Some issues with the check out process not working properly on firefox and having to click on different buttons that would naturally seem like I should be clicking on. Basically your site wouldn't let me check out, but I found a work around and it worked out in the end. Shipping was fairly fast, but my shipment contained 1 out of 6 RAM chips that is the wrong chip. Please make sure you check before you ship.

The transaction went smoothly and the item was packed securely. Upon arrival, it booted properly, allowing me to update the firmware before installing a new set of drives and doing a factory reset. As calculated, there were no interruptions during the 36 hour rebuild, and now it's going through a "baking in" period for a week before going online for its intended use.

Short story: imasterrepair did what it said it would do for the price quoted in a timely fashion. My charging port was worn out, I replaced it myself, the cable on the new charging port felt weird when I plugged it into the motherboard, I removed it and 1/2 of the cable connector stayed in the motherboard connector. Imasterrepair replaced the charging port and motherboard connector by microsoldering a new one in place of the damaged one and paid priority 3 day shipping both ways for a great price. I would definitely use their device again.

i sent in an Ipad Mini 2 complete for diagnostic, new screen, new LCD and new battery, were in the Ipad. i got back a torn apart, missing parts and no screws. They sent back the wrong LCD screen. i have tried to conact iMasterRepair and no one will return my emails or phone calls, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Beware?

I earlier had sent my computer to another dealer and they charged me $85 for just evaluating to see if any data could be recovered which they weren't able to. Paid a good chunk of money for a server, and the box it came in had a dozen strips of tape across the top and one on the bottom. The one on the bottom busted. Not to mention the box looked like it had been around the world a few times. Fortunately the server survived unscathed. Everything else about TekBoost was well above expectation. Jaime was awesome in helping me get what I needed.

I was always very happy with Ramjet memory, however, the upgraded Mac Pro desktop I bought from Ramjet for $3200.00 in November of 2015 was okay for a while, but then progressively started having problems. They sent me a new video card, which seemed to help, but for a while it got even worse than before. Initially there were only problems while in bootcamp on Windows 7 running video games. I am still able and was able to run video games on bootcamp Win7, on my original Mac Pro 4.1 that I still have and use as backup, since this Ramjet upgraded Mac Pro 5.1 is meant to replace it. But then the new upgraded Ramjet Mac Pro problems slowly progressed to the point that sometimes I could not even boot into the Mac, which is what I primarily use for my business. The tech who built the Mac Pro, tried to help but after a certain point, ignored the evidence that I sent him: pics of frozen Mac screen, nothing to do with gaming on Win7, and told me he didn't know what to say. Asked me to send the Mac to him. Difficult since I use it for my business, but I agreed and emailed him questions about details of that. They have not responded to that last email or any emails since Ive sent since then. One of them a timeline and progression of what happened. I thought they were still willing to work with me. However after, weeks went by then months with no response. I had to contact my bank about a credit card purchase from a completely different vender, that failed to work and the vendor ignoring my emails. The lady at the bank was nice and very helpful, so, when she asked me if there was anything else? I hesitantly, since I didn't want to cause friction with Ramjet, since I value them for the RAM and the way they had always been responsible. I told her of the impasse with the tech that sold me the Mac Pro desktop, and the resulting problems, and that they failed to respond. I have a feeling the bank asked for a full refund, which is not what I had asked her to do. I wanted only a $500.00 refund, since the computer is not doing what they claimed it would do. She promised to personally speak to the tech to try to arbitrate on my behalf. That was a mistake on my part, since it seems she did it differently, and antagonized Ramjet, who are now entrenched in the false belief that the whole problem was the one particular game, Guild Wars II. At this point the old computer is still able to run Guild Wars II (at fully reduced graphics, maximized for speed) and other video games on Bootcamp Windows 7, but this new one I cant. (right now, it is stable if I stay only on the Mac, but it continues to have problems if I boot into bootcamp win7, although using VMWare Fusion to access business programs only on bootcamp works fine. Its never been possible to play any video games that way). Im using the RamJet Mac Pro for business and able to play guild wars II ONLY on the Mac version of the game; also at fully reduced graphics, maximized for speed. I cannot play any other games that require a PC on it. I would not advise buying any of the rebuilt/upgraded Macs they sell, and am very disappointed in their behavior.

Your Order Number is : LMU-111203-003. Well, hard to say anything kind about this supplier. I ordered my product on December 5, 2011. It's 3 days to Christmas and I still haven't received anything. I have 3 different phone numbers for them (1 in my email and 2 from their website) - NONE WORK. These people are UNREACHABLE. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. When I checked their address on Google maps, I saw it's a RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS. I'm going to be sending in a dispute through my credit card company and get my money back. These people are a waste of my time, energy and money! Pure rubbish.

I went through amazon.com to replace my MacBook pro 15" lithium battery. First mistake. Second mistake was thinking that you could find a mac battery for less than $150. The battery I ordered was advertised as an Apple macbook 15" lithium battery. Upon delivery, I discovered it was in fact a cheap knock off. Fine, name brand is not a big deal to me. But this battery wouldn't even fit in my computer! And when I contacted the seller, I discovered I couldn't return the battery because it's illegal to ship lithium batteries overseas if you don't own a company. Very disappointed and and angry. If even one person decides not to buy from batteryprovider.com because of my experience, I will rejoice.

After a 3 weeks delay I had asked PayPal to refund, but Laptop Accessory´s Joe contacted me to tell me that the battery was on its way and so it was! It arrived only 1 week later. So I paid of course and the battery arrived safely and worked properly. As the battery was a present for friends for their medion laptop, I am not able to show photos. I consider it good service despite the long procedure, as we all are suffering from the lockdown.

I signed up with SS after a number of host changes. I was looking for the cheapest RELIABLE service I could find. SS was it! I originally signed up with a linux VPS and installed Ubuntu (which I use at home). I ran Virtualmin to aid in website/vhost setup. Things went fairly well over the first year, but I found myself to occupied learning how to run/manage/secure my server. (and got hacked once through a Joomla file manager plugin) After the year was up, I closed my account and searched again for the most RELIABLE and cheap "managed" hosting I could find. (I should point out that SS tech support did help a lot with my Ubuntu/Virtualmin server) after a couple of months struggling with only a HostGator shared account, I came back to SS and signed up with a WHM/cPanel Managed account. I'll never look back. I don't particularly care for cPanel, but if I can't do something easily, SS tech support is only an email/support ticket away and I always get a response within an hour and the request is often completed within the hour as well. I like to do things myself, so whenever I ask Tech Support to do something for me I ask that they give a brief explanation of what they did, and they do! They speak/type in plain english and are always very accommodating.

After doing business with numbers of other VPS hosting providers (with some very disappointing results) I was blessed by finding out about Supremeservers.com! Before ordering and paying for a VPS at Supremeservers.com I had some questions that I had to get answered to know whether their services were suitable for my needs or not. I opened the live chat on their webpage and asked about probably around 15 different things I felt I had to know. It was at that time that I first got to know their EXTREMELY (and unique) customer services - as I had all my questions answered within about 10 minutes. And as they offered all the services I needed I immidiately ordered a VPS to try out for one month to begin with. This is without a doubt the best experience I've ever had related to any kind of hosting services. I've had communication with all their departments and the experience was incredible! I created more than a few support tickets, mostly due to the lack of my own knowledge, and each and every time I got a reply within 1 hour after creating a ticket, and each of my problems were solved --within 2 hours-after creating the ticket. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and so incredibly willing to help with whatever the problem is. They also sent me messages quite few times to check up on if everything was working well and if there was something they could do to help. I could go on and on and write numerous pages about the FANTASTIC job the staff at Supremeservers.com are doing! However I will try to keep this short, but one thing that has to be mentioned is their servers UNIQUE STABILITY! Now, after a few months doing business with them, their uptime is still 100%! I now have two VPS servers hosted by them hosting four webpages and numerous other services. The company I work for was starting to look for a hosting provider for a dedicated server, and as I had something to say about where to do business - there was no other hosting provider than Supremeservers.com that we would look at. My advice to anyone out there is that if you want unique services for almost whatever your needs are - then do business with Supremeservers.com and no one else.

I did some research before I sent in my laptop and I didn't find any extremely negative feedback. I sent in my laptop over a month ago and didn't hear anything until a week ago when they sent me an email knocking back the price $100 and yet I still haven't seen the check they claim to have sent. So getting paid in 7 days is a lie as well as their promise to give you your quoted price. I'm not even sure I'll get paid at all, I would recommend you look elsewhere to sell your laptop.

The order was for two packs of cleaning cards which do what they say they will do and cleared a fragment of label from the roller which was preventing the dymo 450 from printing. The delivery time was a little long, but this was justified in advance by ITbatteria, due to the particular nature of batteries, that are considered dangerous materials. Excellent price and fast delivery. After a straight-forward installation, it worked fine for about two weeks, but then failed (would not take a charge). I contacted the seller, and they promptly sent me directions to remove and re-install it. That seems to have solved thwe problem - it's now working fine. Only time will tell if the problem occurs again, but the customer service was first-rate.

I have been making souvenirs for years ... i have been using artis 1800 u and i can boast that i have never changed my head ever! I use it daily, I keep it clean and clean all the time and I have no problems. I mostly print magnets for the fridge and the series went up to 100,000 pcs. And he never betrayed me in 4 years I did not change a single part. That is why I say that he is my best friend He has never failed me!!! On one occasion i didn't even touch it for 1month whole! when i started to light it i thought ooo Good .. But not to believe after just one cleaning I had the perfect print. We had a client with a old exchange and 3 edb files that were corrupted, I purchased their software. It's really nice powerful software and it works very well and uploads and migrates to office 365 and to other exchange systems like a charm and its fast!...and when I needed support: These guys are the best. They actually helped and spent days extracting 100's of pst out of 3 corrupt EDB files for me and my client. The edbmails didn't read the data so they did it by hand. The best service by far! I would recommend their product to everyone that needs help with exchange data recovery and also migration to online exchange.

The software is nice, however, I purchased a personal license for two PC as a lifetime license. Latter Changed my PC. I tried to install the software again but it said I reached to PC limit. I contacted customer service and explain to them to remove the old PC from their database, They said it is not possible and I must buy another license. So the license is not actually a lifetime. They just fool the customer, Basically they think customers are stupid.

Based on the fake 5 star reviews which Alex wrote himself, I went to his office to resolve some issues on my computer. I dropped it off and was told I would have it ready soon. I had not heard from him for a long time, so I called. Alex told me that he would call me the following day. I still had not heard from him the next day, so I called again and ask why he missed my deadline. Alex told me that he was busy.Finally when I showed up in his office,I felt like I was overcharged for what should have been a simple replacement ($400 for "labor" plus another $100+ for a part I'm not sure I even needed). THEN to top it all off, I finally returned home with my computer to discover that Alex had BENT the bottom case enough to expose the inner parts to the elements. I spent $400 dollars for this simple fix and came home with my computer worse for wear. It's not a big enough issue for me to go all the way back, but I'm very disappointed. UPDATE: Alex messed up my speakers as well! Now it sounds tinny, like the sound is coming out of headphones. I'm very upset,THE WORST DATA RECOVERY SERVICES EVER. BUYERS BE AWARE!

This company has saved my life! I am a DJ in NYC and as such I have THOUSANDS of mp3s saved on my external hard drive that I always carry around with me. On one of my gigs I accidently dropped it, afterwhich it completely stopped working (not recognized and making weird buzzing noise). I found these guys through google and basing on other positive reviews and their very competitive pricing I took my hard drive to them. I took them less then 24 hours to diagnose my drive and about 3 days to recover it. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of data recovery!

The problem with this service is even if the recipient fax is busy it counts as a free fax because they say "it uses system resources" - which it does - but maybe 5 seconds for a one page, no cover sheet fax? Plus, it could queue the fax for later attempt.

while looking for a backup faxing service, we tried Faxzero. We received a "confirmation" email some 40 minutes after sending and confirming the fax. Nothing arrived. The recipient's machine was tested and works fine. Don't waste time with them. Use a different vendor.

Faxzero used to provide a decent service. But, for the last several months, faxes to congress are not going through. When I reported the problem to Faxzero, their incompetent, rude "support" person (who goes by the name of Connie), kept insisting the fault lies with my computer (singular) --- even though I provided documentation that it occurs with six different computers, five different browsers, five different operating systems, different routers and different ISPs. I've switched to another service permanently. I suggest you do the same.

This is the second year I have had Hello Fax. As a company, you would expect them to notify you as a consumer that you account is up for renewal, before it is downgraded. Furthermore, you are not told that once you are down graded, you would loose all access and rights to a phone number which you paid to get ported to their service. Inaddition, if you want to get your number back, you have to pay them $60 to get you number and in addition you have to pay to renew for the additional year of service.

I've used DVDShrink for a while now and think it it works just fine - if you want to copy an entire dvd (menus and all) or just the main feature, it's terrific. It's ridiculously simple to use. You may encounter a fair number of discs that DVDShrink will not open, but as the software hasn't been updated in a while, that's to be expected. Download other freeware (like BDLot and DVD Decrypter) and you'll find that, using one program or another, you'll be able to copy and back up most anything you want.
