Product was for a present, my wife seems happy with it however it took 7 days to arrive and not the advised 1-2 working days and therefore missed the birthday, it arrived 3 days later. Customer service received towards fixing my issue or even acknowledging there was an issue was poor. I had high hopes for the Gladskin Roscea cream, having suffered with Acne Rosacea on and off for the last five years. I bought it along with the acne gel, the face wash and scrub, but unfortunately after just one use my skin flared up really badly. I used the face wash and the Roascea cream on the first night, but by the morning I had developed irritated skin across on my forehead and itchy red dematitis welts in the creases my neck. It was very sore and I had to use a hydrocortisone cream to calm my skin back down. Most disappointingly, I emailed Gladskin about this, and even sent pictures of my skin reaction, but have had absolutely no response from them. I'm guessing this was a painful, expensive mistake.

This company absolutely sucks in my opinion and is ran by thieves. I ordered something a while back and never received it. They still wanted me to pay although I never received it. I wanted to make everything right, but they did not. So I disputed it with my credit card company because I refuse to pay for something I never received. They should have mailed me a replacement in which they didn't. What they did is ban me from ever doing business with them again. Absolutely a horrible way to do business. A legit company would want to resolve issues with people, but this company doesn't care if they screw you over or not.

I have quite a few shades of their nail polish, which work great. If they had shades that were a little less basic they would get five stars. On my third session at hair removal.co.uk, it was very unpleasant. Very painful session I had and I was even blamed by my therapist for scheduling a sooner session after having a facial treatment outside their shop although I didn’t. My face had an awful reaction to the intensity of the lazer treatment that day and my left cheek was left with horrible marks on it which includes my forehead. My therapist was apologetic but I didn’t go to work for a week because of it. I lost my confidence with them.

I first used Healgel following surgery and it vastly improved the scar and here I am again using it on the scar resulting from a hip operation. It is doing a great job and I don’t know of anything that works so well. It is also very useful for a myriad of other skin condition from pimples to sunburn. Amazing stuff.

This is my 2nd review of this company after the first one got reported I have been asked to reword it by trustpilot because of 1 word so here goes. I purchased the uniglow elixir after seeing an ad on facebook and nothing but positive reviews for it. The elixir arrived and after using it for a few days it may my skin red, dry and itchy. I stopped using it and asked the company for a refund for this reason. I sent the item back as per their policy, this has to be done recorded delivery at the buyers cost. After a chase up email a refund was recieved. After a couple of days I went on the facebook page and left an honest review of the serum , this was subsequently deleted by the company, i have no idea why as it stated as per above what it did to my skin and nothing else. I was also blocked from the page! I have then reviewed the company here which also got reported by Jolie Beauty. I also contacted the company again after their response on my previous review and have not yet had the courtesy of a reply. I will not personally be using this company again and I will be very cautious in future about buying from a company that only has positive reviews on social media.

Excellent product that I discovered a couple of months ago - I have now had two bottles and have subscribed to monthly so that I never run out. My skin has really shown a healthy improvement and I am receiving comments about how well I'm looking (not bad for a 66 year old) I can't recommend this product enough. I use it morning and night and occasionally mix it with foundation. Absolutely love it and highly recommend.

Run by really rough girls (not women at all). No empathy or professionalism towards hair loss sufferers. Just rented a room in Harley street. I’ll let the pictures do the talking. Look at how my face was left…Yellow uneven lines. Faded and disappeared within 2 weeks as the treatment wasn’t carried out properly using the correct ink and depth. Blamed on having alopecia! Was offered a correction treatment but was so hurt but what they'd done I could not risk anymore damage. So Incompetent not even a penny returned. Had to go through solicitors but their company isn’t even registered as a makeup artist profession with Trading standards. AVOID!

This is my second review - I thought it’d be interesting for people to see how things have progressed- I have an eye condition that means I’m putting 5 different types of medication in regularly and a very oily one at night. Well, she IS as brilliant as I said she was originally. No-one else has ever managed to give me a semi-permanentl eye liner that lasted. Karen has! I chose to go back for more to be put on, but I didn't actually have to. I just decided I wanted a stronger look. It hadn’t faded. I’d recommend her wholeheartedly- she is THE BEST!

Ordered the LarocPro Artisty Palette which arrived in just 2 days but once I opened it the smell that came from the palette was a horrible fishy smell. Has completely put me off trying the palette as I can not get over the strong smell when I open it up and makes me feel a little sick. Visually, it is a very pretty and a huge palette but other than that, I am disappointed and feel like I have a product I can now not use on myself or clients as the smell is so off putting and unprofessional.

I've been using the cream for a few weeks now and besides smelling amazing I can actually see firming in my skin. That really excites me. I have sensitive skin and was very excited that I didn't have any reaction. The cream is very smooth not too thick or oily. It has a smell that is really really pleasant. Working for an owner of a lip monthly. I have found the following issues, which may explain the delay in orders. worried about our safety at work. Due to covid 19 I was out of work for 2 1/2 months. I was looking for work to replace the job I lost. There was a job ad on indeed for a picker/packer in st Catharines Ontario. It was working for a subscription company called LM inc, who runs 2 online businesses called lip monthly and spicy subscriptions Anyway I started work on May 14th. It was supposed to be in a small warehouse. Yet when I showed up for work at 36 Wright St, unit#2 St. Catharines, ON L2P 3J4, Canada It turned out to be a storage unit not a warehouse. We kept the metal door raised up so we could get fresh air. It's owned by a guy named Bryden and his manager Alex Jenkins and account manager Brian McGill. Bryden's number is 1 647-992-4022 We have some health and safety, lack of organization and lack of basic communication and common sense issues at our work place. The issues are #1 safety issues. Theres lack of being able to get rid of the cardboard and other stuff all over the floor which is a tripping and slipping hazard. As a person who has been previously suffered back and hip injuries due to other people's stupidty and lack of common sense. I find it irritating that he's not properly providing container's to put the cardboard, or brooms to sweep the floor. We don't have proper bins for the garbage, or even proper bins to put the finished product in. He has recently started getting a lot more product in, but it's practically blocking the only entrance and exit to the building. It's piled everywhere. #2 lack of ability to provide proper amounts of labels, products to pack or even communicate how many boxes are needed for each order. Yet it shouldn't be that hard for him to print a master list of all the customers who have ordered and compare the labels being printed to this list. Cause then he could easily figure out which ones are missing and reprint them. #3 1 lack of proper scheduling. We have lives outside of work we need to know when we are working. Yet it's been very difficult to get our boss to prepare a proper schedule. Even his manager Alex can't seem to accomplish this. #4 wasting employees time, having us come in for only 1 1/2 to 2 hours of work because he's not properly prepared with the product to pack, labels etc. #5 products and boxes not even organized. They are just randomly placed all over. It's a treasure hunt to find what we need. How can an employee survive an incompetent workplace like this?

I've only belonged for a month, and I really like my first bag. I don't usually wear bold lipstick colors but the bag came just in time for a Gatsby-themed party and had a perfect bold red in it, that was awesome! I received 2 lipsticks, a chapstick (for a lack of a better term, it's def better than chapstick), and a lip liner. I'm not a lip liner person, but it's the perfect shade to go with the one lipstick that came in the bag, so for someone who uses lip liner, they'd be all set. And the bag itself was cute. Definitely impressed.

I thought I would have one more go with Lola Lashes to see if the magnetic eyeliner is as good as they say...I am so glad I did....they are brilliant...quick delivery and I found them very easy to apply...I did use a magnifying mirror and an application tool to hold the lases....thanks very much....I just need to try a few other styles now.

I bought these as I couldn’t get extensions in lockdown but I’m going to stick to Lola’s Lashes in future as they are amazing. I’ve never been able to apply strip lashes, but this is so quick and easy!

I bought a Creed fragrance for my friends birthday present from London International Perfumes and Cosmetic. I must say I was a bit cautious in the beginning as I had never heard of them and there are a lot of fake Creed perfumes out there. After reviewing their positive reviews on Feefo and Google, I decided to take the plunge!! I am so happy I did as not only did I receive an authentic fragrance but it arrived in 3 days. I was one of many who was misled into becoming a 'member'. Regardless of what Luxplus say becoming a member is not clear especially when making a quick purchase via a mobile. The first I knew of this was a deduction of £8.99 from my bank account. If Luxplus were fair about this they would alert new 'subscribers' when a subscription payment is about to be taken and/or issue a refund if customers did not realise they had unwittingly become 'members'. As they do neither this is clearly a deliberate ploy to gain unsuspecting members and take subscriptions by stealth. From looking at the many poor reviews lots of customers have fallen for this and I wonder how many have paid months of subscriptions without realising. A nice little earner for Luxplus. I wonder what % of their income is from unwanted subscriptions? And how many people really get value from paying over £100 a year to access discount prices?? Someone needs to put a stop to this - eg Trading Standards - so many have been caught by this that it must contravene some law or guideline. And please dont bother replying Luxplus - we know what you are up to

I only found out I apparently agreed to a paid monthly membership when they pulled £9 from my account a month after my purchase, with absolutely nothing in return for this £9. It's incredibly misleading as they don't make this seem obvious when you place the order. Absolutely not worth placing an order here and risking this! Scammers if you're trying to sneakily rip off customers.

I bought a product online some months ago just to figure out that I was paying almost 9 euros per month for a membership since then. I payed actually more in the membership than for the product itself. It is not normal practice to charge this way and it should be stated clearly. All you see when you order is membership price, and membership adding 0 euros to your total because apparently (!) the first month is free. If you want to order from them read carefully in the disclaimers how you can stop the membership before it starts charging you.

Maria did an absolutely amazing job and I am so thankful she was there with me for my wedding day! She enjoyed every bit of the excitement with me and was also able to calm any nervous energy in the room. Maria met with me several times in order to figure out what would look just right for me. She brought all of the products Makeup Artist Pro group had to offer including the airbrush foundation which turned out amazing. It was very light but left a smooth finished look. My makeup made me feel so confident and I didn't have to think twice about it all day (not even when my hubby shoved cake in my face.;]). I have only given 3 stars because I have only used two brush heads. Unfortunately the first one broke when the brush head came out after one day and wouldn’t stay in. It could have been dropped, but I don’t know. The second one is good, has been in for about a week and does the job as well as the branded product.

I recently ordered from MULondon for the second time. Unfortunately they sent me out the wrong item. When I let them know they responded within 1/2 hour and promised to send out a replacement right away which I received 2 days later, and I've received a follow up email a week or so later. Great customer service!! I've now tried 2 moisturisers and love the Marigold, Frankincense and Myrrh moisturiser, a little goes a long way, it smells great and my skins never been better. I've tried the Rose, Rosehip and Rosemary one this time and it smells divine.

I've been purchasing the Arabian Legend perfume from the Arabian Oud stores and online for some years now. The instore experience has always been excellent and the online purchasing has been equally exceptional too. Online purchases are quick and easy, and I've always received my purchase within 3 days. The perfume is absolutely amazing and I always get so many compliments when I'm wearing it. I definitely recommend Arabian Oud based on my very good experience with the company.

I've got oils from Arabian Oud some bought in the UK and others bought in Saudi Arabia and the ones from SA are much stronger making me think the UK ones are lower quality/watered down. I can't really compare the prices as the ones from SA were a gift, but the UK stores have some fragrances that are worth the price but many that are not. For example, the fragrance oils on sale are typically fine, some of the cheaper ones are actually the strongest and longest lasting it's the faux high quality ones that seem weak and unsubstantial. The price is not really too bad on sale items or some of the lower end perfumes, however many spray fragrances are weak. I can't speak of the pure oud oils as I wouldn't really buy them from here anyway as there's a lot of options for this for much less money elsewhere. Customer service wasn't great in the London Stratford Westfield store either so it's probably easier to go in knowing what you want and checking reviews beforehand as the quality is inconsistent and quite hit and miss. I think something from here would always make a good easy gift for someone who likes perfume, but for a strong perfume or quality oud lover I would recommend looking elsewhere.

After 2 weeks of use I can definitely say that this is a really smooth and soothing oil for my dry, red and flasky skin. Finally I found something that really works for my difficult face skin. The only confusion I have is why don't use a dark amber glass bottle instead of plastic or clear glass, it is very well known that the pure argan oil it can break down in contact with sun and UV light and lose argan oil best properties.
