The representatives at Getarates were crucial to helping my wife and I buy our first home. From the very beginning of the process I was able to speak to the president of the company, Mr. Michael Sema. He took the time to explain the mortgage process to me and to get me pre-qualified. Once the process was in place, I was assisted by Danny and Tiana who were extremely helpful during the application process. I was able to stay on top of paperwork that had to be submitted due to their helpful reminders and organized software that allowed us to keep track of what had been submitted. I'm reading these review and every response Moneylend sends out is that Moneylend is not a lender, that you provide loan lender search. So if that's the case, then why did you send me an email informing me that my loan application was approved for $10,000 at a 10% flat rate. I was searching for online yesterday for lenders but never did fill out any application. Now that I received your email telling me I was approved I thought I'd do a little homework and now I am finding out that you don't even lend money. So if you aren't a lender, then how can you tell me that I am approved for a $10,000 loan with an interest rate of 10% flat? Wouldn't the lender be the one telling me that I am approved?

My family and I purchased a holiday points membership back in 2015. We never ever used it as we couldnt book when we wanted to and the resort we wanted to use. Eventually we thought we had built up enough points to book a cruise with the company as this was available. We did have a lovely trip and although it wasnt the standard we had expected it was ok. It wasnt until we got back we received an extra bill for cruise fees. We were so shocked and disappointed as we were not told about this when booking. This was the last straw for us and we decided to terminate the contract. We approached mercantile claims and the staff were lovely. They sorted everything for us and now we are free to book anywhere we like and when we like. My advise to anyone thinking of buying a holiday membership, dont. It will be the worst decision.

I have to admit, I was hesitant at first because the rates seemed too good to be true. However, today I closed a jumbo refinance within 30 days with hands down the best terms I could find anywhere. Multiple mortgage companies just plain admitted they could not touch the deal American Mortgage Corporation was providing. American Mortgage Corporation has the best documentation/status portals and workflow of any mortgage company I have used before. Going from initial application to lock within 15 minutes with an easy interface to upload documentation. Let's face it, the mortgage process these days are onerous. Regardless if you make $50K or $500K, the underwriters and investors of loans would demand you prove your DNA is actually yours if they legally could. The most competitive loans also seem to be the ones where the underwriters and investors ask the most repetitive documentation from you. American Mortgage Corporation is no different. But with patience, comes great reward. Hands down the best rates anywhere. As with any company, they are only as good as the representative that provides service to you. They clearly explained the process, set expectations, and was proactive in there communication so I could quickly get the expectation documentation ready to upload. They let me know the timelines and the risks that could affect closing. In the end, they made sure American Mortgage Corporation delivered exactly when they said they would. I could not be happier and would not hesitate to refer others to American Mortgage Corporation.

Pros: fast approval Cons: large interest rate if payment is delayed. But estimates aside it helped me a lot in a hard moment of my life when I needed money for an expensive dental operation. Been in a little finance troubles in a while and my payday for other debts was due (like almost tomorrow) but the paycheck haven't been expected until next week. So my call was to take a pay day loan in order not to ruin my finance and debt history. To be honest, i was a little afraid of taking pay day loan as there are lots of stories about people being hooked on consecutive loans due to tricky loan contracts and scary loan collectors and other stuff. On my relief, everything went smooth. People there were extremely friendly, absolutely no pressure, quite pleasant loan conditions and everything went like super fast and convenient. It's actually saved me from way bigger problems. So, i've just closed my loan after two weeks and now my finance situation is perfectly stable. And now i know where to get some quick cash if i'm ever be in need.

I rarely write reviews, but this product was definitely worth reviewing. I am so satisfied with my full cover credit card skin. I personally ordered 2 with memes that are so great, that people always give me a funny look when they see my card, then burst out laughing. I wanted to wait around 2 months before reviewing this because I wanted to make sure that it did not fall off quickly. I can proudly say that after general use (about 5-8 inserts into a chip reading machine per week), there is almost no wear or tear. As of today, there are no peeling corners or rolled edges.
