I returned items I ordered from the website and received confirmation from Belk that they received the return and would send the refund. It has been a month and no refund has been received. Can't get customer service on the phone nor do they reply to messages. They have the returned items but kept my money.

Several weeks ago I purchased a Zoom Light to be delivered(as attached). Then several emails back and forth from a company called Fastaway (see in attach doc they first say Aust Post) saying they are unable to deliver (I'm within 10kms of their depot and Myer). Then Myer back and forth as to perhaps and maybes they can recall and deliver. Then nothing. I went with Myer as its Australian, good reputation and safe....well I was wrong. Very sad that a once iconic store has stooped to devil may care customer service. The CEO should be ashamed.

My sons buy my wife a Longchamp bag for Christmas in JL Oxford Street, they are advised if any problems don't worry you have the gift receipt and it can be changed in any store. She actually wants the handbag sized version with short handles so we drive to Kingston upon Thames store today where they give her a gift card for the refund and then advise that they don't sell Longchamp bags in store but to go onto the online site where you can view full range, order and pay with the gift card. Lo and behold we get home and find Longchamp bags are not on the online site and bags are only available in 4 London stores which is totally inconvenient to us... So we now have no Longchamp bag, a useless gift voucher and have been blatantly lied to by both the JL Oxford Street member of staff who was obviously just trying to get a sale and now a Kingston upon Thames staff member, both of whom are either untrained or trained in lying. Really poor service from what is meant to be one of the High Street stalwarts especially when there are so many other shops it could have been purchased from. Emailed customer service CASE-07930593, will wait for the excuses to come through. And the response which could be summed up as "Shut up and have a free coffee and cake" Dear Justin Matthews, Thank you for your email regarding your recent visit to our stores. I am disappointed to learn that you were given incorrect information. At John Lewis we pride ourselves on providing excellent quality products and fantastic customer service, I sincerely apologise that we have let you down on this occasion. I can appreciate your frustration as this was bought as a Christmas present, regrettably we cannot exchange gift cards for money, however gift cards are valid for 24 months. All John Lewis items can be exchanged/returned at any John Lewis store but not all our stores do stock certain ranges, I am sorry that you were told incorrect information regarding johnlewis.com. I have been looking at the Asko product line for over a year; I finally made the commitment with the wealth of knowledge that Andrew was able to convey about the brand . I appreciate all the help that the staff at Designer Home Surplus provided especially Andrew Owen who was ever patient with an indecisive customer. We were able to get the washer, dryer and dishwasher installed within a couple of days with absolutely no problems. Very satisfied with all aspects of the transaction at Designer Home Surplus.

Shockingly dreadful experience On 4th September we purchased an LG 43UN700 IPS monitor from Media Mrkt Spain online and collected it on Monday 7th from their Valencia shop in Calle Colon we paid €536. We were very busy having just moved house so actually didn’t open it to set it up until Saturday 12th. We already own one of these at our home in the UK so we were familiar with the process and its specification. On sliding it out of the box and removing the sleeve we could see the screen was cracked very badly all down the left side. We immediately raised a return request and received confirmation of collection from our home dated 14th September, unfortunately this never happened they just didnt turn up so we then took it back to one of their outlets as the return online form stated. They immediately accused us of breaking the monitor. According to them there is no way it could have been broken in the box so it must have been us. This was absolutely not the case. It was definitely like that in the box and definitely not broken by us due to mishandling. They have refused point blank to deal with us any further. They were so rude and aggressive it was unbelievable. We took it to another store but they were just as rude and aggressive just walking away from us and dealing with other customers. It would take too long to detail the rudeness of the staff and the way they accused us of breaking the monitor without evidence ... it wasnt even unpackaged and still had the wrapping on it but according to them nothing can ever be broken when it is collected.

Always the staff is willing to help you with any questions and, above all, they are very professional and well prepared. I was on Alza store in Holisovice place and saw a nice price on MacBook Pro and decided to buy it. One of the consultants was helping me with the choice. He was asking me many questions and one of them was about trading license. He said that I can save even more if I buy it for the company. I said that I have trading license and it would great if can save some extra money on the purchase. I asked him about 5 to 10 times if this is possible, because I wasn't sure if I really can do it. He said that anybody who has trading license or s.r.o. can purchase good and get money back on it (this is complete lie as I found later). During the consulation process he was bagging me to get insurance for it, because it is expensive and so on. I said no a few times, but time by time he was still asking me about it. I don't understand why you need to be so agressive towards customer? So, I said no again and he stopped. After I agreed to buy laptop for a company, he said becuase you will get your money back by the end of the year on this laptop maybe it is good idea to get insurance, because for the saved money it will be covered for 1 year of Apple's official vurranty + 3 years of Alaza. I was ok, this is good idea. Let's dot it. So on the counter I was asked about company information, so they registered payment under compamny. I paid for it and went home. After a few days, I received a notice from Alza that company details are incorrect but it did not say what was wrong exactly. Then I realized I was lied by the consultant so he can sell this laptop + insurance and get his % from it. This is not my first purchase at Alza and I am very dissapointed the way they handle customers. Their consultants would lie to you so you purchase they extras for some extra cost. I would really appreciate if anybody can contact me from Alza and solve this issue.

I've ordered several items of clothing and a couple of toys. Toys were a big hit for my grandson. Clothes were a nice pick. Some pieces were smaller than the size stated but I passed em down to my daughter. Prices are really good, with a large variety of items to shop for all in one place. Takes a lil longer for shipping but some came earlier than what it said. If you don't mind waiting an extra few days you will enjoy your experience. If you need something sooner order early or check for expedited shipping.

Upon visiting the shop, I phoned my local store to inquire about their price match scheme. They agreed to my request with details. Upon arriving, I was then made to look silly in front of people at the till due to being told they were unable to price match the item as it wasn't the same colour. I told them I had previously phoned and as long as the item was the same name/description, the colour was variable. In the end, the assistant called the manager to give the all clear. They managed to accept the price match as well as honour my 20% off coupon.

Ordered stock to pick up in store - good choice of items etc & handy to avoid delivery costs. Only thing that stops it being 5 starts / 5 was the fact you can't pay when you order needs to be done in store, which slows up the process & means that they only keep it for 24 hours from reservation (other sites like argos you can pay & collect quickly & they hold it for longer as it's all paid for)

Awful return policy Sent a monitor back that clearly indicated a electronical fault (3 green beps) after paying for shipping to another country and ensuring the package was delivered safe I get this response "We have settled your claim ASRE22149230. Method of settlement: Rejected More information: The device was assessed at a service center. During the testing, mechanical damage was found which is not compatible with the manufacturer's warranty conditions. The warranty claim was rejected. The device was sent back without repair." This is a 1000 euros monitor too. Never again

I placed my order at 1.30am on Tuesday 12 May and it was dispatched just a few hours later. I had also emailed to request that the delivery address be changed shortly after placing my order and that request was both acknowledged by email and acted on by 10.00am. Fantastic service! The item was delivered to me on Saturday 16th which, under the current pandemic constraints, was brilliant. The item itself arrived nicely packaged in Mia’s branded tissue wrap which was a nice touch. I had ordered a quirky Culinary Concepts mouse shaped cheese knife as a gift for a friend and she was really delighted with it, so I’m a very happy shopper and I’ll be revisiting Mia’s website again very soon!

First, let's start by stating that I'm a Diamond-level customer. Their dispute program leans more towards the seller, you have to proof proof and proof that you are right before they refund your money. I just have an incident where I ordered an item ($100) on the 1st of the month and contacted the seller on the 6th and on the 7th he created a shipping level (old trick) to avoid being penalized by Aliexpress. On the 15 the item hadn't arrived at logistics so i contacted seller and he agree to refund but he ask for me to open a dispute. I did and even with proof (images) from the chat, AliExpress judgment was for me to wait 60 days more. THE ITEM Never shipped it was a fake label created by the seller to avoid being penalized. So I contacted PayPal..... Recommendation use PayPal they will make judgments based on proof like chats...do not use debit cards...oh and I'm Diamond Level....JAJAJA As soon as I get my other orders in I'm deactivating my account... And please before ordering check reviews based on experience and avoid any seller with 94% or less....Numbers are inflated

I ordered something from Aliexpress on March 21. It is now May 29 and it has not arrived. They took my money immediately, but no package to me. Their tracking system says it is in a "sorting center". It has been in the "sorting center" for over 2 months. It is obvious that this organization takes your money and then promises you that they will deliver at some point in the future until you finally give up. This place is nothing but organized theft. Stay away from them if you value your money.

It's a scam site with prices too good to be true. Bought a bouquet, teddy bear and balloon for my friend's newborn and got an email later that evening saying they were sold out. So requested another bouquet, which they then said they also didn't have. So finally asked what they did have available, and they said nothing. It's now a day later and too late to get flowers delivered for a reputable delivery company. Don't use this service, they'll let you down.

Disgraceful ordered twice, for some strange reason, and both times the flowers are disgusting iv been completely robbed. first time all the flowers arrived dead then the second time the delivery driver must of picked them out of next doors garden and snapped them in half!! absolutely horrific don't waste ye money

My boyfriend bought me a lovely coat for Christmas or so I thought before I tried it on, for a start the fur started to fall out over my lovely black wollen dress, when he told me how much he spent £129, I would expected a coat out of Primark for £50, or less, @ least then you would of had poor quality plus no horrible logo on the sleeve, I never ever thought something that is suppose to be desinger would be so bad, no wonder you do so well in China

Ordered shoes online. I already had one pair in a different color so knew what my size was, but the pair I got were much larger by at least a size. I called and was told no refunds since they were on sale. They wouldn't even exchange them! No more dillards.com for me.

Do not be lured by the assurances of their 7 year guarantee on furniture and beds. It is almost impossible to prove that the fault is a " manufacturing defect" ( no mention is made of this requirement is made in the John Lewis guarantee) and the customer service aftercare is appalling. Our issue on a highly expensive bed is unresolved and John Lewis have washed their hands of it. Buy from another retailer. We will never purchase any item ever again from John Lewis.

I recently ordered a selection of items from John Lewis and a £35 sale jumper was missing from the package. After speaking to 4 different customer service members, and them reviewing their packaging process, they concluded that the missing item was in the package and the package was delivered to me in tact. They have closed the case with the outcome that I will not be offered a replacement or a refund. Having ordered thousands of pounds worth of items from John Lewis over the years, and having also worked for them for more than 3 years in the past, I am shocked that this is the service of care that customers can now expect.

I love Target and I typically enjoy every shopping experience that I have ever had at Target. The employees are very friendly and incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I rarely need assistance from a manager. However, I have interacted with managers at Target and they have always been very helpful and they try to always get an answer to any question that I might have. The only negative thing about shopping at Target is that I always end up spending a lot more money than what I planned to spend.

I ordered a headboard from Target online on 12/25/18. I was able to use some gift cards I received from Christmas to help pay for the headboard. On Jan 3, 2019, I received an email from Target that the headboard was delivered to my shipping address. It was actually supposed to be delivered between Jan 9 & 10th, so I very happy to see it was delivered early. The same day, Jan 3rd, Target charged my debit card the remaining amount due after taking the money out of my gift cards. I called my relative where the headboard was supposed to be delivered and was told there was no package. I first checked with Fedex who was the carrier and was advised my package was not delivered but was sent back to Target due to the shipping label was not on the package. After trying to find a phone number to call on Target's website - not an easy task - I called Target and was told the package was delivered. When I explained to the customer service rep, it was not delivered, she had to put me on hold and she realized the headboard was not delivered. Very sadly, she could not give me any information as to where the headboard was. I told the customer rep I wanted a refund but I did not want gift cards - I wanted the return fully refunded to my debit card. I was told no, that is not how we refund payments. I tried through both Twitter and Facebook the same scripted answer "refunds are returned the same way the item was paid". Although I understood that was the procedure, I also felt I was deceived by Target in that the headboard was never delivered and Target took my money. Every person at Target that I complained gave me the same scripted answer - they initially responded and then when I tell them I want to speak to a higher authority, I either got ignored or was told that information is confidential. There is no reason I should not have been given a name from corporate who may be able to help me! The last supervisor I spoke to even hung up on me - all because I questioned why would I want a Target gift card if I am never going to use it! Target has horrible customer service and I will never shop there again.

Compré un portátil de lenova y me llegó sin Windows instalado tuve que llamar 1000 veces y cada vez me dieron otra cosa y al final no resulvieron el fallo y tuvo que comprar yo el programa de Windows por 150 € más. Lo único oferta de ellos fue que lo puedo enviar el portátil para que lo revisa el técnico y eso duro 4 - 6 semanas pero yo compré el Laptop por mi trabajo y no podría esperar 4 semanas . Online shopping: Delivery time is a work of fiction. They show up 1 hour after the time (which is already a 2 hour window) without a single call. Your list is also a work of fiction. Things are missing, not delivered, without a single acknowledgment from Carrefour, or my money back! Physical Stores: If you don't like roaches (specially going up your bread), avoid visiting the 24h Carrefour Express on Carrer Balmes, Barcelona. If you like them, or prefer your food "crunchy", you are in for a treat.

I can't get any of my basic needs delivered since covid-19. We are two high risk individuals who cannot go out hunting down our needs. I'm paying to have my groceries delivered from other stores. Several times my daughter has gone to Walmart and bought the things that Walmart said was out of stock online. Couldn't get it delivered but there was plenty on the shelves. Lazy shoppers? Inefficient updating on the site? Whatever the problem is, I paid Walmart $99 to have my groceries delivered and I'd prefer not to be paying other stores to do it.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I understand we are going through a pandemic and that was the reason why I decided to purchase some personalized gifts online a month prior father's day. I didn't obtain any updates or tracking information on my order. Walmart absolutely cannot complete with Amazon if they are trying (lacking) and that shows. The experience ordering gifts for father's day was horrible because it was ruined since I did not receive my items. Never again! In general worse experience ever!

I ordered a bookcase set (3 pieces) 3 weeks ago. I put together 2 and the third turned out to be missing the hardware. After trying for hours to talk to someone on the phone we finally got a very helpful person to order the missing hardware. The problem is that it will take about 10 days to 2 weeks to get here. Without the third shelf I cannot complete the pieces and my office is a mess of boxes and half built furniture.

Bought $400 of stuff online. I'm sure it would have been great stuff, but we never received it. My husband and I were both home anxiously waiting the day it was supposed to be delivered. Nobody ever knocked. The whole day passes by. Still no ikea. I get an email from IKEA saying they want us to pay $50 more to deliver it. Why are they charging me twice for a service they never provided? I called ikea support, and they said that apparently nobody will come to deliver the items unless you answer a call from an unknown number a couple hours beforehand. I never answer calls from unknown numbers. It should be illegal to charge people for services you did not provide. I will not be paying for redelivery, and ikea is refusing to refund the $50 I already paid for delivery. Unfortunately, I paid with a debit card, so there is no way to dispute the transaction. We will never purchase from ikea again.

Debenhams charge for next day delivery with no intention of delivering it next day, I even contacted Hermes and Debenhams haven't actually sent them the parcel. I ordered in the morning the day before, how hard can it be? If it's not able to get there for the next day then don't allow people to pick it otherwise I would of never shopped with you and gone elsewhere, but that's probably why you still let people click next day! Refunding delivery charges is not enough. I now have to spend extra on getting something else, not as good, to replace what should of arrived here today! Not acceptable!

'0' Rating if I could - DO NOT ORDER ONLINE - Debenhams has always been my go to shop. I ordered a bag and top and paid for next day delivery. The items should have arrived on 5th April. The top arrived on 7th April but there is no sign of the bag. Debenhams Customer Service is disgraceful and when trying to contact them it is virtually impossible - only by email - receive an automated response telling me to track parcel and that's it. There is no parcel to track because it hasn't been sent to Hermes. I even received an email yesterday asking me to review the items in my order - complete joke. I appreciate and understand the strains of the current situation but if you can't deliver Debenhams then just shut up shop now. Everyday I am bombarded with emails with sales and offers and to be honest there are loads of things I would love to order but not after this experience. They are not doing themselves any favours.

I try to help people who want to do shopping online from studio.....I DON'T RECOMMEND TO NO-ONE TO BUY FROM "STUDIO UK"....if you will be happy to pay something for nothing, you can buy from STUDIO UK, if not....I suggest you to be very careful. For me was happening for second time, first time I used their credit, they charged me for interest even if I didn't jump out of the date which was set up, the second time I didn't use their credit, because my previous experience with them, I paid all my shopping with my debit card, and GUESS WHAT....they still charge me, every month I receive text from them that tge limit of my payment is on 5th of the month. I suggest you to check very well for what they charge you....they take your money for nothing. In my case I had to pay for nothing. I done a complaint to them but I still receive texts regarding my payment....I don't want to hear about them never in my life! My suggestion for you is to give up by buying from them and be careful!

First if I could give them minus starts I would , I order some baby clothes quality is rubbish and you will just waist your money if you do, postage wasn't free and took a week One of the item was delayed and they had no clue when will be delivered they emailed me and I called them to cancel it and was confirmed 2 days latter it was delivered I called to know why they replied saying cancellation not guaranteed And they want me to go through a cancellation procedure Just waist of time and rude staff they won't let you speak
