I would give this company 0 stars if possible. I purchased products from a bundle sale and was excited to use the masks. After using the Indian Clay mask ONCE, my skin suffered a severe reaction. It burnt my skin and made it peel. I got so bad that I had seek external help. When I emailed Baselift about this, I received absolutely no help. They proceeded to tell me that they are not responsible for any side-effects and simply offered empty condolences, implying that I had done something wrong or that I was to blame. I would NOT recommend ordering ANYTHING from this company. You can find 10x cheaper alternatives in the drugstore/ amazon. It caused my skin to react and again, the customer service was TERRIBLE. PS- do not be fooled by the high ratings on trustpilot. Baselift offer customers £10 pounds off if you leave a 5 star rating (which is highly unethical if you ask me). Just to reiterate- STAY AWAY!!!!

Service and responses from the guys has been second to none, considering they are based in the US and I am in Australia, the service, delivery time and response time to queries and concerns has been brilliant. Have seen a little difference to beard etc, but not much to date, but just ordered more of the Beardilizer Facial Hair Complex pills and will update everyone with hopefully some major changes soon!

Product is well presented and feels nice, not overly oily and cleans from the hands easily after application, the scent initially smells really good ( i purchased 3 different scents) but unfortunately only lasts 5 to 10 minutes and then there is no scent at all,both myself and other people i asked couldn’t pick up any scent after the 10 minutes, shame but I wouldn’t purchase again

I’ve been trying to simplify and make more natural my skincare for a while and decided to try the By Sarah products and I am impressed. It’s still early days but my complexion improved; pores diminished and even an occasional breakout settled down very quickly. My shelf looks very empty now (still thinking whether to just throw away my remaining jars or keep for a while...) and the simplicity of the products and the universality of the oil took the whole headache of figuring out which product to use. I am now thinking of moving on to the body oil! To top up - the service was excellent; delivery was very quick with minimum packaging. Great work, Ladies!

Shocking service in the tillicoultry store, the assistant manager, nichola I think her name was, was so rude and I felt like an interruption to her chat with friends when I was in to purchase something for my wife . Being an area manager for a nationwide company , I was on a tight schedule . After my visit to this store i can 100% say that i will not be back, she was no help whatsoever and in the end i ended up leaving with nothing !!!!

The cleanser is gentle and cleans fairly well and does not dry out your skin. The moisterizer is pretty decent. It appears heavy, but actually feels pretty light once rubbed in. The exfoliating pads seems to work very well, although it burns quite a bit. The jury is still out on the serum. I do not like the application system for the serum and I really can't tell if it works, but it does feel pretty good once you get it on.

Using every single night for 10 dys. Chin peeling but livable. Nothing noticeable on top or sides of nose. Will stick with it to see how progresses for duration of stick. Used every single product on the market my entire life inc facials and microderm. Nothing so far has minimized or removed. I have high hopes given some of these reviews.

It seems if you are lucky and they ship the correct items, then great - they are wonderful. If you are like me and they ship the incorrect items, then tough luck. They don't care. I have sent them photos of what I received versus what I ordered by using their "contact" page but it has fallen on deaf ears. I wish I had seen some of these other reviews before I placed my order. Well, they have lost me as a continuing customer - these are items I use all the time and would have reordered. They seem to have a big social media presence but so what? They have terrible customer service.

Theifs Order: 838003780964 Ordered on 27th March and STILL not resolved!!!!!! This unintelligent company cannot even give a customer a refund who has not received their order. This brainless company tell me to sign a "sworn afferdavid" (which I have done and returned to them) and to make a claim with Royal Mail. I've phoned Royal Mail again to be told it is the senders responsibility to lodge a claim for a lost parcel!!!!!! Do the right thing and refund me my £440!!! Who do you think you are? I have been buying Dermalogica from Beautythings for a few years now, and I think they are great. Their prices are very competitive, but what sets them apart, for me anyway, is being able to choose from a large selection of samples as your free gift. Other sites just send you the same old "pot luck"samples, but with Beautythings you get to try many different products without spending a fortune, except on the products you do buy! When I have needed to contact them they have always sorted the problem out there and then. Not that there have been many; you place your order and the goods arrive in a few days. Perfect. The website is easy to use, good prices, fast delivery. What's not to like. I have not hesitated in recommending this company to people, and will continue to do so.

For 3 months or so I’ve loved bubble t boxes and always looked forward to them. Rewind nearly 2 weeks ago my parcel said it was delivered when it never was ( usually goes into my letter box into my hallway) so no way would be left outside. I emailed them got a email off one of them saying basically oh no ask your neighbours go look and no real help? Ignoring me asking for proper help. I asked my neighbours who did not take it we were very good with post. I then emailed back 4 times was completely ignored even now. Had to cancel. Awful customer service which is sad as the boxes where amazing. One £6 down drain!

My experience with Caspah is similar to previous reviewer Sam's. I placed an order totaling $69.95 on 4/12/19, it is 4/23 and I have not received my order let alone a shipping conformation or tracking info outside of the initial confirmation email directly from Caspah (which means their "customer service" reps cannot accuse me of entering the wrong email address as an excuse). I researched Caspah and Amaira bleaching creams and chose Caspah because it seemed to be a better value, a decision I am sorely regretting. I have checked my email religiously during this time (both inbox and junk folders) and have received ZERO updates. I submitted two messages via the contact page of Caspah's website plus two emails to address provided in the confirmation email. I have checked their site countless times, hoping that the Live Chat would be available but unsurprisingly it is always offline. It was even more disheartening to see that Caspah can reply to reviews on Trustpilot but cannot communicate directly with customers. I would not be surprised to find that when or if I ever receive my product, it is as substandard and ineffective as their customer service. While reading the reviews on Truspilot I noticed that the Caspah reps respond glowingly to all five-star reviews yet are condescending and accusatory to customers when addressing critical reviews which has further reinforced my increasingly negative opinion of their company.

Arrived within 3 days as always. Tried the new Vanilla and it’s definitely my favourite. I take a lot of medication for my complaints but the cbd oil is the only thing that helps me with the rheumatoid inflammation as I cannot take ibuprofens. Prices are not too bad either some companies are very expensive and it’s hard to afford them when you can’t work because of your condition, keep the prices affordable and I’ll be a forever customer.

The self tanner was sticky , streaky and did not apply on well , did what the directions said using the mitt ( the one it comes with and brush ) and my face was darker than my body and I got the medium colour glad did not go darker , but clearly the people doing reviews on it were paid to say how much it’s amazing , save your money go get a actual spray tan

I received 1 month after my order ( after going to the local post office by myself) a broken box with filthy products that I wouldn't even want to touch. Even the little book that I found inside was destoyed. I sent in total 3 e-mails in French (1 wondering where is my order and 2 other with photos, explanations and ideas about what could we do) and they just made me a discount of the cost of one soap (- 5,90 euros) for a future order. I really didn't want to give a bad feedback, but I had to, as their only answer was indifferent and I received a lack of respect for me, my time and my option to make an order of almost 30 euros by Comme Avant. Unfortunately, I hadn't the opportunity to get the warm and friendly value that they promote through their social media, which is really sad.

Candles took approx 3 weeks to arrive. Poor communication until I spoke directly to the owner of company. Understandably they are very small company and takes a while to produce the candles. Advised they need to make customers aware of timescale. When I received the candles I tried straight away. Initial scent nice and packaging and was sent complimentary candle for the delay which was kind. Unfortunately the scent when lit was a poor throw in my room. The wick moved when burning so could not be relit after burning first.

I’m a 19 years old girl and I’ve been struggling with unclear skin, pimples, bumps and acne marcs for a couple of years now. It feels like I have tried everything, both drugstore and more expensive products, but nothing really works. I have tried prescription creams too but they just burnt my skin and made it really irritated. I was just about to give up when I found Danish Skin Care, and at first I was a bit sceptical because nothing really seems to work on my skin, but I ordered the kit to give it a try. After just one month of using the products my skin looks sooo good. I still have a few pimples and some acne marks but most of my blemishes are totally gone and my skin is finally starting to clear up, I couldn’t be more happy!

I am a 28 year old female with over ten years of skin issues. I have been having issues with acné since my teens and tried numerous brands of skin care products. None of them worked, which made me feel more and more desperate. An antibiotics treatment gave a temporary solution, but as soon as I stopped taking the pills, everything came back. I also tried eathing healthy for years, completely cutting sugar, milk and diary products, different types of meat and wheat from my diet (and highly reducing my consumption of fatty foods such as fries or crisps), but it had zero effect. I also avoided make-up as my skin really could not deal with it. As a result, I was walking in the wide world, for years, with a acné prone skin, feeling desperate and insecure. Last year, the dermatologist declared I had only one way out: a treatment with retinoic acid (the last resort when it comes to acné treatments). Years before, I had vouched to myself I would never use retinoic acid, no matter how bad my acné would get. Although it is usually effective against acné, it is absolutely not a healthy product to take. On the very same day I was presented with the retinoic acid, I came across the website of Danish Skin Care. I had started googling (again) about acné and possible solutions, trying hard to find something I had not tried yet. When I came across DSC I was skeptical at first (many other brands promise the same thing, but didn't work for me). However, with the idea that I had nothing to lose, I ordered the full kit. After only a month using DSC, I already started to see a difference on my skin. I was barely getting new pimples, and the ones that showed inflamed less, and slowly faded away. People started commenting that my skin looked so much better. For the first time in more than ten years, I actually smiled to myself when looking in the mirror. Although I still do not have a perfect skin (now 7 months into the treatment), I can still see it improving, slowly, over a course of many months. I have, what the dermatologist called, 'cystic acné'. This type of acné situates deep in the skin, and is difficult to reach for skin products. I have even been told that not a single skin care product can solve this type of acné. But DSC is doing it, slowly bur surely! I can't wait to see how my skin will look like in 6-12 months! Many thanks to the DSC team! You have changed my life, and I will never ever part with your products! Some more information that might be interesting for those seeking to buy DSC for the first time: - the full skin care kit lasts about 6 months for me, making DSC really affordable compared to many other brands - I was a bit late ordering my second kit, and after only two weeks without the skin wash, I started seeing that my skin was getting troubled again (so make sure you order in time!)

I first received the Deep Blue nail kit from my best friend for Christmas in 2015. I was amazed with how soft my hands felt, and suffering from severe psoriasis, I figured, "Hey, what can it hurt?" The difference in the way my skin felt after applying the lotion was incredible! Even though it is "hand lotion", after about two weeks of use, both at morning and at night, my skin had cleared up! It went from red, inflamed, flaking, itchy patches that looked like burns; to a soft, smooth subtle pink. Almost like a very light sun burn. After three weeks, my skin was completely healed; something that had not happened for a LONG time. This is now the ONLY lotion that I will use, and I tell everyone about it every chance I get. I don't know if fragrance would have anything to do with my skins reaction, so I play it safe by sticking with Deep Blue, and I am not saying that everyone will have the same result. What I am saying is that out of everything I have tried, this was my miracle. If you have psoriasis this has to be something that you give a shot! If you just want soft hands and beautiful nails; this kit is a must.

The reason I came to know the company was because I was walking in the mall one day with my mom and then some salesman walked towards us to offer us a nail kit, actually, and he convinced us and we left the mall with two Deep Sea Cosmetics. I loved them, the fragrance of the lotion was amazing and it really left my hand soft, I used it regularly, something that is rare for me since I don't normally like the sensation of having lotion on my skin. I really enjoyed using all of the products that came in the box. All in all, I love the products from Deep Sea Cosmetics and I would recommend it to my friends.

I had been getting lash extension for 7+ years , but due to the Covid lockdowns was unable to so decided to try the Diablo lash lift kit and omg - will NEVER get my lashes extended again! The result is amazing, I only wish I had found them earlier.. would have been better for my lash health and saved me a load of money! I watched a YouTube tutorial on how to apply them and found it easy, and 3 weeks on it still looks like I only did them yesterday. With a bit of mascara, it basically looks the same as when I had my lash extensions. I would recommend 100% to anyone, especially those who want to break their lash extension addiction.

I am currently using the D’or24k Face Cleanser, Tonor, Eye Serum and Day Moisturizer. I started using D’or24k about a year ago and would definitely recommend this company to anyone. The products are superb and I’ve never had an issue with any of my orders. They arrive within a few days of placing my order and are packaged beautifully. I’ve seen reviews where price seems to be an issue, however, you get what you pay for and D’or offers 50% off sales several times a year. I love going to see this amazing lady, her skills are incredible, after meeting her you immediately feel at ease, she explains everything regarding your procedure and happily answers any questions you might have. We have been using Scrummi for years now and we couldn't recommend them enough! The delivery is quick and orders are easy to make. The product itself - the White Waffle Towels - have been great as well. The annual updates you get to tell you how much you've saved on costs, the environment and time is always a pleasure to see. One thing I would say is that we miss the eco-friendly bin bags that were a gift with every order for the first while of 2019 and are no longer available. I think it would be good to add these in as a freebie for every however many items purchased or even to buy them as they would definitely sell (at a reasonable cost of course). And we love the fact that recently they have moved away from all plastic packaging and now the towels are wrapped in paper instead. Bonus points for the planet!

The order took 3 weeks and still no order (expected a delay due to Covid) but no update from skinny tan and then after chasing a few times was told it was damaged in transit. No update from anyone until I chased a few times and no real hurry to whip a new one. Still waiting for an update as to when o will receive the new one, if it’s been shipped. Delay understood after chasing but not good to have to chase so much and no update as to when I will receive the goods paid for weeks ago.

Overall it was a good experience, two of the things i purchased were brilliant condition however one body spray came with the back all scratched off and leaking everywhere, with a cracked lid. I didn’t want to send it back as it was a gift for a friend and I knew she would understand that it wasn’t my fault.

I have recently placed two orders and I am very pleased with all the products. From solid oils to soap moulds and beautiful fragrance oils . All good quality and packaged to a very high standard. Labels on all the products and batch numbers. Good quantities and prices. Soap bundles very nice and I find the information on their website containing recipes and instructions from start to finish extremely helpful. I think this is a great company for quality and service. Pity the postage couldn't be a bit cheaper but then the packaging is of a very good quality.

I used to have to deal with almost always having food stuck between my teeth or in places my toothbrush couldn't reach. I tried new toothbrushes and then decided that it wasn't my toothbrush that needed changed, I needed to upgrade my dental routine! I looked for good brands and then I came across Waterpik. Ever since I got it my teeth have been extremely clean! Not only is it easy to use but it makes it easier to have clean teeth with minimum effort.

Order was quick, process very good. I have received product that look almost the same as what I am looking for but it wasn't the correct one unfortunately. I contacted my sales rep, he tried to blame that I was the one who chose all the product which is a lie. When I first place the order he asked me about chair model, I gave him what show on the chair, text him all pictures that he requested, and he came up with the product. Now I am just trying to exchange for the correct product and he tried to blame on me, let see how the exchange process go. I would give this a 5 stars as the purchase process was very smooth and responsive, but the way the sales rep handle my issue was very unprofessional. Very disappointed

I've shared TNS Essential Serum on my snapchat and with all of my girlfriends. My facialist introduced me to it saying I would be kissing her face after I used it because my skin would be so beautiful. Yup, she was right. 6 months later I use it every night and morning especially when my face is "going through something" due to stress or lack of sleep. I'm 30 years old. My other facialist thought I was 24!! She said if I keep using this and getting a facial once a month I'll be good to go for a while. It's a must have - always.
