The driver hit our garage door and ran away! Weee originally declined the responsibility and wanted us to negotiate with the driver/carrier directly. Later said they would assume the liability to repay our loss. But it never happened! It has been more than 8 months and now they disappeared from the conversation. Seeking for legal assistance currently for justice. Never shop with this grocer again. Be sure to have your security video/camara on for their deliveries if you have to.

The worst delivery system I have ever used. They cancel the order right before the delivery day with an excuse that they are out of the stock. But when you put the new order, you can still add the out-of-stock goods in the cart and pay for them. So what's the point of the Saywee to make you place the non-sense order and then cancel it? They are doing some money laundry things?

Would you want to shop at a grocery store that does not honor their weekly advertisements? Aldi's central customer service has reconfirmed that if their weekly newspaper add does not match the add in the local store then the store manger does not need to honor it. This happened again at the Aldi Fairfax Blvd store. It happened to me and it can also happen to you!!! The weekly Aldi Washington Post add showed butter $1.69 per pound limit 4. Normal store price is $2.02. The store manager declined to honor the sale price on my $30 order as it was different from the in-store advertisement flyer. The good news is the Lidel's new store will be opening in Fairfax City in the next two or three weeks so you will no longer need to be subjected to this type of unsatisfactory bait and switch service..

Quite surprised at the bargains I've been buying. I like to eat fresh products. I was buying rocket,watercress,and salmon. This can be expensive elsewhere I was pleased to find aldis sold packs of fresh rocket,watercress and spinach all in the one bag. For under £1. Also the salmon is cheaper than my previous supermarket. There's also other surprises as you go along. Like flatbeds. I don't see them in other shops.

Can not fault their customer service team especially Sarah Day. Polite, professional, caring, to name just a few qualities she has. Yes I had a problem as the wrong item was deliveried but it was sorted straight away with no hassle. Delivery was quick and by very helpful people. Would I order again from CS and would I recommend them? Oh yes without a doubt. Well done!

There is always plenty of choice with great offers to be had. Ordering is simple and delivery is always on the day and time selected. Great quality meat and fish cut to generous proportions that tastes as good as it looks. In the absence of a 'real' local butcher these products are far better than anything you will find on the shelves in a supermarket.

I ordered a rolled and boned turkey for 3 people, paid a non-refundable £20 deposit and got a full turkey packed in a box. With 10 people waiting to be served, I didn't want to make a fuss. I took the turkey I didn't order and paid £ 74. Somewhat puzzled and upset, I forgot to thank and say "merry Christmas" to the lady, who in turned managed to place two inappropriate sarcastic remarks in front of everybody. Miserable experience.

I have just discovered these dishes that I conveniently purchase from my local Co-op. Each and every meal - from those cooked for four or the individual calorie controlled dishes for one are first class, tasty and made from fab ingredients. Much better than top High Street ready meal brands as portions are good and sauces are both delicious and plentiful. I’m hooked and the variety is amazing. I haven’t had one meal that hasn’t impressed me. Give them a try - they won’t disappoint. Bon appetite

What an amazing looking store! Whoever designed the interior has done a superbe job - the lighting and the aesthetics made for a really calm, soothing experience. The quality of food offered is excellent and the staff were simply lovely - welcoming and with time to spare to talk. I used to think Booth's was the Waitrose of the north - well frankly, Booth's are streets ahead of Waitrose and indeed any other supermarket out there.

Five Stars goes the lovely lady who served us our breakfast and drinks in Ulverston, Cumbria booths cafe. On the other hand I would have rated the management who were having a lovely sit down getting waited on hand and foot a total of Zero Stars. After being pushed past several times for them to access the kitchen area (bearing in mind we had watched them go out side for a cigarette many times and then re enter the kitchen) we then saw the lady working behind the counter struggle to place a full tray of hot beverages down on there table while one of the management team watched her struggle without even offering to help. You’d think as them being apart of the same team they’d work as a team and not single the cafe workers out. On the other hand I would like to thank the lady (who’s name we won’t disclose) for the lovely service who always continues to be pleasent and serves us in a professional manner regardless of her surrounding (in this case rude colleagues). For furure staff meetings I’d suggest a little more organisation and preferably not to be mixed with paying customers.

Butter delivered lunch time 21st August the use by was 25th Aug on complaining I was told it says two days for fresh items this is a joke how do a family of two use 500g of butter in 3.5 days days? Most people have a small amount left when they order making this a ridiculous rule for this type of product. Why should we have to accept poor service due to there poor store management.

Absolutely amazing. Food quality is excellent, customer service is outstanding. There was no receipt in the delivery. They usually deducted the items that were not delivered on the receipt. My charge item was exactly what I had listed. So I paid for items I didn’t receive.

The delivery gentlemen, (and I apologize for forgetting his name) was extremely courteous and professional making sure I had everything I needed and that I understood when to uncover certain items. The produce is fresh, varied and seasonal, quality tasty organic fresh fruit and vegetables. They have a play area for children in the shop which my son really enjoys and all children get a free organic apple to eat while you shop. The Eco/Green products on offer for the household give a very good range to choose from. I am coming back to that shop specifically on Saturdays/Sundays or after work during the week, because it is definitely worth the trip. Would recommend to anyone who is conscious about our environmental impact, wants quality healthy products for their family, and anyone who is a vegetarian or vegan as it is the ethos of that shop and they have a superb range of products.

When you enter the shop, you are greeted wit a huge selection of fruit and vegetables, all in boxes on shelves and a large sign on the wall which says "All our fruit and vegetables are organic." Many other grocery products are also organic and those that are not contain no artificial ingredients. Several items are either gluten-free or contain no gluten ingredients. You will find no dairy products, no meat and nothing containing sugar. Unicorn trade is based on five "Principles of Purpose" and is operated as a worker's co-operative, obtaining much of its stock directly from small producers and co-operatives. As a result, its prices are competitive and fair. In my experience, it is unique and we shop there almost every week.

4/5 boxes arrived 4 Days late. Still waiting for 8oz cups, now 7 days late. 12 Oz lids do not fit 12 Oz cups, both supplied as matched item by Cups Direct. No communication from them - having to chargeback through bank! I know other major suppliers are a little more expensive but lesson learnt! Never dealing with this company again. Their products are even worse than their customer service and delivery timeframe... RESPONSE UPDATE. I did finally receive a refund 2 weeks later and numerous messages and calls asking to remove my review. It’s unfortunate you refer my messages as threats... they were polite and factual comments regarding using the banking service to get my refund as you kept saying i would receive an immediate refund, but I didn’t. I totally understand issues with couriers, that’s why I dealt with them directly for two days before I contacted you. That doesn’t change the fact that you didn’t respond for several days to an issue you were aware about and it took a negative review to prompt a response. Secondly, after the previous issues, your lids didn’t fit the cups you supplied! And when forced on they split!

I am new to Good Club. My review is based on my experience so far.. I placed my first order on the 13.3.2021 and was expecting a delivery on 18.03.2021. I was really low on my oatly milk, so my delivery had to arrive...as i was self isolating! But I received an email on Thursday morning (18.3.2021) to inform me that my order had been cancelled as the items were out of stock. I checked the website and stock was available.. I swiftly emailed Carly who apologised for the inconvenience and arranged an immediate next day delivery.. Order arrived the following day without any issues. Eco-friendly boxes are good! Thumbs up! I have since referred 2 friends and received 2 voucher codes.. However, you can only use one voucher code per order (as advised by Carly when queried). No where in their terms and conditions can I see this. So really, although they are receiving new customers via your referral, you don't benefit as you should! Based on the whole experience, great response times however given the cancellation of my order, last minute, they could have considered a good will gesture by allowing me to use 2 codes on my next purchase or equivalent. I am reluctant to refer to new friends and family as I'm still to understand how I will gain. Your referral gain instant benefits however you now been to wait for 1 month until you can use your voucher.. By then you are signed into a paid membership.

I have tried a lot of the online food services. WILDFORK is the BEST. Between the quality and the prices, I am elated!!! I am not a rich person and I can still afford it.. I don't get into the markets to purchase meat. Wildfork is the best I have dealt with. It even beats my lifelong grocery store (meatwise). There is no comparison between the two. I placed 12 orders of cookies for a corporate event. They were St Patrick’s Day as the meeting was on 3/17/21. When purchasing through the website 10 of the 12 orders said they’d be delivered by 3/17. None were delivered by that date. Additionally 3 of the orders are MIA as of today (3/25) - it says shipper created label but never made it to UPS to ship. I have called, emailed and messaged on Instagram the business owners since 3/20 with zero response.

Matt and his staff worked incredibly well with the location (an older style house) and all the guests felt the warmth, care and professionalism throughout the evening. Bought a large selection of smoothies during Black Friday sale week. They arrived late, a lot of replacements were made and I was missing around 6 of them. I contacted them and they said they had to replace some due to stock and would send out the missing items. I still haven't received them. Judging by the rest of the reviews, I probably never will.

I Ordered and paid for turkey and all the trimmings(sprouts, potatoes, carrots etc etc) for two separate Christmas dinners that I had to make for my family. The items were due to arrive on Friday 20 th. I had a Christmas dinner to make on sat 21st for family members working in the NHS on Christmas Day , and Christmas Day meal for the 25th for other family members. The items arrived on Monday 23rd, 2 days too late , defrosted and no use ???????? I couldn’t shop on the Saturday due to a lack of transport and funds already spent. Spoke to Nisha on Monday who said “ the delivery company we used have let us down on some orders”. Let me down.....we had no Christmas dinner ???? She said she would refund the items and I asked about some sort of good will offer....”no”, said Nisha , “our company is closing at the end of Dec, I can’t help you”. What not even a free replacement meal please ? I asked , “No” said Nisha. Really poor customer care Ermmmmmm , closing down you say ???

Lean Lunch kindly gifted me 4 days of food (lunch, dinner and one dessert). I love their concept of delivering fresh healthy meals by a cyclist right to your office and how their packaging is eco-friendly. Every single meal was delicious, beautifully presented, well balanced nutritionally and tasted fresh. I love how they include such a variety of vegetables in each dish in array of colours so I know I'm getting lots of nutrients from different vegetables. My favourite meal was their Goan chicken curry! I would definitely recommend them.

Get a order confirmation email. 2 Days later get a message saying "what you ordered is no longer in stock, but we have this version" (of course more expensive) Pay the difference. I wanted to thank my team members who worked on Thanksgiving day and evening. Working in a hotel, we are open 24/7 and our goal is to exceed our guest expectations with service and hospitality. Our team is attentive and diligently, serving our guest who make our home, their "home away from home", even on holidays! I contacted Arista catering to surprise my team with Turkey box lunches/ dinners to all the team members who would be working! The service team at Arista was very helpful and friendly. Although they were busy and near capacity for the holiday, the team member provide helpful menu information and a schedule for delivery that would accommodate my order! The delivery person was right on time in delivering the box lunches and was extremely helpful in taking the box lunches right up to the kitchen area and helping me unpack and store the box lunches! Working in an upscale boutique hotel, I'm sometimes surprised to receive the same level of hospitality and dedication to service as we did receive from Arista Catering! Their service exceeded my expectations. On Thanksgiving, we surprised our team with Turkey sandwiches w/cranberry aioli! The lunches also included, chips, desserts and bottled water. The team was very thankful and appreciated the thought and care. I would recommend Arista Catering if you want to surprise and delight your team members or if you are feeding a large event or crowd. We can say without any hesitation, as we celebrated the memory and life of our mom, Sorepa Tagaloa - Grandma T, our family were truly comforted because of you and your staff. i purchased a voucher for a cookery lesson for my wife as one of her Christmas presents, 2014. I have to say that the whole process was just so easy, straight forward and uncomplicated. Mores the point there was an abundance of different classes available at times to suit everyone's needs. In terms of value for money the two hour course is exceptional. I would have no reservations in recommending this company to anyone.

I payed for myself and my Mum to attend a half day cupcake course as a Mothers Day present. We had such an enjoyable time. Sarah made us feel very welcome and explained everything really well. We made 6 cupcakes and then was shown how to do sugar craft - we made flowers and butterflies in all different colours and at the end we were shown how to pipe perfect swirls of flavoured buttercream onto our cupcakes before we finished them off with our Sugarcraft. The end product looked fab and we got to take them home in a cupcake box. Great way to spend half a day and would thoroughly recommend Delightful Tea Bake School to anyone!!

This is my second year purchasing Insurance. A reminder prior to policy expiration would be helpful. Have not had any claims, so cannot give feedback on that. On paper, it is good coverage, priced right. The real proof is when the time comes to file a claim. Thankfully have not had that occasion...

I initially contacted Foster about a part last June and a man named Tim got back to me. Was very helpful and the responses were within a reasonable timeframe. My customer only decided to get the parts in January. The correspondence was very difficult, responses were taking weeks to come from foster. I could not make payment as the pro-forma invoice took nearly 3 weeks to generate and the parts could not be shipped until payment was made. I really hope this was a one time thing. I felt sorry for Becky who was dealing with my order as she was waiting for the invoice to be generated to send to me. It must be a nightmare for her to have people constantly sending angry e-mails for something that is most likely out of her hands.

I still haven't had a refund.

I had such high hopes for this order, all the tropical fish I like in one bundle. It started good with a call on Monday to ask if I wanted delivery the next day. However, the order never arrived on Tuesday. When I emailed I was told it was out for delivery the next day. It did arrive on Wednesday, but at 7.00pm (delivery is stared as between 8.00am- 5.00pm) and it was clear it was sent on the Monday as the fish was defrosting. When I called they were very apologetic so I decided to try again. The order came the next day at 7.00pm. When I opened the box I had only 3 of the type of fish mentioned. I did get a refund, but the whole experience was stressful. I won’t be ordering again.

I took a bit of a punt with our first order and couldn't be more delighted. The very well insulated package arrived in just a few short days, with everything inside still fully frozen. We haven't had time to try everything yet, but what we've had so far has been wonderful. Basically supermarket prices for far superior quality. One of the items I ordered (scallops that turned out to be mahoosive) was short on stock, so before the delivery I was phoned to choose what to do. I was more than happy to take the half quantity available at the time. The remainder followed a few days later - equally well packed. We'll definitely be ordering more :)

I ordered equipment that was listed as "in stock". 3 days after my purchase I get an email saying "shipped. 3 days after the item supposedly shipped I get an email stating that I should expect the product in 2 weeks. I attempted to remedy the issue with several options, including paying more for a higher end model to which they told me was also out of stock and i would just have to wait. Their customer support showed zero lack of concern for the customer and zero initiative for rectifying the issue that they caused. All in all I got the product (that was promised to deliver in 5 business days) more than 3 weeks after ordering. I had to push back my OPEN DATE for my establishment an entire week! The lack of urgency by everyone who I communicated with was highly frustrating and shows why you should think twice about doing business with these guys! I, myself, will probably never purchase another item from them after this.

I spent $530 on them, bought a heavy duty stainless steel prep table. These scam artists sent me a table w crooked legs, missing hardware (to support the table), & a scratch with a black stain. They never returned any of my calls or voicemails, only replied to a review i left elsewhere. They emailed me that they'll help soon as i send pics. Within 3 minutes my reply was sent with 6 clear pictures. 4 days later they were still ghost, so i call them n someone picked up he said he never received any pics. I sent them right there & then, he said he never saw any damages like that before and he'll send me a new one that same day. They went ghost again for A WEEK, i had no tracking number, nothing. Again, I had to call them and the replacement was never sent! I was told I'd get an email with their decision on the matter (like the decision to send me a replacement never happened)! I get the email the next day with a tracking number for the replacement & when i check fedex THAT TRACKING NUMBER DOESN'T EXIST!
