Ordered two boxes of cookies from the same vendor (Patisserie Tomoko) -- everything would have fit into one shoebox,. Instead of charging me for one shipment (order was going to one address), they charged me for two shipments, so shipping charges alone were just under $20. It's a reasonable expectation that the shipment would be properly packed to ensure that the order arrived in good condition. Instead, they loosely packed the cookies with a couple of small air pockets in two huge boxes. Of course, the cookies arrived broken. Called "customer service", explained the issue and requested a refund of the entire order amount. Sent pictures to document. After receiving no response, called them again and was told "it was in process". What was in process wasn't explained. Later the same day received an email which said that the cookies "looked to be in good condition" and offered me a 10% discount on my next order as compensation. What a joke. Called them back again and told them that I didn't agree with their assessment and told them I had no intention of ever using their service again, thus the discount was useless. Their reply was that the cookies were fine, and that I should have expected them to arrive broken, and that they were still edible. Told them again that I still expected a full refund -- to which they said that "they would look into it". So I wasted close to $90 for broken cookies that I could not use as gifts as they were intended for. Total waste of money, Horrible customer service.

I Ordered from Goldbelly A cake for Thanksgiving dessert.And 3 dps of Wagu beef.The cake NEVER came.Couldnt get hold of Ant Customer support.Last week January 2019,I received a box of RANCID beef apparently packed on November 21 2018.My 80 yr old mom unpacked and attempted to make the meat.IT of course was RANCID.YOUR COMPANT IS DISGRACEFUL.

Morning: A skim coffee and a sandwich, or a banana bread Morning tea: 150g cherries, or a white peach, or a small bag of nuts Lunch: Burger with salad, Chinese restaurant take-away, or Subway Dinner: NoodleZero with few vege Plus an egg, or 2 slides of ham Waiting for a month time, and give you more feedbacks!

Been buying NoodleZero on & off for over a year now…I have to say that NoodleZero has become a regular in my house.My hubby and I are both very busy so that we don't have time to cook. 2 mins and you’ve got a calorie controlled and well balanced meal. My whole family enjoys it!

I sampled a lot the organic delivery businesses in Sydney in the past (I do 1 order every week), with all of them I was extremely frustrated by service, quality and prices... until I found Lettuce Deliver: extremely reliable service, amazingly fresh veggies and fruits, very precise description of each product on their website—so you know exactly what to expect, and very decent prices relative to quality (the products they label "2d quality" are actually first class compared to what you find in the average organic shop around; quite remarkable I think...). And cherry on the cake, they seem to be truly sensitive to environmental/ethics issues. I couldn't recommend more!

I have been receiving weekly deliveries of all of my groceries from Lettuce Deliver for about 2 months now and couldn't be happier. The produce is always fresh and delicious, delivery is flexible and reliable and service impeccable. They also stock a huge range of other organic products so I don't have to run around to get everything I need. Great range and quality of products, reliable delivery and great service.

I ordered the "Deluxe Fruit Hamper with Chocs Large: which cost me $129.95 plus $29.95 for delivery for my Mum's 80th Birthday and what a disappointment with both the quality and presentation. It looked nothing like on the website. I was so embarrassed when it arrived, Mum and her guests would not have believed what I paid for it. I emailed the company and included photos, I am still waiting for a reply. I DO NOT recommend them for their quality, volume and presentation. I can not justify $130.00 worth of fruit in the box which was delivered. DO NOT advertise the images on your website if you cant deliver the same as shown in the image, especially if you order the Deluxe Fruit Hamper. This is robbery. If only I could give this company zero stars but wouldn't let me.

I ordered a fruit basket with a box of chocolates for delivery to a Canberra address, as a Christmas gift. Not the cheapest in their range, at $129.95, and I asked for a large box of chocolates. See picture - two bananas, one avocado, a sprinkling of cherries, etc. First - and last - time I will use this company. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I have been using the hemp salve for over 2 months now, and I have found that it is the only thing that has helped relieve the pain in my heel. I have chronic achilles tendinitis and it can be hard for me to walk because of pain sometimes. But since I started using the hemp salve every night before bed, I have not had ANY pain in my heel! This stuff really does work for me. I am so happy I found this product, because I cannot take NSAIDS due to other health problems. This salve has been a lifesaver for me!

I ordered the product last weekend and paid for premium delivery so that it would be received on Christmas Eve. Then, on Monday 23rd, I went to the DHL website to request that it be delivered to a parcel shop instead of my house. On the morning of Christmas Eve, the DHL website said that my order was out for delivery - and that was the last I heard of it until trying to get an update at about 6pm. By now, the DHL website said that they had not been able to find the address - despite the fact that it was one of their own parcel shops. The delivery date was changed to Friday 27th - obviously disappointing, given that I had wanted the product in time for Christmas. Yesterday (December 28th) I checked the DHL website again and it said that the order had been delivered at 10.12am on the 27th - so off I went to the shop to collect it. Nope - not there. And the owner told me that he had not received ANY DHL deliveries for several days. When I got back home, I checked again - and the latest is that the order is now back at the depot, even though it still says that it was delivered on Friday. NOW I see that your own website says orders received after the 20th will not be delivered until January 2nd. I am sure this advice was not on the site when I made the order, because if it had been, I would never have placed it and bought a product from elsewhere. Having paid a premium for delivery and STILL not received the product nearly a week later, I am obviously extremely dissatisfied. I appreciate that this problem might have been caused by DHL rather than by Farhi, but since you asked for my opinion, I wanted to share it.

I will only order from these people the pros definitely outweigh the cons. Out of the 10 orders I have placed through them only one was disappointing. And by disappointing it wasn’t even their fault. After receiving my package, three can we’re damaged. I am sure DHL were the ones who ruined the packaging. The one and only con was that when I tried to contact them their response time was Really slow it took almost a week. However the problem is rectified they sent the cans and I’m a very happy customer.

I wish it were possible to give them a negative 100 ! This company sucks. I ordered formula on June 7th paid for expedited shipping , here we are June 23rd still no formula and no update on shipping . Sent several emails finally got a response saying my order was delivered on June 13th with a tracking number and a link. This was odd bc when I looked at the delivery confirmation receipt it was not signed for and there was no address on the receipt. Furthermore where did they get this tracking number?bc I certainly didn't get that info. On my end it still shows it's in shipping status. There is no way to prove that's my tracking number . So they thought I would buy that mess and believe that it was in fact delivered and now it's not their responsibility WRONG!. This company is one big scam

I received a gift of fruit and other items on Dec 12. The oranges were completely green with mold. At first I didn't realize what they were. The pears were bruised and had small cuts in them. I had never heard of Halegroves but my niece had sent them. I didn't want to tell her how bad it was so I contacted customer service. I was told a replacement would be sent but could not be sent until after Christmas which seemed strange to me. They also asked me to send them pics of the fruit via email which I did. No response and no fruit. The woman I spoke with said this never happens. REALLY? I'm the only one? I would suggest NEVER using this company. They really don't care what they send out

I bought 2 Hammond’s chocolate bunnies for $5.00 each at a very upscale grocery store in the twin cities Mn. When I tried one I was so disappointed. It did not taste or melt in your mouth like a high quality chocolate. It also had what seemed to me to be a weird smell for chocolate. I normally buy my chocolate at a upscale chocolate manufacturer called Abdallh’s but thought I would try another brand. I figured for $5.00 it would be good but I was sadly mistaken. The only thing positive I can say is that the bunnies were very cute which is what caught my attention in the store. I guess in the future I will stick with my old favorite where I get what I pay for.

And so when it reached their chocolate, I just went crazy. It's so delicious, I ordered it again (more than one, if in secret). If I have to mention one thing I know the covid19 has caused problems but I did pay for 48hr delivery I placed the order on the 12th and emailed on the 15th to ask where it was and it was just being made up ! It arrived on the 17th which is a lot longer than 48 hrs I think maybe you should not offer the 48hr delivery at this time as it was quite a bit more money than standard . I ordered over £300 worth of meat and poultry to split between 5 families. They delivered the items 3 days late, however this was not the main concern. The mutton was mainly made up of fat and by the time I had cut the fat off there was hardly any meat. However this was not the main concern. The mince was mainly bone and my 8 year old son choked on the kebabs we made, my sister in law had thrown her mince portion away as she could not feed it two her 18 month old son and my mother in law cooked her portion but this went to waste due to the amount of bones found the mince. However this was not the main concern. We ordered 32 whole chickens between 5 families. Only 8 was delivered. We have spilt the 8 between 5 families and left my mother in law with 3 as she is elderly and unable to get out. I have called and emailed Haji Baba a number of times and they haven't got back to me. I have been very patient and my calls were of an understanding nature as has been my emails. There is over £120 worth of goods missing and they haven't acknowledged this. It's daylight robbery. I've never had any issues from the outlet in Asda. I only ordered online because I accidentally called the main wholesaler whilst I was trying to get through to Asda. The man who answered the phone directed me to their website and told me to order online. I AM ADVISING EVERYONE TO PLEASE AVOID ONLINE ORDERS. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR GOODS AND IT WILL RESULT IN FINANCIAL LOSS AND A GREAT DEAL OF STRESS.

We needed 150 branded cupcakes for a mobile app launch activity at our company. We reached out to a few suppliers and from looking at the images on websites, Amore Bakery appeared to be the company with the best looking cupcakes. In reaching out to Amore, they were very fast to respond to our questions, the process of ordering the cupcakes was pretty simple and straightforward. We also had a few additional requests which included nut free, vegan and gluten free options. We also needed a list of ingredients for each type of cake which Amore were very open to help us with. The cupcakes arrived on time, the gentleman who delivered the cupcakes was very professional and friendly, and the delivery was made even earlier that we had expected which was great. The cupcakes were divine and very well received within the business. Very impressed with the service.

I ordered a subscription and the first installment was delivered within 4 days. In comparison to prices on other sites, Bacon Freak was definitly a better deal, as it gives you two packages of bacon per month. With the subscription, we also got a free bacon spice and t shirt, which was a nice little perk.

Website said next day delivery but then after I had ordered and paid I got an email saying it would be 4 days later so I rang to say that would be too late but the advisor said there was nothing she could do as it had been dispatched. I have since contacted my brother and he never received the chocolates even do this day (2 weeks later)

We ordered Fillets of John Dory (known in the Med as St Pierre), 2 Turbot slices, and a pack of very large Prawns. The Turbot pieces were nice portion sizes, but tasted a bit like brackish water, not Turbot. We've cooked (and half eaten) most of the John Dory which were, frankly, boring, texture-wise not at all like St Pierre that we're used tp in France, and most went in the bin: Horrible! The only good products were the giant prawns, which are excellent - I think they came frozen from Vietnam. What has happened to the top qualty South-West coast fish we were expecting?

VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE 2 Weeks, multiple calls and emails later and still no refund for undelivered cakes. DO NOT USE. I ordered a friend a delivery of cupcakes from Cakes Today 2 weeks ago for her birthday. On the day of her birthday I received a text at 11.55PM that my cupcakes would be delivered in 10m time. AFTER MIDNIGHT! I couldn’t believe it and immediately tried to contact cakes today to tell them not to deliver these cakes in the middle of the night and wake up my friend who’s a doctor and working the next day but I couldn’t get through. Just after midnight I had a call from the courier saying he had arrived. Furthermore the courier told me he still had 5 more deliveries to make afterwards! I told him not to wake my friend and spoil her birthday. My friend didn’t receive the cupcakes on her birthday or afterwards, and despite my multiple calls and emails to the company they haven’t provided me with a response or refund for the cakes my friend never received. Absolutely appalling service. Do not use this company.

Customer Service: I ordered the cake for my husband's birthday, 8 days in advance. On the day, I called them to ask when the cake will be delivered and they informed me between 8-9 pm. I told them that's too late for us. They couldn't help me. Later I saw that on the invoice they are committing to deliver the cake between 11 am-8 pm. I called them back and told them if they don't deliver the cake till 8 pm, to not deliver at all, and to refund us because they are breaching the agreement. However, this was not respected and the cake was delivered at 9 pm. Quality of the cake: I ordered "Not a Cheesecake Strawberry Cheesecake". The description on their website "This cake is not entirely a cheesecake but possesses the beautiful flavours and creaminess of one." Paid £49.99 for 8 inches. What we got was two layers of sponge with whipped cream in between and a thin layer of jam. Like a £10 cake from any store.

I prepared a Low Country crab boil with 3 lbs of the dungeness crab legs with fresh corn, red potatoes and Cajun barboille sausage for my son-in-law as a birthday gift. I ordered a 6 month subscription for my husband. The first three boxes were fine, although the boxes were smaller than anticipated. Chocolates in shipment #4 were misshapen and had a chalky coating. After a very long wait on the phone with customer service, and texting them pictures, I was assured a replacement box would be shipped at the end of the 6 months. Shipment #5 also was not in good shape. I brought this to the attention of customer service as well but without any response. We never received shipment #6 or the replacement box for shipment #4. Of the 5 boxes we did receive, 4 of them were from the same chocolatier; not the advertised array of chocolatiers from around the country. Waste of money!

Bought a yearly subscription in July for my wife. I have to call/email each month asking when it would be delivered and they always say "coming shortly." Never had chocolate delivered before I contacted them. Then this month, they delivered the same chocolate that we got in a previous shipment. Lousy customer service and terribly annoying. Looking into cancellation and going elsewhere.

I have been using coconut merchant for 16 months now. I swear by it. I have a 16 month old little girl and don’t use any products on her but this oil.. i love the smell and how versatile it is.. I love all the different sizes available to purchase to. Thank you for such a great product please don’t ever stop producing this. I am a nurse and suffer from dry hands and I actually find this oil helps to keep the moist. Also the smell is amazing not your typical oil smell.

Service terrible, products great - ordered 5th May for delivery on 7th May, product never arrived so chased 10th May and got a generic response on 11th May, "Hi Kurt, thanks for getting in touch. We are experiencing high volumes of orders at the moment paired with difficulties with delivery due to Covid-19. Your order is being processed and should be with you shortly. Team Eatlean.". Clear that they hadn't investigated anything I requested a further update and got a response advising that their stock had not arrived and would be with them by 15th. Still nothing on the 19th I had to chase again. Told again that stock hadn't arrived, I finally got what I ordered on the 20th (almost 2 weeks after my order). I fully appreciate that I ordered a third party product so some things are out of their control but really frustrating to not be told about delays and have to chase twice. Keep your customers informed! As amazing as the cheese is, on this occasion the service seriously let you down.
