Pump shown on their website as "In Stock Usually Ships in 1 Business Day". 10 business days later nothing.
I contacted customer service at this company after sitting on the order for 5 days and they are clueless. They have no idea what is happening with orders in their own company. After 10 business days, 2 WEEKS, they seemed happy to cancel my order.
The message they are sending is they don't want your business. What a waste of time.

I at first went to Amazon and their prices were ridiculous and I then went to Hot Tub Warehouse and they wanted to mess with me. Your ad got my attention. Price was good.

I tried to purchase two identical items from Sunplay, which their system said were both in stock. When only one of the item shipped, I called and they admitted their system was incorrect, and it would be at least several weeks for the second item to come in. I cancelled the remainder of the order, and tried to stop the first shipment. The customer service representative said it was no problem, and I could just return the item once it arrived. When I did so, they did not fully refund my purchase. When I again called it was apparently the same agent, who said she told me I would be charged for the return label the first time we talked, which was a COMPLETE LIE, as I would have challenged it then. If they can't actually have their system inventory updated, or at least own up to their mistake and make it right when it happens, I will shop elsewhere in the future.

I ordered a Dolphin Pool Cleaner Supply 9995671-US-ASSY on November 9, 2019. Their confirmation email stated that an email will be sent when my order is ready. I contacted the home office on December 10, 2019 and spoke with Adriana and Chelsea (Supervisor). They stated that the item is in stock at their Georgia warehouse and will ship out shortly. As of today's date, December 26, 2019, nothing has been shipped. I need some divine intervention!

Ordered a hammerhead pool cleaner for $1800+. Should’ve taken 5-7 days delivery. Called them on day 7 because I never got a confirmation number. Says that item isn’t in stock and is 3-4 wks out. They didn’t apologize, then offered a refund. Poor service, I won’t buy from them.

I wanted a $2.50 part and the shipping was over three times the cost of the item. So I ordered some chemicals but I over paid for them just to get free shipping on the order, I think I should have "shopped around"
