My only frustration is that Trust Pilot only has five stars! So my theoughts on Glow! I needed help with what I believed to be a complicated mortgage issue. I’d spoken with a few lenders who all seemed a little confused at the situation. Probably the issue with dealing with call centres. My biggest issue was I believed my credit was bad or at least damaged. Not a great situation to be in and it can be embarrassing going into a bank or even speaking with someone over the phone. So it was a refreshing change being able to chat online with Ben. What was really great was he didn’t care about me having bad credit he cared about me as a customer and spoke to me the same as he would someone with top credit. Talking Ben through my situation he reassured me that my situation wasn’t that complicated and he could help. Again really reassuring that I couldn’t make a mistake going at it alone. What was also good to know was Ben’s experience, he didn’t need to have me credit checked by every bank under the Sun until one said yes. He knew which bank was right for me and sorted it. I can’t thank Ben enough for his help, support with the mortgage but most of all his moral support in helping me get this sorted. Whatever your situation, give Glow and Ben a shout.

I remember maybe 10yrs ago the Halifax advising me that Think Money/Gregory Pennington would help me with my debts.So I banked with them for maybe 2yrs until I realised that the fees were absolutely awful and they’d of been better used towards my debt. Last year I became debt free, I had owed 50k and if I’d not of changed bank accounts I’d still owe £9,600 as I was paying £100 a month in fees to Think Money/Gregory Pennington. I saw someone use one of their cards in H&B the other week, and it reminded me that Lloyd’s Bank gave me a basic account and PayPlan (it’s free) paid all my debts each month. Please try PayPlan first or any other debt charity - I didn’t know about them being free and stupidly took Halifax’s advice. You’ll get a basic account from most High St Banks. PayPlan are free they’ll help you for nothing, that saving can go towards your debt. I paid Think Money/Gregory Pennington maybe £2,400, for something that was free elsewhere. Just try and get something free before you try these people because I found waiting on the phone for them to answer was a nightmare and it’s not like you can walk into a branch and withdraw money. It actually makes me feel ill to think about their antics, it’s an extremely stressful experience. I’m lucky I’m debt free now but could of been debt free sooner but for this outfit

Over the last 12 months, I have been becoming more and more concerned about my situation, after several weeks of having the confidence to get in touch with G.P, I can honestly say I made the right decision. The one person who’s been dealing with me is James Dawson, he has been so helpful, during the initial set up and the last few weeks, I have felt a lot more my old self. Extremely disappointed with Hippo Leasing, I purchased a van two weeks ago, the handover was contactless so I drove the van home straight away. Got home to find various bits of damage to the van, which was never mentioned when sold to me. There was also a stamp in the service book at way more miles than the van has already done, which is deeply concerning. Tried contacting the salesman that sold the van to me, to be told he would call me back, two weeks later I have still heard nothing. Also sent various emails to which I have had no reply off him. Tried ringing customer services who then told me I should contact them online. Extremely disappointed to say the amount of money I have spent and the exceptionally poor level of customer service. Definitely will not be using this company in the future.

I borrowed from Idea Financial knowing it was a high interest line of credit (25.99%) and high fees (2.99% of every draw). What I didn't expect was to be denied access to my line, when I needed it the most, forcing me to lay off employees. I have a 46k line with 34k available. For 16 months I used the line properly, never missed a payment and never late. I was told due to Covid 19 and the city wide business shut down, they wouldn't allow me to draw. This is exactly why I have a line, to help when I'm in need. I give them 2 star because they at least Re-amortized my loan lowering my weekly payment. Otherwise I would be giving Idea one star. They added to the stress of an already stressful situation. Warning, this is not a bank, borrow knowing they can shutdown your line at will. They need to remove "unwaveringly committed to their customers" from their brand story

My daughter has been attending improve tuition for about 4 months now. We started with one to one study sessions with mr dhabhad who I highly recommend. His patient, gentle manner has made a huge improvement with her confidence which is resulting in improved grades. She is now being tutored by naadiya who has the same characteristics as mr dhabhad himself. Naadiya is a very kind tutor who is always smiling. Many thanks to you both for all the effort in improving her grades. Also the online tuition which I must admit I had my reservations with, went extremely smoothly ensuring a way for continued success. At the start I was impressed by what they offered ... Ie free ATM , 2% cashback on purchase using paywave , $100 referral bonuses and 50c bonus if u cash out $200 or more As time goes on they take the perks from us. There is no longer 2% cash back and the 50c bonus. In addition to that they made it a lot harder to get the higher interest and free ATM.. u now have to make 5 card purchases a month... You know what I'll just go to CBA .. I can go to any of the big 4 ATM for free...

Making the initial call is the hardest part of the process. I expected to be pacified or speak with a call centre somewhere but when i scheduled a call to suit my times Iain contacted me and was so helpful, direct and above all communicated his experience through years of knowledge and gave me the confidence to apply for an IVA. We were sucked into debt from listening to Radio 2 (Martin Lewis) many years ago whereby we learnt how easy credit was to obtain and then balance transfer. The problem was both my partner and i did the same and did not realise the true extent of the debts held. Eventually you get caught up in a situation requiring either a windfall or outside assistance. Your banks turn their faces away and getting consolidation loans become impossible - does all this sound familiar. With 4 Barclaycards, 4 MBNA cards, 2 Next accounts, 2 Very accounts, 3 overdrafts and few extras to boot and all maxed out - both your social life and physical well being starts to take its toll. Within 6 weeks IVA.org have assisted my partner and I in not only clearing thousands of pounds worth of debt but they have been a life changing asset - With debts in excess of 64K - my creditors have now agreed to accept payments based on our ability to afford, over a 5 year period, with no interest. But it is not just that our debts are on the way to being written off , it is the interest payments that have been stopped! Considering my main Barclaycard had a minimum payment of £298 per month and interest per month of £294.20 - it is clear that it was out of control with interest (joint) in excess of £1000 per month, that we needed help. Once you make that initial phone call your problems are halved immediately because IVA.org are there to help, advise and change your life for the better. I will never forget or be able to re-pay gratitude i owe IVA.org but what i do know is that with 60 months of manageable repayments we will be debt free, credit free and above all happy and stress free. I’ve literally had non stop agro with this company, I never speak to the same person, the communication is appalling, there’s so much small print that it is just not realistic, I’ve asked 3 times via email and over the phone for my date the DD comes out to be changed from the 30th to the 1st, 3 times this has gone out and 3 times I’ve been charged £25 by Kennet and my bank will charge me, I spoke to one lovely lady who called and said she’s sorry but the email has been going to someone who no longer works for the company and she will change the date it comes out right now and apologised again THEN a rude email back from some one claiming they’d tried contacting me (been on holiday) and they need to discuss things. I was told I need to put the request in an email which I did and now that’s not good enough. In total it’s cost me £75 in charges when something so simple is complicated! Just change the date! It’s that simple!

Best Investment Decision That I’ve Ever Made I’ve been with Kuflink only since April 2019, but in that time the customer service that I’ve received has been absolutely first class (big shout out to Gurbinder - thank you). Even if you have a small enquiry/query, nothing is too much trouble, the matter is dealt with in a very professional manner. Been investing a few years now, just getting round to writing a review, so I can say that I've had good returns with no loses, I always use select invest to pick the highest returns. Then just keep reinvesting plus more capital monthly. Far better rates than I'd ever get at a bank plus the nearest I'll ever get to property developing! Okay you haven't got the security, but if that's a worry then perhaps peer to peer lending isn't for you? Plus on select on select invest, you can opt for 6 - 12 months loan terms, your money is paid back, (well mine has) then you can withdraw it or reinvest with your accrued monthly interest.

I was introduced via a great pal of mine on the last day of the tax year was so impressed with the set up I signed up both my wife and myself for the maximum allowed for this years ISA allowance. I am currently looking to invest in the other schemes in the near future as have been unimpressed with the level of returns on money sat in the big high street banks accounts who are clearly recouping their toxic losses at the investors expense......

You explain your interest rates and its all open ???? really i didn't even recieve a phone call from you i got to your website via another payday loan website it auto transferred me with the words congrats your loan is approved and before i even had time to read or sign anything the money was in my account because i'd already comoleted the applicatiin via the other page why would anyone borrow 500 over 18 month at 26 quid a week ???? like i said i was under the assumption it was a 6 month loan as thats what i applied for. Took out a £250 loan I needed it for 2 weeks rang up got an early settlement fee of £274.20 rang up today paid it of case closed easy and simple you just have to know how to play these companies forget the interest if you take out a loan as long as you pay within 2 weeks maximum you only get charged the interest my interest was £24.20 Not bad the loan was for 18 months at £57 a month my advice is only get a loan if you know you can pay it back in 2 weeks max and you will be fine x

Loqbox is an excellent idea, and their business model is understandable - you either pay £30 at the end of the experience, or you open an account with one of their partner services. There is, however, a problem. When you start your Loqbox journey there is a list of available partners that you can look at, based on which you make a decision. In my case, both partners I had selected as potential options were unavailable at the end of the 12 month period - meaning that I was faced with the choice of opening an account with services I did not like or to lose £30. Given the service they provide, which allowed an expat like me (so no credit history whatsoever in the UK) to build credit much quicker than I would have, I'd say that £30 is well worth the price. Nevertheless, the non-guaranteed availability of partners at the end of 12 months is an issue, and it needs to be pointed out.
