I would never recommend this company. They dont follow retail laws and seem to me a scam. I ordered 4 months ago a pair of trainers from them and they sent me a wrong pair with completely different size. I called and complaint that was acknowledged after weeks and I was told to take pictures of wrong item sent. I didn't it straight away and they agreed that it was a wrong item so i had to send it back. I never heard from them for almost 2 weeks. Upom chasing for good 2/3 weeks, I was told that money will be refunded in next 5 days. I waited another week but nothing. So I had to chase again and everytime was a new agent so they had to investigate over and over again. I got so frustrated as they did not process any money and took my trainer as well. They were zero apologetic and kept delaying the process. Everytime different agent assured me that money wil be processed shortly and it never happened. They were illegally keeping my money and trainer and after more than 2 months they told me that refund won't be processing as its now out of 30 days period . I was shocked on their negligence and stupidity as how they could even come up with this excuse when they had the wrong trainer back with in a week. I asked to spoke to any manager but all the time managers were away or busy. No one gave me a satisfactory answer for ages. After almost 3, I managed to speak to a manager who came up with sonething completely new that trainers sent to me were the correct so i need to have the same trainers as for them someone during transit of my delivery sealed my order so it's not there responsibility and I need to keep the wrong trainer. I was completely in shock as they don't have any store and they only way to speak to them is either a phone or an email. I am so helpless as I don't know who to report this fraud, I paid 135 pounds and they want me to keep a trainer worth 70 pounds cz of the delivery company's mistake and I even don't know as they just come up with some stupid excuse not to refund me but keep the wrong item. The staff including managers are so unprofessional and manipulator. I feel so helpless as my money and trainers are with them and I can't do anything. They are definelty not following retail laws and if someone doesn't take it to court they can commit this fraud so easily. I was told several times that my refund wil be processed and after almost 3 months they changed there verdict 6 times and everytime they came up with some new excuse not to refund. I got so frustrated in the end and helpless that I even asked them to give me correct size of whatever trainer they sent me but the manager I spoke to was so rude that she did not help at all and wanted me to keep the wrong trainer as they knew I couldn't take it to court as I never did in last 3 month's so they knew I can't cause any harm. I never posted on social media and they observed it for 3 months and kept promising me to refund until they realised that I'm not taking any legal action as well as taking it to social media so they changed but I was waiting for them to reconcile this fraud. I would not recommend them at all as they are selling expensive brands and its so easy for them to deliver cheaper items and profit from the extra money and wait if the customer is weak, then fool them and keep the difference as they don't have any stores and you can't access them.

Matchesfashion-Apax partners all they want is to maximize their benefits and therefore have low skilled workers and also burned, and that's why customer service is non-existent My case: they are wrong to send a product other than purchased, then to verify that it is true they ask for photographs, and when They tell you that they do not charge the £ 10 of shipping costs, but then it is not true and they charge the costs even though it is their mistake Summary: This store is the opposite of a pleasant shopping experience, and they also waste your time and money because they are unable to send the purchased product

Disgraceful experience. Item ordered on standard delivery, hold placed on the funds in my bank account to cover the order, confirmation email received. Next day, email received acknowledging the order and hoping that I am pleased with my item, however estimated delivery date of 20th August 2018, OVER ONE MONTH!!!! I emailed customer services to say that I had ordered these in what I thought was plenty of time for an outing on 28th July (the order was placed on the 18th July). The response was one that did not give two hoots about the situation and simply stated that the item was no longer available. WHY PLACE THE FUNDS ON HOLD IN MY BANK ACCOUNT SO I CAN'T USE THEM WHEN THE ITEM IS NOT IN STOCK?!?!?!?!? So, I went back onto their website and found another suitable pair of jeans which were only £5 more expensive and replied to the customer service email saying that I thought they should send these instead. The response being that they can't do that!! I have been a loyal customer for years and this is how I am treated. A little bit of understanding and recompense would have done much to ease the situation but all I was offered was a refund of the postage if I ordered the new item. Please do not order online from this company, either call or go into one of the very few stores. I have also emailed customer services to suggest that in future they make 100% sure that the item is available prior to placing a hold on the funds in their customers bank accounts. ATROCIOUS, UNCARING and disgraceful customer service, it used to be so good as well which is a great shame.

The jacket I purchased was pictured in a true red. The jacket I received was very close to orange. A purchase return receipt was not included with the order. I am continuing to attempt to receive a return label from LTS via email, no luck, so far. I do not wish to pay to return this jacket. The lack of customer service and poor quality is not indicative of the shop from where I have made previous purchases. I did some digging and now realize that LTS was purchased by another company in 2016. It should also be noted that this $72.46 jacket was made in China. If I had known all of the above, I would not have purchased the jacket. This is no longer a company that sells great quality merchandise. Also, I bought the jacket on 2/25 and it was not sent until 3/11. At the time of purchase, there was no indication of a shipping delay.

Their clothes sizes are huge. How is an XS so huge? I returned everything I got through online returns. It's been weeks and I didn't get a confirmation email or my refund. I've been trying to get in contact with them for DAYS and no one is responding. They don't have an online chat. They don't answer emails back. They say to leave your number and an agent will call you back. Well it's been days and nobody called me back.

If you have any problems with the fulfillment of your order be prepared to not get your stuff. I placed an online order and never received my stuff. I contacted customer service and they didn’t help me at all. By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced through a big company. I have my online receipt and my bank statement showing they charged me but they sent an email saying they sent my package back to the facility. Well if there not sending the stuff that I paid for they legally should be refunding me my money. That’s the logical thing to do here. Give me my money or give me my stuff, it’s really not that hard to understand. This is considered theft and fraud and I will be calling my bank so the can retract the money themselves as well as reporting the company to better business bureau. Now I understand why they’ve gone bankrupt. The customer service agents are specifically paid to help me and they failed so what is the point of having them or offering there service. I will not be shopping or supporting there business anymore. I am not gonna argue with them anymore either. I was respectful and patient and got no help. I will just let time take the business down for me. Bigger and better companies with exceptional customer service like savage x Fenty will give them a run for there money. In a couple years the business will be dust, thank you and Forget F21.

The whole process took too long. Shopping online should be a much faster process nowadays. Private individuals on Ebay can deliver an item within 3 days. La Redoute well they like to get old school. I received the email to confirm my order. Then nothing for a week. During this time I had asked for a date when the order may be despatched. After a week I received the, Your Order Is On Its Way Email. Two days later the order turned up at the door. In total from start to finish 10 days. Far too long in my humble opinion. I will shop elsewhere in future.

I placed an order for for some trainers, they can quickly. Retuned them for a different pair, the return for back quickly and new pair sent in good time too. The second pair I did not like so I returned them. It’s been over two weeks that they had been delivered as I always checked the tracking, I emailed customer service, revived an email back 24th March to tell me they had been delivered to their hub, they shall get someone to bring to the warehouse and process refund immediately. I emailed Monday with no response and still no refund. This is poor customer service. Which is a shame because the products are lovely. But customer service needs to be shiny too!!!

I had ordered a couple of pairs of the Jersey trousers again(after ordering a couple of pairs over the past couple of years) however a pair had developed a hole in the crotch area. The quality of the trousers had been in the past very good however for some reason a tear had appeared. I contacted the customer support and got a reply and a replacement pair ordered within an hour or so of my original email. Thank you for the great customer experience and being efficient and easy to deal with. I will be continuing to recommend and buy from you guys again 👍🏼

If I could give 0 stars I would. The company is a total scam. Bought $500 worth of clothes from them and even though their website advertises returns, it was super difficult trying to get a return label. Then I got a return label and shipped back what didn’t work for me and they never sent my refund. I contacted them several times but still haven’t gotten my refund.

Start to finish the best service I have ever received from a company! I had messaged the Instagram page with all my queries and they gave me a quick response and went the extra mile to help! Unfortunately the item I received wasn’t the right size so I returned the item and messaged the page to say I had done so, and explained i would re order the correct size and they helped me with an exchange straight away. I personally do not believe it’s fair to manipulate a review system, then show off the rating and lure customers into a false sense of security. It’s fraudulent and misleading but above all else it’s outright corner cutting. Is this really the best way to do business? It makes me question the morals and ethics of the brand. Do not buy from this company. It is all cheap jewelry from China. It looks absolutely nothing like the beautiful looking jewelry on the website. I will never wear it, it is complete junk, looks like dull tin. The first earrings took about a month to come. Finally after another month went by, I complained on the website and within 2 weeks, the other earrings finally came. I should have just asked for my money back instead.

I saw a pair of shoes that seemed to be just what I wanted, so I placed an order. Weeks later, I get a box that has excessive tape all over it and inside is a no-name generic box containing plastic little-girl shoes where the soles were separated from the cheap blob of glue that was supposed to have held it in place. Just ridiculous. I paid $50. It's shameful. I inquired about a label for returning, and they send me something in Chinese and tell me I'd have to pay for it. Obviously they count on people like me that deem it not worth the hassle. It damages credibility of decent on-line sellers. I will never, ever again purchase anything from this outfit.
