The product seems good and the price is great compared to buying at a local store , however when I got it in the mail, one of the bottles was not sealed properly and it leaked all over the box and now I have lost some . I had the absolute best experience with this company. The oils are in very nice bottles, packaged in bubble wrap and a very sturdy box, they came very quickly to me by courier. I have to tell you that the gentlemen who runs the site has amazing customer service, even though there was a few bumps in the road he answered ever email literally within minutes of sending him the emails, he got everyone of the 4 questions/concerns taken care of with amazing speed. Usually buy in store as there is no substitute for the beautiful aroma. I bought Mother's massage oil as a gift for my son and Melissa Hand cream (fab) and aromatherapy oil. One suggestion is to include samples (like aroma sticks) of some products and maybe a leaflet about the history of the company?How about scented drawer liners? The products vary as to whether they are thick or runny so some run off and create ridges at the edges. And rarely look like the picture. They only post good reviews so you can never trust the reviews, or find out the truth about which look like the swatches. Customer service is rude and they dont always dispatch the next day. When they run out of a colour they dont tell you and you have to message them to ask where it is and they dont give refunds they make you choose another colour!

I have been using Alpinols CBD 15% oil for 3 weeks . I take 20mg - 3 x a day I was diagnosed with Asthma a month ago due to a chronic cough that I have had for 2 years . Been using it for chronic atopic dermatitis, eczema (since am 6 months old, currently am 33 y-o) and results are there. Been using 4 to 8 drops once a day, and it helps with recurrence of crisis. The cosmetic creams also are very well tolerated which is a first for me. I think considering the comments I’ll try increase the dosage to see if it can help stabilize the effect. Definitely would recommend.

The shipping and customer service are excellent and fast. As for their products I purchased the IPL hair removal and skin rejuvenation along with the RF tool and used it for about a month. The IPL hair removal is very time consuming but effective. As for the skin rejuvenation and RF tool I used those two for a month as instructed and saw 0 results. I have sent the products back at my own cost which will not be refunded. Also, still awaiting inspection of products in order to receive my refund minus the shipping costs. Overall for me I received 0 results and lost money. I will keep you guys posted. I hope that others have a different experience with their purchase.

The activated charcoal mask is crazy hard to get off without leaving residue. I got these as a gift from my sis but not the towelettes so idk of those help or not but my face hurts from trying to get this off. Extra info: I used multiple kinds of makeup remover/ washes/ astringent and only hot water to try to get this thing off, buyer beware because I looked like a chimney cleaner for about 30 mins while I tried to scrub this off lol.

With the activated charcoal + coconut mask, it's really hard to get the residue even with warm water. So I used HOT water, but it's still incredibly hard to remove the residue even with hard rubbings off my face. I have 3 packs of it :\ it's just that it's such a hassle to clean up! I have no problem cleaning up the aussie white clay + apricot mask though, I like it but it does leave my face slightly greasy.

My first impressions of Fruu were excellent, I'd tried their watermelon balm and it became my go-to which I've used for years, so recently I decided to try some of their other varieties, which I almost wish I hadn't, because this is where it all went wrong. I ordered a pineapple balm and a cherry balm, the pineapple one had barely any pineapple flavour, and the cherry one had no cherry flavour AT ALL, both of which I could have managed, but what was worse, and unmanageable, was that they both had a horrible waxy, and very prominent bitter taste to them (which I didn't even have a hint of in the previous Fruu balms I'd used), making them unusable. Now I understand that sometimes things go wrong, and I gave Fruu the benefit of the doubt, certain that they wouldn't intentionally sell a horrible tasting product, so I wrote to them about this issue, but they have simply ignored me, which tells me that they see no problem at all with sending out sub-par and unusable products. I can't even seem to create an account to leave a review on their website, which is convenient for them I guess. So here I am, warning others - you might get a good product, but you also might get a terrible one that you'll have to bin, and when you do, no one will be there to help you and make sure they're actually sending out quality product, because it seems that once they have your money they don't care much at all about your experience or satisfaction. It really is such a huge shame when such a small company with a (usually) great product would rather throw their reputation (and this customer) away by running and hiding from their faults, instead of being honest and actually dealing with their own screw up head on.

On your web site you provided 2 options for delivery to Egypt, DHL & Egyptian Post which you estimated their delivery time at 15 days. Actually it took 5 weeks to deliver. In addition I had to pay additional customs fee of 40% that was not mentioned on your page. I believe you should have mentioned that there may be additional customs fees required by Egyptian customs.

It takes forever to get your order. This company will give false promises to get you to purchase their product but was never true to their words. Never again! For one, it is shady to me when a company does not disclose their ingredients online. They are cleaner ingredients than traditional brands but they are not 100% pure and all natural. Also, I tried to use my redemption code for my second year's worth of products and I submitted the form online. A month went by and I did not get any notification of shipment or my delivery. I contacted the company and their system's were down but the person I spoke with said she would make sure that they rushed my order when the system was back up and running. A week later I called again and I was told that you have to wait 10 months before re delievering. I told him that I never got an email saying that was the case when I submitted my order nor did the girl call me back to say that. I then asked, ok, so when the 10 months goes by, you will just automatically ship my order out. He goes no, you will have to reorder. They should let a customer now if their order is not going to be processed. Terrible customer service and lack or transparency.
