I ordered and paid for six HP inkjet cartridges. Four cartridges were shipped to me, in two separate deliveries. I never received the outstanding two cartridges and SurplusToner customer support ignores my emails and doesn't respond. I requested that they either ship the remaining two cartridges and fulfill the order or refund my money for the two cartridges. All my emails have been ignored and the company does not provide a phone number for customer support. Unless they resolve this order to my satisfaction I have to rate them as a typical scam or bait and switch company.

They list an American office but there is no way anyone can connect to them anyway except SKYPE or a linked phone number. Today they called and ask of office staff to email copies of a driver's license and both sides of the individuals credit card! No legitimate business would ask for such things. Reported them to the local police and filing to federal authorities. RUN FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I purchased a macbook power adapter with a two year warrantee in Apr 2013. The adapter worked fine until Oct 2014 when it just up and quit. I have been actively trying for two months to get someone to respond to an e-mail or pick up the phone and they simply will not. I have written four e-mails on both their internal mail account system and through regular e-mail, as well as called a dozen times and left several voicemails. It should not be this hard to get someone to respond. As best I can tell the two year warrantee that they still/currently advertise with their products is bogus.

This is the go-to place if you have iphone repair issues. Need a new battery for your iPod, (we all know how long those last!) Dropped your iPad and now the screen is broke? These are the guys who can fix it. Not only do they do Apple repairs at a reasonable rate, but when something goes wrong, they stand behind their product. My husband had an issue with the LCD on his touch, and we sent it to them for a repair. When we got it back, the wifi wouldn't work. Being a bit of a geek, I assumed that the antenna got knocked off when they opened the case, so I sent it back (and they sent me a prepaid UPS label via email). But it turned out to be the logic board, which they promptly replaced and sent back at no charge. Most companies do well when things go right, but it's how they handle when things go wrong that really count. They took what could potentially be a bad situation, and turned it into a positive one. I highly recommend them!

so i ordered the screen about 2 weeks ago. the shipment arrived fairly quickly despite the corona issues. i will give it a 4 star instead of the 5 stars because the colors are slightly off.. its very bright and the blacks are not so deep with quite a bit of light bleed.. it doesnt seem like the very original screen. i was hoping for a very nice original screen. anyway it works. i really hoped that it could match the one that i had originally. thanks

I already had almost a complete set of cartridges for my Epson printer. I have misplaced one of the black cartridges. That was why I ordered a complete set because I couldn't purchase just one cartridge. I have succeeded in mixing these cartridges with the first ones I purchased and with Epson manufactured cartridges. The only strange thing I have noticed is that when a cartridge would go empty instead of the cartridge saying it was empty, it will say the printer doesn't recognize the cartridge. When I removed the cartridge to reinstall it like the printer says I would refill it and then it would work fine. Thank you for selling these cartridges.

Yesterday (01/23/2012), I ordered a new printer (HP Deskjet 3050 All-In-One) from Calhoun Technologies. Their website boldly proclaims: Availability 25+. Really!? Today (01/24/2012) I'm notified through PayPal that I will be refunded my purchase price. The Reason?: "I regret to inform you that our web site is not real time and we are currently out of stock regarding the part you ordered online. At this time, I will not be able to process this order. Your PayPal account will be fully refunded, This refund may take a few days to reflect on your PayPal account. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused, and encourage you to keep Calhoun Technologies in mind as your IT parts supplier. Please let me know if there is anything else you are looking for, as I would be glad to help you out!" But...the website as of this review is still showing 25+ of these printers available. The only reason I chose this particular site was that they had, by far, the lowest price for this new printer. Did they actually have any printers to begin with? I called Calhoun and talked to "Charles" who kind of apologized, but when asked if they actually had 25+ of these printers, paused and said sure but they're all gone now. Well you can believe Charles, but I don't. I wonder how many of the 5 star ratings for Calhoun are really legit? Maybe Calhoun does a good job with hard to procure parts although most of the reviews are extremely generic & non-specific as to items ordered. If it is parts you are selling, stick to parts. Don't offer new printers or other new items you can't deliver. For actual honest reviews I'd pay more attention to buzzshepp, Shopper5003, Paultrs, DCSJG, whatsleftofyou, Kalyanam & Skibrianski. If I could leave a 0 or - rating it would be more appropriate!

I ordered few memory component from this company worth USD321, on 21st April which was supposed to be delivered in 5 -15 days. To date I did not receive the order, I sent mail no response, I called them many times, once they picked my phone, and said there is delay from supplier side but was not willing to say how long. Now its more than 40 days since I ordered still no reply, if I call nobody lift the phone.

I recently ordered a customized pc from v3 gaming and have had an excellent experience. They were the best priced gaming pc when compared to all the other competition, including maingear, originpc and the like. Chuck worked with me through customizing a PC that optimized my bang for my buck. They cabled and tuned it exactly how I wanted. They were also very receptive throughout the setup of the PC. I would call periodically to see how it was coming along, or what the overclocking was looking like. Chuck was responsive and talked with me like it was no issue at all. I get the feeling that they put customer service as #1...which is good as they are competing with some hard hitters. I got a i7 2600K and they also added in some extras to make up for the intel issue that was going on with the 3 Gbps SATA connections on the mobo. I received my PC when it was expected (about 2 weeks, including UPS ground across the country), the packaging was great and protective. I ordered the 3D Convoy, so both the pc and the monitor came perfectly intact. The performance of the machine is AWESOME! Fully booting up into windows takes around 45 seconds or so....and I can be in Call of Duty within 15 seconds, its nuts! I'm sure that has to do with a striped SSD drives, but its still great. I originally encountered an issue with the bios settings that slipped by the burn in because it has to do with cold booting. Chuck and George both worked hard to get in touch with Asus tech guys and get a resolution. They called me at off hours to work through the problem and fixed it! So as far as tech support goes, they are great as well. I know George has taken what was learned into account so it doesn't impact other customers. All in all, my experience was v3gamingpc was amazing. Both Chuck and George are very friendly and great to work with. I have been recommending them to all my friends and wanted to write an article here as well. I have no real benefit from doing so, except that I hope they are successful so I can buy my next pc from them!

I bought the Salvo, because I like the options it provided, and wanted to keep the price below $2200. I ordered it, and received it roughly three weeks later. I was extremely pleased by the packing materials, because it had to travel all the way to Canada, so I was slightly worried about it getting damaged. But it came completely intact. The computer itself has been very well constructed, and is fast as hell. Cold booting to Desktop in about 6 seconds on a single SSD. It absolutely destroys everything I run on it with ease. This beast is outperforming an Alienware that a guy from my old I.T class purchased 8 months ago for $4200. Chuck is the best customer service rep that I have EVER dealt with. He was honest, gave me tons of information and help in the final tweaks of my build. He was very quick at responding to my emails, and getting my missing monitor found and sorted out. I use this computer mainly for gaming and 3D modeling and Rendering on Blender 3D and CryEngine 3 SDK. I'm very happy with this computer, and I'm definatly going with V3 for all my future PCs. Completely worth the investment.

I purchased a QNAP TS-809-RB 12TB unit from SimplyNAS on 4/14/2011. I was in need of a highly reliable unit that would be used in a hospital. I also needed a very quick turnaround. SimplyNAS had a number of units available for configuration and quick shipment. Abbas provided me with invaluable advice during the selection process and then went the extra mile to see that device was tested and configured so that we could have staff just put it into the rack and flip the power switch. Last January I started to shop around for a NAS. The guys at SimplyNAS (both in their corporate office and the local one) were very knowledgeable and friendly. My new Synology DS1511+ was up to date right out of the box (I purchased the setup and testing). I'll definitely buy from them again if I need another NAS! I bought a Sager NP8150 through Larry at LPC-Digital, and I just have to say that he is an absolutely amazing reseller! Larry's dedication to customer service is unrivaled. He replied to my emails very promptly, even at midnight on weekends. Larry and I exchanged closed to 100 email messages regarding numerous questions and changes about my purchase, and not once did he sound annoyed, or make me feel like I was just being a bother. He was also very honest and upfront with me. At the beginning of the Intel SB recall, he even offered to refund my payment without me asking. When my completed machine was held up at shipping without any reason, Larry also upgraded my shipping method at absolutely zero cost to me. I was initially rather apprehensive about buying such a high-end machine from one of the many small business resellers. However, Larry at LPC-Digital not only made it a painless experience, but a very awesome one as well. Very nice stickers, reusable with a tag to remove. Fitting over original Apple logos, thus giving a unique look. So far, so good. I am happy with the two ive bought. They could, if you would want to nitpick: a. be a bit "flatter", or thinner and b. in the process of deciding which sticker to buy it would be a huge help if one could choose the size of the sticker by device rather than size.

I like very much the high quality of the sticker and the effect it generates. I do think though that the little tongue in the lower left corner is a bit ugly. I understand that it helps removing the sticker, but I don't need to change the sticker so often. I would prefer making it more difficult to remove than have the tongue always on. I have even thought of cutting it altogether. Another drawback of the tongue is that it makes it easier for the sticker to peel off. That's what happened to me. It peeled off two days(!) after I placed it and it gathered dust and now the edge of the sticker is on the air. Not good at all. Thank you.

I have moved to SOS online backup from crash plan. Although I liked Crash Plan very much SOS has 24 hour online support over the web chat during the week and a better integrated user interface. One of the weaknesses is that the continuous backup can only be set at the file and not at the folder level, but maybe thy will develop this in a future release. Another imitation is that if you have a lot of files, such as music and photos, 100gb may not be enough to suit your needs. They are flexible in that they allow 5 computers to share one account,abiet with a single password.SOS can perform a Facebook profile backup and restore as well as allow folder sharing to friends of backed up files. Complimentary local backup as well as cloud backup is included. Overall excellent with some minor hiccups.

I placed an order for Movie for Overnight Delivery so I could have the Movie for Sat night for my daughter's birthday party to watch. The order was placed by 1pm CT per the policy to have it shipped that day. They charged my credit card same day, however the item did not ship until next day. The email I received that had the Fedex tracking number kept coming up Invalid for 2 days. After calling Fedex directly on Sat, the package was still not at Fedex, obviously its not being delivered today. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I'll NEVER order anything from this site again.

I missed out on a deal for Mushkin RAM on another site and came across Tierratek via Google's product search. I have not seen their site before and it is not a polished as some other sites but upon further searching decided they seemed reputable. I was not disappointed - they are responsive, communicative and have a great shipping deal for Mushkin products. One day after placing my order I received an email with a shipping notification and tracking information. The item arrived quickly and as described. In the future, I will include Tierratek in my list of places to check for items which I am considering purchasing.

I was looking for a particular set of Mushkin notebook RAM and came across Tierratek via Google's product search. I hadn't heard of them but, upon checking Mushkin's site, saw they were a partner store. They were communicative, helpful and had a great shipping deal for my order. Salvaged one from old printer and when installing inks each one leaked. Wrote and complained and am getting a set of inks. Have recommended them far and wide but no more and will not use again

i ordered a battery from this supplier. The battery I got had a packing list attached ebay return that said defective battery. The battery itselfhad "RETURN BAD BATTERY DEFECTIVE" written on it with permanent marker. I made 2 attempts to email them to return for replacement or refund. Never got a reply. I would not buy a stick of gum from the company. Worst company I have ever dealt with.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!!!!!

I bought a set of ink cartridge a few months ago but for some reason, it still shows that's there's ink but it printed out very light. don't know if it's dried up but will try again to see. Didn't use much since this is only for kids school reports and it was not touched all summer.

Awful customer service. Arrogant, unhelpful and rude. We bought a computer from Morgan's and it has failed after 8 months. When we called to get assistance they claimed the warranty period was only 6 months - which was not what we were told when we bought it. They offered no suggestions on how we might go about fixing the PC and said simply it 'was not their problem'.

Few weeks ago I was purchasing a desktop from Kelsus. Everything worked splendidly until a few days ago my desktop stopped working. This happened at the weekend and I gave a call to Kelsus on the Monday. In a few words I explained what my trouble was and the gentleman I was speaking to said "How about we send you a new desktop coming Wednesday and let us have the defective one back. Wednesday arrived and at the promised time the so did the new desktop. I have been very impressed by the the speed and the no quibble at changing the faulty desktop. This is showing a business that is serious and absolutely reliable and I will recommend them to anyone.

Great order, good quality. I would only suggest that the packaging and shipping of their screens be improved slightly. Thin 15.6" LCD for a notebook, and was not secured in the box, at all. Monitor was placed in a very thin shipping sleeve, not sealed or secured, screen had almost punctured one corner of the box because of the amount it was sliding around. Even sealing the sleeve it was placed in, and securing it with tape would probably prevent a lot of shipping issues.

I have requested the screen which is supposed to be a touch screen for my laptop. Unfortunately, the product in the website did not show whether it is a touch or regular screen. Ultimately, I have ordered the wrong screen. Moreover, I have discovered that the price ($107) is higher than the price in other markets by two folds.

I have used these for a long time and recommended them to a lot of people especially amazon sellers but I have had to go back through and amend and advice an alternative place. I have never had an issue until last lot kept ripping so contacted to ask if it was fault or if they had changed to a cheaper quality thinner paper, Kerry from L4U asked for a picture (REALLY A PICTURE OF A RIPPED LABEL - I dont know what she was thinking that day) I stated I just wanted to know and did not want a refund but would like to know to see if I need to place order else were next time.. A few emails later no further forward now they are just ignoring me. They are happy enough to take your money but not willing to deal with issues we usually order a decent QTY as well. If anyone has placed a big order and does not get any-were with them make sure you contact by email, then just claim your money back from your bank they will reverse the transaction, call your bank ask for the disputes team tell them you wish to raise a section 75 dispute they may advise just to do a chargeback both very simlar but one is within banks own policy one is outside. LABELS4U - You were once a very good business to work with and now I have to say your an utter disgrace the way you treat your customers, I cant see you getting this year out without going under unless so sort your act out.

After contacting Inkcartridgespot by phone on 23 October 2015; to inform them that the item was still not received; "Daniel" (owner) stated that it was not their fault and that they would contact their shipping department. It is important to mention that the level of customer service was less than average; given their was no consideration given to an apology nor an empathetic response to the unfortunate situation. As of this morning, 30 October 2015, Inkcatridgespot.com has not attempted to contact me by phone or email. After calling this company, I spoke to the same customer service rep, who stated that they were the owner (Daniel) and that it was not his fault. Again, the same level of customer "no service". I was placed on hold for several minutes and had to call back to reach the same customer service rep. Daniel then told me that they would do nothing more about this and to simply look at my tracking information to prove that he has nothing to do with this problem. It goes without saying, that I wish to cancel this order; as I have not received the product. The only product I have received is miserable customer service, zero client care and a promise from this company to "do nothing".

Of the 6 cartridges I purchased (3 color, 3 black) ONE black one worked. I called and no one answered. I bought because I read positive reviews elsewhere. I bought because I knew I had a huge printing job coming and in the heat of the job (95 days out from the purchase date), I had to go buy cartridges as one by one they failed to work. Over $65 flushed down the proverbial toilet.

I go to DigitSmart whenever I have problems with my laptop. They are honest, reliable and full of integrity. My laptop memory was full, as I am not tech savvy I probably would have gone to the high street retailer and been advised to buy another laptop as mine is quite old. DigitSmart replace hard drive with increased memory within 24 hours I had a good functioning laptop. There prices are always reasonable and they really care about their work and that you are happy. Also, very family friendly came with my high energy 9 year old son and 18 month puppy. I recommend them highly.

I bought a mid-2010 iMac i7 from Usedmac.com about three weeks ago. Before I ordered it, I emailed Sales and asked what kind of condition the iMac was in. I was told "they are in Grade A condition and may have few very minor scratches on the back only". For the most part, that was true. There were no scratches on the back and just a couple of tiny pings on the stand. I was VERY happy with the cosmetic condition of the iMac. OPERATIONALLY though, that was a different story. When I received the iMac, there was a tiny line of magenta pixels on the left side of the display from top to bottom. It went away after a few minutes which was a relief. Within a day or two though, I started seeing a lot of magenta and green 2mm pixels bouncing around on the screen occasionally, seeming to blink along with HDD activity. I reported this via their website twice and received no response. Because I needed a quick fix, I called Apple and they told me to take it to the local store. Upon running diagnostics, (which I watched them run) the 1tb hard drive was failing and the video card had to be replaced. That repair will cost me $411 and will take about a week, but at least I don't have to pay $60 to ship it to California (a week from Georgia), wait for them to repair it, and then wait another week for it to get back to me and still maybe have a problem elsewhere with it. Now, I know I could have called these guys and asked them to honor their warranty, but I'd rather have the iMac repaired directly by Apple. Also, I didn't want the hassle of arguing with them (not that I expected it) and then wasting time and money to ship it back. Point is - they should have ran diagnostics before shipping the iMac. I only paid $795 for it and cosmetically, it was definitely Grade A condition. I suppose it could have been worse, like a logic board failure or a unit that Apple wouldn't repair. Just be careful when you buy and be sure to run diagnostics as soon as the unit arrives, especially if you don't buy an additional warranty.

I made my order, they processed it immediately, and the shipping took only 8 working days. My old 30" Cinema display (LG-Philips LM300W01-STA4) had a bad yellowish tint over all parts of the screen. I ordered two Xeon processors (retail box) for 999 each. They called me back a few hours later and said they are out of stock (even though it showed in stock on the site). They said they can offer an engineering sample for 699 ... Then they told me the 999 CPUs were USED server pulls and not new. They said if I want new, it would be 1600+ dollars. This is a classic bait and switch. Do not do business with this company as they are less than honest and forthright.
