Any concerns I had about your web page not cooperating with me were ironed out professionaly and kindly by Lauren. The gift was delivered on June 21, on time and packed securely with dry ice, etc. My daughter and family are cheese lovers and the cheeses she received were all new to her, as is your shop. Horrible! I bought 50 pounds of bulk mints and about 1/3 were melted and unusable. They put two small ice packs per box to keep 25 pounds of candy cool for the week it to to get to me. I ordered a custom cake topper from wowminime a few weeks back and the package arrived this past monday. I checked the package to see if there was any damage before opening and there wasn't so I continued to open the package. After unwrapping the package I noticed a chunk of my hair from the cake topper was not attached, the color I requested was incorrect and the hair style I requested wasn't correct either. In the beginning phases of ordering they were very accommodating , answering all my questions and concerns. Now that I have recieved my cake topper it is as if they are done with them. I emailed them my concerns and pictures as proof and was told to just use super glue to glue the hair back onto the topper and was told the color that was painted on the doll was a royal blue Even though it is not. Even though their were other things wrong with the cake topper I was willing to overlook the flaws because they were so accomidating at first. I am very disappointed in my purchase and don't recommend this company to anyone wanting something special for their wedding day.

My fiancé and I ordered a custom cake topper from wowminime and although the company was fairly accommodating during the process (changes, suggestions etc) when we got the dolls they were packed in a box that was slightly too small for them and they arrived broken and we were charged 30$ delivery. (Also noticed it arrived from Japan NOT the UK like it's listed on their site). When we contacted the company with our concerns and multiple photographs they asked us to try gluing it back together (we paid 240$ for something special for our wedding... gluing it together was NOT the answer we were looking for). I asked for a refund and they offered around 25$. I said no then they offered 50. I said no again and they gave us back 60$ and that was all they were willing to do. Needless to say were pretty disappointed with the cracks and glue all over our cake topper and will need to get another one which is disappointing considering the amount of money we spent on this one!!

The breads are great quality. Packaging is well thought out and easy to remove each slice. I have been gluten intolerant for years and have tried many brands of breads. Most of them are in the freezer section of the store and often are freezer burned when purchased. The only way they can be eaten is well toasted and still they often resemble cardboard. This bread can be eaten either way. Toasting does not render it tasteless.

Super easy to order, but you should take better care of shipping. For over $7 a loaf paid for (thats with a discount too) I expect my bread to arrive in the shape it was baked in. I had three of my 8 loaves squished in the flimsy priority mailing box. Didn't mess up the good taste, but its annoying and you should do a better job of packing.

(I am fortunate enough that i chose you guys over other websites i visited). I called yesterday (16.11.15) around 9:45 pm and asked all the possible questions which were answered patiently and i was assured of the service to deliver the cake at 11:30 the very same day. Here are a pair of awesome cookery sites! If you've got a bunch of ingredients there but no idea what to do with them, just key them into the Recipe Puppy search engine and it will return a Google-like search featuring recipes that contain those ingredients. If you already know what you want to make and think you have some ingredients for it, go over to the sister site at Cook Thing, http://www.cookthing.com/. and select the sort of thing you want to cook. Up will come a long list of likely ingredients, rated from the most to the least common, and you can just tick off the ones you have or the ones you want to use. Hit the button and back comes a results page of recipes. It's nothing you couldn't do yourself with a good grasp of Google's advanced search terms, but this is w-a-y easier and a darn sight faster and there's nothing to remember. Simple and brilliant.

the sliced sable and the chopped liver were REMARKABLE. I never ever got such amazing food that was sent to me -- the careful wrapping and icy overnight shipment perfect; i haven't had anything so good since i lived in NYC and actually ate at Russ and Daughters! it was worth every penny of the expensive shipping. Absolutely amazing! I got a bespoke cake made for my son's 15th birthday which I wanted to be unique. It was of a spoof of "Bob Ross" in the Dead Pool Avengers. Beautifully crafted & every detail matched the character, surprise of the night & tasted delicious. All guests were left amazed at how well the character had been copied, even the ones who didn't have a clue who it was! As long as my son knew & was happy that's at that mattered & he loved it. Vanilla sponge with Jam filling, the rest of the cake was finished the next day & was as soft as it came.

Do not use this website. I ordered the film strips for my husband's 50th Birthday cake. After cropping the images I wanted I emailed them to Ediblepictures.net in PDF format. I received a response informing me that the images were blurry and could I send them in jpg format. I emailed them jpg versions of the photos but also informed them that they are not cropped to size like I had done with the pdf copies (I didnt know how to do it with a jpg. file if at all) and asked them if this was okay and if they could print the images going by the pdf cropped versions. They responded to my email but didnt say they couldnt do that. So I thought they were fine with this. This is the first time Ive had anything like this printed and they know their business and what they are capable of doing better than I do. Anyway, I just received the images today and of course they were not cropped!! Im very disappointed because these are going on my husbands 50th birthday cake and there are some people on them that I didnt want on them. Now they look weird. So I sent them a pleasant email telling them that some of the images were not cropped like the original pdf versions I had sent them. Well the response by them was full on defense mode with exclamation marks and their email ended with this is the last email from us. This was their response after me sending them just one email!! Oh and the subject line read we did our best! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They obviously do not listen to the customer and then when you mention they did not print them correctly as you had clearly stated in one of your emails, they get defensive.

I love the ethos of any company trying to reduce waste and help smaller farmers, who wouldn't. My two grandsons love the fruit and it's a great way for them to eat healthily. I love this concept and products, it's heartbreaking to think that there's a lot of fruit going bad because the mainstream distribution will not work with small producers or oddly shaped products. Then the product itself is amazing. I love having a healthy snack that is full of real flavor and not sugary. I recommend and will continue to buy from them.

Wise Choice Market is an online store that sells organic foods including fermented vegetables, fermented juices, bone broth, wild salmon and much more. They appear to have really good quality sources for their foods and they have nice videos that explain the source of the food. Wise Choice seems to be a good alternative to Whole Foods for specialty food items although not for general groceries. The biggest downside is that's it's all pretty expensive. Although if you buy a lot the prices come down quite a bit.

Wise Choice has a great selection of hard to find high quality health foods like gelatin (good for people with joint pain)! They use only the highest quality supplies which is really nice. I wish there were more local stores like Wise Choice.

I received an about-to-expire product from exotic meat market. I inquired about getting the product replaced. It took weeks of calling/emailing to get a response and the owner of the business was extremely rude and condescending. You can get a hint of the owner’s attitude by reading through some of his responses to negative reviews posted on Google. At the end, the product was not replaced and the owner refused to give me a refund. I recommend you shop elsewhere because if there is a glitch with your order, the owner will not be willing to find a resolution.

I have been trying for 3 months to use a gift certificate I received for Christmas and the website won't accept it. In fact, every time I input the code, the total changes from about $25 to $143,000! I have e-mailed twice with no reply and there is no phone # on the website. I'm thinking the person who purchased this gift certificate for me wasted their money! s this company a hoax?

MMMMM...tasty cereal and you can build it yourself. This is good for those of us who are going on a low carb diet and want some light morning carbs. We can increase the protein content by add loads of nuts to the cereal. Neat idea and I just wish it was cheaper.

Have been huge fan of the sweet chilli cashews but noticed the quality has deteriorated over time. Culminated with the discovery of big clusters black furry mould in centre of the nuts. The only reason we split the nuts open was because there was an odd taste which was noticeable over the thick coat of seasoning outside of the nut. There were a fair few nuts that were like this. It was really horrifying to think we had eaten these nuts. I tried to email the company but hadn't received any response.

Placed an order and received an email that it had shipped 3 days later when it actually did not ship until 10 days later. When received, the product was extremely stale. Customer service is non-existent. Sent several emails to address they have on website and never received a response. Called several times and each time could not get a person and was prompted to leave a message, which I did. Received no reply.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered $381 from My Spice Sage a month ago. They took my money but never sent the order. When I called the company they confirmed that yes, they did not send the order but that they did take my money. They said they were low on stock but they'd get back to me. They never did and they never credited my card. During these difficult times it's more important than ever that we share this type of information so we can protect each other. Stay well and avoid companies like this.

I discovered this site by accident. I enjoy my coffee with cinnamon and wanted to buy some powder or sticks online. After visiting this site I learned a lot of new and interesting fact about using cinnamon. I was surprised to find cinnamon toothpicks:)) So, as a result, I ordered cinnamon powder, cinnamon lose leaf tea and a very cute handmade cinnamon soap. Though it wasn't urgent I got my order very fast. It was well-packed but I still could smell the courier approaching my door:)) Definitely recommend this service!

Tired of running out of spices at the last minute and not really satisfied with the quality of spices (not to mention the rising prices), I decided to search online to resupply my spice collection. The popular sites I found reading blogs and cooking forums were either too expensive or very specialized in the spices they offered. And some of those sites were not friendly to use. Good ole Google pointed me to Spicebarn. Rarely do I take a chance on an unknown, but I was at my wits end. I found their site easy to navigate. Nothing fancy about it. They have good descriptions of the spices. Although, they could provide more detail. For instance, they really don't describe what the different Mesh numbers mean. They also don't provide a search engine, so it could take a few clicks to find what you need. Some spice sites categorize Black Pepper under "B." Whereas Spicebarn lists it in the "P" section. No big deal, but it your searching for multiple items, it takes a few minutes longer than it should to find some items. But when you find them, they usually have pictures with uses and descriptions. What concerned me most was the quality. I don't hear too much about the "quality" of spices. But, I could not understand why I pay 50 cents for Off Brand Garlic Powder and Brand costs like $3.50. When I chose Spicebarn, I was taking a gamble that the quality would be equal or better than what I was used to getting. I was elated to find the quality of Spicebarns spices are excellent. You can tell just by the color of them that they are better than what you find in the grocery store. And when you open the lid, the aroma they give off attests to their quality. Using the old Garlic Powder, I would shovel the powder into my recipes. Since I have been using my Spicebarn spices, I have ruined two meals because I used too much Garlic. I was using my old method of calculating spices. Now I can just follow directions or even tone it down a little. The prices are good. You are not going to get "great" deals. You will find their prices are equal to or better than most sites. It's difficult to compare spice prices because you are comparing unknown qualities and some size and origin differences. It took 3 days to arrive. Not bad, considering I ordered in the evening. They did charge me for shipping, but it was a normal charge ( $12.50 for 9lbs). They don't carry a lot of exotic or specialty spices. They do provide some options for your basic spices like: Cayenne Pepper is available in 6 levels of heat. And Black Pepper is available in 6 different sizes. I highly recommend this place for spices. It's a pretty good deal once you start getting into the Quart and above sizes. I think you will notice a difference in the quality too.

Have been buying from Spice Barn for several years. Local supermarkets don't carry many spices other than the typical basil, oregano, etc. and since I make my own BBQ rubs I have to order in bulk. Great variety of spices and seasonings and fast shipping always completes a perfect purchase! Wish we had a spice store in our neck of the woods! Never fear buying here!!! You won't be disappointed!!

10 minutes after placing an order I wanted to cancel. I was told my order was already processed and that there was no way to stop it. My account page said it had not been processed. This company doesn't care about keeping customers they are not willing make things right--customer service is poor at best. The reason for the cancellation of order was I found product elsewhere for much more reasonable shipping cost. Search elsewhere before using this company

The man that answered the phone was extremely rude and made me feel like I was wasting his time. He would not answer my question "are the herbs I'm ordering cut and sifted" not being impressed with his service I just canceled my order...

I am trying to help a friend redeem a gift code that I purchased as a gift for them for Christmas. The site is impossible to navigate. You need to begin order before you can attempt to redeem a code. And then, the code is not being accepted. There is no response from the "chat with us" customer service. I'm sorry to say, this whole enterprise seems like a scam.

For my birthday this year (May) my sister bought me a year long spice subscription. I placed my order with the gift card on May 13th, and paid an additional $5 for shipping. After a few weeks I contacted customer service with no response. My sister has contacted them, as well. Our next step will be to file a complaint with the BBB and with our cc companies for a refund. Such a good idea, but it seems pretty clear this company doesn't intend to fulfill orders.

A nightmare is how I would describe my experience dealing with Chinese Herbs Direct. It took me over three months to resolve my issues with them. Their customer service is functionally non-existent. I seriously was starting to think they were some kind of rip-off racket after the dead silence with which my repeated calls and written communications emails were met. I ordered $320 worth of product from their website. Three weeks and no package, no communication, I called them. I left over 5 phone messages, numerous written communications through their "contact us" page on their website and not a single response. About 5 weeks into this exercise in frustration, I received a phone message informing me they were out of stock on one of the items in my order. Instead of shipping what they did have, or even extending the courtesy of letting me know they were holding up the order while waiting for the one item, they just chose not to communicate at all, and neglected to respond to my repeated outreach to them trying to figure out what was going on. Dealing with Chinese Herbs Direct was like yelling down a black hole with nobody home. Chinese Herbs Direct processed my payment immediately, and then essentially disappeared. Their customer service was the absolute worst I've ever experienced. I would warn anyone against engaging with this irresponsible, unprofessional business.

I actually checked on amazon first because I needed a specific set of things really quickly - Amazon didn’t have any of the pasta making tools I needed as it turned out. So I started googling to find a specialist who would hopefully, not only gave the tools I needed but could deliver in time for Christmas Eve.... 2 days away! Pasta kitchen had everything I needed (all in stock) and with a next working day delivery promise. They didn’t disappoint- everything turned up in time for me to make an authentic Italian supper for my family! I’m delighted and will be back again ????????
