess of” so if I’d realised if it had been a Dutch auction I too would have upped my offer but curiously was not informed of the situation. If my dream house appeared and it was on with Fenn Wright and paid full asking price for it you won’t get it unless you are in the friends and family club at Fenn Wright. Good luck buyer beware.

What an appalling company. We rented from one of their agents (Colchester) a while ago; and while spending a large amount of money on rent they treated us like students rather than professionals. They offer zero flexibility and gouge you with many fees, which are now luckily illegal. The move-in inventory check was a cursory check all was in order, however the move-out check was like having CSI at the house for a day; clearly a practise to gouge the tenant in favour of the landlord further.

And I have read that for missing items I only have 7 days to report it. But no one has gotten back to me. And now I feel like they are going to say they won’t send my dress. I guess they are just for decoration and NOT to really wear out to the pool or beach ....my boobs fall out of the medium size bathing suit top with just raising my arms and doing casual stuff, like walking l. I would say it fits as a medium should , and I am a size 34C bra; but it has NO , and I mean ZERO, hold. Got the matching bottom on size medium too and it fits like an extra small....what in the!! For the INSANE and ridiculous price, you expect a perfect fit, and perfect product. NOPE . And how is it that the matching bottoms had no stretch but the top had no hold?! Is it not the same material!? Never EVER buy this brand unless you can physically try on the product. I , on the other hand, will NOT be buying anything from Love & Lemons EVER again.

Overall, they have really cute stuff! But when you touch it... it's clearly made very cheaply. It feels like that plastic-satin when I bought a skirt and a dress, and was SUPER thin. Honestly, it felt like a knock-off from wish but I bought from the company website... Also, I'm a very small girl with boobs big for my body, and it was hard to find something that actually fit. If you ONLY want design, then it's good, but not for big chested girls. Way overpriced given the quality of the garments. If I'm paying premium price for something, I expect a product that it luxurious, soft, thick, and has good stitching. I'd probably become a loyal customer if the quality was better, since their designs are so feminine and cute! I hope in the future they car less about profit margins and more about long-lasting fashionable clothes, cause that's certainty what I thought I was paying for. Quite disappointed.

-I ordered an Emilio Pucci shirt online. It was described as exactly that, with absolutely zero reference to any fundamental changes to the stitching and shape. -When I went to pick it up, I realised it looked fake and did not have a label. -The receptionist and then the manager denied it till they were blue in the face. I insisted they show it again to the authenticator. -The manager came back out. This is what she said: "The print part of the shirt is Pucci. But the panels in the side and at the bottom have been added by the last user" (non-Pucci, local tailor alteration - cheap cloth that completely changed the design). That's like selling me a Chanel necklace and saying: These beads are real Chanel, these ones are from Satwa. They refunded the money - then I got a call from the manager apologising but continuing to insist the product is still an Emilio Pucci shirt despite the cloth inserts, design change and no label. You can also see that in the response below . I wonder if any Pucci store would call it a genuine Pucci shirt with its newly added white side cloth panels and tacked on blue hem. What do you think? Be careful of what you buy, make sure all parts of the product are by the claimed designer. Not just the front and the back of the shirt.

Ordered some shoes in my normal size. Arrived pretty quickly but came up too large. Got in touch via the website and over email looking to exchange - ignored. Finally messaged on Instagram and got told there was a no exchanges policy? This isn’t listed anywhere on their website and apparently this is obvious because it states that on their Instagram! Pretty farcical for a company which claims to offer a ‘premium service’. My advice - avoid at all costs. An absolute SCAM. Literally only interested in taking your money and running.

They were one of the VERY few websites selling this beautiful MilkMaid dresses I've been wanting (sold out nearly everywhere, except on here and a 1.1/5 review website.) So instead of buying it cheaper on the poorer review site, I decided to buy it here. Not only did I get the item quick and speedy (bought it on Nov 17th, got it today) but it felt me perfectly! I've been tracking my items for a month now. It says that the package had left the UK on April 29th, with no further update since then. I reached out to Hachu through email and social media to refund these items as they've been presumably lost in transit, but have just been getting radio silence from them. Overall the experience was very unprofessional. Update: Hachu has issued a refund for both items. I'll consider shopping with them again once this pandemic is over.

Nothing short of terrible, disgusting money grabbing scum bags. I had a long discussion with someone via the Instagram page who was more than helpful prior to me making a payment for a pair of trainers. Once the payment was made they went radio silent. I was told i would receive a text with the location to collect the shoes from a private office, as seen on their main Instagram page. This was obviously never sent. Numerous messages, phones calls have been made and i am still yet too receive any communication from them. I am now down £159.99 and without a pair of trainers. PLEASE - do not use this company! Never got the item. Been 6 months since I've ordered. Additionally most of their items can be found on Wish for 1/10th of the price. At least the Wish items will arrive. Support team is also completely unreliable. EDIT: To answer the message below by Hype Fashion. I can understand that you've reached out to the previous owners in order to refund my purchased expedited shipping. Problem here is that I have never received the item at all. It would make perfect sense for the item to be fully refunded, since it was not I can only say that this is a scam. EDIT2: As it turns out that hype-fashion is now under new owners and I was scammed by previous owners instead I will be changing my review to a neutral grade. Hopefully I'll be able to receive my refund as well.

They advertise good quality items. I tried to get two underwear and bra sets and a cute bondage underwear. I still haven’t gotten the white set. The black set was unwearable. The items where made cheaply and did not cover the body properly. The bottoms where horrible. The bondage under was just a seethrough thing that was made improperly as well. Terrible service. Ordered joey boots in red in February. No where during order is it specified that the product would be made to measure and that the product will take 4 months to receive. When I finally received the boots they were the wrong pair..a pair I didn't order. I was advised to keep the incorrect pair whilst the correct pair was sent. I obliged. Another month later I email for an update and all I get is radio silence. I email again requesting a refund and I was denied a refund. To receive a refund I was instructed to return the incorrect pair that I was previously advised to keep. Can you believe it! The pair I was told to keep was requested back in order to action the refund. What a circus! The boots are definitely not worth it. Poor communication. Poor service. Poor product.

Poor communication and poor customer service. Been waiting for 7 weeks for an update regarding my order and the owner just brushes my enquiries off. She blames covid and the world for her lack of delivery, as if jfahri is the only business operating in this climate. I made at least a dozen orders from other businesses since my order from jfahri and had zero issues. The website is misleading and when confronted, the owner said it's not a simple website change. Well, I work in communication and let me tell you something, reputable businesses do communicate with full clarity and transparency through their main communication tools. Can't comment on the boots I bought as they were never delivered, but this communication is indicative of poor quality. Very unprofessional and appalling. Don't waste your money on this business.

I placed the same order three times and, every time, they would cancel my order, claiming they were unable to verify financial institution. They never tried to call me. My card would get the authorization and show as processing and they still did not approve it. When I called them, they could not elaborate. Getting a response from an automated machine would have been more effective than speaking to one of the Customer Care reps. Buying a home or a car is easier than shopping from this horrible website. I guess they will lose a customer. Awful!

I ordered a pair of boots for my gf birthday , but when the boots arrived and she tried them on , did not fit her. I made an exchange requesting a bigger size and they sent me an email w instructions saying as soon they receive the boots they will process the exchange. After two weeks waiting i receive an email from them were says they received the boots but that the boots were damaged on the bottom part and they cannot accept the exchange and will send the boots back like that. After looking at such poor customer care i wrote an email explaining that is impossible because she could not use them , it wont fit her, otherwise i will just keep it, why would i be taking all the time and paying for shipping to ask just for a bigger size if we really could use the boots? Well is being a month and a half already and after several emails i have not received neither the firsts boots nor money nor answer from them. This is completely unacceptable. I am now without boots, without the money and no answer nor explanation from them. The worst company ever. Do not buy anything here.

I bought 'Cream White V-neck Knitted Sweater' and 'Ivory Turtleneck Midi Sweater Dress' from Lilacoco because one of my friends told me they have some pretty neat clothes. I wasn't so sure about my choice actually until I worn them on. The sweater is my favorite although they are both very suitable. The white color and the soft texture caught my heart immediately!! And it made me feel warmer than I have thought. It's totally enough to wear only a bra under the sweater. The dress is also very good however that collar might be a little bit too high for me lol. Anywhy just very very proud of my choice. Was completely worth the half-month long wait. I'm not a person with a strong fashion sense, these clothes make me feel confident. Thank you Lilacoco.

I bought a Leopard Sweater here and I received it after waiting for 7 days. I am very happy that it looks exactly the same as the picture. It has a lovely pattern and a soft touch. No pilling are found and the thread isn't broken. I like this simple and easy shopping experience.

What a bunch of scam artists! Agree with all the red comments. The green ones are fake, just like their Instagram page, the photo studio Glass Studios use stock photos from Shuttershock and Pexal, even their webpage is stock photos. If you had dealings with these people report them to Action Fraud.

Terrable, British Model Alliance is as close to a scam as a company can get without police action against it. They book you in for a test shoot with a £50 deposit, and then when you've "passed" They will ask to buy your portpholio to continue, starting from £525 pounds for 10 Photos. Ten! going up to £2500 for the full shoot, a business card and a personal Webpage. I can asure you this is increadably over priced and not only that but they try to pressure you into getting it on the day beacuse "Oh you need to sign a date protection so we can keep your photos so if you don't buy them now they will get deleated lol" load of crap. I found Brook's and Sharpe online when I was looking for stockists of a designer dress I liked for my daughter's wedding. My experience of shopping online at Brook's and Sharpe was faultless. The beautiful dress I'd ordered arrived quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately, it didn't suit me, so I returned it. The returns process was very easy and the communication extremely friendly and courteous. Brooks's and Sharpe have a fantastic range and I will continue to revisit their website.

If There is something below 1 point I would have given that !!! Horrible experience, simply SCAMPERS!!!! Mr Zaid at London Camden Studio was very rude and not profittional and only after collectingmoney!!! He refused to return back the £50 deposit (fully refundable) I have paid for my daughter instead he wanted me to pay between £299_3000 to take a package, or your £50 will be used towards one picture, i said to him that we don't want the picture so he told my 16 years old daughter that there are plenty of bins outside (you can simply chuck it in)!!!! His behaviour was absolutely disgusting. DON'T GO THERE PLESE!!!

I recently when to the East Boldon store to purchase a suit for a couple of up and coming weddings. I wasn't 100% sure exactly what I was after and the young lady who help me select and try on the suit could not do enough to help me i just wish id taken her name as i would nominate her for employee of the year. She put me straight at ease as i walked in and help me at every stage even to sort out alterations to the trousers, that I didn't even realise that you do. Fantastic service I would recommend to anyone who is after not only a suit but shirts and accessories this was my first visit and definately not my last. i would go as far to say even on my return visit to collect my altered Trousers the guy made sure everything was done right before i left. I had call to contact customer service this week and was impressed by how quickly I received a response and then how quickly everything was dealt with. The minor issue I had (I just wanted some information re: returns) was dealt with entirely within 24 hours (that included a first response within the hour). I would shop with Needle and Thread again, secure in the knowledge that the customer service is first rate.

I went there today. It all looked like a professional setup, but I said I didn't have enough for these packages and they said, give you 3 for £50. I never got the photos I should have got over We Transfer. She took me downstairs, the assessor, before she even verfied the transaction. Its £50, went poof. Such a huge disapointment. BIG AVOID! And after I booked? Not too long in my Statements I got two payments being made that I didn't recognise. One was Pizza Hut. The other for Viva GO Events tickets for £444 and that I did recognise. To which then Fraud were getting in touch, because that was a big Payment to be making. Which I never made.

Such a disappointment Such a disappointment, because two representatives from this company called me to congratulate me and invite me to a photoshoot for the following week. I had spoke in depth with the agents (one being the photoshoot director for the day) , where we ended on positive notes. At this point I had felt excited ( an emotion I avoid with modelling agencies due to previous disappointments in the past). I paid my deposit and started my plans to travel to London - only to receive a call back from the original agent with a cold tone stating ‘I’m going to have to cancel your photoshoot’, with not much explanation other than ‘we have already met the criteria for this season’. Very confused and baffled I replied with ‘ok’. Unfortunately this was an experience never expected - and to this present feel utterly confused and disappointed. To contact me first to tell me my application was shortlisted to drop me in the same breath makes no sense, and I only wish this agency didn’t contact me to ruin my day.

Then received a partial refund-again with no message. Complained. Then received message saying sold before could send. Then stated that refund was partial because “PayPal will reimburse fees”. Replied that fees are charged to seller, not buyer. Did not reply. Have had to open case in PayPal to get back this money.
