Nourish London. In addition to my review i posted 3 days ago I must say i purchased my nourish eye cream through my jd Williams account and as soon as i posted my review the nourish customer service team contacted me straight away and have treated me extremely well, I think it was just unfortunate that I had a slight reaction to the eye cream and i hope my review will not deter people from purchasing any products from nourish, i must say again that i have been treated extremely well and nourish have offered and are replacing the cream with a different moisturiser plus some extra samples, at the time I made my original order through jd Williams I was unaware that I could have bought directly from nourish and will be buying from nourish directly in the future, I have felt extremely valued as a customer and i can not thank nourish enough for their excellent customer service. This review is well over due. I've been using Nuebar for about 6 months now. My life is quite stressful and before using Nuebar my hair would fall out whenever I washed it. Since using the hair and and skin range I've had nothing but praise. My hair and skin feel stong, natural and amazing. Plus the service is superb! During Christmas I ordered a package and it got lost in the mail. I contacted them and they solved the issue immediately. I'm not one to have a beauty routine, however I will forever swear by Nuebar. I'm so glad I discovered their products. It seems a bit silly to say that a hair and skin products have changed my life for the better, but I'm confident to say Nuebar has. Sending love!

I placed an order for Cape Aloe capsules on June 30th, 2010. My credit card was charged that same day and I received an order confrimation email stating that the order had been received and that the charge was placed upon my account. According to the website at the time of purchase, the item was available and would be to me in an average of 4-10 business days. Three weeks passed and we heard nothing about this order. Meanwhile, my husband has been suffering with IBS symptoms that only this product seems to relieve. I finally called Zooscape and was told by the young woman I spoke to that the item was actually out of stock and that she would research the order and send me an email letting us know what the status was. Several hours later I decided to call back as I had not heard anything. I spoke to a different woman who then gave me the same story. I mentioned that most companies DO NOT charge you for items that are out of stock or are backordered expressly to avoid charging people for items they would not receive. I also asked why no one in the company had bothered to inform us that the item was not available and that it had not shipped. The representative promised me we would receive a reply email within 2 business days. Two days later we received an email promising us that the item was being expedited and that we would receive a refund for the shipping charge for the inconvenience. A week later (July 29th) we still had not seen the item or the refund. My husband called the company to find out why. The phone was answered by a woman who claimed she was the only one in the office and the only thing she could tell us was that the item was still out of stock and still had not been sent. She then proceeded to tell my husband that she would have to pass this issue to someone else but, of course, there was no one to pass it to since she was alone and we would hear back from someone on Friday, July 30th. Today is Saturday, July 31st. We never heard back from anyone at Zooscape regarding this item or refund. The item still shows that is available for order and nothing on their webpage indicates that the item is out of stock or currently on back order. I left a terse voicemail with regards to the poor handling of the order and questioning the outright lying the company has done. After reading these reviews, I don't expect to receive a response. The bottom line is that the Zooscape still has my money and I have no product. We were first time customers to this company and they have shown us nothing but sleaziness and deceit. I cringe to think this company has my credit card information. If you are considering doing business with them, I say caveat emptor. You have been warned. My final say is that if I have not seen this satisfactorily resolved in the next five business days I will report them to the BBB. EDIT: 8/3/10 - I called this company again today to find out what was going on. I talked to a rep who acknowledged that the company had received my voicemail but didn't bother to call me back. She also said item was still out of stock and there were no refunds in the system for me. I asked to speak to a manager and was once again informed that she was the ONLY PERSON IN THE OFFICE. When I asked if they were a one man operation I was told that all the other people had gone on a "vacation". She was flippant and rude. She asked, "So do you want a refund or what?". Yes! I want a refund! A full refund and immediately. She told me she put the refund in and I "should see it right away". I know that's not how things work in mail order so I asked her how long it would take. She tells me that she put it in the system and that accounts receivable would "get to it" and process the refund. I clarified, "So, whenever someone gets back from vacation to handle this, I should see the refund?" and she said, "Yes". I asked her if there was any way she could tell me how long refunds take once accounts receivable has processed it. She couldn't. This company is a sleazy joke. Steer clear. If you can't, you may be learning an expensive lesson. REBUTTAL TO RESPONSE 8/9/10: The popularity of the product and the difficulty in obtaining it are irrelevant. How you've handled the order and the issues stemming from these facts are what matters. Your representative (Adriana) did not miscommunicate with honest intentions when she stated in plain English that the order was being shipped that day and the refund for shipping was being processed. The fact is the order NEVER shipped and a refund was NEVER processed. Your company should NEVER have charged for an item that was out of stock with no known ETA nor should it continue to advertise said item as in stock and available TO THIS DAY. I STILL HAVE NOT SEEN A CREDIT TO MY ACCOUNT. I have to say I find it incredible that you would even think that I would consider re-ordering Cape Aloe - or ANYTHING - from your company after the way this has been handled. Shame on you! Try legitimate business practices like not charging for items not shipped and staffing your office to handle your customer service issues! What kind of business allows the majority of their staff to vacation leaving ONE person to handle the business? Answer: NONE!

They have not returned my calls e-mails or anything, I will never order from this "co." again. I have tried to get in touch with them several different ways and no response. The Black Tea Toner is amazing so I purchased the overnight cream, day cream and eye cream. However, the lotions are totally drying out my skin and irritates my face. I do not recommend buying any of their products online because of the lack of response. I haven't not been able to exchange, return, or get a credit.

Just a joke of a company! They aren’t available in most locations, and then when they do become available in your area and you place an order, they email you the day before your order is supposed to arrive saying they can’t because they aren’t ready yet. To top it off, when they are finally up and running, weeks after their original timeframe, they still manage to fail at their one and only job and print the barcode on your shipping label wrong so it gets lost in a FedEx warehouse. Would never recommend them to anyone, ever!

My mother-in-law thoughtfully purchased me a $95 gift card for a facial and a half hour massage at Pure Indulgence. When I used it, I called the clinic at North Lakes in Qld and asked if I could change it to the 60 minute massage with an added back exfoliation which they said would be fine, it would just be $15 extra. When I arrived for my appointment I was asked to fill out a comprehensive 2 page form which took about 10 minutes to complete. After that it was another 3 minutes before they came to get me and another couple of minutes to get undressed and get on the table. Apparently all of this time was part of the 60 minute massage because I only got 45 minutes of massage, then the back exfoliation which took just 10 minutes. I was fully dressed back out the front exactly 1 hour from when I arrived! It should have been 60 minutes of actual massage, then 15 minutes for the back exfoliation, so a total of 75 minutes in total, NOT 55 minutes. In addition, she asked me if I had any areas in particular which I wanted her to work on and I said yes my neck which was very stiff and then she proceeded to hardly touch my neck? The entire time I had trouble breathing because they had a thick towel stuffed around the face hole of the massage bed and it was really hard to get air. When I went to pay, she charged me $20 extra instead of $15 but I was too over it to say anything so I just paid it and left. All in all I thought it was a mediocre massage at best and I felt I was cheated on time and money. Would I ever go back? No, definitely not. They are overpriced, unprofessional and inexperienced if you ask me.

For my first order, I decided I wasn't going to purchase as much as I wanted to because I wanted to be sure that the site was a legitimate business. I feel very fortunate to have chosen this company. My package was held up in customs and I contacted customer service at Foxy Fillers and they got back to me right away letting me know that they guarantee shipping and not to worry because they track their customer's shipments to make sure they arrive successfully. After two weeks of being stuck in customs I received an email stating they were sending me a new order via DHL express and it arrived 6 days later. I would prefer if they just shipped DHL from the beginning instead of using local postal service which is very slow, especially with COVID. I'm just fortunate that they are honest and alert to the customer's tracking information so that I did end up receiving my product. The product was authentic and in perfect condition. Their prices are slightly higher than some other sites but I'd much rather pay a little more for guaranteed delivery and customer service that responds right away and keeps track of their customer's orders as closely as I do. I have purchased almost 200€ worth of Nuxe products over the last 6 weeks. The products are very nice. Unfortunately they have a SERIOUS PROBLEM with their customer service. I discovered their 'carte fidelity' program online after my second purchase. Those items packaged in boxes have secret codes inside the boxes. These work and can be registered no problem. But the Huile Prodigieuse doesn't come in a box so you have to submit copies of your "factures", your reciepts to be credited. That's fair enough. But what is so INCREDIBILY STUPID is they don't accept thier OWN ONLINE FACTURES as proof of purchase. I have been back and forth 3 times with their customer (non) service people arguing about this. I'm so fed up I think I will never buy another Nuxe product again. What's the point of having a carte fidelity if it's just a horrible experience for your clients....just dumb, really stupid.

Naomi has been doing my eyelash extensions for quite a few years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! She is fabulous and very skilled. They always stay on for at least 2-3 weeks if not longer. MK organics CBD oil In 2016 I unfortunately had 2 car crashes in the space of 3 month's, 1 rear crash and 1 major car crash and as a result lost my job. Since then I have had surgery on my wrist which was totally shattered and find out soon if I'm needing anymore. I have now had it for 5 days 2 sprays under the tongue 1 in the morning and 1 on an evening the taste tastes like mint with a cooling effect on the mouth and an oil texture which doesn't last long at all. For the 5 days I have been taking it my sleep has got a lot better, I am waking up refreshed and with a lot more energy.(and that feels good because 2 years with bad sleep made me angry) My anxiety and depression has calmed by 60%. over the months Im hoping to see a lot more benefits to my health but in 5 days a lot has changed already. I am seeing a lot of hope with the product and I will continue to purchase from mk organics and continue to use their CBD oil.

The cream seems darker at first but once I patted the cream lightly on my face, the colour even out. Really like how it even out my skin complexion. But it also feels a little be dry on your face although the visually I do have those dewy (oily) effect in general. Some powder / face mist solve this feeling. I had bought the product on the 6th at 4pm and not 3 hours later I emailed asking to cancel the order as my friend told me a much cheaper bleach I was used to was vegan and cf I still haven't received a reply to this and after 3 days my package arrived, so I bleached it that night. I bought the no bleach bleach to lighten up the top half of my hair where my roots have grown out fir nearly a year which was a medium brown color it barely lightened it... I bought another bleach from another compony and bleached it a couple days later but accidentally bought the wrong one I waited a few days before trying the blue dye in it and now the brown is a dark green and the bootom half which I had bleached a while ago is now a weird grey colour. I am very upset because my hair looks so ugly

Three weeks ago I was diagnosed with the Corona Virus and although I am much better now, I was feeling very tired and had no energy whatsoever. However, two days ago I remembered the CBD Oil 10% which I had bought from CBD Oils in Bristol a couple of months ago. Within 20 minutes of taking the oil, I started to feel more energised. I took the oil 3 times yesterday and twice today. I really am beginning to feel "normal" and have not slept at all today. Over the time I had the virus, all I wanted to do was sleep in between the contact coughing bouts! I have a lot of their skincare products; Irish Mud Cleansing Gel, Anti-Aging Cleansing Gel, Water Drench Cloud Cream Cleanser, Ultra Rich Body Lotion, Cucumber Gel Mask, and Water Drench Hyaluronic Cloud Cream. I like to adapt my cleansers to the way my skin feels before cleaning, so I use a lot of different ones. All the PTR cleansers are great, though the Irish Mud one is my fave. It leaves my skin looking super clean and if I use it with the Hyaluronic Cloud Cream when I feel a breakout coming, it reduces the reaction. Their Ultra Rich Body Lotion is true to its name; rich and creamy, leaving my skin feeling luxuriously pampered after use.

We are so happy that I booked Living Dolls Makeup Artistry to do my big day hair. I started buying their products 8 months ago and generally their products are good (and align with my organic/natural products criteria), but after a mistake in my order where a product was added that I did not order - a sampler kit that is usually added as a free gift - and was charged full price ($40 for a sampler kit that is usually added as a free gift!) despite the claim that everything was 20% off - the only one not given the discount, I attempted over 2 months and around 7 hours of my time to get it resolved. I sent 12 emails called over 20 times. Each email responded with an auto reply "you can return your product by following directions at this link", which said I needed to pay the $10 return shipping and by the time I got it it was "past the return period." I do believe this company is in trouble because they must have no staff to actually answer emails (it was clear they were not even reading my emails when I explained I had not ordered the product, when I didn't want to pay return shipping, etc.) nor the phone. The 20+ times I called during their supposed business hours I got a message each time "this mailbox is full and is not accepting any more messages." Not only do they not have a person to answer the phone but their mailbox has been full and unchecked for over 2 months. I am disappointed since I did like the product, but I cannot do business with a company with such unethical practices to make money by adding products to customer's invoices that they did not order and charging them for it (guessing they do this regularly but some customers just don't notice - or they give up trying to get it resolved after getting no response to a call or email) and non-existent customer service. There are many other natural/organic skincare companies today so I am certain I can find another that has an actual business with customer service that will have just as effective skincare products - and in fact I have already transitioned to a new one that so far has been great (time will be my true test).
