Aproveché la promoción de un serum pagando solo los gastos de envío. En el test personalizado me salió uno para para pieles normales deshidratadas con acné puntual. Aunque aún lo estoy probando, la verdad es que el sérum es una maravilla y mantiene a raya el acné. Se absorbe inmediatamente y se nota el efecto. Estoy encantada con el producto. Lo recomiendo muchísimo. Por otra parte el envío ha sido muy rápido y viene bien empaquetado y con todo tipo de detalles.

I ordered a mask as a gift on August 5th and today is August 24th and it was never received/shipped. I sent two emails and also a private message to the company on their Instagram account. I haven’t heard back. They charged my cc $20.57 on August 5th. I guess my next step is to contact the BBB. Very aggravating, not to mention disappointed.

Used their shampoo for sensitive scalps and my perfectly happy healthy hair got dry frizzy tangled and started falling out in clumps. Horrific scalp pain. Terrible toxic product hair damaged and still not recovering. No apology no compensation terrible customer service awful company values. Scores of unhappy reviews on other sites too for last three years. Terrible company

Good morning. I wish I could give you a review on the product, but USPS lost my package or it was stolen. I am waiting for them to call me back so I can report it. It says delivered at the front door on Friday at 9:51 a.m. I was out Friday, but when I got back to my office this morning there was nothing here. Ich komme vom Systemrasierer und habe mich bisher nicht an Hobel oder Messer getraut auch wenn ich diese Art der Rasur immer sehr interessant fand. Hier hat mich der Preis überzeugt ich fand diesen hier sehr angemessen um einfach mal in diese Welt rein zu schnuppern und heraus zu finden ob ich mit Hobel und Messer zurecht komme. Am Anfang ist es schon eine Umstellung man braucht definitiv mehr Zeit als mit dem Systemrasierer allerdings relativiert sich das nach kurzer Zeit etwas da man geübter im Umgang wird. Hierbei hilft einem der kostenlose Bartguide in dem ganz einfach die Grundlagen erklärt werden. Das Ergebnis mit Messer und Hobel ist auch um einiges gründlicher. Für mich hat sich der Rasurvorgang von etwas was ich schnell morgens mal erledigen muss hin zu einem angenehmen Morgenritual entwickelt für das ich mir bewusst auch mehr Zeit nehme. Lieferung hat auch ganz wunderbar geklappt von daher gibt es von mir volle Sterne. Vielen Dank Störtebekker klasse Idee gutes Konzept.

I love kora . I’ve been using these products for the past year. I have very sensitive dry skin. So my skin eats up the noni oil. I exfoliate a couple times a week. I use the lime mask almost everyday . I use the noni oil daily I use kora products on the daily. They are a little expensive . But I feel they are totally worth it! Because it’s quality ingredients. I love Amanda . She is such a sweetheart. I love Kora. It’s really hard to find a skin care line that is healthy , natural and works for my skin. I Defiantly will be buying more . Kora for life ❤️?

The soap smells divine! I bought some from Potager Soap first as gifts at the shop in Concord. Then again for the family, and placed it around the house at strategic sinks to help us remember to keep washing our hands. What better way to encourage us into good habits than by providing these beautiful soaps . Hand washing need not be mundane anymore! it would seem these would be perfect to put out for guests, but in these times of social distancing why not treat ourselves? It was easy and i was thankful to be able order online and service was prompt. We love supporting small local business so this is a win win !

Well how glad am I that I found you! We recently stopped at Hawkshead brewery and I nipped to the bakery next door. Whilst I was waiting in the queue I used the hand gel at the door. WOW I had to know that this amazing fresh smell was! It was your lemongrass hand sanitiser. Then when we arrived at our apartment in Windermere town centre, there were your products again! This time we got to sample the hand wash and the shower gel. I immediately went on line and placed an order and then placed another order last week for my mother in law. I have tried most of the top of the range products (Neom & Elemis etc ) and nothing smells as wonderful. All others now smell weak to me. I REALLY hope you bring out a reed defuser for the home. Foaming facial wash Poured some onto hands and added water to foam up. Massaged face and rinsed with warm cloth. Felt clean with pleasant scent. Very good after feeling on skin. Shower gel Added to body scrunchie lathered well again, pleasant scent left with clean fresh skin. Another five star product. Body/hand lotion Good consistency with pleasant scent but found it took a while to absorb into my hands. Still a product highly rated. Your refill option is an excellent idea. As I was doing research on a new pillow, I called the number in their website and had a great conversation with Ginny. She helped me figure out which pillow would fit my needs, and I placed an order online. Package came promptly, and I love my kapok pillow. The last few weeks it’s been like having a feather pillow again after years stuck with crummy synthetic fiber hypoallergenic pillows. I will definitely shop with Healthy Body Head to Toe again!

Item was not delivered and they have refused to send another or refund I've been told I need to wait on an appeal with Royal mail with no timeline given. Had to purchase from another supplier in time for Christmas. Terrible customer service. Update on 29/04/2020 Company has refused to refund for goods that were never delivered, now forcing me to take legal action. I've never dealt with a more unprofessional company in my life, was contacted by an apparent director of the company asking me to change this review and he would refund me. They are crooks and they have stolen over £100 from me. Go elsewhere.

As a shopper of many years with Body Shop I was sorely disappointed this year with them. I loved their Shimmer Mist Range which has been out for a few years in a round bottle. It smelt divine and had a subtle shimmer to it. This year however, the shimmer mist has been stopped. I loved using it particularly after a shower. The thing is it is a good selling product and Body Shop has ignored customer feedback!

This scent is a musk. And I hate musky scents. It's my fault for not looking into it before purchasing. It had a strong almost chemical like scent. I mostly use only scents with essential oils, so I can tell thos was different. The customer service rep was so helpful in helping me find a scent I woukd like and exchange the product. I chose the Coconut Vanilla. It's much better! Smells like yummy bananas and toasty coconut. Shipping was swift and fast! And they sent me many samples of their shampoo and conditioner. I love the mango, it has a STRONG scent that lasts on your hair day after day! I love the gloss in how it apply on the skin. It's like coconut oil, it just melts onto your skin with contact and gives a lovely sheen. You can purchase these products through Nordstrom as well!!

I really like the Kiko products but after my encounter with their customer service I'm not sure if I will ever use their webshop again. May 18th I placed 2 orders and paid them with Sofort. After a couple days, it occured to me that I hadn't received any confirmation of these orders. I found a link to the Belgian customer service, which is located in France (??), and explained them my situation. We exchanged several e-mails, I gave them a copy of the bank statements where the 2 amounts were debited from my account. They asked my data for the refund and then all of the sudden July 11th they tell me they can't find my money!! WTF?! 110€ were deducted from my account and now they are floating in banking heaven?! Logics says this is impossible. We're almost two months later, I've written several e-mails to Kiko, they keep telling me I can't get my money back, I keep telling they have to take a more profound look at their bank account. I've contacted Sofort, who can't help me, they keep referring to Kiko. My bank can only tell me the money is transferred to the German Kiko account. I'm now considering to file a complaint for theft, it seems to be the only option left.

Don’t want to leave a bad review but this was most expensive salon trip and I am not liking results. 1. Highlights were asked to be at the end of locks in front of my face and somehow only ended up on top of my head... barely visible in shade or location 2. Haircut does not look like I showed in picture.... Lost length in hope of getting good hairstyle but now I have neither.

Nice soap, slightly more expensive that buying direct at a French market which we have done for the past 12 years every summer. You might want to think about having packs of 8/10/12 for a discounted price. Will buy again when stocks run down.

They have very poor customer service. I'm usually somebody who just accepts, even when quality is poor however the scent I purchased was so different to the sample I had previously purchased (and I really wanted this particular scent) that I couldn't use it. I did a smell test with my customers and all 15 customers said there was something wrong with it, it was so bad it it made some want to be sick however the small sample bottle was really lovely. I was asked to return them for tests and they said "after doing a test in the lab" it was within their parameters. They offered a refund but I wanted a bottle of the nice smelling scent as a replacement, you'd think this would be their preferred option too but they have cut all contact with me despite my ongoing efforts to get in touch. I'm a bit stuck now as I have based my candle range on their scents but really don't wish to support a company with such bad customer service :-(

Ordered Christmas spice fragrance oil, arrived well protected within the specified time by tracked post. Amazing fragrance, very Christmassy, have used it for potpourri, room spray and even added a few drops when wiping over wood floor - perfect! Well done.

I have purchased six different hydrosols from Vedaoils. I filled it in spray bottles and started using them. After a few sprays, I found the spray pump chocks in all the hydrosols. So doubt came to my mind, and I searched to identify if the product was genuine or made with some composition. I found that shaking the bottle filled with these hydrosol creates foam on the top layer, a sign of fake hydrosol made with some kind of solubilisers mixed with water and fragrance.

Bought a black diamond facial mask & am now hooked on the products. However, I don’t have a celebrity budget & so sourced products for half the price elsewhere, such as eBay. So unlike other people reviewing, I haven’t dealt with customer services. Just love the products & converted my entire skin regimen to 111 black diamond ..... love

I've received my order real quick with a cute little handwritten thank you note. In terms of packaging, it's fully recyclable so great one! The products are real amazing too. Soap bar is excellent, the apricot face oil is just a gem! I've been looking for an oil that moisture but doesn't leave my skin greasy for months before.

I placed an order on 5 FEB, I received an email on 19 FEB to say it had been dispatched. Today, 27 FEB, still waiting for delivery (UK->France). No tracking number, nothing. At this point, I don't care if the products are good, I won't order again. It's 2021 and even with Covid companies still manage to maintain decent service. DECIEM is a great example, so is LOOKFANTASTIC for a multi-brand supplier. I can't even begin to fathom why 1) this company hasn't processed the idea that customer service is #1 priority (I guess they're slow at everything), 2) I didn't check the reviews before buying, because we all seem to have the same complaint.

This company is to be avoided. My order was placed 2 weeks ago and is still do dispatched. I keep contacting them on facebook messenger because they ignore emails and that is the only way to get to them. They reply 2 days after the message saying ''I'm looking into it and I'll get back to you tomorrow'' but they never do!! I keep messaging them they simply do not care. I ordered it 2 weeks ago to have time to receive it but turns it's still not here and they are not helping at all.

Shipping time was average for my order, but I would have liked a better tracking system to know when to expect it. I did receive my order though! Be aware the containers are on the small size for the price but I did see they came out with bigger sizes of "That Booty Tho" which was the favorite of my whole order. I would also suggest "Down with the thickness" and "Have you seen my underwear?" I would purchase these products again but I don't think I want to venture into their other products. They also have a reward program so make sure to join if you plan on ordering regularly.

On the 2nd of February I ordered a product. It is April now and I have still NOT received it. I have sent many emails to Anese and had NOTHING in return. They have ignored my emails about wanting my order. Don’t let them take your money too.

My girlfriend gave me the lavender body lotion, which I love. So I decided to try 3 other items, while the special discounted offer was available. I purchased 3 items - lipstick (love the color), a creamy cleanser & a moisturizer. It came with a sweet hand written note. So far I'm loving it all.

A promotional item was accidentally left out of my order. The company responded quickly and shipped the missing item. The Aniise liquid lipstick is the best I've ever used- long lasting but natural looking and non-drying. However the website is frequently sold out of the colors I want.

Customer service is appaling. I've had issues twice with my order over 3 years and both times I've been ignored. I've used a few of their products and I would only really recommend the night oil. I've been using it for 3 years and my hair is thicker than before. You really have to massage it in for it to work. It's expensive when compared to Dabur and Vatika but I bulk buy and use discount codes. A bottle of night oil lasts me 3/4 months. At the beginning my hair fell out a lot, I expected this after reading the website, now my hair are thicker but It's not helped them grow so I think those influencer reviews are over hyped. The other products I have brought are the Oud shampoo, hair gummies and mens oil. All useless. My husband prefers the normal oil. Beware the shampoos I brought only had a 6 month use by date on it. After getting in touch with customer service and complaining about the short date I was ignored (I brought 2 bottles). I had to go through PayPal to get a refund for them. I use the XHC shampoo from pound shops. SLES and Parabens Free. Cheap cheerful and it actually works. Overall verdict: oils are great, shampoo, gummies, mens oil and customer service are useless.

I am so hurt and upset. I was so excited about the products and the company. But they made an unauthorized withdraw from my checking account it wasn’t even tied to one of their subscriptions. I reached out an hour after the charge of over $300 was made to my checking account which info I never gave them—the got it through PayPal. I sent four emails in two days, sent them a text message and DM’d them through instagram. Finally after three days I got an email back saying sorry it has been after 24 hours so they can’t make any changes. But I had reached out to them four times within 24 hours. They never responded to me after that and ignored any efforts. I am not even excited to use their product before because of how horribly I was treated and how they made no effort to understand or rectify the situation.

I ordered ONE product, they gave me a SUBSCRIPTION I did not authorize. They notified me the day before that my "next" order would be shipped the next day. There is no way to cancel a subscription on the website, even with the link they send you after you create an account. You have to create an account to cancel a subscription, they claim there's a link there to cancel but THERE IS NOT. They claim you can cancel by sending them an email. I did that and they just sent me back the link with instructions to go to the page that has NO way to cancel. Then the next day they send me an email saying my "next order" had shipped. I had to cancel them from PayPal. This is a scam. Avoid them.

In the middle of homeschooling and a high pressure work call, I needed chocolate! My stress level was high and I’d never used any CBD product before but has been bought the Apothem x Land Chocolate as a Christmas gift so thought, if there was ever a good time to try it, it was now. I couldn’t believe how different I felt after just a few bites. A few minutes later, my heart rate had slowed, I was more focused and just felt more centred and in control. I really wasn’t expecting it to be that amazing. I’ve now bought another bar to keep on my desk and treated myself to the Day and Lights Out drops too. Was so impressed, thanks Apothem for a great product!

I am only giving one star because it did not work for me. I put the drops under my tongue and then looked forward to a peaceful sleep but instead I had the worst night for years. I could not relax. This of course may be that it does not mix with my other medication because I do know that it works very well for some people. Was just sorry it did not for me.

This is my second purchase of the gift box of three reed diffusers, delivery was very quick and had a free gift of the scoop and melt tester tin which smelt so strong, I have melted it twice so far and the fragrance is great it filled a large room all day. The diffusers smell gorgeous, my husband has the rosemary and lemon one in his bathroom and has commented how fresh it smells! My favourite is the strawberry, raspberry and rhubarb, fruity but not too sweet. My previous ones lasted 6 months so I’m looking forward to a few more months of fragrance.

This is the second time I've purchased products from Aroment and I'm always incredibly happy with the selection they provide, the level of customer service I've received and their promptness in sending the order, as well as the careful packing. I love the option of buying a small tin for the wax melt, as I personally find it hard to choose a fragrance that I've not been able to smell in person: great idea! I can see myself buying more products from them in the future

Would NOT recommend. I bought a cylinder of 30 satchets in the blueberry flavor, which are not cheap I might add. I took one sachet per day, I received one free flavor, which was Mango and the rest were Blueberry flavor. I took two blueberry and one mango. Unfortunately by the third one, I just couldn't take anymore as I was bloated and constipated. I did contact Vida Glow and was advised nothing could be done, their T&C's advise no refunds or returns. Therefore I've just wasted my money. Whilst I understand there are stipulations around food, these are unopened sachets. A monumental waste unfortunately.

I was hoping to write a positive review as I got off to such a good start with the Vida Glow Marine Collagen. I started on 2 sachets per day as recommended in the instructional video. The first 1-2 weeks were amazing, my skin had never looked so good! And then it all went left. I started waking up with pimples and I’m not talking about the odd pimple here and there, my skin literally broke out with acne. I persisted, thinking it would pass and the more I persisted, the worse my acne became. I stopped the Vida Glow marine collagen 3 days ago, started on a probiotic and thankfully no new pimples. I’m not sure how long it will take for my skin to return to normal but I thought it was worth leaving a review for anyone who may experience the same symptoms I did. After doing a bit of research, I came across a forum where others have had the same reaction to marine and/or bovine collagen so it’s not an isolated incident. Just be careful what you put into your body. I honestly thought this stuff was the holy grail of anti ageing and I’m just gutted it ended this way.

Just ordered another 400 ml of SLIC60, I have been taking it for about 3 months now, and I love it. It has helped my back pain immensely. I also noticed my hair does grow a bit faster, I sleep better, and don't get run down as easy. This is a great product with no side effects for me. I highly recommend this product.

Ordered in March 2019, waited 2 months, constantly checking for updates on the tracking system they provided with the order. Tracking kept saying it's in transit, so I decided to e-mail them. Heard back from them saying that the item had been sent back as I hadn't picked it up from the local post office (I never received any notifications, which of course is not on beautified glow), however I then requested for a refund, since they had the item and my money at this point. Another 20 days went by with no answer, so I sent in a new e-mail, to which they replied that they will look into it and get back to me as soon as possible. It has now been nearly a month. Doubt I'll ever see my money again.

Very good experience. I had a few issues with delivery of my parcel l, but was in contact with costumer services via email whilst the issue was sorted. Although it took a while I recieved my product in the end and the product (the little Hoover that clears blackheads) itself is faultless and the best invention since sliced bread. Overall very happy.
