Placed an order for appr $ 250 on May 14, 2021 and received an order confirmation. The amount was imidiately drawn on my creditcard. I asked for status on June 10 and on June 15 got the answer that my order had a SHIPPING DELAYED status. I was given the option to order something else or cancel the order. On June 18 I cancelled the order and asked to have my money refunded. On this date, July 27, I have not received my refund of $250!! The response from Bestnutrition to the above Trustpilot review is that a refund has been sent to my bank and that I should contact my bank. I can't just call my bank and ask if they forgot to post a refund to my account. I need proof from Bestnutrition that the transfer actually has taken place in the form of a transaction receipt or copy of a transaction note with some form of bank transaction ID that can be traced. Bestnutrtion should never have charged for a product they knew they were unable to deliver in the first place so the ball is in their court on this issue.

Placed two orders on the same day, one for dispatch to Germany and the other for the U.K. The one arrived in Germany by the Tuesday. I have waited for the U.K delivery checked the website constantly and order is showing as unfulfilled. Tried calling, no response and sending messages on Facebook which are being read and then ignored. This company does not seem to care or communicate with customers at all. If the order cannot be fulfilled could I please asked for a refund? I would prefer to spend my money with companies who value customers and offer excellent customer service to clients. UPDATE: After reaching out to the company one more time, I spoke to a very helpful person who reassured me that the item would be dispatched. I can confirm that the items have now been received. Thanks to the person who followed through and ensured that items were received.

However, I did email the site to ask if the items could be returned under their 14day return policy but didn't get a reply so I have had to keep them even though I have been advised not to use this particular item. Nothing will bring me back to you. I stumbled upon this website and made a purchase of 4 products. I paid for a 3-5 days shipping because I had to send the products to someone overseas through a friend that was traveling. There was no way to know if the items shipped, on the way etc. I received a thank you message from I guess a customer service representative. I complained to them and after that I got a notification that the product would arrive on Sunday, through UPS. I signed up with UPS for alerts. Sunday came, they shifted it to Monday by end of day. Monday came and they shifted the delivery to Tuesday. Please y'all should work on your services.

Bought vitamins BOGO and thought I only received one bottle, but because they were supposed to come from TX during their insane snowstorm the first place they could ship from was OR. The shipment of the second bottle had trouble getting out, so they had their place in AZ ship me out two more bottles. So, I actually received 3 bottles even though their building in TX was shut down due to the storm. Amazing customer service. Thanks for the extra bottle!

I have been a loyal customer of Puritan's Pride for about 20 years, NO MORE! On the morning of 4/16/19 I purchased $207.54 worth of vitamins from them on line. Later that afternoon I started receiving overdraft notices from my bank in my email. I pulled up my bank account and they charged me 25 times $207.54 for a total of $5,188.50! I called their so called "customer service" located somewhere in the middle east by their accents. And to make a long story short, I've spent well over 5 frustrating hours on the phone over the past 7 days and still don't have my money back. Their customer service personnel give you nothing but false promises, fake apologizes and massive hold times while accomplishing NOTHING. And forget about ever talking to the same person twice or a supervisor or anybody in the corporate office in NY. That won't happen. They STOLE over $5,000 of my money that I need for day to day expenses and could care less about it. Not only am I DONE with Puritan's Pride but I'm telling everybody and will continue to write reviews everywhere I can, over and over. They should call themselves Puritans Disgrace or Puritans Thieves. Joe C.

The customer service is rude and unhelpful. There were no updates about my order for several days, and I got no response by email. Then when I call the guy says they don't actually have it in stock. They have an authorization on Paypal for the amount and I asked him to remove it but he said they absolutely didn't charge me so I just hope the authorization will fall off in 30 days. I should have known looking at their website that there would be issues; seriously it looks like a site from 2005. They really should work on customer service as well, the guy answering seemed unprofessional at best.

After attempting to get a credit on a defective product, I was responded to by E-mail with unhelpful, brusque responses. When I called on the phone, "Mike" answered and was very rude and hung up on me. When I called back, he accused me of "yelling at him" and was abusive and, again, unhelpful. I will not buy from this company again. Now that I read all of these negative reviews with people with similar experiences, I'm surprised this company is still in business.

A phone message says that there have been some management changes, and all back orders over the last couple of months will be shipped by May 21st. I am still waiting!

The item was scheduled to arrive at my house April 3rd. It is April 7th and it is still not here. They are beyond slow. I have yet to receive the merchandise so I cannot comment on the quality of the protein. Their customer service is an answering machine.

I purchased 30 bars of soap on Aug. 1 and today is Agu. 30. HerbsPro sent a notification 3 days after purchasing that it shipped, but according to FedEx only the label was issued. This package NEVER left their facility. I called Herbspro several times and no one gave any answers. I asked for this to be shipped so I could receive my product and that never happened. No one called to give any explanations why they could not ship after demanding to have this. Herbspro charged my order on Aug. 1 and 30 days later they did not refund, nor give me what I purchased. Definitely do now want to use them again.

I am using the tea but not the capsules as i am suffering from gastritis and i am avoiding all spices. Service was excellent, but delivery via courier was dreadful with two tracked orders not delivered when I was here expecting delivery. Order no 1, apparently the driver lost his way. Order no 2, driver did not ring or knock the door, but insisted he did. However found Abundance and Health to be good to deal with, and would use again with a more reliable courier.

I love the products this store offers, but I loathe the racist attitude of one particular scum clerk that works in the Carrollwood location. Because of this racist pig I refuse to promote the financial stability of this store. Most clerks understand that great customer service provide, repeat customers and generate revenue. This Florida based store (I note this only because I have had consistent troubles with Florida based stores), while having good prices, does not provide shipping prices online. In the notes on my order I specified they quote me the shipping price before shipping, and they failed to do so. The shipping price was high - resulting in much higher cost than just purchasing the products at my local store. I sent an email after wards to discuss the problem but did not get any response.

Tried to place an order last weekend, the order did not go through, so I submitted the order one more time, and still did not go through. Then I switched a different card, same thing happened. I thought the order would automatically got cancelled until I saw both cards got charged 4 times for over $3000. I called them and left voicemails 5 times this week but nobody called me back. This business sounds very fishy to me, stay away from them.

Really awesome service and product! If I have one piece of feedback on the packaging, some of the lids are either really loose or some of them are so tight and can’t put it on properly or I struggle to get it off again. Really love the product, I’ve been influenced by an influencer!

Dose & Co is actually incredible! My hair has finally grown past the same point that it always stops at and my skin is looking great. But most importantly it means I take the time to do something for myself which is a big thing as an army wife with an 18 month old running around.

I'm new to the product. Just about 10 days into taking Phenocal. So far I'm very pleased. Stats indicate it has stimulant properties. I do not find any 'Adrenalin rush' to get everything completed, but I do notice that my level of 'desire to complete' is no longer absent, yet I complete tasks in a very calm and comfortable pace. So far I am not noticing any sleepless nights and my appetite seems to be less. I'm a 'stress' eater and still no need to aggressively find something to chew on.. I've been in a diet stall for around 6-7 months and I am now down 1.5 pounds ... I'm a happy customer.

i know nothing about your store. i wanted to lose a few poumds before i get too heavy for my swim trainer and other care givers. your product leaves me gassy and it repeats with an awful taste.i cannot sleep more than 5 hours a night, and do not want another bottle - ever again.never mind the 20% off. NO MORE, please!

It’s only been 3 days of taking Provasil. I’ll have to see if it makes a difference after I’ve been on it for a while. One thing I am not too thrilled with, is that the pills are kind of large and it’s a little difficult to swallow even with a lot of water, but will wait to see if the benefits outweigh the size of the pill, if it does it’ll be worth it.

Purchased two bottles back in November of 2019. The product has never been delivered but the credit card was charged. As of today, I am still waiting for the refund or the product be finally delivered. This cannot be more reductions then it is!

After buying from they online shop, I read some reviews on internet and thought first that people exaggerated a bit... not at all ! This company (doesn't even deserver the name of it) is a huge SCAM. I ordered for more than 100 dollars of products, delivery took ages (a lot more than the 0-9 business day they claimed) and they sent me product of an other CHEAPER brand ( and lower concentration, and fewer pills )... I'll try to get a refund but I have no hope, they never answer to any of my emails. Run away from this company !

I’m constantly on the go with all my extra curricular activities like tumbling and acting and Zeek bars are the perfect snack! They fill me up and keep me energized so that I can keep up with my busy schedule. I will continue to buy Zeek bars as my schedule just becomes busier and busier. I would absolutely recommend Zeek bars to anybody. They taste so yummy, unlike some other bars, and they are the perfect size! Definitely the best protein bar I have ever had :)

I wanted to order some treats for the family, we like to use local products or Fairtrade produce so it is really nice to have a shop which is centered around good quality, healthy food and drink from small or local businesses, but can be found easily in one place. I ordered organic honeycomb (which was sourced only a few miles from my home) as well as some fairtrade chocolates and monty bojangles truffles. Not only were they a fantastic price (the cheapest honeycomb and truffles I could find online) they were delivered very quickly, and packaged with recycled products which was a wonderful addition. I was really pleased with my order and am making another one tonight!

I took Lumiday daily for 3 full weeks -then, I just stopped taking it. I wasn't noticing that much of a difference in mood or energy. I still have remainder of bottle just sitting here. The hype is this is a natural happy mood pill. Mmm...not really...I got more from ginseng alone. Lumiday is pricey to feel "meh" (shrug). Wallet was really all that felt much lighter, to be honest.
