Due to COVID, Sunplay is not accepting phone calls or providing any real customer support. Emails result in automatic replies and any order placed during this time can not be canceled for any reason. I had an odd case where I've been looking for a heat pump for a long time through multiple sources. Immediately after I placed my order, my local pool store came up with the heat pump I had originally wanted. This was a better model at a lower price than what I purchased through Sunplay. Unfortunately, due to the no cancellation policy, I had to accept delivery of the Sunplay heat pump. If I knew that no cancellations were possible I wouldn't have placed my order. This is not made clear on the web site and is only spelled out when attempting to reach customer support for help via an automated response. I am happy with the service provided in the fact that Sunplay was the only place I found that was able to source and deliver this particular model in under a week, impressive! Sunplay also helped me to choose the best robotic pool cleaner for my needs with their excellent blog post. I'm sure in a normal world this is a great company, this is just a difficult time for everyone.

I did not receive an answer to a question concerning the repair or the availability of just the circuit board for my Hayward GL-235 pool solar control. They seem to be susceptible to electric surges from lightning and I have several of them now.

easy but I have been trying to contact customer support but you are not manning the phones. The issue I have is that you sent me two complete orders and I only ordered one. I sent email advising your customer service but have not heard back. Await your advise.

THE DELIVERED SHOES WERE THE WRONG SIZE 7 AND HAVE BEEN RETURNED FOR SIZE 10.5. Simple, clear process. I would have liked to have PayPal available for payment. The outdoor dog bed with canopy is what I hoped it would be. Dog loves it. I still prefer to use PayPal for online payments.

Love the free shipping! However, the product was damaged beyond repair upon delivery and cannot be used. We are actually trying to contact Sunplay right now but cannot get anyone. Need this taken care of. Not happy with the customer service at all.

Everything installed great, even the Tube Sheet Coil Assembly Kit we got from you in the Fall... The Service and price was great. I'll recommend you to all me friends and family. It made for a fun even with COVID 19, out pool was well used this Summer. Thank again.

Pricing is fair for hard to find parts; order was split, no updates sent on second shipment, website had it listed as 'preparing to ship' for 7 days after order but arrived same time as first shipment.

My basketball hoop arrived defective. The pre-drilled holes for the rim do not line up with the pre-drilled holes for the backboard so I cannot complete the assembly. I called but you've eliminated phone customer service and no one has responded to my email that I sent last Thursday so I have an open issue with no resolution at this point. Rob

Ordered and paid on July 30. Website states item in stock and "usually ships in 1 business day". 9 days later and 3 phone calls later all I get is lip service about warehouse being behind. No explanations and not one of the 3 CSR's apologetic in any way. Each CSR stated that the item was in stock and should ship soon. Either something is terribly wrong at Sunplay or they completely misunderstand the mail order business. I finally had no choice but to cancel my order and place it with a competitor. I can assure you that I will never attempt to do business with Sunplay again. BUYER BEWARE!

El 22 de diciembre de 2019 comprende unos filtros y un conector y asta el día de hoy 26 de febrero del 2020 no lo recibí, les mandé un mensaje para saber cuando llegaba mi orden y ellos cancelaron mi orden sin avisar les e llamado para que me devuelvan mi dinero y me dijeron que me comuniqué con mi banco que ellos no pueden hacer nada . Ya llame a mi banco y ellos van a hacer una queja a esta compañía para la devolución de mi dinero es increíble que compañías como esta existan ahora tengo miedo no quiero comprar nada por internet, no quiero que me buelban a robar Y siempre compro en Walmart o Costco pero no los tenían disponibles no le recomiendo esta compañía a nadie gracias .
