I was a little skeptical at first, but my old laptop had been sitting around for 6 months so I figured why not. I was quoted an offer and sent a shipping label the same day. The e-mail with the shipping label included a tracking number, so I was able to keep track of the package. It took about four days to arrive. The laptop got there on a Saturday morning and by Saturday night the amount quoted was in my Paypal account.

Made a huge mistake of buying from this crappy company who promised "30 Days Money Back" and "Fast Shipping". Their website used to say "all orders shipped locally" which misleads customers to believe they had local warehouses, which they don't. My order got shipped from somewhere in the Orient but loosely tracked through the Swedish postal system. About 5 days after I ordered they still hadn't shipped it, and I bought one locally as I didn't have time to wait. I contacted their 'online chat', which was actually offline, to cancel the order. No response to my message I left. 5 days later, they shipped the order anyway - so much for their claim of "Fast Shipping". Despite many attempts to use their site's online chat, it was never, ever online, and no one ever answered messages left there. I filed a dispute with Paypal who denied to issue a refund because even though I canceled the order with replacement-laptop-battery.com, they gave me the ridiculous story that I supposedly also should have called the shipping company to cancel the shipment *before* it arrived, rather than refuse/return it when it actually did arrive, which no delivery company will do, but this was Paypal's absurd position. I found if I sent 3 or 4 emails to the company, they would eventually answer, but flat out ignored requests for phone numbers, origin of shipment requests, etc. In the end I did get my money refunded, but it took several dozen emails, and 5 full months of harassing them. (So much for 30 Days Money Back!) Would never recommend them if they were the last place on earth!

I probably called poor Donald about.....5 times (?), before finally settling on my laptop of choice. He walked me through the customization process, explained every little bit of technological lingo that I didn't understand (i'm slightly new to all of this), and made sure I understand every bit of what I was paying; he didn't try to shove the most expensive options down my throat, and he never lost his temper. My laptop arrived in pristine condition, runs beautifully, and is everything I could have asked for and more; HIDEvolution is HIGHLY recommended from this very satisfied customer, and I'll be coming to them again in the future when the time comes to upgrade.

Driver managed to almost wreck a nearly new Samsung fridge/freezer. Not secured in the van. Was laid on its side sliding around on the floor on a blanket! could not contact them by phone text or email. SHIPLY could not contact them either, but in an email have washed their hands of the affair today anyway (this does not speak well for them!). The sellers said that the driver was VERY rough loading the unit. This has been a very bad experience, have not yet decided whether or not to take legal advice. We are not faddy people and would have expected a scratch or two but the damage inflicted by these people has to be seen to be believed. Will be looking elsewhere for future transporters!

I ordered a Google Pixel XL from them. When I got it and started setting it up, Verizon informed me that the phone had been owned by someone who still owned them money so it was on a fraud list and I couldn't use it. So, I returned it and ordered another one. I had the same experience with the second one. They need to learn from Verizon how to background check their products.

Ordered FIFA 20 on the 28th of September, on there website it states item will be delivered in 1-3 days. I've sent emails out in which I haven't had a reply back from them til now. I've had to call them today (10th October) and they gave me some stupid response about their policy stating they can't do anything until after 14 working days in which then they can refund/replacement. DO NOT ORDER from these man from the qways ends. Lady on the phone had the audacity to tell me 'we don't play games'... Dutty gyal kmt.

I only ordered from this vendor because they were the only people that had the ink I needed in stock. The ink that I needed was for a Canon MG7720 printer. I had no problems with the supplier! The Ink was delivered in a timely manner. I was concerned about the product, because it was going to be delivered to Wisconsin in the middle of winter. The rep at 1ink said that they would stand by their ink if there was a problem. The ink is working in my printer and the Canon printer thinks it is OEM ink! The ink is made in China.

UPDATE: MAY 21st 2018 Only took them from January 18 to May 18 to respond to this review, shows how much they care about their reputation! Purchased another battery, not even £25 delivery very fast within 2 days, working very well thank you and has UK Guarantee not the Chinese scam when they do not replace when its faulty within warranty. Be warned and do not buy from this merchant customer service is very bad. Battery supposed to have 3 years warranty cost £59 to buy, lasted just over 1 year when contacted told to pay them £25.50 and they would send another one or return the old one for repair that would take a very long time, nice scam!! As the batteries are available elsewhere will not be buying from these again, even if I buy from Ebay and it lasts a year its better than paying them for the scam. Be warned, delivery is a nightmare and customer service is non-existent they just do not care. Look elsewhere.

I had bought s laptop and phone tool for this. It took about 30 minutes to carefully unscrew the case, remove the old dead battery and install the new one. You required this comment!! The item was sold as NEW. It was not. The item was a used item that had been erased, but the people doing the erasing didn't know that the 'erase' field is not cleared! The erase field on the item I received was set to 1 indicating a factory reset had been performed to make the item look like new.

I purchased ink from here previously and had no problem so thought I'd make another purchase. This time is a completely different story. I placed an order on Aug 29. USPS received notice of item to be shipped on Aug 31. Company site says ink was shipped on Sept 2. Today is Sept 28 and still no ink! I have sent multiple emails and messages with no reply. My payment was also processed on Aug 29. Unfortunately, there is no contact number to be found. That itself should have been a red flag...guess I handed $30.00 over to a scam!!!

Horrible company to do business with....I purchased a battery which took 26 days to ship, then when it arrives it looks as though a dog has chewed on it...not kidding. The battery was in terrible condition and of course wouldn't charge. b2c-laptop-batteries.com wants me to pay the shipping to return a battery that was damaged and not working to them (shipping is just about $30 to ship to China)....yes they are in China...I should have known that I was asking for trouble dealing wtih a Chinese company...never again. Beware, problems with this company as they are not too trustworthy.

The only reason it wasn't 5 stars is because I picked priority overnight shipping, and it took two days before the projector lamp shipped. Otherwise, new part was great, installed and works beautifully. I'm looking forward to getting a few more years out of my projector. Sure the off-brand lamps on amazon were half the price, but all it takes is reading a few reviews to understand why it's not a good idea to go with cheaper parts.

You can only sell a specific model of what you have. So, you don't see a Kindle Fire in the Amazon tablet section? You can't sell it. Kinda stupid that they only want specific models. And good luck getting anything for your broken items. Usually, they won't pay you anything if it has more than one slightly more than minor defects. I won't ever use this company.

I bought my Eluktronics N870HK1 three years ago. I love it! especially for video editing where a lot of CPU is required and only now are laptops as capable as this getting up to speed. But recently I experienced a loud beeping alarm that preceded computer shut-down. I contacted Eluktronics support, and they have helped me isolate the cause of the problem and I've ordered the part (a CPU fan) through their website at the lowest price I could find (yep, I did a comparison). I really am impressed with their attention to my problem 3 years after my purchase. We'll see how the solution turns out in the near future.

Itemcycle gave me the most value to trade in my iPhone 6S (I checked eBay, Glyde, and Gazelle to name a few), they even promise a same day payment for the item which I received in my PayPal within minutes of them receiving the iPhone and they even covered shipping and PayPal fees. Although initially communication was very good, I felt like I was going to get good service. The part arrived in just a few days (I paid $28 extra to expedite shipping) but was defective and did not work. When I attempted to return the item, I found there was a lot of customs paperwork that had to be filled out and even though I get a substantial FedEx discount, it was $60 to return the item (which cost $65.00). Once I asked the company about the price of returning the item, they never communicated with me again. I would say it's likely they knew the part was defective and that I wouldn't return it. Pure profit for them. Just conjecture, but I have to wonder if they even tested it since it is unlikely it was damaged in shipping.

I ordered a replacement Laptop motherboard from WareSphere.com Not long after placing an order I recieved an email asking me to confirm that the model board I ordered was _exactly the one that I wanted_, and that -they had confirmed on their end they had the right one-. After waiting for international shipping I was dismayed upon opening the box to find that they had sent a somewhat similar, but wholly incompatible motherboard which had a different part number, a different incompatible onboard gpu, and an output which wouldn't support the Full-HD monitor of my laptop. When contacted after the item arrived they stated that they had supply problems, despite the fact thier website listed more than 15 of the correct model availible, and the closest similar listing for the part they sent having a lower price, that they considered it an "upgrade" and they refused to accomidate an exchange even after they admitted to having misrepresented the item sold. I would advise everyone to not do business with this company, as they can not be trusted to deal honestly in good faith.

I been with ExtraVM for a while now maybe a year or so and whenever i get the urge to play minecraft with some dudes I will always 100% go to these guys to set me up a server. There care in customer support and overall quality is amazing especially for the price. They never asked me once to leave a review either, i have such high respect for these people. Mike A this guy was the ONLY one who has helped me in my servers and really a generous person. He saved me $$ and suggested i donate to a few organizations. And mind you Mike A would be the only one who would attend to my server issues and me being a noob in operating that stuff you can imagine he got alot of tickets. He is dedicated to what he does, at times i would feel bad cause I only see him answering the tickets and as far as i know the only one setting up the servers...

Running a mc server for about a week now. The performance is excellent as well as the cost. I had one small issue which was quickly resolved minutes after I put a support ticket in, and they also gave me insight to what may have caused this issue so I can avoid it in the future.

They list every single item as in stock yet of the 3 times I have used them, one of which I had to get PayPal involved when using their eBay outlet. Nothing in the times I have used them has turned up within a week. It happens that a part has failed a pump more specifically within 5 months of a 1 year warranty. Negotiating warranty / return is almost impossible and messages drop into a sinkhole. I thought I would give them more than one chance as these days people seem to get only one shot at pleasing customers. However this is a company to avoid.

They sent the wrong item; did not reply to RMA request for 10 days; when they finally replied they cancelled the RMA request listing the wrong item number and wrong manufacturer and saying that I had been sent the right item. They also ignored the Distance Selling Act - customer has the right to refuse an item in 7 days. I had to go through my credit card company to get a refund.
