It was due on 19th October, I was advised it was delayed due to a new system and they would text the day before delivery. Still waiting and Avon’s customer care can only advise they will message the day before delivery. Shame on you Avon!

I ordered from Divine Derriere on September 13, 2012 and never received any tracking information for the order like they said they would provide. I emailed the company on 10/2 and again on 10/23 requesting the status of the order because I still had not received anything. I finally received an email from the company on 10/29 telling me the owner of the company had no intentions on fulfilling the orders that have been placed and telling me to contact Paypal for a refund. I contacted Paypal to file a claim and they refused it because it has been more than 45 days! Which is ridiculous considering there is evidence of obvious fraud here!! Now I have to try to dispute it through my bank and see if they will refund my money. Don't order from this company!! I saw good reviews on other sites so I was fooled.

I ordered 2-18 oz. containers, package of 2, took 14 days to get here, from Utah to Montana, and it wasn't what i ordered. I received 2-2.2 oz., for $10 something, I could have bought the anywhere cheaper. I was told i would get a prepaid return label, by Maddie, and She said She would send one, trouble is, I had to print it, and I don't have a printer. Recently, they made a mistake with my order, and I went to their homepage to call the 1-800 number. I was greeted by who I believe was the Vice President, who handled the matter very professionally and friendly. I was offered a quick re-shipment without any fuss whatsoever. Estee Lauder is my go-to for all my skincare and a few must-have make-up items. The prices are comparable to anywhere you buy their products so it's really about the service and speed. I always buy at bonus days at The Bay, but I like ordering direct from Esteelauder.ca because they ship fast, package it up well, and they have a points system where you earn bonuses like free lipstick and expedited shipping.

I was referred to the LuckyScent site by a friend. I liked it from the very beginning. So first time I went on the site and browsed around I quickly noticed an awesome deal regarding free samples with a purchase of a certain amount. I decided to purchase several candles. I easily found candles I loved. Their candles are excellent quality and quite unique as well. They have all sorts of character inspired candles - such as Benjamin Franklin or Napoleon. I found that the candles I purchased were slow burning which sort of made the price seem less expensive - considering the quality of them. I enjoyed receiving my free samples as well.

Wow, the negative reviews here are utterly ridiculous! Really? Blaming the company when USPS loses your package or when you don't like the scent of the samples you ordered? I've made several orders from Lucky Scent over the past few years, and I couldn't be more pleased. They always ship same or next business day, the products are perfect, and they have excellent customer service. Of course the samples are decanted- it specifically says so on their website! Many of these niche perfumes are made in small batches, and they don't produce commercial samples to give out to customers. Yes, I haven't always liked the samples I ordered, but that's why you spend a few bucks and get samples. Sheesh, these aren't Calvin Klein or Britney Spears perfumes. Anyway, one of my packages was lost in the mail- clearly USPS's fault, by the way, as Lucky Scent always ships with a tracking number- and Lucky Scent customer service immediately replaced the package for me. I've ordered a couple full-size bottles from them as well. They are one of the best niche perfume retailers in the US, if not the best.

I was not aware of Love Aroma until recently, it was only until I had done a quick search to find the best price for candles that I came across the website. I was pleasantly surprised with the service that they had provided, starting with the prices of the products, very reasonably priced indeed. I only bought two small sampler candles but the attention to detail in which the package arrived in was astounding. Costing only a few pounds for the products themselves, the box was well protected, and lightly scented with another scent from their range, my products also came with a free room spray which I thought took it to another level. Will definitely be using this website again and highly recommend to anyone looking for great aromas at low low prices.

I placed an order on 12/1 and returned the item due to a defect. Beauty.com received the return parcel on 12/9. It is now 12/29 and I am without a refund. I have emailed their customer service numerous times and have yet to receive a response. I finally spoke to a bot via their online chat and was told that returns are processed in 30 days. 30 days?! Are you kidding me? I shop online for virtually EVERYTHING and I have never heard of such an absurd return/refund policy. Let's see if I am even granted my refund come 1/9. I am NEVER shopping from Beauty.com or Drugstore.com again.

Beauty.com offers free shipping and $10 off purchases over $50. Not until you read the fine print do you find out that the shipping is only free if you sign up for a service called Shoprunner, and the discount only applies if you opt in for automatic re-ordering. No reason to use a website/company that fraudulently advertises like that. Their prices are no better than Amazon, and in fact are slightly higher for the product I am buying. With Amazon, you know what you're getting, many items are available with expedited shipping, and there's no false advertising. I wouldn't use Beauty.com

I have been waiting for a refund of more than £200 for goods that were returned and received by this company on 29 August 2017. They don't respond to emails and rarely answer the phone and when they do answer calls, they lie about refunds. I have waited 2 months and still haven't received a refund, so I have incurred interest charges for a refund that should have been processed at least 6 weeks ago. I will now have to pursue a claim under the Consumer Credit Act through my credit card provider. I am very angry. There are plenty of reliable internet retailers, but Slapiton definitely is not one of them. Avoid this company

I purchased Estée Lauder modern muse perfume and although I don't feel it lasts very long so I keep the purse size on me as well. It does smell a lot like Sarah Jessica Parker's lovely to me as well because I've heard other people echo the same. Being that it's a floral somewhat of a strong white floral,musky with honeysuckle, jasmine and vanilla notes I wear it for spring and summer. I do really like it and will probably wind up buying another bottle soon.

I ordered a box of 3 expensive eyeliners and a $2 sale item. Out of the 3 eyeliners two were dry (guess how hold they can be) so I returned the whole box. Weeks later I get an email that they don't have any more in stock so only the amount of the eyeliner box purchase will be refunded, and because the $2 sale item was delivered I still had to pay the $5.95 shipping charge. That is not the way to treat a returning customer. Very unhappy that after getting old products, having to return them on top I get charged the S&h fee. Ridiculous. Careful when ordering sale items from this site!

Their website promises they ship the next day; a week had passed by and no sign of my package coming. The strange part is that you cannot even track your oder like you can with most websites. Sketchy. Anyways I emailed them through their contact me page, never received a response. I had received my order almost two weeks from the original date I had purchased it on. The packaging looked like they carelessly put it together and I looked inside and my order was thankfully right. I cannot complain too much because they did throw in some sample bronzers which put a smile on my face, however I bought the Snooki Ultra Dark tanning lotion. The top has a bedazzled strip, but it was placed noticeably unevenly to the point where the nozzle wasn’t fully screwed in to the bottle. The lid was a little bit open in before I even took the plastic wrap off. Very messily put together and a long wait for a next day shipping promise. Will never order from this website again.

i've been buying from this website since 2012, I always got my orders in full, and this year ( 2019 ) I placed an order, 3 item was short shipped and I still got charged!!! and I cant find anyone to reply my email nor on the phone!!! so there! I lost $45 USD there!! now gonna try to get Palpal involved but i don't think i can get my money back, PayPal says protects BUYER but they actually protects the SELLER ( that was my experience with PAYPAL)

I ordered a sunscreen on the 12th of April to which it said that it had been dispatched about 6 days ago.However, it’s the 21st and I still haven’t received my order I sent them an email about 3 days ago but haven’t had a reply.I know that the 19th-22nd is non bussiness due to Easter, but I ordered the sunscreen 9 days ago and it was meant to be sent first class which was clearly not the method it has been sent by.Any information in this matter would be helpful.

3 out of 4 fragrance oils I ordered expire in late 2019. That's 4–5 months from the order date. I expected at least 1 year expiry considering the shelf life is 2 years. The owner clearly sees nothing wrong with that: "There are still a few months left." (...) "it is impossible to expect any company to give you something that is at the beginning of its shelf life." They blocked me from writing reviews on Facebook, so here I am. Seems they take preemptive steps to block unhappy customers from voicing their opinions.

Stay away from DecantShop at all costs. They took over a month to send my order after giving me the runaround and lying to me for weeks about the samples being "shipped". I kept checking the tracking number they provided and it showed the package not being shipped for weeks. When confronted, they blamed the whole thing on USPS which is nonsense because many orders were being delivered to me on time by USPS. Worst of all, the 5 ml sample of Creed Royal Oud I finally received was either fake or so damaged from poor storage that it was no longer recognizable. I know this fragrance so well and bought many samples over the years. What they sent me was not Royal Oud. Being who they are, they of course refused to accept the return or issue a refund. Don't gamble with your money, there are so many other reputable online retailers / decanters that would never lie to and cheat customers.

I used this on my skin about 2 weeks ago. My skin became quite sore from it but I did use it after spending the day at the beach so probably not the best idea. After my skin healed it feels so much softer! I look forwards to using it again and doing it next time on skin that isn’t sunburnt. Very happy with the company and there fast delivery. I have been taking the capsules for over a week now and not once in that time have I took a painkiller. I suffer from body aches due to a vitamin d defiency a few years ago and I go through a lot of painkillers in a day, it feels amazing not to take them. My anxiety has decreased and I am sleeping through the night for the first time in 5 years. Highly recommend.

My mum is 90 and suffers from arthritis in her spine, hips and knees. A few months ago, due to an increase in pain, the doctor changed her medication from Co-dydramol with tramadol at night to 30mg Co-codamol. She was taking eight a day and was still in pain, and she was like a zombie, sitting sleeping, no appetite. I started to research and began to question whether this was an addiction to pain killers. I chose to speak to the doctor and to reduce the painkillers replacing them with CBD oil gradually. The doctor was not happy as they are unable to recommend CBD, but she did say she had heard of some positive results. I researched CBD and quickly realised that there are varying qualities of CBD oil and many fakes out there. I was discussing it with a colleague who said he knew a company that had helped his Nan and it was 1CBD. I contacted the company and was immediately impressed with the approach taken. No hard sell, it was more about finding which CBD strength would suit her and in which form. We decided to go with the capsules. I started her on one every evening. I also bought some balm which I massage into her knees every evening. That was one month ago! My mum is down to ONE painkiller per day! She is gaining weight, not losing it because her appetite is back. She is no longer in pain, and because of that, she is more mobile. It is lovely to find her pottering rather than sitting! She has such clarity of mind and no longer complains of pain. Last night she told my sister-in-law it has changed her life. It hasn't just changed her life, it has mine too, I have my mum back! Smiling, happy and interacting with her family. Thank you 1CBD!

These products made me break out badly. I stopped using them then retried again and unfortunately again caused a bad breakout. Emailed customer service, no refund offered despite saying you will receive a refund if unhappy. It takes longer than 30 days for acne to improve especially if in a current breakout. Required longer to test product. But as it’s causing more breakouts it’s been a total waste of money and customer services didn’t take any of this onboard. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT OR COMPANY and RECOMMEND COMPANY OVERHAUL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Don’t plaster all over your products you will refund if not happy if you aren’t willing to do this. Total waste of £80 and full bottles being binned

I have been using the 47skin Anti-Blemish & Scar repair serum for about a week and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. I am 44 and have had problem skin for about 30 years now. Whilst it wasn't necessarily acne, I have always had spots and been very self-conscious about my skin, to the point where I have not left the house without foundation on since my early teens. I'm not quite at the leaving the house without make-up stage just yet but I have not had a breakout since I started using the serum and my skin has a glow which it has never had before. I spent thousands of dollars for the face lift threading and it’s ruined my face not only was Was there no improvement at all, when I was getting the thread through the brow a gush of blood ran down my face into my eyes, so they didn’t give me the amount of threads needed and that I paid for . Two of the threads are visible just below my cheeks I have a huge lump on my head for months now and I look hideous.

I have experienced intensive migraines for the past 6 years. My daughter first came across this company at there concept store in Harvey Nichols Manchester she was that impressed she has booked again. I bought a gift set from there site and thought I would try it myself it's amazing from the moisturiser to the hand hero. The customer service was second to none Adam amended my order which arrived in nano time and the communication which I received I can honestly say I've never had any has good in my life. Extortionate company with a nasty business model, making money on unaware customers that make a one-time purchase and get stuck with monthly subscription payments of DKK 89. It took me 6 months to spot this after buying razor blades for DKK 79. Quite expensive razor blades they turned out to be ;)! Avoid this company at any cost and be very aware buying online in DK. There are 1-2 other companies like this (BilaBlau for example). I even think Flipsu managed to remove some bad reviews by protesting (asking for customer reference number that the customer was not bothered to provide).

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT YOU WILL LOSE YOUR EYEBROWS!! I purchased forchics because the reviews they use in their advertisements claim that their product will *increase* hair and help the hair to *grow*. This is the exact opposite of what the product does. I purchased the 2-pack of eyebrow serum, the mascara, and the eyebrow pencil. I used the eyebrow serum as directed on the instructions and after just a handful of days I woke up yesterday to see that my eyebrows had significantly less hair than they did just days prior when I started using the product! As someone who has already thin eyebrows to begin with, every hair is precious. I haven't yet tried the eyebrow pencil or mascara I purchased and I absolutely won't be now for fear that they'll do the same thing their eyebrow serum does. I started digging on the internet after noticing this yesterday and found reviews from other customers who tried your product and experienced the same thing i did, except I had to really search for these hard to find them (they appear to be buried- why were these so hard to find? Seems suss to me). There is no way for new customers to write reviews on their website (I searched for a half hour as a verified customer). The customer reviews (which I suspect are not recent, as many of the recent ones on exterior sites like this complain about a formula change) they use to promote their product to new buyers is *misleading* and honestly a complete lie. Because their product has done the absolute opposite of what you promised and my case is not an isolated one. DO NOT PURCHASE UNLESS U WANT UR EYEBROWS TO FALL OUT.

Shocking customer service. Placed my first order 22 March, started chasing 7 days later, then to be told delayed & wait a few more days, 11 days later still nothing. Sent several emails asking for refund had no replies. Messaging via website doesn’t work, have now tried Instagram & Twitter to try and get hold of them. All phone lines don’t work and cut off before you can leave messages. Clearly not a proper business, avoid at all costs.

For years I used Wahl clippers, but I wanted a closer shave. I switched to Philishave for several years, and this was closer, but cleaning the heads out took ages and was really fiddly. So I took the plunge and started shaving my scalp with wet razors, and it was a very bloody affair for quite a while. I got better at it with time, but it was always hard work, as the blades got blocked and it was hard to wash out the hair. Then I discovered Boldking… Brilliant! These blades halve the time I spend shaving my scalp, because the blades are more widely spaced and wash out more easily. And they give a shave which is so much closer. This is a really wonderful product!
