Was referred by a colleague, and was excited to order for the first time; however, I was disappointed by my experience as I was ordering gifts for National Nurses Week to thank our dedicated, sacrificing nurses during the COVID pandemic, when the items I ordered went out-of-stock. So, I ordered a substitute, and—despite a promised-by delivery date—that order could not be delivered in time. So, I called customer service, whom, of course, was someone working remotely as most of us are, but was not very helpful nor accommodating. But I decided not to cancel, opting instead for a later-than-quoted delivery when I received an email informing me that that item, which was due to be delivered the next day, was now out-of-stock. Overall, poor customer service, but the bright side is that their chocolate box gifts and bar products came out nicely.

I purchased the kpop box that is worth 49 dollars and 49 cents which also happens to be the most expensive one since you're actually paying more for the album. The cheapest option for a kpop box is the one the does not include an album but only kpop items. If i remember correctly it is worth 30+ something dollars??? So back to topic, i paid 49,49$ for the box plus 11 dollars for the shipping and +65 dollars for the fees in Greece, and even though i do not blame Korea box for the extra fees, i do blame them for the items i received. I paid 50 dollars for the box and received one cd album, one mini fan with stickers, 4 not so cute pins and one more sticker... I've seen people posting their unboxings on Instagram and they all have gotten more items than i did (even though they purchased the cheapest kpop box which is around 30+ dollars) the reason why i paid more is because of the album. So why haven't i received the same amount of items as the rest of their costumers??? This is so unprofessional of them... I have sent them an email and a message on Facebook but I haven't received a response... Thanks Korea box for basically stealing from me...

As the pandemic started last year and things started shutting down, I started to panic and stress about how to wean my son without the support of the nursery meals and schedule. I searched for "homemade baby food delivered," and Mamamade came into out lives! I appreciate that we can now select what gets delivered in our box, but I had no problem leaving it up to the team at Mamamade. My son is a great eater, and I attribute part of that to the exposure to foods through Mamamade. Without these meals, he would be eating the same things every week. He especially loves the porridge! I've had to change the delivery date a few times, and the team has been very responsive and helpful.

Worst purchase in my history. Paid $177 for 4 custard apple of which 3 of them never ripen they sat there and rotten instead. The fourth one ripe 2 weeks after delivery but only half was edible. I emailed customer service witth pictures atteched and the response i received is that i should send date stamp pictures

I'm a flexitarian that's always on the prowl for plant-based alternatives to the foods I enjoy. I'm a big fan of beef jerky so I was excited to see a new startup that makes jerky out of mushrooms. I reached out via email and they were kind enough to give me a small coupon for first-time buyers. I got the variety 6 pack that has the Original, Hawaiian Teriyaki, and Sweet Spicy. It arrived in a few days. Some thoughts: The package is sleek. The taste? Delicious! It tastes minimally processed which I like versus traditional jerky. I think I will buy a few more in the near future.

NHCO has top of the line products. I’ve bought pretty much everything they have to offer, minus the salve. My favorite right now is the energy drink (bought three packs because it’s so awesome!). They always ship out next day which is nice and convenient. My ONLY complaint is that they use USPS to ship (could just be for my order). It took 6 days to ship maybe 20 miles away from their location. Maybe I should just visit their store in Lees Summit! Otherwise, no biggie, I will continue to buy from NHCO. Thanks guys!

Ordered bulk food product on 3/9. Never heard from company that there would be a delay in sending. Finally got the product after many phone calls initiated by me. Recieved incorrect product on 3/30. Called company who finally got back to me on 4/5 leaving me a voice message that I have to pay to mail back the wrong product before they will send the correct one. I have called them 3 times and e-mailed to discuss this with no further response. Poor service, unreasonable request to have customer pay for their error!!!

After repeated phone messages left unreturned I finally sent emails and phone messages requesting to cancel the order(which it states you are not aloud to do on their site) The next day i received an email thanking for my order with a tracking number. I tried this spice at a local grocery store during a sample day and fell in love, one of the best spices I've used. never having ordered it from the website, I must say the order was processed fast, and the communication was good, although I think shipping was a little pricey, I think it could be shipped cheaper viat bubble envlope or USPS flat rate box.

I got an automated reply saying raise a ticket but impossible to do so. Not happy with this fake company. Wish I checked reviews first. I did the three day PME sugarpaste course and it was absolutely fantastic! I am not artistic, but the tutor was patient. The class was small and the tuition included different ways of covering a cake with sugarpaste and how to model figurines. We were also given ideas on how to decorate the cakes once they were covered. It was a fantastic three day course!

I love the products this store offers, but I loathe the racist attitude of one particular scum clerk that works in the Carrollwood location. Because of this racist pig I refuse to promote the financial stability of this store. Most clerks understand that great customer service provide, repeat customers and generate revenue. Not this scum, he looks down on people of color even though his salary is most likely three times less than the average worker. If you can avoid this location and you are of color please do! I will never shop here again, I would rather drive two hours to a distant location before shopping here.

This Florida based store (I note this only because I have had consistent troubles with Florida based stores), while having good prices, does not provide shipping prices online. In the notes on my order I specified they quote me the shipping price before shipping, and they failed to do so. The shipping price was high - resulting in much higher cost than just purchasing the products at my local store. I sent an email after wards to discuss the problem but did not get any response.

I would not recommend this firm: I'd ordered a rather large order over 2 yrs ago; I received only a portion of my order, and when I inquired about this omission, the owner (I guess) said the site didn't have a "counter" to inform of their stock, and suggested that instead of a refund for the remainder, I could just wait till they restocked this certain choc bar. Luckily, I said I wanted the refund immediately, because I continued to track their stock, and they hadn't restocked this bar for over one year! I am still on their mailing list, and they rarely answer my questions re their present stock. This questionable customer service continues to this day, where I have again emailed them with questions, and they don't bother to answer...I will not purchase from them again (and, BTW, they refuse to remove me from their mailing list).

I purchased one case each of Lindt Swiss Chocolate - Milk Chocolate with "Williams", 100g/3.5oz. and Milk Chocolate with "Irish Coffee", 100g/3.5oz on "SALE" for 37.66 ea. The chocolate received is beyond its expiration date. Nowhere does your site say that any items, SALE or not, are not fresh and past their sale date. Attempts to reach their 800 number merely redirects customers to an email address that has not been answered in 11 days. Regarding the Reseller's reply of 3/19, There was NO pop-up message on the Sale page (I use FireFox on Mac OS) -- even upon my recent re-visit to that page there is no pop-up. NONE of my emails have EVER been answered. My credit card company tried to contact World Wide Chocolate on my behalf, and also getting NO RESPONSE removed my charge. You be the judge.

What should have been a great lunch at M&C Sevenoaks spoiled by very poor quality rib eye (twice!) and inability of manager to understand customer service. Starters great, sirloin as usual good but suggest they take the rib eye off the Sunday menu - not good enough for the manager to say (despite paying the £4 premium) it is only an 8oz, on main menu it is 12oz -does that mean its a second rate steak? Thin and with gristle instead of tasty fat. Very few people in restaurant is perhaps an indication the high priced Sunday menu and its quality is not hitting the button. But manager dismisses scoffingly that it wont close. Perhaps he is the problem and to excuse as not the chef's fault - any self respecting chef would have queried why serving poor quality - especially as manager admitted the third complaint about the rib eye today - perhaps he should already have said its off the menu or if the bigger one is so good, swallow the cost and provide it.

It was my birthday Monday 27th July 2020 we were going to laindon miller but it was cancelled due to problems in kitchen so booked Leigh -on -sea we haven’t been there for about 3 years cause service & food wasn’t too good when we went back then & then laindon opened & is nearer to us as we live in laindon so we started going there anyway we went at 4pm chicken wings were over cooked my steak was under cooked so sent it back but waitress didn’t take my chips & side of mushrooms so when steak came back chips & mushrooms were cold she took chips back & replaced them for fresh my steak was really well done parts tasted burned l had ordered it medium to well first time round but had blood running out of it & then it was overcooked I didn’t eat it all & complained she did take mushrooms & steak meal of the bill atmosphere of restaurant wasn’t as good as laindon we had a blond lady service us when we arrived & then a young girl took over never even said who she was so I assumed the older lady waitress had finished her shift & gone the manager wasn’t well presented his shirt & trousers needed ironing the toilets had 2 out of 3 cubicals open 1 had water all over the floor the hand dryer didn’t work we were very disappointed with trip to this restaurant as our nearest one laindon is so nice staff are lovey atmosphere is nice & food is always cooked as we ask so we won’t be visiting your Leigh-on -sea restaurant again

I’m constantly on the go with all my extra curricular activities like tumbling and acting and Zeek bars are the perfect snack! They fill me up and keep me energized so that I can keep up with my busy schedule. I will continue to buy Zeek bars as my schedule just becomes busier and busier. I would absolutely recommend Zeek bars to anybody. They taste so yummy, unlike some other bars, and they are the perfect size! Definitely the best protein bar I have ever had :)

I purchased and paid for over $200 worth of beef from this vendor. After 10 days, still no product. I called on 5 separate occasions and was told it was "being shipped" right away or the next day. Meanwhile, 3 weeks later, still no products. Just recently, I got an email that they cancelled my order. No refund according to my Discover card. Then, I looked on the BBB of California. The company has an F rating and many complaints from other customers who never got their food, or their food was spoiled upon delivery and they got no replacement or refund. I would advise strongly against this merchant! There are plenty of other places to buy high quality beef online.

I have bee trying to contact them by email and phone for a year. I purchased beef over a year ago. I ordered Kobe pastrami, which was not in the order. After a few months of calling I got him and he said it wasnt made yet and soon will be and shipped. Well a year later and nothing and no response to emails or calls. This may is either lazy, stupid, a lousy business man but I think all three. I would NEVER buy from him. Be warned

We bought £44 worth of fudge. 12 slices. My wife and are extremely disappointed. The product is unlike any fudge we have had. Smooth, gooey and like a previous reviewer stated - “claggy” in your mouth. Slimy and cloying. Pretty gift boxes and speedy service. Very well packaged too. I’m not going to bother complaining as their website spouts on about product variations and that it should be embraced. I know I’d get nowhere. Inconsistency in my opinion is not a good thing. It’s poor quality control. We’ve got 12 slabs of so called fudge that is somewhere between disgusting and delicious but in truth nearer to disgusting. It might end up in the bin. I feel as though I’ve had my pants pulled down.

I bought 4 slabs of fudge in Cambridge for a friend who loves fudge. I was embarrassed to discover within a day it had melted out of shape and could not be cut, it looked disgusting. I was told not to put it in the fridge so stored it in a kitchen with other food items, no heating. Even at room temp it was out of shape and melted. A complete waste of 17 pounds. Also the staff told me it lasted at least 3 weeks yet I see your leaflet says 'up to 2 weeks' and the box says 10 days. Normally fudge can be cut up and keeps its shape. I would never ever buy from Fudge Kitchen again. Very misleading advertising!

No complaints service, Amy and Lucy seem to be the only staff, no managers either. Company are repetitive no actually addressing concerns. This has now been passed on for investigation and as a refund was not given despite my goods not even ariving, it has been reclaimed by my bank as fraud. Please avoid, there is only one decent product the rest are vile. Buy elsewhere and save the hassle, definately scammers.

They are a scam! Avoid at all costs. They take your money...you dont receive the items and they refuse to refund you! I cant get any money back after waiting WEEKS...they told me it would take days. Stay far FAR away.

1-800-Bakery has just earned another satisfied customer. This A+ BBB rated company delivered a clutch performance. I had a company-wide event to push a safety initiative and we wanted to go outside the norm and add cookies for each attendee. We had a tight deadline, but after researching other companies, and seeing their product samples showcasing well-known companies, we placed an order for 300 individually wrapped butter shortbread cookies with a custom logo - and they delivered with hours to spare. Next year, we will plan further in advance so not to place undue pressure even though they've proven they can work well under the confines of a tight deadline.

My daughter can't have sugar for medical reasons so for her 8th birthday we got her 1-800-bakery's sugar free chacolate truffle cake. It was much better than I had expected! Well done. I'm not sure I would order baked goods online every day, but it's worth a try.

Been through drive thru twice. First time containers not sealed all food in bottom of bag. Next trip order was taken wrong but was repeated correctly on speaker in drive thru. Green beans tasted of pure salt. Called boaz Al store highway 431 line continually busy. Bad service

Don’t buy their boxes, it’s a scam! The snacks are way too similar month to month and are even stale sometimes. Or if it’s not stale, more often than not, the cakes/ breads that come are very dry and don’t really taste of what they claim they should taste. As for the ceramics…shouldn’t they actually be made out of ceramic then? Most of the items you receive are plastic and end up looking and feeling cheap. We’re talking about $32.50/mo plus an expedited shipping fee that you can’t opt out of for subpar snacks and “ceramics”. The other big issue is that they don’t warn you that they auto-renew and refuse to prorate your subscription if you want to cancel. A whole year’s subscription is $540, y’all. And once the first box has shipped out, they say that can’t cancel the subscription and do a partial refund.👎🏻 I find it very hard to believe that this is a process they have no control over. Looks like they clearly don’t care about their customers and just want to keep your money to themselves.

Dishonest - lost money I took their Premium 12 Month Prepay Plan. It was ok for the first 10 boxes even if they did not honor the content all the time... But when Covid hit and japanPost stop working we were ask if we wanted to wait or pay a premium on each boxes (https://help.tokyotreat.com/hc/en-us/articles/360059099914--Important-Major-Shipping-Method-Updates-) I decided to wait and they told me they would get back to me. 2 month later, they tried to renew my subscription but fail (I have trust issues and for good reasons). Of course they have a loyalty program and since they could not renew my plan I lost my benefits but whatever. 14 month later, I contact them to get some news and I'm told nothing has changed; if I want my 32$ box, I need to fork 12.5$ of shipping per box. I asked them to refund the last 2 boxes but was denied. I've since switch to another more authentic Japanese snacks box and now I can compare and Tokyotreat was worse than I thought; the new box is better in quality, the shipping is free WITH tracking (optional and costly at Tokyotreat) and guess what... JapanPost works. Don't waste your time with TokyoTreat and have an unpleasant experience; there is so much better out there. Franckly all this is not worth my time but I'll post it around to warn people.

The healthy snacks ideia is amazing, and you do a very good work! Thank you! But I would still recomend some improvements. I've often received boxes with content that I don't appreciate so much / don't like, and at the end it's unfortunate to pay for a product that I won't eat... So it would be better if we could somehow give a feedback. To tell which boxes I liked the most - and receive them often, and which boxes I dislike - receive them rarely or never. That way I have a choice and can always be satisfied with the snacks. : ) Keep up the good work!

I ordered, and received one of their mattresses advertised on TV. Delivery was a problem(although this was no fault of Simba themselves). The problem was with thr courier company that Simba use for deliveries.They were inflexible with their delivery slots,and you could not reson with them. Unfortunately, the mattress did not suit me(you have to accept that items may not suit everyone. However, Simba honoured their 100 day no quibble return, and they arranged for the mattress to be collected within 3 days. It made a change to deal with a Company who were honest and reliable.

Do not do business with these people. On 12/19 I ordered a basket, their website kept getting stuck during the ordering process and I had to back out and re do parts of the order. The next day I logged into my account and they had charged me THREE times for THREE orders of the exact same thing to be delivered to the same person. I emailed the company at the address they had on their website - no answer for 2 days. Today I called them after no return email from this company. They said they WILL NOT CANCEL the two extra orders that I didn't order despite the fact that it hasn't shipped, it is not in transit yet, etc - I can see the order status progress on my account page of their website. Their website triple charged my credit card and they expect me to pay for their website error. The customer service rep wouldn't let me talk to a supervisor, she told me the supervisor was "busy" and she is not allowed to cancel any orders. If customer service can't cancel orders that their own website generated in error, then who can? These people are theives.

Waiting 4 days for my birthday gift from Shari's Berries They lied 3x that "truck is on the way;" 4x that they "rang my [video!] doorbell;" that they "can't cancel it." The people at the call center just pass on the lies and barely intelligible English. I can't remember a worse customer experience. If you want to give a birthday present, try Hickory Farms.

It was our first order from Miller's Organic Farm. Although it is expensive we decided to try to see if the quality is worth the price. from 20 items the only thing I like is cow milk. 8$ for a gallon is not that high comparing to other stores around for grass fed raw milk. Goat milk - 9$ per half gallon - expensive and not even so good as the one sells in Whole Foods. Butter - 12.5$ for a pound - looks and tastes as really old butter. Looks like they removed something from it before making a butter. Irish butter from Trader Joes is far more better. Strawberry ice-cream - 12$ for 1 quart. It is so firm like an ice. By taste there is no creamy or milky taste. I think they do something with milk, after processing it contains a lot of water and this makes this ice-cream as ice. whole fryer - 23$ for 5 pounds. Today is March 12, 2015. The date on this fryer is August 8, I guess 2014, because it doesn't say what's the year. I understand that frozen food is still good after a year, but I don't want to pay so much for such long frozen food. Also some items don't have either packed or expiration date - milk, eggs, yogurt and no other labels. Which makes me think they trying to hide it and also don't expose their name if something will be wrong with the food.

I’ve never had a problem with Miller’s Organic Farm. I’ve been ordering from them for years. They ship on time and the quality of their milk and animal products is excellent. Their kefir lasts forever. They are Amish and they only take orders by phone. I leave a phone message of my order. I’m thankful they have foods conveniently available to ship that are difficult to source locally.

The Chinese curry is also a must. Tastes just the same as a curry from the Chinese but without the guilt. Used them for a business to business purchase. They sent less than half of what I paid for and ordered with a note on the delivery paperwork saying the rest would follow. It didn't. Tried emailing multiple times to get my money back. Nothing. Tried getting a phone number to call them on. No reply. If this wasn't a 'business' transaction, it would be considered theft. Total cowboys and I would recommend you never use them. If you are reading this from Spices of India, I dare you to challenge this. I have proof.

Decided to change online meat suppliers so after browsing I came upon The Meat Man 5kg Chicken breast £19 and 1kg minced beef 5% fat for £5 the delivery was £5-99 I ordered early hours of Monday morning recieved email confirmation and that it would be delivered Tuesday. And on Tuesday it came by APC delivery very impressed the box was totally in tact and not even a dent. So I rushed to the kitchen and opened up there was a styrofoam box inside the cardboard box and when opened the chicken fresh was vacuum packed and so was the mince. I opened both and was pleased that there was no smell (unlike another online shop ) So I divided into bags and bunged in freezer I did keep some chicken out and we had it for tea lovely tender tasty and no blooming water. I was so impressed with the box (yes I know sad lol but I had previously ordered twice of a certain online website called MuscleFood when it arrived the box was literally falling apart this was because the meat was packaged in a bag with ice packs which had defrosted causing condesation on the bag hence making box soggy. To add to that the smell when I opened the chicken was gagging. I will now in future order only from the Meat Man superb meat but also well done on packaging

I received the mangoes in my order , and I have to say, I’m pretty disappointed. The packaging looks good and all, but the mangoes do not. I was willing to accommodate some damage incurred during travel but I did not anticipate the mangoes coming to me looking dried up like this. I had expected a better standard, based on every other aspect of the delivery, and I’m very glad that my trial order was a small one. And two weeks after emailing Jaidev Sharma (At [email protected]), I have had no reply. And attempting to call the number provided also does not get answered. Also, the review I left on the website has been sidelined too, for more than a week. This website is little more than a scam. I loved how the first box was free! I tried the most appealing snacks and was hooked! The masa crisps are soooo good and I absolutely love the French toast granola. My boyfriend and I love easy snacks and I love that these are healthy, delicious, and have many vegan choices. The interface is easy to use and I love how there are no surprises. I tried out naturebox along with Graze, not expecting any big difference. I ended up loving naturebox. The snacks were wholesome, hella good tasting, fresh and actually healthy. PLUS they are priced at ~ $1 an ounce vs Graze's ~1.75 an ounce! AND they send out one big box per month containing around 1.25x what graze sends out spaced out between 4 boxes in a month, that's cost efficient and better for the environment.
