I ordered Glenlivet 18 after seeing the picture and reading the description for the product. The older version label with and description of 43 ABV were both shown. After placing the order I followed up with an email stating that I DO NOT WANT the 40 ABV product. Customer Service responded, acknowledged that I ordered the 43 ABV version and proceeded to place the order. After weeks of delays what I got was exactly what I said I did not want, the 40 ABV version. I immediately contacted them and they are refusing to accept a return. I have disputed the charge with my bank. I am writing letters to BBB and to the State Attorney General for fraudulent business practices. AVOID THIS COMPANY! The are not reputable and will deceive, lie and then refuse a refund for an item that was not ordered.

I do not like straight Chardonnay champagne, any Blanc de Blanc champagne as a matter of fact. I find it harsh on the palette, too much Chardonnay bouquet and taste for me. My personal preference is only for champagne with the combination of the three champagne grapes.

I have not tried the champagne. This was purchased for a friend in Australia who was enjoying a Birthday which I could not participate. I am assured the bottle was nicely presented, delivered on time and has now been well enjoyed.

A wonderful drink with many layers and deapth of flavours which changes with many different mixes. Alcohol and sugar free, allowing me to enjoy a drink and feel a belonging with friends and family and not like a child having to drink cola. I gave up drinking some time back for health and medical reasons and now find alcoholic beverages bitter. Feragaia changes the whole field of opportunities. Thank you

Am now 22days from order placement/delivery confirmation, and have only received a portion of the order which are for Christmas gifts to employees, who finish up tomorrow. Some responses to emails but I am instigating all of the correspondence. Stuff ups happen, but ultimately the business can only be judged by couriers they use and the timely and proactive customer service when problems arise.

Really good selection of beer on the webshop. I chose to pick up my order in store and was amazed by the warm welcome. I was given time to browse but could ask questions about the beer if I needed to. I picked up an extra can from one of the fridges, just couldn’t resist! The team at Wevino is an absolute joke. Wildly incompetent! I ordered 4 x bottles of wine and they filled out the customs forms so that I had to pay 142% of the purchase price in levies and taxes. They honestly have no idea about anything exporting outside of Europe. Definitely, a website to avoid if you're not based on the European mainland.

I bought a special bottle of Gin as a present for my Dad - he loves it. it arrived well protected by courier 2 days before the date they promised to deliver by and the delivery charge was cheaper than buying direct from the distillery.
