Virgin Car Experience at Prestwold Driving Centre was superb! Well organised - fantastic and helpful staff and an incredible calibre of cars to drive. I'd definitely go again. Don't miss out on the fantastic offers too - well worth the savings which is more money for the day. Highly recommend upgrading and don't leave without taking the 'Aston Martin DB11' for a spin (by far my favourite of the day).

One star is not low enough. They have proved incapable of closing my husband's zero balance credit card account although they know he is dead having been told several times. They are compounding this by STILL sending emails addressed to him. Thick. Uncaring. Certainly untrained. It's against the new data protection laws, not that it seems to bother them. But it will.

I was in a bit of trouble with payday loans. I went to everyday loans and they looked at all of my incomings and outgoing and ended up offering me more than I had asked for. I set up a payment with them for more than the required payments so that I would pay off early and save some money.

Poor attitude from staff with a very poor contact process. One agent on the phone asked me to call to check a payment which they lost in the system had cleared. I told them they have my number. Tbe response i got confirmed was "we only contact you to chase money" poor customer service and a greedy profit driven organisation. Avoid at all costs.

Lousy company lousy management JUST look at the reviews here so l am not alone.They play around with your credit limits and never answer emails .Hope they will go the way of the dinosaur. Badly run and no one answers emails till the Financial Conduct Authority gets involved.Then they find some poor apologitic sap that simply says sorry but the problem does get fixed.Pitty u have to waste all this time anyway best not to deal with them.

I was shocked by how much the interest had gone up this month, and a bit annoyed that no-one had brought this to my attention, or highlighted it. Granted I should have read the small print, but as it was a HUGE hike I think paydayuk should have been at pains to emphasise it, by a tick box acknowledging the rise or something.

Applied for a loan of £300 at the beginning of July and was approved, very quick and efficient by them. I paid back the loan quite early, a few days later ( £302 ish). A couple of weeks later I needed a re-loan, this is where the fun began! I had to apply right from the start again as they don't have a members area to do this, only to see and make payments. I accepted this but then I had to send in all my documents again!! I then got DECLINED...how/why!?? I was told it was due to affordability, even though I had paid back the original loan early! I then applied for a lower amount (starting all the way from the start yet again!)..DECLINED again..nice one, thanks Quidmarket! David A

I started the process online and once I received my offers I stopped the process until I had some time to look everything over before moving forward. I received calls from two different support people asking if I was having trouble with my application, I replied that I was waiting until the weekend to review everything. They both said to give them a call if I had any questions or needed any assistance. So the next weekend I looked over my app and could not find it online so I called and a very nice lady helped me retrieve my application. She then helped me get everything I needed sent online so Prosper could make a decision. Once they had all the information they needed it was only about 3 min wait before I received my acceptance notice. At that time she explained how the funding process worked and gave me an approximate date (3 to 5 working days) I should receive the funds in my bank. I received the funds 3 days later in my bank account. Couldn't be happier with my experience.

The only disappointment I have is that you dont have a star rating service that incredibly awesome! Because thats what I wanted to rate my experience with your wonderful company. Not only was process so smooth and easy, but the staff on the day were such a delight to interact with. Especially the groovey chick who processed my application. She was so much fun. We have been dealing with credit.net for years, and they are a model for how any company should operate. They are fast, friendly, helpful, and the service they provide our company is invaluable. From searching for new leads to determining customer credit worthiness, credit.net is the best. But what really makes credit.net work for us is our account representative, Chuck Liquori. He provides the personal touch, and ease of doing business, that is almost non existent with most companies today. I cannot recommend credit.net enough !!

It was a smooth process led by my loan officer Cody Smith and his team. they were very knoledgeable, kept me abreast of things happening and i even closed ahead of schedule. California resident- horrible experience. I never registered any of my cards received as gifts from my company. I found out that you dont register these they just start the clock to fees and expiration based on the company purchase date. I lost over $400 and this is all legal and legit. I strongly encourage people to try and use these asap if your company is using this cheap company. Basically the model is banking on us giving them our hard earned money with difficult to use cards that don't have to follow any Ca giftcard-cert laws. They charge a 2.50/month maintenance fee...for all the hard work they do taking your money away. If you are a company please look elsewhere, this is a poor choice to reward your employee.

We were given an awards2go.net card as a Christmas bonus. I had trouble with the card from the git-go. They withheld a $100.00 deposit at a gas station, $5.00 deposit at an eating establishment. No where on the attached card or the debit card did they say they would do this. Very embarrassing to have the waiter say the card is declined. I would never recommend anyone or company to use this company.

have had this card for a few decades, the best bit is being able to control how it is used via netbank, i can turn tap on and off, i can disable international payments in store and online, if anything looks fishy they call me up to ask, I pay the whole balance off every month so don't have interest charges, overall happy with the service.

I changed my mobile number about a couple of years ago and wanted to move my money out, however, the account has been made inactive and the pain to activate it is just ridiculous as it's all done via the POST system and you can't see any one. Go to a bricks and mortar bank.

Having tried 3 times to access my account, the message that my "temporary" password was out of time kept coming up, I contacted a person who 3 times tried to walk me through a new password without success. I was then told that you need to be "tech savvy". I operate 3 other online accounts with various banks without any trouble. Why did I have to change my password - because I had not used it in 12 months - wrong again. This is not the first time I have had problems with their system. If I could receive the same rate with another bank I'd be gone in a flash.

I'd probably find a home loan with a more competitive rate and more branches if I was to get a loan again but I'd also make sure they can match HSBC's internet security because it gives good peace of mind to know that it is not just a matter of someone having your user ID details in order to get into your account, they need the physical security device as well. Good security for the online banking with an additional random code generating device used whenever you login and also do transfers. The line of credit\redraw facility works well. All the pay goes in, all credit cards and direct debits come out plus a weekly cash allowance is deposited to a savings account for every day use. Not many branches. Have to deposit cheques through NAB and get charged a hefty fee for cheque deposits.

I did refinance in HSBC, it's the worst decesion I made. I spent a lot of time on it as they asked for more than double documents than the normal bank and made me signed 3 times. They told me to transfer the balance on my offset account to the home loan account at the same day of refinance. I did it and found they didn't transfer it to my HSBC account. I had to wait as it was the public holiday and tried to get the balance back to the offset account, then transferred it to my HSBC account myself. It spent more than one week, I had to bear my interests losing and a lot of time wasted. The banker didn't know what she should do at all and didn't reply me after my refinance was done. They even took deposit to make me push the previous bank to complete the refinance process, this is the worest serveice I met.

We have been with BOQ for almost 2 years and every branch we walk into the staff are friendly and happy to help. They will take time to explain everything to you and answer all your questions. Very professional. We shopped around before we got our mortgage and BOQ was happy to match whatever we found. The branch at Mooloolaba helped us the whole way. Everybody knew our names and actually make banking a joy.

In terms of service, you probably won't find a better bank, [name censored] from Chermside QLD branch (owner manager) I would highly recommend. I spoke with several lenders / brokers and BOQ wasn't the best on price (based on their advertised rates) but were miles ahead on service. Remember the mortgage industry isn't short of competition and lenders want your business, so don't be shy on asking for a better deal to see if they can match other loans you are considering Exceptional service, owner manager was involved to ensure the whole process was extremely smooth. BOQ was competitive on their fees and rates to try and match other lenders I was considering. It probably sounds like an advertisement but they have the security of a large bank with the personal service of a small one (I think this actually might be the catch-phrase for St George, but BOQ excels here!) Nothing - there was a hiccup in the first month with offset account but solved within an hour of notifying BOQ, branch manager followed it all up for me and resolved really fast.

Disgraceful broker - my Holdings are normally incorrect, I purchase a parcel of shares and it often takes half an hour before it appears in my Holdings. Service is pathetic, take too long to get back to me normally. I would not recommend these guys at all, I'm moving to Commsec, could not possibly be any worse.

I have had a Nabtrade account for quite a few years and until recently it would operate fine . Lately though it takes minutes to load. Yes every page from log on to access takes minutes. I have complained many times to Nabtrade about this but they reply no one else complains. I have used 4 browsers , all the same and logged in direct and through my NAB bank account. It makes no difference. I have a 100mbps NBN connection and FTTP so it's not coming from my side . The site itself is very old fashioned and not easy to navigate, many things are hidden behind menu's and require diving through these menu's to access many of the features . The whole platform needs an overhaul .

I have been using bank west Qantas platinum for years. Each time I got dispute, they are slower than a snail, and they made it so complicated with useless form. In 2018, the form can NOT be filled in on the computer, it would not allow you to write complete details, as it only allows very limited words. Has to be print it (wasting the trees/wasting earth/wasting time) then re-scan it. Worse is the first dispute was so SLOW, I think would be 80 years old when it resolved (I was 38 years old), so I ended up solving the issues but making multiple calls with the seller. I won, and I got my money back. So, Bankwest has never solved any scam-dispute, I was told that I will have to wait 8 weeks to get my recent dispute answers. I do not know why Bankwest customer service is so SLOW (what are you doing really?). It only takes minutes to call anywhere in world. If Bankwest customer service really do their job without having to waste time telling customer that it NEEDS 8 weeks, they would have solved it quicker in less than 2 weeks. God knows what would happen with my current dispute. I now wonder if it was worth paying $160 a year when the credit card used overseas will only let you down losing money. THERE IS SIMPLY NO PROTECTION OR HELP from this bank. It is all lies, and sucking users dry. I am going to look for a better and more reliable credit card provider asap. It is so annoying and the only reason I am using this credit card is to benefit from the Qantas point and no overseas fees. But, I just got scammed, a clearly approved refund never turned up, and Bankwest customer services will need to sit their bottom minimal 8 weeks before they really make the call. I hope an honest credit card provider to be born soon, I will run, and leave Bankwest credit card in seconds. I am giving them a chance to solve my dispute 8 weeks. Should they not, you will not have me as your customer ever again. Btw, if your customer services work better and quicker, they will look prettier, and healthier. Clearly your customer services like to sit down long time to wait for the set timelines of disputes. It has been years and you still need 8 weeks to process a simple and honest dispute. SO, Bankwest never improve at all.

I have been with Bankwest for over 15 years holding multiple accounts with the bank. All I wanted to do recently was increase my card limit and have to go through the entire application process again. I had to 'book in' a consultation to discuss the increase and the customer service advisor was actually not very polite and didnt even care that I said Im changing banks to somewhere who value customers and can actually explain why I have to go through all of this.

If you’re slightly late paying your credit card or loan back they will call you from a private number roughly 6 times a day. Pretty disgusting. I just switched banks and I’m a lot happier. Can’t wait to pay off my credit card and close the account.

I don't want to give this bank 1 star. This bank has taken out so much fees that it leaves me broke. There is not a strong enough word to describe the feeling of looking into your bank account and discovering the bank has taken fees for something. Not small fees either. I am so fed up with this bank and it's rude customer service. The face to face customer service has been extremely rude, not on one occasion either. Have changed since that ignorant experience and can say I am extremely happy with my new service and customer service. Also why can't the customer describe the ugly experience they have with banks.

I joined Bank Australia a few months ago after feeling rather disgusted with the appalling behaviour and performance of my former bank that I had been with for the past 40 years. My partner and I are absolutely delighted at the amazing, friendly, professional and supportive service from the bank staff at the Canberra Civic branch, special thanks to Kiera, who was always prompt, informative and very helpful with any enquiry we had. I was promptly put in touch with the Financial Hardship Team and had the pleasure of dealing with a gentleman from the team called John Bourgon John listened to my situation with care and empathy and clearly understood the request I was suggesting. John activated an outcome over the following 3 days that was very suitable and had my situation finalised without fuss. He pushed for the right outcome for my individual circumstances and with Qudos Bank left me feeling very grateful to be a Qudos Member now and over the 30 years we have been partnered. deposited 10k as requested, filled out forms supplied pay slips and bank statements for a 10k personal loan secured by my money, after 3 months itw as declined again for my statements from my bank online print out didnt have my name on them? even thugh the statement matched my payslip entries they said they couldnt use tham as evidence? i have 20 k in the bank and 10k in theres and the repayment were 50 a week and they said with both of us working we couldny service the loan? they offer products they cant honor when you get mucked around for 3 months of satisfying their requests,we are lucky we didnt really need the money urgently, dont bother with heritage bank they arent genuine about there products and once you deposit your money they change their tune on your loan outcomes, stay away from heritage

Have been with Heritage for over 30 years had first home loan in 1999 and now want to build.Applied for pre approval late last year and have updated few times this year have had a fixed term deposit. All I want is approval for loan to send to my builder to submit to council to start the process.My land is worth more than I am borrowing but seems this is not a simple process with everything needing to go to valuer first. Tempted to close my accounts and go somewhere else.

By forcing me to download an app to do internet banking is how! The reviews of this app are appalling - but the question reamains why I need to do this in the first place - the arrogance of the staff to question whether i care about security instead of offering solutions is utter nonsense. I have been a member of Peoples Choice Credit Union for some time now, and have had 2 or 3 loans through them over the past 6 or so years. I have paid off all my loans in less than half of the term period, and never had a late payment etc. I kept my membership active knowing how easy and friendly the staff were in helping me. However, something must have changed. They must have had a merger with another company or a new set of lending policies put into place. I submitted an online car loan application with a pretty conservative amount ($30,000) and had the other half saved in cash. My Credit Ratings were fine, and they can see I paid off all my previous debt quite quickly. The lady I was dealing with over the phone was friendly, however came across some what incompetent. I had 2 different jobs over the last 12 months and she had a very difficult time in distinguishing the amount I have made with my new company (From early January 2018), and how much I made last Financial year (JUN17-JUN18). I let it slide and politely corrected her multiple times. Then she entered my salary and financial details into the servicing calculator and she said she can only offer me $4,000, even with my shift loading included which is 15% Per Annum! I was absolutely gobsmacked, and even a little insulted at how little they would lend me. I earn good money for what I do in the ICT industry, and have a small mortgage (compared to the average) so I could not figure out how a sum of $4,000 could be lent to me over 5 years! I then told her I wanted to close my membership and was told to go online and search for the documents myself, which was fine. However once completed there was no information on the website to direct me where to send the document to. A work colleague of mine said they visited their local branch and was told a similar story to me, that they were not able to borrow anywhere near as much as they would have in the past. I have taken my business elsewhere, and what a surprise that I had pre-approval for the amount I wanted to borrow within minutes. I am going to assume the lady I spoke with over the phone has in correctly entered details somewhere, but she was adamant she made none. If she had called me back to let me know she had accidentally put in a typo I would have been okay with it and continued with Peoples Choice. Very disappointing way to go out, I would seek alternative institutes if you are interested in a personal loan.

20 Years ago McQuarie Bank invested $20 000.00 for me in one of a variety of schemes they offered. Initial investment charge of $600.00. My idea was by doing this I would benefit from their expertise and hoped they would out perform my efforts. They had my money for 10 years, after which I got a telephone call telling me the scheme I had chosen was discontinued and I Had less than $10 000.00 left. Tat was it. I have never been told how or where my money was invested and what went wrong. I figured MacQuarie failed and we are all in this together. Wrong! A pop up tells me CEO [name removed]'s salary was approx $19.7 mil pa. He has also just been paid a huge severance and Mac Quarie shares etc are doing really well, and me well, who cares? MacQuarie don't. If this happened to you please post a review on this site.

Applied for a home loan in August 2016. After 12 weeks of paperwork, delays, poor customer service on BOS behalf we finally locked in a settlement date. Day before I settlement I receive a phone call to state that ID documents need to be presented at their branch. This could not be done since I was on holidays. Delayed for another week. Loan has now settled and things are looking more positive. Customer service could still do with some improvement. Although the lady who generally answers the calls has done a fantastic job post settlement.

Ive been with this bank for about 30 years. Credit rating A-. This is a good rating. Contact - excellent, usually an answer by a real person within 30 seconds. Email response is equally fast. Interest Rates for deposits - medium with some exceptions eg 90 day term deposits. Ease of use internet - good. Customer orientated, but so far dont use fingerprint recognise on Android app. Fees - generally, you can avoid fees if Premier account with sufficient funds. They have gone to $1/cheque fee I dont like, but are generous with helping out eg searching for transaction information and so on. I have preferred this bank for their service aspect, and they are generally highly rated by other New Zealanders. Just recently though, they seem to have changed many non-charge items to charges, which has been quite disappointing and the reason I tried out another bank Co-operative.co.nz (in another review). Availability - online or all major cities in NZ. Not many regional offices though, unlike Kiwibank which has NZ covered. Payments - are available fairly quickly, much better than overnight Kiwibank, but slower than co-operative bank nz. Summary - if the bank had kept its low fees structure as original, I would have given it five stars and been totally happy. However, due to their customer service and reliable online services I would recommend this bank as NZ best bank.

I have been with Delphi Bank for 6 years and haven't had any problems. They did my home loans with the banker Andrew. He gave me great deals that other banks could do for me. Two years ago he helped me get an investment loan and Andrew also helped me get another investment loan a few months ago. Andrew is an amazing guy, great customer service and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to get a home loan.

Foolishly , and after we were warned of [name removed] from a leading senior Professional, we approached [name removed] at the Delphi Dandenong branch for a Home Loan refinance nearly 9 months ago now, and we learnt the hard way, that was a wrong turn. [name removed], the branch manager, strung us out with constant reasons relating to the delays we're experiencing, until finally our application just fizzled out. We no longer hear from him, after we were assured, on numerous occasions, that it's been approved. An awfully disappointing experience, and would not dare recommend him for any banking whatsoever. After 7 appointments at his office, lost time, stress and anxiety, and having to listen to an abundance of sales talk, this was the worst most unprofessional service ever, and would never recommend him, nor the Delphi bank for any loan whatsoever. STAY AWAY !!!

Putrid slime-ball scum-buckets who do nothing all day and take pleasure in deliberately pushing people to the very last second of every single one of their obligations to their customer. Their own code of conduct contradicts itself by promising to do the very best they can and not confronting several banking issues which is in those written promises of other banks to their own customers. They will laugh in your face after telling you that your issue won't be dealt with because it is not their problem and constantly lie to you if they have made an error. I have experienced this several times with these evil, morale-less criminals.

I really like Newcastle Permanent and what they stand for. They not only have great products like this credit card, but they have fantastic knowledgeable staff who really care about you and your banking needs. This product was offered to me with the annual fee waivered so I immediately cancelled my 'big bank costly credit card' and switched to them. The ongoing annual fee is about $30 - so much cheaper than other banks. I would recommend you try the Newcastle Permanent experience. One of the cheapest rates of interest (if you don't pay it all off each month). Very cheap annual fee. Online statement is hard to read - no defined cut off period.

I personally kept getting further and further into debt even though I was on a decent income, first it was because we had to move house so I got a credit card to help with the cost of bond, rent and other moving items. The plan was to pay this off and use it for other large bills that came through, this didn't happen so I got another credit card. Then I had to have emergency dental treatment so I took out a short term high interest loan to pay this. Every time something big came up, I borrowed and got to the point where it wasn't manageable anymore. I tried to consolidate my debts into 1 loan but since my credit file was so crazy from all the short term loans and being hocked up to my eyeballs everyone said no. 2 days ago I was taking a long hard look at my finances and realised that they were out of control when I was about to lodge yet another application for a short term loan to pay the Power Bill. I froze. I Googled debt relief and came across the Fox Symes website. There was a section on the site where you could put all your info in and someone would call you back but I didn't want to do that as I was worried they would call me at a bad time so I kept researching and reading, eventually I went out the back and called. The initial contact with customer service was quite long, I had to go through a survey in relation to my financial situation, this was a little uncomfortable as I was anxious and having trouble admitting to a complete stranger that I was in a lot of trouble. But we got through it and I was put that to Sim which is one of the Debt Advocates. I have to say that Sim was fantastic, he was able to put me at ease - he made me cry but it was in relief for the first time in over 12 months. We have put together a plan between the 2 of us over the last 2 days and I am not going to lie, it will still require me to stick to a budget but not only have we got a way to get me out of all this debt but we have a plan to help me save money - almost $5k in the next 12 months. This was through a system called Easy Bill Pay, basically Sim got all my other debts like my car loan, phone bills etc and arranged for 1 payment to come out of my account every fortnight when I get paid. Easy Bill Pay will managed all my bills for me, a buffer amount was put into the agreement to enforce savings and now not only do I not have to stress about the credit cards, short term loans and other payments but my day to day expenses are completely taken care of to. So I understand that making that first step to admitting you have a problem is hard, but would recommend that you give these guys a call if you are in a similar situation than I am because there is someone out there that understands and will help you fix everything!

I joined up with credit repair in November of 2017 and it’s now August 2018 and I’m still waiting for my black mark to be removed, i have a measley $300 dept that i had years ago, seems like credit repair are taking me for a ride for my money. August 28th 2018 Update: Still waiting Still waiting for a response after 8 months.. communication is terrible I’m never ever using this service again, why do I have to wait 8 months when other people only wait a few weeks ? September 12th 2018 Update: Still waiting It seems my last review has been deleted, I’ve been waiting since last November for credit repair to Help remove my black mark, I’ve been promised so many times that it will be fixed and each time I’ve been lied to, don’t go with this company unless you want to wait almost a year. September 27th 2018 Update: Poor service It’s almost been a year since I asked credit repair for help and they still haven’t helped me week after week it’s the same news, “we are looking into it” how does it take a year to look into something? I checked credit simple, credit savvy and Equifax. My Equifax had every account and payment logged being very detailed, Credit simple wasn't as detailed and credit simple had completely out of date innacurate information. It doesn't even show or perhaps consider payment history. I had two very similar ratings from credit savvy and Equifax; however, credit simple was 20% less! I hope companies don't use this for checking potential customers credit! I constantly get spam saying there's been activity when there hasn't and the website adverts are just annoying and inappropriate.

I have a credit score of 830 or close on three other credit reporting sites. Credit Simple show 650. Same information no additional credit applications no defaults. I suggest you use the the more consistent reliable sites. Credit Simple is trying to get you to use the credit providers they advertise. My mortgage broker has indicated credit simple are not used by lenders for credit applications.

Hi all, anyways for i am a full time stay at home mum no time for a job at the moment because I am a busy mother of four children's and the only income I have is centrelink and was approved for a credit clean and was given a chance of two weeks to come up with the payment and was told not one single person that goes through credit clean Australia gets this chance like how I did, which I was grateful for and looking forward to my credit to be wipe clean, anyways I will sometimes mention my consultant has it or its because due to identity and gender I don't want to mention okay, anyways but the night before the payment is due our car decided to break down and we had to take it in the garage to get it fix, because that is first priority to my family the only transport that we have and this transport is the only thing that is keeping the roof over our heads and food on the table, anyways long story sort, I was contacted the day that my payment is due by the consultant that was dealing with my situation in the process but couldn't get in touch with me that day because I was busy doing my daily routine dropoff the the kids in the morning to school and then out all day trying to sort the car out trying to budget things out so yeah didn't come down to a good budget did it, the cost of fixing the car was pretty much all my payment for this fortnight and had to sacrifice not paying my other bills as well so i am behind on that as well anyways got the car out then rush to pick up the kids from school, and came home sat down to relax its been a very long day for me my feet was killing me from all the walking around, anyways sat down and just decided to open up my Gmail and boom there is was an Email that had me worried and emailed from my consultant saying things that I wasn't too happy about i understand where my consultant is coming from, but to me that was not a professional way to be written an email to, it was not fair not cool at all not the kind of thing you want to deal with after a long day and also and email that had me sleepless night I probably was going thru depression thinking about things that I shouldn't be stressing about, my partner constantly was checking up on me all the time asking me if i was okay because he never use to seeing me like that, I was hurt and offended by the Email that I got yesterday I went thru a big meltdown, anyways I contacted my consultant the next day after all my morning routine which i had a little time just to apologize for missing its call the other day and explain my situation why I can't come up with a down payment that I agree to do so but my consultant was on another call but I was on my way to a volunteer job at my kids school but i told the receptionist that I will contact my consultant after because I was out didn't explain to her why I have to call my consultant back instead of my consultant calling me, anyways he called twice I wish I could pickup the phone but couldn't, so anyways after I have finished I called my consultant back to apologize and explain everything, why I couldn't come up with the payment, omg man the things that came out of its mouth I swear my heart almost fell out meaning I was so angry my heart was raising up so high, my blood was boiling my body was shaking I want to swear at him but I didn't I acted my age and hear him out but the things that my consultant was saying to me was childish how could u ever say to me to get off my butt and go find a job saying that if I get off my butt and find a job that I would get a job in one day really like seriously and telling me that talking to me is like talking to a bunch of teenagers and the conversation went on and on some of the things it said to me was reasonable but not professional to speak to a customer like that and wow and telling me how he got it butt kicked meaning my consultant got into trouble by the manager for giving me a chances which I did not own up to. I did have reason and I have proof as well, anyways I did apologize to my consultant for the promise that I broke but things do happen suddenly which my consultant did not understand where I was coming at its think it was a lie,well I am truly am sorry for that but I have told him I can't keep wasting its time but he keep pushing my consultant wanting me to still come up with an option if I still need help or not but I think I made the right choice by not going ahead with this process because first I don't have that kind of money on me to spare and second my consultant I just can't believe its will talk to me like that, anyways to the point I said no I don't want to waste your time anymore my consultant quickly hang up on me, anyways i just thought i will share my story to you all so you will know that things like this happen and maybe my story dont make sense to you now but when it does happen to you then you will understand it more i really hope you guys dont go through like i did and to tell you all this, I am not perfect neither anyone in this world is perfect, things like this always happen for a reason.

I paid the staggering fee on the promise that once paid, my default will be removed. I was promised satisfaction and instead once paid all I receive d was 60 pages of printed drivel and then told to contact the ombudsman myself and then legitimately had to do the ground work, phone calls paperwork, everything myself. Any and all correspondence I had with credit clean staff was basic, unintelligent and basically run and scripted by people who's spelling was atrocious. Do not!!! Use this crap!! Deceiving! Manipulative! Fake and cowboy run business! They will never refund you even when they honestly don't do sweet crap all!

CWA has created the illusion that my credit history of $300 will affect my borrowing capacity. I have paid a fee of $1050 urgently and believing that they will help me. Three months later, I got my home loan approved, start building, and still, CWA has not done anything to clear my bad credit which apparently did not affect my borrowing capacity as the credit was a mistake from Optus. I have tried to contact them but they were rude and denied everything. DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY with them!

This past 18 months I've used EC Credit Control to collect some bad debts and got useful mixed results. Of the 6 outstanding debts EC acheived 3 1/2 results. 2 were full payment even though one was over 2 years old. 1 was 3 months old. 1 was a partially paid (1 was out of business) 1 was not worth pursuing as the debtor was a habitual non payer. To be reasonable I didn't bother with proper effective terms & conditions. I now have EC Terms in place and no issues so far. Thanks EC for all your advice

Found EC Credit Control brilliant in helping set up all my Terms & Conditions for my Business, lost a fair bit of money in the past, but after 18mths since implementing T&Cs had 2 bad payers & EC chased them both up, one paid straight away, other is paying it off on payment plan, also I wasn't aware of PPSR until I had a visit from EC, now all my regular clients are set up on this, all done very easy by EC, thanks EC couldn't be happier.

Pathetic.. claims debtors have ‘no choice’ but to speak with them after requesting all liaisons via email for our legal representatives. So unprofessional. Apparently this agency work also as lawyers, telling me that they cannot speak to anyone other than the business owner, yet have been communication to someone other than previously. Using intimidation is illegal. The ‘professional’ used words a two year old would.. Guys honestly, brush yourself up with the law and maybe you might have a better chance of supporting your clients. Stay clear.. they are NOT a legitimate collection agency and will do anything to make your look like a disgusting business person. Engaging with these guys to work with your debtors will only produce negative reviews on your business.. don’t risk it.

They correctly know that once a person is bankrupt, the general rule is that his or her wages cannot be garnisheed. But there is an exception as the bankruptcy trustee can arrange a garnishee. I had a phone call from them the other day demonstrating that somehow they have staff who do not appear to know this, despite being debt collectors. I could not get a word in before they hung up with a threat. Staff training appears to have let them down.

I had an issues with payment it would not go through via direct debit - spoke to bank to ask why it didn't clear as [Name Removed] from they kept harressing me for the payment for the whole day. I was informed by the bank that the account name they gave me didn't match, and that they recommended not to deposit money into there account.That should of been alarm bell there. Now they are chasing me for the money (for a service they haven't provided) while also saying I committed fraud as apparently I canceled the direct debit payment it was nothing to do with them. I also had very rude staff members Harassing me to pay the money by close of business or 'enjoy my time in prision' I'm a single mother and I feel they took advantage of that. I waisted a whole day trying to get this sorted but it was only able to be done on There terms not anyone else's, and being a busy single mother I didn't want to have to deal with the harressment or the constant ringing, so I asked to put everything in writing, they refused. There was even a time when my son was screaming they would not let me hang up and phone them back to attend to him because we had to do it on there terms not mine. I recommend not dealing with this company. Very disappointed and definitely taking this further.

LONG STORY SHORT these guys are a total rip off , got me for $1095 ( invoice number 0011697 date 5/8/2014 ) done nothing at all and when I questions it told me sorry the person looking after your file does not work here any more . They also promised that if file was not fixed money would be refunded which was a total lie also the fair trade ombudsman is a toothless tiger as complaints are not acted on at all , so I would suggest do not go near this Malouf group or anyone they are associated with as they are just legal rip offs using manipulation and twisting words to rip people off and do not expect the fair trade ombudsman to help at all would so love my money refunded

Paul has been our mortgage broker for about 4 years and has managed to secure us 3 home loans in that time. He has gone above and beyond for us each time, saving us money on fees and getting us a competitive product. We have recommended friends and family to Paul and they have given us similar feedback. He even managed to beat down our current lenders interest rate, which gives him no additional personal benefits but obviously makes a difference to us. Any issues or questions we simply call Paul or Linda and they sort it out.
